The article analyses the polyfunctionality of comme ça in spoken French, on the basis of an interview between the producer Agnès Varda and the journalist Antoine Guillot (for the realisation of a masterclass on France Culture). The interview lasts more than an hour and the frequency of the appearance of comme ça goes hand in hand with the diversity of its uses. Therefore, in accordance with existing analyses (Cappeau & Savelli 2001, Corminboeuf 2017), we proceeded to a description of the two units – comme and ça – that make up the expression and then to a sorting of the occurrences of comme ça, intra- or extra-predicative. In this way, we can identify a first dichotomy between the marker of syntactic scope, governed by a verb or a noun, and the discourse marker. We will examine some problematic cases that will help us to rule on the non-verbal or suprasegmental material (mimicry, intonation) that accompanies the production of comme ça. The article concludes with a discussion of the phenomena of discourse phraseology as they are reflected in the use of comme ça. We will then be able to re-examine the semantic approximation basis of comme ça (Corminboeuf 2017), which could justify the frequency of the expression in dialogical and narrative contexts (in the manner of a competing marker, voilà).

Based on the corridor channel curtain wall reconstruction project at Wuhan Tianhe airport T2-T3 terminal building, the structural system of point supported glass curtain wall with cable structure 18 years ago was analyzed, the technical difficulties of curtain wall glass panel removal and bearing cable removal were studied, and technical measures for the dismantlement and reconstruction of point supported glass curtain wall with cable structure were reasonably proposed. During the construction process of the dismantlement and reconstruction, the curtain wall structure was dynamically monitored, the deformation of the monitoring points were small, and the construction process was in a safe state. Due to the success in the dismantlement and reconstruction control technology of the point supported glass curtain wall with cable structure in this project, it not only ensured the construction safety, but also improved the construction quality, which could provide a reference for other similar projects.

Facial expression recognition (FER) is an important means for machines to perceive human emotions and interact with human beings. Most of the existing facial expression recognition methods only use a single convolutional neural network to extract the global features of the face. Some insignificant details and features with low frequency are easy to be ignored, and part of the facial features are lost. This paper proposes a facial expression recognition method based on multi branch structure, which extracts the global and detailed features of the face from the global and local aspects respectively, so as to make a more detailed representation of the facial expression and further improve the accuracy of facial expression recognition. Specifically, we first design a multi branch network, which takes Resnet-50 as the backbone network. The network structure after Conv Block3 is divided into three branches. The first branch is used to extract the global features of the face, and the second and third branches are used to cut the face into two parts and three parts after Conv Block5 to extract the detailed features of the face. Finally, the global features and detail features are fused in the full connection layer and input into the classifier for classification. The experimental results show that the accuracy of this method is 73.7%, which is 4% higher than that of traditional Resnet-50, which fully verifies the effectiveness of this method.

Objective: To explore the potential targets and underlying mechanism of Rubi Fructus in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Potential active components of Rubi Fructus were proposed by literature search and as well followed the Lipinski’s Rule of Five. The therapeutic targets of potential active components and T2DM-related genes were selected through Swiss target prediction and Gene Cards. The network of potential active components and T2DM-related targets were constructed by Cytoscape 3.7.2, and STRING analysis was performed to reveal the interaction among target proteins and to build the network of protein-protein interaction. Both Gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis of core targets were performed using David database. Results: Totally, 68 potential active components of Rubi Fructus and 196 T2DM-related targets were found. Among them, 39 key targets were obtained by network analysis, which were primarily enriched on PI3K-Akt, HIF-1, TNF, Toll-like receptor, and Focal adhesion signaling pathways. Conclusion: For the treatment of T2DM, the active compounts of Rubi Fructus can regulate the expression of proinflammatory and oxidative stress mediators and improving insulin resistance through multiple components, targets, and pathways, which offers a scientific support to further Rubi Fructus studies and to the research on T2DM treatment.

The variation of bacterial community in lettuce continuous cropping was determined by high throughput sequencing. During the continuous planting of lettuce, the richness and diversity of bacterial communities in the soil increased, and the ACE index and Chao index increased by 40.21 % and 36.91 %, respectively. The proportion of Actinobacteria, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes and Nitrospirae in the soil increased, while the abundance of Acidobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Gemmatimonadetes, Planctomycetes and Proteobacteria gradually declined. And the abundance in the soil accounting for 1 % of the dominant bacterial genera increased to 11, among them, Anaerolinea, Bacillus, Nitrosomonas, and Xanthomonas etc became the dominant bacterium genus in the soil after lettuce continuous cropping. After the lettuce had been planted 8 times, the yield decreased by 21.20 % compared to the first harvest. Lettuce continuous cropping had an effect on bacterial community and lettuce yield to some extent.

The turnout ballastless track is an advanced track structure with high stability and integrity. However, due to complicated geological conditions, local groundwater level declined, and many other unavoidable objective reasons, the roadbed foundation of some railway lines appeared large uneven settlement deformation, so the above turnout ballastless track concrete structure also experienced uneven settlement accordingly. Compared with ballast track which could be restored by increasing the ballast under the sleepers simply, the smoothness of turnout ballastless track could only be restored by adjusting the thickness of the base plates of fastener system accordingly. But if continuous settlement deformation exceeded the specified allowed adjustable range of the fastener system, the smoothness of ballastless track diminished, the speed of passing trains had to be limited to ensure the safety. In order to solve this global challenging problem, we systematically studied polymer injection rehabilitation technology through a series of indoor reduced scale tests and field full scale simulations with real ballastless track concrete structure. We verified the effect of uplift rehabilitation and filling quality of grouting material through destructive experiment inspection. And combined with engineering practices and its coring samples strength test, the Polymer injection rehabilitation technology for turnout ballastless track in settlement roadbed sections had been studied and developed. This technology could restore the smoothness of railway and the adjustable range of fastening systems without affecting the normal daily operation of the railway lines. Compared with traditional cement grouting technology, this rehabilitation technology possessed significant advantages including small light construction equipment, simple logistics, flexible organization, high uplifting precision, and little additional load. This technology provided valuable technical support and useful references for restoring the smoothness of turnout ballastless track which appeared large uneven settlement deformation.

According to the functions of parametric modeling and analysis from ADAMS, this thesis was established a parametric simulation model in order to optimize the rated output power of electric cylinders according to the real field environment. First, the variable which could affect sensitivity of the output variables was chosen by the electric cylinder’s elongation which was obtained through loop vector method. Then this thesis tried to get the optimum optimization design parameters through the simulation, and the change of rated output power affected by the change of parameters, meanwhile, made a filter and calibration of parameters which have greater influence on sensibilities. The goal of design could meet the qualification with less work load and faster speed. It is concluded that the change of the location parameters affects the rated output power.

The thickness and rib layout of the moving platform which is a part of 2-DOF motion platform is the main factor affecting the performance of it. This initial design scheme was analyzed by making the use of ANSYS Workbench, which controls the maximum deformation and maximum stress in the range of permission. The quality of the platform could be reduced by 35.4%; the lightweight analysis and the modal analysis were made for the platform, and had obtained inherent frequency of the platform. The holes with quadrilateral shape were adopted to ensure that the platform could have enough stiffness and stability.
