This paper sorts out the working principles and technical characteristics of current mainstream energy storage technologies, forecasts the development prospects of energy storage in China, discusses the main application scenarios and profit models of energy storage in China, and conducts cost estimation for relatively mature energy storage methods such as lithium-ion battery, lead-carbon batteries, sodium-ion batteries, flow batteries compressed, air hydrogen and fuel cells. Finally, based on the actual situation of energy storage industry scale and layout in Shandong Province, suggestions are proposed for the future development direction of energy storage and related supporting policies in Shandong Province.

Annelids conspicuously exert influence upon soil physicochemical attributes through their alimen-tary, burrowing, and excretion endeavors, thereby imparting ramifications upon soil erosion phenomena. Nev-ertheless, comprehension of the particular repercussions stemming from annelid activities vis-à-is soil erosion remains circumscribed. The primary objective of this investigation was to scrutinize the synergistic ramifica-tions of gallinaceous fecal matter and remnants of traditional Chinese medicinal substances on annelid prolif-eration and soil characteristics within a simulated experiment. In order to gauge the impact of annelid activities upon soil hydric distribution, runoff velocity, and soil erosion, a laboratory-simulated precipitation experiment was executed across three incline gradients (5 degrees, 10 degrees, and 15 degrees), featuring a uniform pre-cipitation intensity of 80 mm/h and a 60-minute precipitation duration post-runoff initiation. Findings evinced that annelids significantly heightened soil hydric infiltration and retention. In tanks inhabited by annelids, the increments in soil hydric retention were 93%, 51%, and 70% more elevated than those in control plots at incline gradients of 5 degrees, 10 degrees, and 15 degrees, respectively. Comparatively, earthworm activities led to a 70% reduction in runoff rate at a 5-degree slope, a 13% reduction at 10 degrees, and a 39% reduction at 15 degrees. However, soil erosion rates increased by 42% and 46% at slope gradients of 10 degrees and 15 degrees, respectively. Earthworms, through their feeding and burrowing activities, not only enhanced soil water infil-tration but also mitigated surface runoff while contributing to increased soil erosion. This research proffers invaluable perspicacity regarding the influence of subterranean fauna on the vicissitudes of soil erosion pro-cesses, furnishing empirical evidence amenable for assimilation into extant soil erosion simulation paradigms or as a substratum for the construction of nascent models.

Zhaolun is the master work written by Sengzhao. I will choose one of most precious commentaries, Zhao Lun Ji Jie Ling Mo Chao, which I study, and translate into English, as nobody has done this work till now. In the studies of Zhaolun, some unsolved questions and divergences still exist. Based on the works of scholars in China and abroad, I try to explain some questions more properly on grounds. Zhaolun deeply affected the Buddhism in China, as well in Korea and Japan. I study Zhaolun based on the general explanation to the notes and commentaries in different Dynasties.

This paper proposes a mathematic model of time series production simulation, and presents a case study of the Shandong power grid and investigates the role of demand-side resources in ensuring power supply. Based on the supply-demand analysis method and the design of the demand-side resource regulation plan, the demand response of the Shandong power grid can essentially meet the power balance requirements by 2025 under the baseline scenario. Under the extreme scenario, the power deficit can also be addressed by orderly power consumption. It is suggested to pay more attention to the development and utilization of demand-side resources.

This study used cyanamide as the precursor and SiO2 as the template to prepare a layered structure g-C3N4, and characterized its crystal structure, morphology, optical performance, and electrochemical performance. Photocatalytic oxidation experiments were conducted on biomass derivatives (glucose).Orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of factors such as illumination time, catalyst concentration, and photocurrent on photocatalytic reactions, and the reaction mechanism was explored. The product was qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and quantitatively analyzed by High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the prepared g-C3N4 exhibited a layered structure with a band gap of 2.78 eV. When the catalyst concentration is 10mg, the photocurrent intensity is 4 A, and the illumination time is 24 hours, the glucose conversion rate is 49.09 %. The active group capture experiment shows that the main active species of g-C3N4 under visible light is ·O -. In this study, commercial P25 catalyst was used for photocatalytic oxidation of glucose under optimal conditions. The experimental results indicate that the catalytic oxidation performance of P25 for glucose is lower than that of layered structure g-C3N4.

With the rapid development of economy, China’s energy is in the stage of rapid transformation, and the market demand for comprehensive energy service in the whole society is increasing. Therefore, China needs to vigorously promote the construction of a comprehensive energy system energy supply mode with new energy as the main body, so as to realize the reasonable allocation of resources and the high proportion of clean energy consumption. To effectively evaluate the quality of the system operating benefits, this paper with a variety of typical comprehensive energy system as the background, through the establishment of comprehensive energy system scenario operating benefit evaluation index system, build index based on hierarchical analysis method weight model and entropy method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, evaluate the benefits of various types of comprehensive energy system.

The key to achieving peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality lies in the low-carbon transformation of energy and power, which is crucial to China's overall economic and social development. With the intensification of global climate change, countries are actively exploring strategies to adapt to climate change. However, coal, as the main future energy source, is expected to remain dominant, making it urgent to advance the transformation of fossil energy towards low-carbonization. In this context, this paper comprehensively analyzes the timing of the reduction of fossil energy and the replacement of non-fossil energy in China through a comparative analysis of the international and domestic energy transformation status, taking into account the need to ensure energy supply security and achieve China's economic and social development goals. The paper proposes development suggestions for China's energy development path, including optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure, building a clean and low-carbon energy system, strengthening CCUS technology development, and leveraging market mechanisms. These recommendations provide a certain reference and guidance for China to achieve its energy transformation goals.

In this paper, an experimental scheme based on poultry manure as a feed additive for ruminants along with a compound herbal medicine as a bacterial inhibitor of poultry manure was proposed by implementing linear simulations by polynomial cubic fitting method on today's topical environmental pollution issues of chicken manure and straw. The results of the fitting yielded that the herbal medicine addition at 1% was the best ratio value to effectively inhibit the bacteria of poultry manure and promote the growth of cattle. Therefore, this herbal dosing is effective for feeding ruminants. It also provides a new scientific research method for the application of poultry manure in ruminant feeding today.

With the development of China’s urbanization process, vacant land has become a critical issue in shrinking cities. Based on the panel data of 28 shrinking cities in China from 2006 to 2018, the impact of transport development (including transport investment and transport mobility) on construction land use efficiency (CLUE) was analyzed in this study. The results show that transport mobility plays a greater role than transport investment in improving CLUE of shrinking cities. Specifically, the increase of transport investment and transport mobility per unit will increase CLUE of shrinking cities by 0.01 and 0.1, respectively. Then, the shrinking cities are divided into three types, which include resource-based cities, post-industrial cities and less-developed cities. We find that transport development has the most significant impact on CLUE of less-developed cities while having no significant impact on resource-based cities. Finally, the results based on the mediating effect model show that the change of land use structure is the main mediating variable through which transport development affected CLUE of shrinking cities.

With the rapid development of construction industry, there are more and more deep and large foundation pit projects with complex architectural environment and geological conditions. Deformation monitoring in deep foundation pit as a basic element of engineering quality assurance is becoming more and more important. At present, the management and expression form of monitoring data in deep foundation pit still stays in the stage of two-dimensional form and curve expression, and it can not reflect the deformation of deep foundation pit in real, fast and effective way.Take the 3#, 4# high-rise residential and underground garage project of a college in Xi'an as an example. Based on Revit software, taking BIM technology and Revit API as the theoretical basis, and taking Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and Autodesk Revit 2014 as the development platform, we use C# programming language to carry out the two development of information management module for deep foundation pit engineering monitoring. Combining BIM technology with monitoring data management of deep foundation pit, the information management mode of monitoring data of deep foundation pit is improved, which makes express expression of deep foundation pit construction monitoring more rapid and effective, and has guiding significance for safety construction of deep foundation pit engineering.

In this paper, an intelligent radioactivity and radiation dose monitoring system is designed, which can be used in the field of nuclear medicine. The system can dynamically monitor the body surface radioactivity and radiation dose rate of patients receiving 131I radioactive drug treatment, and can identify the personnel who exceed the radiation threshold and send out sound and light alarm. Compared with other monitoring equipment, this system has higher accuracy and can guide the clinical treatment of nuclear medicine scientifically.

In order to ensure the normal operation and personnel safety of energy storage station, this paper intends to analyse the potential failure mode and identify the risk through DFMEA analysis method, and then through the targeted treatment of potential risk items, formulate effective design prevention countermeasures and personnel emergency measures, so as to improve the energy storage station. The reliability of the battery can reduce the safety risk and ensure the safe operation of energy storage station.

Using temperature as the main state basis for sorting the LiFePO4 battery can solve the problem of insufficient response to the internal working state of the cell. By tracking and monitoring the status of each cell inside the module, which can reflect the consistency of the complex system after large-capacity grouping. Here, the dynamic temperature change of the LiFePO4 battery is detected, the temperature rise and the temperature rise rate are compared. The corresponding temperature rise rate of the old cell were significantly higher than the new cell. The temperature difference can be used to judge the consistency of the single cells in the battery module.

With the improvement of China’s electrification level, the relationship between electricity power consumption and social economy development is getting closer. Under this background, in this paper, the business cycle analysis method is applied to the electricity power industry in Hebei Province, and the link between electric power generation and economic development is determined through the prosperity index. First of all, the steps and methods of business cycle analysis were introduced, and the time-difference grey correlation method considering the consistency of time series to screen indicators was put forward, thus to reduce the number of indicators. Next, Hebei Province was taken as an example, and its monthly data related to power generation and economic growth in the 10 years from 2009 to 2018 to was selected to build the business cycle indicator system, at last the composite prosperity index of Hebei Province in electric power industry was calculated. This research results manifest that it is feasible to apply the business cycle analysis to the power industry.

Dianchi Lake urban wetland park in Kunming is an important component of Dianchi lakeside wetlands, it is of great significance to the urban development and ecological protection of Kunming. To solve the problem of non-point source pollution of Dianchi Lake basin, the Dianchi Lake Pan-Asian International Urban Wetland Park is taken as an example, the rapid artificial infiltration treatment system and the comprehensive constructed wetland treatment system were designed for Dianchi Lake urban wetland park, and various design parameters and its influencing factors have been analyzed. After the deep treatment by the treatment system, the water quality reached the standards of landscape water. The planning of water system for Dianchi Lake urban wetland park provides a reference for designing plateau lake urban wetland parks.

The thesis conducts research on the risk management and control of power grid infrastructure engineering cost, integrates domestic and foreign research on risk management and control related concepts, combines the characteristics of power grid infrastructure engineering, and establishes power grid transmission and transformation through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, entropy weight method and TOPSIS method. Finally, according to the key risk points determined by the empirical analysis, combined with the current status of the power grid infrastructure project cost risk management, a series of targeted measures and suggestions are proposed for the project cost management. The thesis evaluates the impact of the cost risk factors at all stages of the entire life cycle of the power grid infrastructure project, which can provide a useful reference for the establishment and improvement of the power grid transmission and transformation project cost risk management and control system, and has certain practical significance and reference value. With the gradual deepening of theoretical research and the increasingly perfect engineering cost risk control system, the results of this research will have greater practical value.

In February 2020, Beijing, China andCalifornia, USA respectively released road test reports of 2019 for autonomous vehicles. Beijing and California respectively represent the highest level of testing and application of autonomous vehicles in the two countries. This article will compare the test items, evaluation criteria and technical defects of each autonomous vehicle company in the road test reports of China and the United States, also analyze the existing problems, and propose an idea for the construction of a comprehensive test site for autonomous vehicles. This article aims to solve the prominently exposed problems in decision-making and planning in autonomous vehicles with DQN algorithm-base vehicle fleet, and to look forward to the future development trend of autonomous driving testing.

Controlling the good staff turnover rate is helpful to improve the service quality of the hotel, reduce the labor cost and create economic benefits, so as to better adapt to the high speed of economic development. This paper takes the hotel staff as the research object and makes an in-depth study on the relevant factors affecting their turnover. On the basis of literature research, the research hypothesis is put forward, and the questionnaire is designed, and the multivariate statistical regression analysis is used to verify the hypothesis. The following conclusions are drawn:(1) the individual, organizational situation and the positive pressure of employee turnover; (2) the influence degree of each influencing factor on employee turnover behavior, from high to low, is the value, Leadership style, interpersonal environment, psychological contract.

Maximum point power tracking (MPPT) technology is widely used to improve photovoltaic (PV) output power, and the traditional MPPT control methods are being used more and more widely. However, the PV system controlled by MPPT cannot be directly applied to the direct-current (DC) microgrid, and the output voltage is not stable, resulting in more than the DC bus rated voltage. Based on this problem, some researchers have proposed the control method with DC bus. At present, there are few researches on this control method in the world, the research status and process of this aspect are not discussed in detail. This paper analyzes and summarizes the PV system with DC bus of MPPT control method based on referring to the existing relevant literature, hoping to provide some help for the subsequent research and experiments of relevant researchers.

There is a controversy for the implementation of the self-healing system and the PT layout scheme. By analyzing the role of self-healing system and its action logic, this paper gives the role of voltage value in the self-healing system. By comparing the reliability, floor area and investment of various PT arrangements, this paper proposes a PT setting recommendation plan, and analyzes the feasibility of the plan.

Remanufacturing is one of the most effective forms of the recycling economy, and the “Trade-in for Remanufacturing” (TIFR) program in China plays an important role in the development of remanufacturing. To understand this new business model of remanufacturing, the price and demand relationship of the NP and RP are examined in two periods, considering TIFR subsidy which is in practice in China. Comparing integrated optimization scheme and tiered optimization scheme, this paper then researches the pricing strategy with TIFR subsidy respectively, as multi-object optimization is employed in the latter scheme. Tiered optimization pricing is found to improve the old customer’s TIFR enthusiasm, balance the remanufacturing system and work better with TIFR subsidy through numerical experiments. This paper studies the impacts of subsidy rate, receptiveness to RP, and the mixture of them, then verifies the proposed model and gives an inspiration to the management of the new remanufacturing business model about TIFR subsidy.

This work explores the effect of the ammonia concentration on the wetland synthesis of microbial fuel cell (MFC) and on the production and the efficiency of sewage purification. Four ammonia concentrations from 1 to 30 mg/L have been selected. Under the fixed condition of a chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration of 200 mg/L, a constructed wetland microbial fuel cell (CW-MFC) could be built. The results show that by selecting the optimum ammonia concentration the production of the CW-MFC could be promoted; a higher ammonia concentration (>20 mg/L) is found to inhibit the production activity of CW-MFC. In the optimum conditions, Cathode and anode thickness is 10 cm, the ammonia concentration is 10 mg/L, the COD concentration of 200 mg/L, the maximum power density of the battery is 13.6 W/m3, the corresponding current density is 148.6 A/m3 and the battery internal resistance is 270 Ω. At the ammonia nitrogen concentration of 10 mg/L, the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and COD were up to 89.7% and 98.47% respectively. As the ammonia nitrogen concentration increased to 30 mg/L, the ammonia nitrogen and COD removal rates decreased to 74.6% and 90.69% respectively. That is, when the ammonia nitrogen concentration is 10 mg/L, CW-MFC can exhibit the best performance.

Lignocellulose is the most abundant renewable biomass resource in nature. Pretreatment of lignocellulose can improve the accessibility of cellulase to cellulose raw materials, reduce the ineffective adsorption of cellulase, reduce the crystallinity and obtain higher reducing sugar. In this paper, several practical pretreatment technologies of lignocellulose are summarized, and the methods, principles, advantages and disadvantages of each pretreatment technology are summarized, and then the development prospect of lignocellulose pretreatment methods is prospected.

Today, food safety is a common concern in the world. As the main source of food, agricultural products’ safety is also worthy of attention. By establishing the vertical integration model of the agricultural product supply chain, the circulation links of agricultural products can be reduced, and the circulation efficiency and quality level of agricultural products can be improved. This paper assumes that under the condition of simple fresh agricultural products, there is only one wholesaler and one retailer in the agricultural product supply chain. Through the analysis of the economic model, it is concluded that the vertical integration of the agricultural product supply chain has a positive impact on the safety of agricultural products. With the improvement of the vertical integration of the supply agricultural products supply chain, the efforts of wholesalers and suppliers to ensure the safety of agricultural products have been improved, the circulation cost of agricultural products has been reduced, and the sales price of agricultural products has been reduced.

This paper divides the energy market into energy futures market and new energy stock market. At the same time, the closing price of Shenzhen carbon emission rights is used to represent the carbon market price, the energy futures composite index of China Securities Exchange is used to represent the energy futures market price, and the stock price of new energy listed companies is used to represent the new energy stock market price. VAR model and MSVAR model are used to empirically study the relationship between the three variables and the nonlinear relationship between them. VAR model results show that there will be more complex relationship among carbon market price, energy company stock price and energy futures price. MSVAR model shows that the energy futures market, new energy stock market and carbon market present nonlinear and structural changes, and MSVAR model can better explain the nonlinear relationship among the three markets than traditional VAR model.

Carbon dioxide injection into natural gas hydrate reservoirs represents a promising opportunity to predispose a theoretically carbon neutral energy source. This technique allows to replace methane molecules with an equal number of carbon dioxide molecules and, consequently, to balance in advance emissions associated to methane utilization. While the direct CH4/CO2 replacement has been widely investigated, more data and scientific evidences are required to well define the feasibility of recovering methane by replacing it with CO2-based gaseous mixtures. In this sense, the most promising opportunity consists in flue-gas mixtures. In some cases, the presence of nitrogen was found capable to improve the overall efficiency, due to the direct competition between CH4 and N2 molecules to fill small cages characterizing hydrate structures. Moreover, these mixtures are extremely less-expensive than pure carbon dioxide. In this work, a binary CO2/N2 (50/50 vol%) gaseous mixture was used to recover methane contained into hydrate structures. Experiments were carried out in a small-scale experimental apparatus, designed to simulate a natural gas hydrate reservoir and to intervene on it with replacement techniques. Composition of gaseous mixtures present into hydrates and in the gaseous phase present immediately above, where defined via gas-chromatographic analyses. Finally, results were compared with data currently present in literature, in order to validate their consistency.

When designing the main wiring scheme of the substation, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the problems of dense power grid, high system stability and outstanding short-circuit current problems, and improve the reliability of power supply according to the actual situation of urban development. This design plan optimizes the main wiring form, and conducts optimization research from the three aspects of reliability, flexibility and economy. After technical and economic demonstrations, the optimal design form of the main wiring of the 220kV substation is determined, and it has good economic benefits. To study selenium (Se)-enriched characteristics of maize in Ziyang area and to select cultivars, six cultivars were planted on three different soils with high-Se, middle-Se and low-Se. The Se content of grain, stalk & leaf and cob were tested separately, and the relationship between Se content in soil and the capability of Se-enrichment in different organs of six cultivars were analyzed. The result showed that the Se content of maize organs is positively correlated with the Se in soil. Meanwhile, on the soil with different Se content, the trends of Se-enriching capacity in different organs of maize cultivars were as follows: stalk & leaf > grain > cob. Further comparison of the ratio of the Se content of various organs to the Se content of soil showed that, the maize planted on the middle-Se soil has the highest capability of Se-enrichment. Considering the biomass, the accumulation of Se in the grains of sweet maize Shaan K512 and waxy maize Shaan K818 were relatively higher. This study has implications for Se-rich maize and comprehensive utilization of Se in Ziyang.

Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe and analyze the microstructure of the cross section of cortical bone. The observation results illustrated that the cortical bone is composed of cylindrical osteons and interstitial bone between osteons, and the osteon are unevenly distributed. Based on the microstructure characteristics of cortical bone, three types of cortical bone mesoscopic analysis models were established. Then, the extended finite element method (X-FEM) was used to simulate the microcrack propagation process in bone. The simulate results show that the crack initiation strain of the two-phase model is 19.1% larger than that of the single-phase model, and the three-phase model is 57.8% larger than that of the two-phase model, which demonstrated that the osteons and cement line can significantly enhance the crack initiation strain of bone. In addition, under the same boundary conditions, the model with cement line can effectively change the propagation path of microcrack and prevent the propagation of crack. Therefore, the cement lines in cortical bone can effectively increase the fracture resistance of bone and enhance the fracture toughness of cortical bone.

The rail transit system driven by linear motor has outstanding advantages in climbing ability, traction performance, vibration and noise. However, with the increase of traffic travel and other situations, how to ensure that the linear motor still has a large thrust and stability in the air gap condition is the key technical problem. In order to solve this problem, three Halbach permanent magnet array structures are proposed and applied to the magnetic barrier coupled primary permanent magnet unilateral excitation linear motor (MBCPPMUELM). The finite element software is used for simulation and analysis. By comparing the harmonic distribution of air gap magnetic field of the three Halbach permanent magnet array motors, a topology structure with high magnetic field modulation effect is obtained It provides a useful reference for the further design and analysis of this kind of motor.

In order to simplify the demulsification speed test of emulsified asphalt, rapid-breaking, medium-breaking and slow-breaking emulsified asphalt as well as different aggregates were selected for the demulsification speed test. The specific surface area of each single grade was determined by the actual measurement, and the equivalent aggregate was collected according to the principle of equivalent surface area. The results show that the equivalent aggregate can be composed by the assembling of gradations smaller than 0.075mm and one or two bigger gradations. Therefore, the types of gradation in the equivalent aggregate will be reduced by one-half compared with that in the standard aggregate. The surface area of the equivalent aggregate is the same as that of the standard aggregate, and under a certain volume ratio, the demulsification rate determined by equivalent aggregate or standard aggregate is the same.There is also a critical volume ratio existing for the equivalent aggregate, If the critical volume ratio is exceeded, the demulsification rate determined by the equivalent aggregate will be greatly different from that determined by the standard aggregate. It is also found that the volume ratio turns to 1 without any changes when the proportion of gradation smaller than 0.075mm reaches 25%-30%.

As an internal driving force to promote economic growth, residents’ consumption also has an important impact on energy consumption. Based on the difference of consumption structure between urban and rural residents, this paper introduces the income gap variable of urban and rural residents, analyzes the impact of urban and rural residents’ consumption on energy consumption, and provides reference for the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies. On this basis, the author believes that the government should take flexible measures to control energy consumption according to the differences between urban and rural areas, make accurate efforts, and steadily promote the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction.

In this paper, the shortest path problem of manipulator path planning is transformed into a linear programming problem, and solved by zeroing neural network (ZNN). Firstly, the method of constructing the zeroing neural dynamics is given, and the ZNN model is constructed for shortest path problem of manipulator. Then, the Lyapunov method is utilized to prove the stability of the ZNN model. Finally, the ZNN model is applied to the path planning of manipulator to generate an optimal planning path. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively realize the optimal path planning of the manipulator.

Increasingly, safety and liability critical applications require GNSS-like positioning metrics in environments where GNSS cannot work. Indoor navigation for the vision impaired and other mobility restricted individuals, emergency responders and asset tracking in buildings demand levels of positioning accuracy and integrity that cannot be satisfied by current indoor positioning technologies and techniques. This paper presents the challenges facing positioning technologies for indoor positioning and presents innovative algorithms and approaches that aim to enhance performance in these difficult environments. The overall aim is to achieve GNSS-like performance in terms of autonomous, global, infrastructure free, portable and cost efficient. Preliminary results from a real-world experimental campaign conducted as part of the joint FIG Working Group 5.5 and IAG Sub-commission 4.1 on multi-sensor systems, demonstrate performance improvements based on differential Wi-Fi (DWi-Fi) and cooperative positioning techniques. The techniques, experimental schema and initial results will be fully documented in this paper.

A large offshore wind farm usually consists of dozens or even hundreds of wind turbines. Due to the limitation of the simulation scale, it is necessary to develop an equivalent model of offshore wind farms for power system studies. At present, the aggregation method is widely adopted for wind farm equivalent modeling. In this paper, the topology, electrical parameters, operating conditions and individual turbine characteristics of the offshore wind farms are taken into consideration. Firstly, the output power distribution of offshore wind farm, the voltage distribution of the collector system and the fault ride-through characteristics of wind turbines are analyzed. Then, a dynamic equivalent modeling method for offshore wind farms is developed based on the fault characteristics analysis. Finally, the proposed method is validated through time-domain simulation.

With the continuous rising of economic benefits and the increasing innovation of science and technology, the relationship between human beings and natural environment is becoming more and more prominent. Especially after the world enters into industrialization, human beings plunder resources recklessly and destroy the stable cycle of ecological environment. In recent years, China has put forward the development concept of "not only the golden and silver mountains, but also the lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”. The 13th Five-Year Plan of China has established five development concepts: innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing. The concept of "green" has been incorporated into the national strategic design, which highlights the harmonious development between human beings and nature, people and people. As the guider in the future, under the background of sustainable development, the green design takes innovation as the starting point, so as to become the permanent motive force of green development.

For the precision shear of bars, the kind of rotating high-speed precision cutting method has been given. The structure design of rotary precision shearing machine and the structure design of feeding structure are completed. The method of numerical simulation is used to optimize the cutting tool, and then the experiment platform is completed. Rotary impact and the stress concentration effect of the surface of the bar are used in the paper. The experiment is carried out for the Φ8 mm diameter stainless steel bar stock by changing the speed of the cutting tool through the converter and controlling rod feeding efficiency. The experimental results show that the method is feasible to meet the requirement of various material of the small diameter rod in the industry.

Based on the status quo of the meteorological S&T innovation of 31 provinces and cities in China, this paper sets up the meteorological S&T evaluation index system on the basis of the meteorological statistics data in 2015. It also builds the innovation ability evaluation model of meteorological S&T based on AHP. Then it compares and analyzes the results, which provides perspectives for the accurate understanding of innovation ability of meteorological S&T in China. At last, it put forwards some suggestions to improve the S&T ability, i.e., enhance the policy direction, coordinate S&T innovation ability among different regions, strengthen the S&T input to the basic R&D, pay attention to the opening and sharing of meteorological data, consolidate the leading role of enterprises in S&T innovation.

According to steel billet marking theory of plasma arc nicking, the paper designs a dual laser ranging marking machine against online marking of special steel billet and realizes multi-character marking of the end face of hot steel billet. Writing mechanism bases on the rectangular coordinates marking form, Z axis adopts cantilever structure. It completes the overall marking task utilizing the synergy of KK module in X axis, Y axis and Z axis. It makes modal analysis on the writing mechanism model established by Pro/Enginner utilizing ANSYS Workbench at the position of X1Y1Z1, and obtains the first six order modal frequency and analyzes the vibration in the writing process. Moreover, the paper analyzes the static structure of the cantilever of writing mechanism, computes its maximum stress and total deformation. To make the writing mechanism reach the target of light weight, the paper optimizes Z-axis cantilever of writing mechanism. According to the analysis, it is known that the optimized Z-axis cantilever of the writing mechanism still meets the strength and rigidity requirement and total mass declines approximately 30%.

A new method of batch learning from Demonstration is presented, in order to solve the problem of mobile robot independent navigation. According to the actual situation, the model of the Learning form Demonstration is given, and the neural network is used to realize the robot’s learning. Considering that the single artificial neural network cause dimension disaster, we designed the Learning from Demonstration model which is the coexistence of multi-neural network and is dynamic switching. The simulation results demonstrate that mobile robot independent navigation is realized.

In this paper, the theoretical system and technical contradiction of TRIZ theory are analyzed. Combined with the patent law and patent law implementation rules, to determine the avoidance strategy. And through the goal of patent retrieval and determine the technical barriers, technical problems and solutions, according to the working mechanism and task, complete to the rescue robot manipulator mechanical structure design. The test results show that the stability and reliability of the manipulator are obviously improved.

The effects and mechanism of juglone alone or combined with 5-fluorouracil on colon cancer CT-26 cells were examined in vivo. Starting at 5 weeks of age, male Balb/c mice were transplanted the CT-26 cells and treated with juglone alone or combined with 5- fluorouracil. Observed the morphologic characteristics of tumor tissue by HE staining after treatment of 9 days. We detected the content of IL-2, VEGF and IFN-γ in serum and the protein expression of ki-67, E-cad and Bcl-2 in tumor tissue. The inhibition rate of animals given low-dose or high-dose juglone alone and combined with 5-fluorouracil is 31.73%, 40.38%, 56.73% and 75.01% respectively. Animals given juglone alone or combined with 5-fluorouracil could increase the content of IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum and the expression of E-cad and decrease the content of VEGF in serum and the expression of ki-67 and Bcl-2 significantly compared with those injected 2% ethanol NS (P

Magnetic coupler has a good application in the field of underwater sensor. Magnetic coupler at work, interference by underwater complex situation, stability and efficiency of charging device of the gap is larger fluctuations. The traditional electromagnetic coupling is charging for the stability of the clearance to demand higher. Charging for underwater, as a result of the existence of ocean currents, electromagnetic coupling clearance may not remain very stable. When there is deviation gap, a larger electromagnetic coupling performance deviation. On this particular problem, it puts forward the design method of a new type of plate type electromagnetic coupling. First of all, the leakage inductance of the finite element method to calculate system and excitation inductance, establish electromagnetic coupler with compensation capacitor equivalent circuit, and the primary circuit and secondary circuit was designed. On the basis, the voltage gain and efficiency of the system are carrying on the theoretical derivation and calculation. The simulation experimental results show that the magnetic coupler has a stable voltage gain and charging efficiency, when the partial core within 10 mm, voltage gain remains steady at 5.8%, efficiency remain at around 90%.

Single-mode dielectric-loaded surface plasmon-polariton nanowaveguides with strong mode confinement at excitation wavelength of 830 nm and high-Q polymer whispering gallery mode microcavities with surface roughness less than 12 nm have been directly written by two-photon polymerization, which pave the way to fabricate 3D plasmonic photonic structures by direct laser writing.
