The vascular endothelial cell (VEC) is a single layer of flat squamous epithelium covering the intima of the blood vessel. It constitutes a biological barrier to the blood vessel wall. It is not only a protective barrier but also a producer of some autocrine secretion. The substance is used to regulate homeostasis and vascular tone and has a variety of biological functions. VEC senescence can lead to vascular dysfunction, which is a major risk factor for cardiovascular system (CVS) and has a close relationship with cardiovascular disease (CVD). However, the mechanism of VEC senescence and the effects of VEC senescence on vascular function are not fully understood. This review summarizes the characteristics of VEC senescence and describes age-related CVD.

Pouring is an important process in foundry. However, due to the large number of risers and unfixed flask position, the high-temperature smoke generated by the flask is difficult to collect, which has a negative impact on the working environment and atmospheric environment of the workshop. Solving the environmental problems caused by flask is a focus of green development of foundry industry. In this paper, the effect of flask smoke exhaust hood based on the ceiling attached jet is studied. The air distribution in the exhaust hood is optimized by numerical simulation to avoid the escape of contaminants from the hood. The main influencing factors such as length of air supply duct, flask temperature and air distribution optimization device in the hood were studied. The results show that the ceiling attached jet method can improve the capture efficiency of the exhaust hood. The best capture efficiency is achieved when the length of the air supply duct is 3m. The air distribution can be significantly improved when the length of the baffle is greater than 600mm. Compared with the existing technical scheme, this study can save energy25×104kWh/a, the total particulate emissions are reduced by 97%. This study has important reference significance for the green development of foundry industry.

The South China Sea is the sea area with the largest area, the largest depth, the most abundant oil and gas resources and the most comprehensive biological species in China. The further exploration of the South China Sea with manned submersible and other major deep-sea equipment is of great significance to China's deep-sea scientific investigation. In this paper, Jiaolong manned submersible was taken as an example. In order to explore the operation window to guarantee the operation safety of manned submersible and improve the efficiency of voyage scientific investigation, this paper combined the global wave return data and the wave data based on satellite remote sensing to focus on the Marine environment characteristics in the South China Sea. According to the operational design parameters of Jiaolong, in the South China Sea, the most appropriate operating time window is from April to September, and the rest of the time, proper sea conditions should be selected for the operation.

The southwest Indian Ocean is an important area for deep-sea investigation and exploration. In this paper, the spatial distribution and temporal variation characteristics of wave elements in the sea area were analyzed by using the high resolution reanalysis data (ERA) from the European Center, the optimal path set of tropical cyclones provided by the Joint Warning Center (JTWC) and the global ocean circulation model (OFES). The results show that the monthly mean effective wave height in the southwest Indian Ocean is relatively large, ranging from 3.5m to 5.5m. the wave season is relatively stable, with the highest mean wave height in winter and the lowest mean wave height in summer; The frequency of tropical cyclones is higher in summer and autumn and lower in winter; The most suitable operation time of manned submersible in the southwest Indian Ocean is from November to march of the next year, and other time needs to select good sea conditions for operation.

In this paper, through the experimental study of two heating seasons, it is found that the heat pump installation position and orientation, circulating pump work/frequency conversion, frosting conditions, etc. have a greater impact on the heat pump unit energy efficiency ratio. According to the actual operation data and theoretical derivation, the analysis shows that the energy efficiency ratio increases by 2.4% when the installation position and orientation increase the air temperature by 1K. The circulating water pump can save 78% of the power consumption in the period by changing the power frequency to frequency conversion. The frosting condition diagram can make a reasonable configuration and operation prediction for the heat pump system.

A new fluorescent chemosensor for Fe3+ was developed based on a rhodamine platform. L displayed highly selective and sensitive “OFF-ON” fluorescence response and naked-eye color change to Fe3+ in aqueous solution. The resulting L-Fe3+ complex was found to act as a selective“ ON-OFF” fluorescence probe for AcO- against common anions and cations with a Fe3+ displacement approach. The detection limits of L to Fe3+ and L-Fe3+ complex to AcO- were estimated to be 6.04×10-8 mol/L and 7.51×10-8 mol/L, respectively. The good biocompatibility of L enabled the investigation of fluorescent response for Fe3+ and AcO- in living Ana-1 cells by confocal microscope.
