This paper empirically investigates the impact of the impact of “Belt & Road” initiative on total factor productivity (TFP) in provinces along the route. The DEA-Malmquist method is used to calculate TFP. Utilizing a quasi-natural experimental design, this paper finds that the “Belt & Road” Initiative has a significant positive effect on TFP in provinces along the route. The influencing mechanism is found to be increased foreign direct investment (FDI). Based on this, the paper suggests that China should further open up. Meanwhile, provinces along the route should improve infrastructure and attract more FDI. The governments should constantly enhance technological innovation.

In recent years, China’s economic growth speed has been slowing down, leading to the problems of overcapacity and unbalanced regional economic development, and the mismatch between industrial and financial structure is becoming intense. This paper, starting with the relationship among economic growth, industrial structure and financial structure, summarizes the research by the former scholars. On this basis, by using data of 31 provincial panel data in China from 2007 to 2016, the article aims to find out the relationship between the industrial structure and economic growth, the relationship between the financial structure and economic growth and the relationship between the interaction of financial and industrial structure and economic growth. Finally, the conclusions of this paper are obtained that the interaction between the financial structure and the industrial structure can promote the economic growth significantly. However, the matching effect of the financial structure and industrial structure in China has not been completely formed, and the industrial upgrading should be guided to be structurally reformed through the policy.

The “Belt & Road” Initiative (B&R) is China’s international cooperation initiative proposed in 2013, which aims to promote regional economic development and common prosperity. Not only is B&R important for economic development, but also it helps to adjust and improve relevant policies. The trade potential of 100 B&R countries between 2008-2017 countries is analysed by using the PPML model. This paper finds that B&R has brought trade advantages participating countries. It has significantly promoted the trade potential of participating countries through influencing tariff levels, infrastructure and natural environment, economic scale, urbanization level and unemployment rate. B&R should be further promoted to better develop the policy advantages. More countries can be induced to participate in B&R by reducing trade frictions and promote cooperation.

The forest ecological function zone in Heilongjiang Province is an important barrier for maintaining ecological security in my country. Its forest ecological environment has great influence on the sustainable development of regional economy and society and the ecological security of neighboring regions. Based on reading domestic and foreign related documents on forest ecological benefit compensation, this article firstly discusses the current situation and problems of the forest ecological benefit compensation system in Heilongjiang Province. Secondly, it analyzes the current status of the implementation of the international forest ecological benefit compensation system and draws relevant enlightenment to China. At last, it summarizes and propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the forest ecological benefit compensation system in Heilongjiang Province.

Fiber laser welding of cold rolled TRIP steel (transformation Induced Plasticity steel) sheet with tensile strength of 820MPa and thickness of 1.4mm was carried out using shielding gases Ar and He, respectively. For the same laser power and welding speed, the effects of different shielding gases on penetration and bead section morphologies were investigated. The microstructures and properties of the TRIP steel joints were also studied. The investigation showed that higher penetration and lower porosity could be obtained under shielding gas He using the same laser power and welding speed. The microstructures of the TRIP joint mainly included martensite and retained austenite. But the joint microhardness and tensile strength were higher under the shielding gas He. The tensile strength of the welded joint perpendicular to the weld line was equal to that of the base metal. But the tensile strength of the joint parallel with the weld line was higher than that of the base metal. The plasticity and formability of the welded joint were impaired due to the formation of martensite in the weld metal.

With audit data requirements, taking for example the audit data of construction industry, the audit data integration requirements are analyzed and application architecture of business intelligence technology in the audit business is put forward. The modeling process and the populating process of data warehouse are detailed, and the scheme of data pre-processing is set out. The report display methods are proposed, such as proportion chart, tendency chart, index plots and etc. The application model and value of business intelligence technology in audit business are analyzed, which is based on data mining technology such as outlier detection. This research has been applied to National Twelfth Five-Year Plan Science and Technology Support Program and has achieved better analysis and prediction of audit.
