Due to the lack of peak intersection congestion coordination control strategy, at present, most of the points during the peak period of the urban area only fixed cycle control, can not sense the downstream intersection queuing length in time, resulting in the downstream congestion is still normal release, so that part of the vehicle into the intersection queue, in the cross-direction before the release of the intersection can not be timely driven out of the intersection, affecting the cross-release of the vehicle traffic, resulting in intersection blockage. In the platform to introduce the peak intersection congestion coordination control strategy to reduce the length of vehicle queues to ease peak congestion, the platform is mainly responsible for congestion analysis, indicator calculation, traffic research and judgement can be found in the real-time environment of the congestion and the formulation of countermeasures to support the signal control, traffic organisation, police scheduling and so on.

Accurate reconstruction of the 3D morphology and spatial distribution of myelinated axons in mouse brains is very important for understanding the mechanism and dynamic behavior of long-distance information transmission between brain regions. However, it is difficult to segment and reconstruct myelinated axons automatically due to two reasons: the amount of it is huge and the morphology of it is different between brain regions. Traditional artificial labeling methods usually require a large amount of manpower to label each myelinated axon slice by slice, which greatly hinders the development of the mouse brain connectome. In order to solve this problem and improve the reconstruction efficiency, this paper proposes an annotation generation method that takes the myelinated axon as prior knowledge, which can greatly reduce the manual labeling time while reaching the level of manual labeling. This method consists of three steps. Firstly, the 3D axis equation of myelinated axons is established by sparse axon artificial center point labels on slices, and the region to be segmented is pre-extracted according to the 3D axis. Subsequently, the U-Net network was trained by a small number of artificially labeled myelinated axons and was used for precise segmentation of output by the last step, so as to obtain accurate axon 2D morphology. Finally, based on the segmentation results, the high-precision 3D reconstruction of axons was performed by imaris software, and the spatial distribution of myelinated axons in the mouse brain was reconstructed. In this paper, the effectiveness of this method was verified on the dataset of high-resolution X-ray microtomography of the mouse cortex. Experiments show that this method can achieve an average MIoU 81.57, and the efficiency can be improved by more than 1400x compared with the manual labeling method.

In order to solve the problem of waste of living water in Chifeng College Students' dormitory, the actual situation of water consumption in student dormitory was investigated. This paper analyzes the potential of water-saving and water-saving technology and strategy of Chifeng College, and finds out the water-saving mode suitable for the dormitory of Chifeng College. On this basis, the research on the application of reclaimed water treatment technology and the construction of reclaimed water treatment station in Chifeng university is carried out. This study provides theoretical and experimental support for solving the problem of water-saving in Chifeng College.

Based on the statistics of the current situation of hot water in students’ dormitories of Chifeng University, this paper summarizes the characteristics of male and female students’ use of domestic hot water, obtains the relevant laws of university students’ hot water use behavior characteristics, and puts forward the selection and layout of water heaters according to the water use rules, so as to solve the bottleneck problem of hot water use in our school.

Maximizing the potential value of demand-side resources in terms of network reliability and economy is a considerable challenge because of their time-varying and potentially complex operational characteristics. It is urgent to take the interactive relationship between supply and demand side into consideration to improve the efficiency and practicability of the distribution network planning and enhance the utilization of existing equipment. In this paper, the uncertainty of DG output and the load is first modelled, and the seasonal label information is added to the model to generate the planning-oriented scenarios of DG output and the load. Considering the integration of demand-side resources, a bi-level optimal planning model is established to minimize the annual total cost of the distribution network. The proposed model is tested on the IEEE 33-node distribution system to illustrate its feasibility and validity in distribution network planning with consideration of the integration of demand-side resources.
