The principle of Eiffel Effect on transmission towers was analyzed, and the necessity of considering Eiffel Effect on transmission towers, especially multi-loop transmission towers, was proposed. A comparative analysis on calculation methods for Eiffel Effect on tower mast structures both at home and abroad was conducted and the applicability of various calculation methods to transmission towers and their advantages/disadvantages are proposed. On this basis, the analysis method for Eiffel Effect on transmission towers is proposed. The Eiffel Effect was calculated by taking four tower types of EHV/UHV AC multi-circuit transmission lines on the same tower as examples, during which the stress state of member bar of each tower type after considering the Eiffel Effect, the influence of the intersection angle between the main members of the tower on the Eiffel Effect, and the minimum bearing capacity requirement of diagonal members etc. were analyzed. The analysis shows that: It is simple, reasonable and convenient to consider the Eiffel Effect on the tower with the rigidity-reduction method for engineering application; both the diagonal member and the diaphragm member of the tower are influenced by Eiffel Effect, where its influence on the latter is higher; it may be unsafe if designing the minimum bearing capacity requirement for the diagonal member with the internal force not less than 5% of the main members to satisfy the Eiffel Effect on the tower for the UHV transmission towers, and especially for the transmission towers with EHV/UHV AC multi-circuit transmission lines on the same tower.

The research on innovative thinking and innovative design methods from all walks of life is also constantly systematized and theorized, but the innovative design thinking of products has different thinking characteristics and methods from other fields. This article combines product design examples of intelligent waste paper recycling machines to explore the application of innovative thinking methods in product design.

In this paper, the medium voltage distribution network is used as the research object, and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to realize efficient search of load transfer routes. The distribution network topology is formed by the CIM information model, and the load groups carried by each section of the line are calculated. By simulating a fault, determine the power outage area, search for the load transfer path of the adjacent non-faulted power loss area, and combine different load sections to perform power flow calculation, verify whether the equipment load on the transfer channel exceeds the limit, and determine whether the transfer path is effective. The entire optimization process utilizes the fast non-dominated sorting and crowding comparison operators of the NSGA-II algorithm. While maintaining the diversity of the optimal population, through the elite strategy, the sampling space is expanded, so that the optimal process is more evenly distributed in the solution space.

It is great significance to improve green transportation standards system for promoting the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable development of recycling and low carbon of transportation. This paper summarizes the status of green transportation standards system and the progress of standard publication and revision. According to the key areas and links of green transportation development, the development trends of green transportation and the requirement of green transportation standards were analysed, and policy recommendations for improving the construction of green transportation standards system was proposed. The paper is trying to provide decisive support for the industry to promote the development of green transportation standardization.

With the development of computer science and technology, and increasingly intelligent industrial production, the application of big data in industry also advances rapidly, and the development of artificial intelligence in the aspect of fault diagnosis is particularly prominent. On the basis of MATLAB platform, this paper constructs a fault diagnosis expert system of artificial intelligence machine based on the probabilistic neural network, and it also carries out a simulation of production process by the use of bionic algorithm. This paper makes a diagnosis of transformer fault by the use of an expert system developed by this paper, and verifies that the probabilistic neural network has a good convergence, fault-tolerant ability and big data handling capability in the fault diagnosis. It is suitable for industrial production, which can provide a reliable mathematical model for the construction of fault diagnosis expert system in the industrial production.
