Long-distance pipelines transport and distribute vast amounts of oil and natural gas around the world every day. It is considered the safest way to transport oil and gas because it rarely breaks down. The integrity management of long distance pipeline is very important for pipeline transportation. Based on the main content of integrity management of long distance pipeline and the basic requirements for operators, this paper puts forward the main responsibilities and management principles of integrity management of long distance pipeline. At last, according to the characteristics of Chinese long-distance pipeline, the integrity management of the whole pipeline is regulated, which is an important reference for the late safety maintenance of Chinese long-distance pipeline.

Based on data collected in 20 A-level high-rise commercial concrete buildings in Hong Kong, the research successfully established a probability density function model, which is used to describe the carbon emissions profile of a commercial building. Results indicate that the superstructure of a commercial building, on average, had a footprint of 226.65 kg CO2/m2 and 10.6 kg CO2/m2 separately in the material use stage and transportation stages. It also evaluates the carbon emissions of various building elements and divides them into three levels according to the magnitude of their contribution. The results show that upper floor construction and external wall in Tier 1 contribute nearly 80% of emissions and should be of great concern. In addition to the probability density function model, a regression model was also successfully established in the study to predict carbon emissions. Research has shown that building layers and gross floor area can predict carbon emissions per unit area, and there is a positive relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The regression model can help building designers determine design options to reduce carbon emissions in the early stages of design.

The research progress of AlGaN ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV LEDs) is explored in this paper. Firstly, the significance and application areas of AlGaN UV LEDs are introduced, emphasizing their wide-ranging applications in fields such as disinfection, medical devices, and sensors. Subsequently, an overview of the material science and manufacturing processes used in the production of AlGaN UV LEDs is provided, including crystal growth techniques and fabrication processes. Next, the design, structure, and operating principles of different types of AlGaN UV LEDs are described, with a focus on the devices optical performance, electrical characteristics, and thermal management effects. Finally, the latest research findings are summarized, and the challenges and future development directions facing current technology are discussed. This paper aims to provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of the research field of AlGaN UV LEDs and serve as a reference for future research and applications.

With the increasing global demand for safe drinking water, the search for effective and economical water treatment technologies has become an urgent need. Ultraviolet (UV) light sterilization is a proven method for eliminating bacteria in water, but traditional UV systems often rely on mercury lamps, which pose potential environmental and health risks. In recent years, the development of UV-LED technology has offered a new solution for water treatment. This article provides a detailed explanation of the working principles, technological advantages, and applications of UV-LEDs in water treatment. By comparing them with traditional UV systems, UV-LEDs not only demonstrate lower energy consumption and longer lifespan, but also avoid the use of toxic mercury. Despite current challenges in cost and technological maturity, the environmental friendliness and efficiency potential of UV-LED technology indicate a promising market outlook. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of UV-LED technology for practitioners and researchers in the water treatment industry, and to explore its future development directions.

The article investigated the characteristics of land use and land cover and their effects on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2005 to 2020 and predicted carbon emissions in the next ten years. The results show that the land use in the region is spatially territorial and quantitatively stable, with the area of cultivated land and forest land decreasing, the area of construction land and unused land increasing, and the area of grassland, forest land, and water not changing much; the degree of land use in the region tends to increase, and the areas with high degree are the economically developed eastern urban agglomerations, while the low degree is the western mountainous areas; The spatial variability of regional carbon emission intensity is changing, with the total amount showing an upward trend, the distribution direction converging toward coastal areas, and the spatial development direction of “northwest-southeast” expanding more intensely than “northeast-southwest”; the model predicts that carbon emissions will still be on an upward trend in the next ten years. Based on this, measures such as optimizing the land use structure and comprehensive development of woodland-grassland agglomerations are necessary to achieve carbon reduction targets.

In the “Internet+” era, conflicts of land requisition frequently occur. Existing research emphasizes the lack of systems but rarely considers the problems in the implementation of the system. Based on “Internet+”, this article adopts a case analysis method to discuss the governance of land requisition conflicts. This study analyzes the contradictions in the implementation of land acquisition, benefit distribution, procedures and information feedback. The dilemma of social governance stems from the “autonomous space”, “three-dimensional competition” and “independent space” of local governments. The innovation path of social governance needs to emphasize the supervision and regulation in the implementation of the system, the optimization of the system and the setting of the system and the flexible setting of the local field.

In order to evaluate the safety of trifloxystrobin in environment and non-target organisms, the enrichment and distribution of trifloxystrobin in Medaka (Oryzias latipes) were studied in this experiment. Medaka were exposed in the water containing 0.1 μg/L, 1 μg/L, 10 μg/L and 100 μg/L trifloxystrobin continuously for 21 days. The results indicated that in female, the concentration order was as follows: fat > liver > intestine > gonad > flesh; in male, the concentration order was as follows: fat > intestine > liver > flesh in the low concentration exposure group with 0.1 μg/L and 1 μg/L, while the concentration order was as follows: fat > liver > intestine > flesh in the high concentration exposure group with 10 μg/L and 100 μg/L. This study provides important data support and theoretical basis for predicting the behavior of trifloxystrobin in the environment, evaluating the environmental safety of trifloxystrobin and guiding the use of drugs.
