Résumé: Dans une démarche qui vise à uniformiser les procédures d’allogreffe de cellules souches hématopoïétiques, la société française de greffe de moelle et de thérapie cellulaire (SFGM-TC) a organisé les troisièmes ateliers d’harmonisation des pratiques en octobre 2012 à Lille. Le but de ces ateliers est de trouver un terrain d’entente entre les centres qui le souhaitent dans les domaines où la littérature ne fournit pas de réponses incontestables et consensuelles. Dans cet atelier nous abordons l’allogreffe de cellules souches hématopoïétiques à partir d’un sang cordon non apparenté en précisant quelle unité choisir. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In an attempt to harmonize clinical practices among French hematopoietic stem cell transplantation centers, the Francophone Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) held its sixth annual workshop series in September 2015 in Lille. This event brought together practitioners from across the country with the purpose of offering careful analysis of published studies on clinical practice issues that remain to be disputed. In the attempt to harmonize clinical practices between different French transplantation centers, the French Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cell Therapy (SFGM-TC) set up the third annual series of workshops which brought together practitioners from all member centers and took place in October 2012 in Lille.
