In order to verify the effect of the new fully biodegradable external dressing on the repair of diabetes skin wounds and the promotion of wound healing, this study applied sodium alginate hydrogel dressing products which are supplemented with phage and conotoxin analgesic peptides to the skin lesions of diabetes mice, and comprehensively used the quantitative measurement of serological indicators, Image J Tissue section and other techniques to evaluate the effect of the new hydrogel dressing on the repair of diabetes wounds and the promotion of wound healing. The behavioral observation and analysis of mice did not show obvious regularity and difference. According to the results of serum cytokine analysis, functional hydrogel dressings can promote cell regeneration and wound healing in mice. Image J software analysis showed that the healing results of the experimental group were better than those of the negative control group, and the percentage of collagen fiber content showed an upward trend. Through comprehensive evaluation, it can be observed that the new fully biodegradable external dressing has obvious positive effects on wound healing, collagen fiber reconstruction and wound infection prevention of diabetes. The new biodegradable dressing not only promotes wound healing but also solves environmental pollution problems. It meets the sustainable development needs of society and has broad application prospects.

Runaway reaction may occur for hexamethylene-diisocyanate (HDI) with two active NCO groups during the reactions or storage and transportation when run into device failure, operation error and other unexpected environments, which would damage equipment or even cause explosions. Adiabatic experiments for HDI using Vent Sizing Package 2 (VSP2) is conducted and temperature and pressure changes over time, as well as the maximum temperature rise rate and maximum pressure rise rate, are obtained. The results show that the initial exothermic temperature of the system is 50°C, and the maximum temperature is 232°C and the heat of reaction is 414.7 kJ/kg, so the severity level of HDI is classified as "medium" according to the assessment criteria for the severity of a runaway reaction. The relief type of the reaction system is determined to be a gas system by analysis of the pressure change curve during heating and cooling processes, along with the temperature at the point of loss of control, and calculated by the DIERS method and Leung's correction method through Python programming, which is applied to determine the required safety relief device for an industrial scenarios, and the minimum relief area is calculated to be 0.0028m2 and 0.0019m2, respectively. The study verifies the higher reliability of the safety relief design for runaway reactions based on VSP2 experimental data.

In order to verify the effect of the new green and low-carbon hydrogel dressing on promoting wound healing, this project applied a sodium alginate hydrogel dressing product containing Escherichia coli and taro toxin analgesic polypeptide (The specific ingredients of the dressing) to skin wounds in common rats. Effects of the hydrogel dressing on promoting skin wound healing was evaluated by observing the occurrence and frequency of behavioral changes in rats, observing wwhistological sections under a high-power microscope, changes in serum cytokine indicators, and Image J analysis of collagen fiber reconstruction ratios in tissue sections. Through comprehensive evaluation, it can be found that hydrogel dressing has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-infection effects on rat wound surface, and acts on promoting wound healing, promoting the formation of new blood vessels in the damaged skin tissue area, promoting the growth of granulation tissue, and promoting the reconstruction of collagen fibers in wound tissue.

Coal and coal-fired electricity generation, as interdependent upstream and downstream industries, play a positive role in ensuring energy security, economic development and social stability in China. However, the strategies of coal enterprises and coal-fired power enterprises are influenced by the market structure, coal-electrical energy policies and the characteristics in the coal-electricity energy supply chain. In this paper, considering the upstream for many coal enterprises, the downstream for many coal-fired electricity generation enterprises in coal-electricity energy supply chain model, is concluded that profit calculation model for coal-electricity cooperative enterprises, independent upstream coal enterprises, and independent downstream coal-fired electricity generation enterprises were obtained. In order to maximize the profits, we construct coal enterprises and coal-fired electricity generation enterprises cooperative operation decision-making model, and the different situation of the optimal strategy is studied and analyzed. Using Matlab simulation software for numerical simulation. It is to belong to the simulation results confirm the efficiency of the model.

Purpose: The study investigates the therapeutic effect of Oridonin on PTEN loss and HER2 amplification PI3K/AKT signaling hyper-activated (p-AKTHigh) breast cancer. Methods: The experiment uses MDAMB231, MCF-10A, SKBR3 (HER2 amplification), MDAMB468 (PTEN loss) cells, and Xenograft Murine Models. Cell viability is assessed by MTT, Clonogenic growth, CCK-8 assays. The inhibition of phosphorylation is tested by Western blot. Xenograft studies are used to test tumor growth blockage.The most possible result: Oridonin inhibits phosphorylation of AKT1 substrates and downstream proteins instead of AKT1. Also, it blocks the growth of PTEN loss and HER2 amplification p-AKTHigh breast cancer. Conclusion: This study provides important information for the clinical trial of Oridonin. Future experiments should focus on its toxicity and efficacy.

In view of the heightening and thickening levee project which already built, the settlement and deformation on the top of the landside slope of levee and the cracks on the levee were investigated. The finite element method was used to simulated the settlement of the levee. The results show that after heightening and thickening, the thickness of the new filled soil is uneven in the cross-sectional direction of the levee, resulting in a significant difference in the distribution of additional stress and settlement. In addition, the top of the original levee has smaller deformation, while the newly filled levee has larger deformation, which causes uneven settlement on the top of the embankment. The presented results have guiding significance for the settlement and deformation prevention of levee project.

Due to the existence of thermal capacity, the conductor temperature of overhead line and cable changes later than current steps (thermal inertia), and the thermal dynamic process of the conductor contains the huge current-carrying potential. As an important symbol of thermal dynamic process, the thermal inertia time constant is of great significance to describe the characteristics of thermal dynamic process accurately. In this paper, the thermal inertia time constants of overhead line and cable and its influencing factors are studied based on the heat balance models, which can be solved by the fourth order Runge-Kutta method. Then the four factors including the current step, ambient temperature, wind speed and global radiation intensity are used to explore their influence on the thermal inertia time constant of overhead line, and the current step and soil temperature on cable. The numerical results show the effects of influencing factors on the thermal inertia time constant and provide a theoretical basis for a more detailed evaluation of the thermal dynamic process.

In air-blast freezer, there are differences in food freezing process at different locations due to the non-uniform airflow distribution in freezing chamber. In this paper, a decoupling method was used to simulate freezing process of food products at different locations. Firstly, the internal airflow distribution model of the freezing chamber was established to simulate the airflow field in freezing chamber under different velocities of air supply. The mainstream air flow rate around each food product was then calculated as the ambient air velocity at which the food freezes. Then, a validated lumped parameter model was used to simulate the freezing process of individual food product, and the effects of freezing conditions on freezing process at different locations were studied. The results showed that there were large differences in the freezing conditions of foods at different locations in freezing chamber, which were mainly reflected by the difference in ambient air velocity. Compared to air velocity, air temperature was distributed rather uniformly in freezing chamber. With the increase of supply air velocity of air coolers, the ambient air velocity around food products in freezing chamber increased almost linearly.

This paper performs a batch experiment for pre-acidification treatment and methane production from chicken manure by the two-stage anaerobic fermentation process. Results shows that the acetate was the main component in volatile fatty acids produced at the end of pre-acidification stage, accounting for 68% of the total amount. The daily biogas production experienced three peak period in methane production stage, and the methane content reached 60% in the second period and then slowly reduced to 44.5% in the third period. The cumulative methane production was fitted by modified Gompertz equation, and the kinetic parameters of the methane production potential, the maximum methane production rate and lag phase time were 345.2 ml, 0.948 ml/h and 343.5 h, respectively. The methane yield of 183 ml-CH4/g-VSremoved during the methane production stage and VS removal efficiency of 52.7% for the whole fermentation process were achieved.

In order to select the optimal quasi-bidding project for an investment enterprise, a bidding decision-making model for international PPP projects was established in this paper. Firstly, the literature frequency statistics method was adopted to screen out the bidding decision-making indexes, and accordingly the bidding decision-making index system for international PPP projects was constructed. Then, the group decision-making characteristic root method, the entropy weight method, and the optimization model based on least square method were used to set the decision-making index weights. The optimal quasi-bidding project was thus determined by calculating the consistent effect measure of each decision-making index value and the comprehensive effect measure of each quasi-bidding project. Finally, the bidding decision-making model for international PPP projects was further illustrated by a hypothetical case. This model can effectively serve as a theoretical foundation and technical support for the bidding decision-making of international PPP projects.

The Multi-Hypothesis Tracking (MHT) method is one of the most promising approaches to realize automatic tracking of small and dim targets in complex space scene. However, the number of hypotheses generated by this algorithm has an exponentially increasing relationship with the number of trajectories, measurement data, and the number of image frames. In the paper, the automatic detection and tracking method of judging the confidence coefficient of the trajectory obtained by the MHT which is based on the characteristics of dim targets, has been realized in the IRST system. The performance of this method is greatly improved.

The method overcomes the complicated derivation of the classical solution by Fourth-order differential problem into integrating question. According to the actual boundary conditions of the rectangular plate, the corresponding characteristic equation can easily be set up. It is presented deflection curve equation and the numerical calculation. By compared the results of the equation to the finite element program, we are able to demonstrate the correctness of the method. So the method not only has certain theoretical value, but also can be directly applied to engineering practice.

STOAT developed by the Water Research Center is the most widely used model for simulating the WWST processes. This paper invited the STOAT as simulation model for the design and optimization of Liaoning waste water treatment plant.

The findings of this study emphasize the need to consider a variety of factors when communicating effectively on social platforms and the results are of great value to social media operators, brand marketers, and public relations professionals when formulating communication strategies.

To comprehensively assess the effects of different Low Impact Development (LID) measures on urban rainfall and water quality control, this study focuses on the Liberation Monument Street in Yuzhong District, Chongqing City, and establishes a coupled model for water quantity and water quality. The model calibration and validation are carried out by targeting the uncertain parameters in the model, using watershed characteristic factors as the objective function. Different LID scheme with varying deployment areas were proposed to explore the control effects of water quantity and water quality indicators. The comprehensive evaluation of various schemes, including water quantity, water quality, construction and operational costs, was conducted using the life cycle cost, the analytic hierarchy process, and the principal component analysis. The results show that combination of green roof 10.62 hm2, permeable pavement 45.15 hm2, and biological retention pool 1.14 hm2 is the best, with a total construction cost of 181.53 million RMB. Under different return periods, the optimal scheme varies, providing a reference for selecting the best LID combi-nation deployment scheme under different return periods.

Currently, government departments in various regions are vigorously promoting the construction of smart cities. As a part of smart cities, quickly obtaining or creating three-dimensional spatial models of campuses is an important part of the basic framework of smart campus construction. Existing modeling methods have problems such as low modeling efficiency and difficult maintenance in the later stage. This article proposes a CGA (Computer Generated Architecture) parameterized 3D modeling method based on CityEngine, exploring the parameterized modeling rules of important modeling entities such as roads and buildings in university campuses. By expanding and customizing the modeling rules, campus road and building modeling rule templates are created. The results showed that the proposed method and texture mapping rules were used to achieve fast and accurate 3D scene modeling of the campus, avoiding a lot of repetitive modeling work and improving the efficiency of modeling work.

This paper explores the utilization of digital twin technology for the management of urban road infrastructure challenges, specifically addressing issues related to snow and water accumulation. The study emphasizes the constraints associated with traditional road maintenance methods and proposes the implementation of a digital twin city framework to augment real-time monitoring and enhance emergency response efficiency. Through the integration of real-time data from sensors, traffic, and weather sources, the digital twin model replicates road conditions and forecasts potential issues, thereby enabling early warning systems. Furthermore, the research delves into the application of conductive asphalt concrete and superhydrophobic materials to mitigate road-related challenges. The results indicate that digital twin technology significantly enhances economic and operational efficiency in urban road infrastructure management when compared to conventional approaches.

In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 5 classes of customer relationship management course in Yunnan Agricultural University to understand students’ satisfaction with the teaching of customer relationship management ideological and political. In this study, two types of Cu/Nb multilayer composite sheets with individual layer thicknesses of 11.11 μm and 0.35 μm, respectively, were first prepared and then tested by micro-blanking. The results show that the sheets of 0.35 μm exhibit higher ultimate tensile and shear strengths, and greater elongation, compared to those with an individual layer thickness of 11.11 μm. The sheet with an individual layer thickness of 11.11 μm achieves optimal blanking accuracy at a relative blanking clearance of 7%. Additionally, when the relative blanking clearance is 3%, it exhibits a significant proportion of smooth areas on the shear surface. Investigation of the shear surface at different ratios of punch stroke to sheet thickness (h/t) reveals that the Cu/Nb multilayer composite sheet experiences significant extrusion and bending during the micro-blanking process. Furthermore, the laminated structure exhibits remarkable continuity and deformation mobility, delaying crack formation. This study provides theoretical support for the plastic micro-blanking technology of multilayer composite.

This research will select several commonly used pesticides for analysis including pyrethroids, organophosphates (OPs) and DDT, and discuss their toxicity mechanisms and their relationship with human health. This research discusses the association between toxicity of pyrethroids and temperature. The toxicity of pyrethroids is a combined result of the mean temperature and daily temperature fluctuation, and most pyrethroids are very toxic to insects and fish, but non-poisonous for human in short term. While having prolonged exposure to pyrethroids also can have negative effect on human’s health. The plausible mechanisms of OPs toxicity are analyzed, which are less commonly acknowledged than cholinergic poisoning. This research will discuss DDT, including DDT synthesis method, chemical structure, structure activity, toxicity mechanism, emphasising the concept of “trihedralization” and the structure-activity relationship of DDT, which is not only dependent on the specific chemical groups in it, but on the whole molecule in combination. The relationship between DDE, a metabolite of DDT in maternal serum, and preterm labour and fetal growth restriction is described.

This paper reviewed 9 articles published in the last 3 years (from 2019 to 2022) studying the language transfer of Chinese K-12 students who studied English. The results showed that in areas such as phonetic learning and conceptual understanding, the mother tongue positively influences English language learning; in some aspects of English vocabulary and writing, students are vulnerable to the confinement of their mother tongue thinking. Puerarin is a kind of isoflavones extracted from the roots of the leguminous plant pueraria lobata or kudzu vine. Because of its strong antioxidant, free radical scavenging and anti-tumor effects, puerarin has made some preliminary exploration in the research field of skin diseases in recent years. This paper summarizes the research progress of skin wound repair, puerarin treatment of skin diseases and nanotechnology in skin wound repair, with a view to providing new therapeutic ideas for the research and development of puerarin skin wound repair.

Sewage treatment is a complex and nonlinear process. In this paper, a prediction method based on convolutional neural network (CNN) and gated recurrent unit (GRU) hybrid neural network is proposed for the prediction of dissolved oxygen concentration in sewage treatment. Firstly, akima 's method is used to complete the filling preprocessing of missing data, and then the integrated empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) algorithm is used to denoise the key factors of water quality data. Pearson correlation analysis is used to select better water quality parameters as the input of the model. Then, CNN is used to convolve the data sequence to extract the feature components of sewage data. Then, the CNN-GRU hybrid network is used to extract the feature components for sequence prediction, and then the predicted output value is obtained. The mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE) and mean square error (MSE) were used as evaluation criteria to analyze the prediction results of the model. By comparing with RNN model, LSTM model, GRU model and CNN-LSTM model, the results show that the PCA-EEMD-CNN-GRU (PE-CNN-GRU) hybrid model proposed in this paper has significantly improved the prediction accuracy of dissolved oxygen concentration.

This paper introduces the sources and hazards of farmland pollution, along with the types, principles, and technical advantages of bioremediation. Additionally, it makes a brief prediction of future farmland restoration efforts. Research indicates that the primary sources of farmland pollution currently include four factors: the natural environment, atmospheric deposition, irrigation water, and agricultural production activities. There are two primary methods of remediation for farmland contamination: phytoremediation and microbial remediation. Phytoremediation is mainly used in heavy metal pollution treatment and can be divided into hyper-accumulation plants and low-accumulation crops based on the remediation method. Microbial remediation, meanwhile, is primarily utilized to remediate organic pollution and assist phytoremediation.

This paper presented the remediation techniques, including surface covering, encapsulation, thermal restoration, stabilization, solidification, phytoremediation, bioremediation, and combined remediation. Bioremediation, which uses microorganisms to break down contaminants, has gained popularity due to its low cost and minimal secondary pollution. In conclusion, remediation techniques for soil contamination in agricultural fields are essential for maintaining the environmental quality of agricultural products. By utilizing a combination of techniques, we can effectively remediate the soil and ensure the safety of food production.

Fine structural interpretation is one of the effective methods to find favorable structural traps and targets. Aiming at the fault interpretation of Jurassic Badaowan Fm in Madong area of Xiayan fault zone is not fine and structural characteristics are not implemented, the structural characteristics of Jurassic Badaowan Fm are implemented and favorable traps are found through the study of seismic, well logging and geological comprehensive methods. The results show that the structure of Jurassic Badaowan Fm in Madong area is high in the north and low in the south. The first member of Badaowan Fm is a delta front subaqueous distributary channel deposit, which is a hydrocarbon enrichment zone. Oil and gas are adjusted along the relay of deep and shallow faults, and the great fault zone and the inherited uplifting zone are favorable accumulation areas of Jurassic Badaowan Fm in Madong area. In this paper, the relationship between deep and shallow fault system and hydrocarbon distribution of Badaowan Fm in Madong area is systematically reviewed for the first time. Combined with the palaeohigh distribution, three favorable hydrocarbon accumulation zones are identified, which provides favorable targets for exploring the hydrocarbon accumulation potential of Badaowan Fm.

The user reviews of online courses reflect the learners' evaluation of the courses, and the teaching rating standards reflect the administrators' evaluation of the courses. To evaluate courses more comprehensively, this paper proposes an online course evaluation method based on both learner and administrator perspectives. Firstly, based on the user-generated content of online courses, the affective dictionary and LDA topic model are used to determine the focus and weight of learners' attention to the courses. Secondly, according to the scoring criteria of several teaching competitions, the emphasis and weight of administrators' attention to curriculum evaluation are determined. Finally, the paper analyzes the similarities and differences of curriculum evaluation from dual perspectives and puts forward some suggestions for curriculum development and construction.

This paper aims to explore the connection between self-construal and making choices. The existing research mainly used the research method of questionnaire survey, questionnaire data analysis form self-construction scale, self-construal scale for researchers to understand the relationship between individual perception and others. The concept and theory of self-construal are widely applied in various research fields, such as decision-making and pro-society. Self-decision theory was first proposed from the study of individual motivation. Through empirical analyses, self-control and moral decision-making factors, self-control and pro-social decision, personal needs and environmental needs were discussed. People’s self-construal of different categories for self-decision is one of the important factors. By applying the concept and theory of self-construal to decision, self-construal is an important factor. Self-decision theory is a continuous interpretation theory. Self-decision of individual self-realization is a dynamic process, involving internal motivation, internalized external motivation and emotional integration of three parts. The different classifications will have different psychological impulses and psychological demands, thus affect the motivation of individual tendency, ultimately affecting people’s decision making.

The piston effect and piston wind generated by subway train operation are closely related to the energy consumption of subway environmental control system. With the rapid development of subway industry, under the premise of meeting the needs of passengers, using piston wind to reduce station energy consumption has become one of the focuses of current research. This paper collects and sorts out the domestic and foreign literature related to the piston effect. Firstly, the relevant information of piston effect and subway environmental control system is summarized and analyzed. Secondly, the utilization strategy of piston wind is emphasized in this paper. These strategies are mainly related to the design of ventilation shaft, the speed of train, the selection of platform door and the installation of door curtain. Reasonable use of these strategies can reduce energy consumption for the station. Finally, the utilization principle of piston wind was proposed in this review. When the piston wind meets the demand, the piston ventilation should be a priority choice, compared with mechanical ventilation. Evaluating whether the piston wind meets the needs of use, mainly through these parameters as the judgment basis, such as air volume, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and particle concentration.

Dianchi Lake is one of the key management points of China’s “three rivers and three lakes basins”, and the construction of wetland park plays an important role in purifying Dianchi lake water body and maintaining the health of lake ecosystem. Based on single factor evaluation method and three improved Nemerow pollution index methods, this study evaluates water quality of South Dianchi Wetland Park, Xihua Wetland Park and Laoyu River Wetland Park, with concentrations of total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorous (TP), chemical oxygen demand (COD), zinc (Zn), nickel (Ni), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb) specifically measured and monitored. The results showed that: (1) the pollution levels of COD, TN, TP and Cr in the three wetland parks are relatively high. (2) based on single factor evaluation method and the improved Nemerow pollution index method, the evaluation grade of the water quality of the three wetland parks is inferior to Grade V. On the whole, the water pollution of Laoyu River Wetland Park is the most worrisome, and the water pollution of South Dianchi and Xihua Wetland Park is slightly better. (3) COD and TP are the main types of pollutants entering the lake in the basins where the three wetland parks are located. Therefore, immediate attention should be paid to the management of water quality state of Dianchi Lake, and the treatment of urban, agricultural non-point source and some uncollected point source pollution should be further strengthened.

Puzhehei Lake is located in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Water pollution assessment is of great significance for the pollution control of the lake and the sustainable development of the basin. This study evaluates the water pollution and eutrophication status of three sampling points (upstream, middle and downstream) of Puzhehei Lake based on single factor evaluation method, comprehensive pollution index method and improved comprehensive pollution index method based on entropy weight method, and analyzes the water health risk. The results show that the water quality of the three sampling points is sub-class V using the single factor evaluation method. The water quality evaluation result based on the traditional comprehensive pollution index method shows that the water quality of the three sampling points belongs to heavy pollution. By contrast, the improved comprehensive pollution index method based on entropy weight method shows that the water quality of Leshui Cave belongs to class V, while the water quality of Puzhehei Village and Karst Wetland Park belongs to class V. According to the comprehensive evaluation method, the water quality of the three sampling points before and after correction is ranked from good to bad as follows: Leshui Cave, Karst Wetland Park and Puzhehei Village. The water bodies of Leshui Cave and Puzhehei Village are moderately nutritious, and the water bodies of Karst Wetland Park are oligotrophic. The chemical carcinogens health risk in water at the three sampling points exceeded the standard seriously, and the risk ranking was as follows: Karst Wetland Park > Leshui Cave > Puzhehei Village, in which Cr exceeded the standard seriously. The non carcinogenic health risk are low, and the risk ranking is Puzhehei Village > Leshui Cave > Karst Wetland Park. In the future water quality control, we should focus on the strict control of TN and TP in rivers entering the lake.

During WWII, the US and Japan are enemies, however, after the war, the US occupy Japan and transform it into nowadays Japan. This paper analyzes the impact of the US occupation of Japan after the end of WWII on Japanese politics and economy by using the method of studies literature review. This paper also explores the process that makes Japan transform from feudal militarism into a parliamentary democracy country and summarizes the contributions of the US to Japan’s rebuilding. It can be concluded that the rise of nowadays Japan is built on the foundation of the influence of the US during the occupation.

Pedestrian detection in urban traffic environment is an important field of driverless vehicle research. Due to the variability of traffic flow, target detection algorithm cannot extract complete feature information, which brings great challenges to driverless pedestrian detection. Target detection algorithm YOLOv4 has excellent detection performance in object detection, but it is not perfect in identifying semi-blocked pedestrians. In this paper, the Spatial Pyramid Pooling was added in front of the third yolo detection head module of YOLOv4 to optimize the extraction of deep network features. Then, on the basis of optimizing the network, pruning strategy was adopted to simplify the target detection algorithm, which was called TidyYOLOv4.TidyYOLOv4 and YOLOv4 (network set input image size is 864×864) were compared on the self-made human head data set. Total BFLOPS decreased by 95.04% and Inference time decreased by 82.82%. The above experimental results show that the optimized TidyYOLOv4 algorithm is more suitable for driverless pedestrian detection in urban traffic environment.

Depression, as one of the largest influence disorders, needs more attention on its growing patients. Medicine treatment has been seeing as the major treatment for depression. As one of the most commonly used medicine, Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIS) increases serotonin levels to treat depression effectively, and the data from clinical data prove its value. Furthermore, Serotonin and Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors (SNRIs) and Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) treat depression by affecting at least one neurotransmitter, generally is chemical in the brain and digestive system. Other therapies were mostly as an auxiliary, such as psychological therapy, Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS). These therapies often work effectively by stimulating neurotransmitters’ activity and increasing the activeness of the reward system. After new study and technology production, new development like ketamine can satisfy Individual Differences by more detailed inspection. Optogenetics in auxiliary treatment can be another way to increase the exactness of ECT and VNS after solving problems such as actual circuits in the whole network. In this review, we first focus mostly on drug treatments. We then summarize current information for other treatments and discuss the mechanisms that lead to in effect. Ultimately, we predict future development in the drug and optogenetics area. The previous study on depression treatment leads us a way to discover a future solution.

For transmission line de-icing, a five level specific harmonic elimination (5l-she) modulation method for high-power parallel current source is proposed, which realizes the current balance of DC bridge arm and the suppression of common mode voltage, and ensures the power quality of grid connected current at low switching frequency. In addition the reactive power of the low voltage load can be compensated at the same time. Firstly, the switching states are classified according to the different mode lengths of PWM current, and the common mode voltage corresponding to each switching state is calculated. Secondly, the current sharing control strategy is established based on the analysis of the influence of redundant switching state on the current sharing of DC bridge arm. Then, the 5l-she waveform is constructed based on the switching state with lower common mode voltage, and the redundant switching states is optimized according to the current sharing strategy. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation.

This paper has proposed a phase controlled and PWM controlled power current source converter (CSC) for transmission line de-icing. The proposed system consists of a high-power thyristor-based line commutated converter to contribute a majority of the dc de-icing current and a low power PWM CSC to provide a part of the dc de-icing current and to compensate the low order harmonic ac current from the TCR. Thus, the grid current can be highly sinusoidal. In order to avoid the resonance caused by the interaction between TCR and PWM CSC, a virtual impedance control is implemented in the PWM CSC without using any additional sensors. Comprehensive verification results have been obtained to validate the correctness of the proposed approach.

This paper puts the supply and demand of external technology into the scope of knowledge potential difference and discusses the choice of innovation mode in high-tech industry from the perspective of knowledge potential difference. And based on high technology industry in 2009-2016 provincial panel data, the relative difference between the human capital of universities and the human capital of high-tech industries is used to measure the regional knowledge potential difference. The threshold regression method is used to empirically test the nonlinear effect of innovation mode on innovation performance of high-tech industry under different knowledge potential differences and identify the “Inverted U” mechanism of knowledge potential difference on external technology transfer of high-tech industry. The results show that there are two thresholds for knowledge potential difference in Chinese provinces, and with the increase of knowledge potential difference, the efficiency of independent R&D in high-tech industries decreases. When the knowledge potential difference is moderate, the innovation mode of domestic technology transformation can significantly promote the high-tech industry. According to the two threshold values, the knowledge potential difference of each jurisdiction presents typical three-stage regular changes. The conclusion of this paper provides theoretical support for the innovation mode selection of high-tech industry.

Through the analysis of macroeconomic background, taking Qingdao as an example, this paper investigates the market environment through marketing channels, market characteristics and economic scale, sums up the main factors for the construction of lattice shop location, and provides practical suggestions for the construction of lattice shop platform in this region, so as to promote the industrial innovation and development of lattice shop business model in the local market.

Hydrophobic mesoporous silica nanowires were synthesis and then employed as support for immobilization of lipase from Candida antarctica via covalent bonding (CALB@MSW). The parameters were optimized and the optimum conditions were as follows: GA concentration 5.5 wt.%, activation time 60 min and CALB concentration 4 mg/mL. Under these conditions, the protein loading and specific activity of CALB@MSW were 138.3 mg/gsupport and 41.1 U/mgsupport, respectively. Compared with free CALB, CALB@MSW showed better thermal stability and pH stability. The maximum yield of biodiesel catalytic by CALB@MSW was 93.4 %. After reused 8 times, CALB@MSW still remained 95.75 % initial activity showing better stability than free CALB.

Obstacle detection in complex urban traffic environment has become an important part of unmanned vehicle optimization, and its complexity brings great challenges to the reliability of unmanned target detection. YOLOv3 in deep learning algorithm has a good detection effect in target detection, but it has certain defects in detecting targets in complex urban traffic environment. In this paper, the spatial pyramid module is added to YOLOv3 to improve the extraction of data features of the deep model. Then, on the basis of optimized network, the target detection algorithm is streamlined by combining layer pruning and channel pruning. The streamlined algorithm is called YOLOv3-SPP3-Tiny. Comparing the experimental results of YOLOv3-SPP3-tiny and YOLOv3 on Street Scenes dataset, the Precision is improved by 2.77%, the average precision (mAP) is increased by 0.87%, the Total BFLOPS is reduced by 94.49%, and the Inference time is reduced by 80.39%. Experimental results show that the model YOLOv3-SPP3-tiny algorithm is more conducive to unmanned object detection in complex urban road environment.

The global spread of the COVID-19 has given severely challenge to the contemporary human settlement environment. Traditional villages, as an essential human settlement, which has been significant in contemporary life. This article takes the traditional village space in the Jiangnan region, China as an example to analyse the positive interaction between humans and nature, health, and space in its traditional design. This research points out that in the traditional village space, healthy human settlements have two levels: “material form” and “internal sprite”. In addition to focusing on the transformation, innovation, and application of the technology, designers should exceed the material level to seek non-material dialogue and integration, to explore the important role of inner spiritual art for healthy living. Finally, this research combine with the urban epidemic prevention function and pointed out that the symbiosis mechanism between urban and rural areas should be actively explored. The penetration and integration of urban and rural areas can better cure, and promote the sustainable protection, activation, utilization and innovation of traditional villages in the future.

In recent years, the aging process of China's population has been accelerating, which has a series of impacts on China's economic development. This paper first analyzes the positive and negative effects of population aging on China from the perspective of theory. Then based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 1998 to 2017, this paper establishes individual fixed effect model through unit root test, cointegration test, F-test and Hausman test. The result of the model estimation is that the aging of population can promote the economic development of China and the elasticity of GDP per capita to the ratio of the elderly population is 0.05. According to this analysis, this paper provides some policy suggestions for China's future economic development.
