The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on global trade and its transformation of trade relations between the United States and China. The outbreak of the epidemic triggered a huge restructuring of the global trade system and accelerated the trend of global trade de-globalization. As the two largest economies, the trade relationship between the United States and China plays an important role in this process. This paper analyzes the causes of deglobalization, which are mainly caused by the fracture of industrial chain, trade protection and industrial upgrading. At the same time, the paper focuses on the factors that have caused the deglobalization trend in the post-COVID-19 era, such as changing trade agreements, poor cross-border investment environment, and the challenges and uncertainties brought by e-commerce. Finally, it concentrates on the changes of the US and China bilateral trade in the post-COVID-19 era. Affected by the epidemic, the bilateral relationship between these two countries has become more conflictual and focused on technological competition. Finally, the trend against globalization has led to inefficient economic development and the regionalization of trade because of the necessity of communication.

With the continuous development of science and technology, how to integrate modern information technology with STEAM has become the direction of scholars’ exploration. Based on the STEAM education concept and relying on the Learning-through-education cloud platform, this study combines online and offline learning to build a STEAM based blended learning mode. Taking the unit of “Hot Air and Cold Air” of primary school science as a case, specific teaching activities are designed to explore the implementation scheme of this learning mode. The research conclusion is that the implementation of STEAM based blended learning mode can significantly improve students’ classroom participation, and cultivate students’ interdisciplinary knowledge integration ability, problem solving ability and independent learning ability.

Recent years, China is focus on promoting prefabricated buildings in the field of construction and increasing the assembly rate of various buildings throughout the country, and it should pay more attention to the quality issues of prefabricated construction. BIM technology is a emerging science and technology, it has the advantages to control the quality of the construction, and play the critical role in the production and construction of prefabricated buildings. The application ideas of BIM technology and put forward, which provide a reference for improving the quality of prefabricated buildings.

During the processing and storage process of spiced goose, samples were collected from raw goose meat (R0), spiced goose meat cooled for 2 hours (2h) and spiced goose meat stored for 1day (1d), 3 days (3d) and 5 days (5d). Microbial flora changes in spiced goose during the processing and storage process were analyzed by conventional microbial culture methods, polymerase chain reaction and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE). The results indicated that more abundant microbial diversity was determined in goose meat through PCR-DGGE technology than conventional microbial culture methods. According to the PCR-DGGE results, the dominant bacteria in R0 and 2h were Aeromonas and Acinetobacter. On 1d, the dominant bacteria also included Weissella and Enterobacter, and on 3d, Aeromonas was no longer dominant. The dominant bacteria became Weissella, Enterococcus and Staphylococcus on 5d.

In this paper, the simulation analysis on partial discharge (PD) signals produced by multiple insulation defects in gas insulated substation (GIS) has been researched by the simulation software of electromagnetic field (XFDTD). The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the single partial discharge signal is the linear convolution of the partial discharge current signal and its corresponding impact response in GIS. The mixed partial discharge signals are the linear mixtures of every partial discharge signal.

INTRODUCTION: toutes les sténoses symptomatiques de l'ésophage peuvent être dilatées par voie endoscopique. Nous évaluons l'apport des moyens endoscopiques dans la prise en charge de la dilatation ésophagienne pour sténose caustique de l'ésophage (SCO) au Mali. METHODES: il s'agissait d'une étude descriptive et prospective réalisée dans le service de chirurgie thoracique à l'hôpital du Mali. Au total 46 dossiers cliniques de patients on été enregistrés et subdivisés en 4 groupes en fonction de la topographie des lésions cicatricielles. Le nombre de cas d'assistance endoscopique réalisé a été déterminé afin de comprendre l'apport des moyens endoscopiques dans le succès de la dilatation des SCO. Pour les 2 différentes méthodes de dilatation utilisées, le résultat du traitement et le coût ont comparés.RESULTATS: la FOGD a été utilisée dans 19 cas (41.30%) de dilatation avec la bougie de Savary Guillard et dans 47.82% des cas dans la dilatation de Lerut. La vidéo-laryngoscopie a été utilisé 58.69% des cas de dilatation à la bougie de Lerut. Le passage de guide métallique et / ou de fil-guide a été réalisée dans 39.13% avec la vidéo laryngoscopie et dans 58.68% avec la FOGD. Dans la comparaison des deux méthodes, il existe une différence significative dans la survenue des complications (p=0.04075), l'anesthésie générale (p=0.02287), l'accessibilité à la méthode (p=0.04805) et la mortalité (p=0.00402). CONCLUSION: la SCO est une pathologie grave et sous évaluée au Mali. Les moyens endoscopiques contribuent considérablement au succès de la dilatation �sophagienne pour sténose caustique dans les différentes méthodes utilisées.

Aiming at the adjacent channel interference problem of short-wave, a model of three-way short-wave interference signals has been established. The interference cancellation of the short-wave interference signal of three adjacent channels is analyzed, and the time-domain characteristics of the adaptive interference cancellation system are simulated. The theoretical and simulation analysis of the adaptive system show that the offset of the bypass signal will be affected when the intermediate signal frequency is biased to one side because of the existence of the intermediate channel bandwidth.

The research of human-structure dynamic interaction are reviewed. Firstly, the influence of the crowd load on structural dynamic characteristics is introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of different crowd load models are analyzed. Then, discussing the influence of structural vibration on the human-induced load, especially the influence of different stiffness structures on the crowd load. Finally, questions about human-structure interaction that require further study are presented.

Le but de ce travail est de présenter un cas clinique de mégaésophage à en chaussette à hyper-dilaté occupant presque l'hémithorax droit chez un patient vivant en milieu rurale qui a été pris en charge dans notre centre par une myotomie de Heller par voie transthoracique et décrire les aspects cliniques paracliniques et thérapeutiques. L'ésocardiomyotomie de Heller par voie transthoracique associé à une réduction de la taille de l'ésophage a été réalisé avec la mise en place d'un système anti retour par le biais d'un lambeau diaphragmatique. Le transit ésogastroduodénale, l'endoscopie et le scanner gardent une place importante dans la recherche diagnostique et le choix du traitement.

Nowadays, the Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) has been paid more and more attention. The five-cycle sine burst is widely used as the exciting signal in SHM and the sensors’ responded signals are analyzed to research the damage. In the sensor network, there will be many sensors which mean many responded signals will be sampled, restored and sometimes transferred. In the traditional way which is known as Nyquist sampling theorem, the sampling rate must be more than twice the highest rate of the original signal. In this way, the amount of data will be huge. As the result, the costs will be very expensive and the equipment may be huge and heavy, which is especially unaccepted in the aircraft. It is necessary to do some research to compress the signal. The Compressing Sensing (CS) theory provides new methods to compress the signals. The Random Demodulation (RD) is a specific method which can accomplish the physical implementation of CS theory. In this paper, according to the structure of RD, we chose some chips to build a RD system. And we did some experiments to verify the method through the system. We chose the Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) as the construct algorithm to recover the signal.

In this study, carboxylated agarose beads were used as screening carriers combined with the subtractive systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX) technology to obtain an ssDNA secondary library, which could specifically bind to HIV P24 antigen after nine screening rounds from a random ssDNA library. An electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) and quantitative real-time PCR assay (RT-qPCR) was performed to monitor in real-time the binding specificity of the ssDNA secondary library to the HIV P24 antigen. The obtained ssDNA secondary library was converted to the corresponding dsDNA library, ligated to a PMD18-T vector, and transformed into E. coli DH5α and sequenced. The results demonstrated that after nine rounds of screening, two aptamer sequences specifically bound to the HIV P24 antigen were obtained.

Dust from North Africa and Middle East can be long-range transported to East Asia and affect regional climate and environment. In this study, the separated simulation of the updated WRF-Chem model are used to investigate the transport characteristics of North African and Middle East dust during a dust event captured by ground-based lidar in Dunhuang, China on 5~8 April, 2012. The results show that it taken 6~7 days for dust plume transport from North Africa to East Asia. During the transport, the maximum concentration of dust plume decreased obviously. The top and bottom height remained at the altitude of 4~8 km. The results enrich the research on the transport of dust from North Africa to East Asia.

After the pandemic, local authorities are facing a peak in debt obligations, resulting in considerable fiscal strain. In response, they are seeking collaborations with social capital, innovating in the investment, construction, and operational modalities of projects, and encouraging social capital engagement in digital government construction. This paper systematically analyzes the policy environment and local practices of public-private partnerships in digital government construction, proposing recommendations for advancing the development of digital government through such collaborative endeavors.

Overseas long-distance natural gas pipelines usually span across multiple regions or even countries, facing more severe environmental conditions and more prone to leakage and other accidents, and the study of the optimization method of emergency resource scheduling for overseas long-distance natural gas pipeline leakage accidents can help to reduce the casualties and property losses. Therefore, this paper establishes an emergency resource scheduling model in line with the emergency disposal mechanism of overseas long-distance natural gas pipeline leakage accidents, takes into account the variability of the operating ability of maintenance personnel, and improves the accuracy of the scheduling program to a certain extent, and also considers the actual environment of overseas long-distance natural gas pipelines, takes into account the impact of landslides on the emergency scheduling time, and calculates the probability of landslides occurring in the landslide point by using the interpolated value of rainfall The rainfall interpolation is used to calculate the probability of landslide at the landslide point, and the emergency dispatching time is corrected to make the dispatching program more in line with the actual demand. The analysis of the results shows that the emergency resource scheduling time is dominant in the case of small amount of maintenance and repair work and short total maintenance and repair time.

To reduce the large usage of fossil fuels, scholars have made great efforts to develop green energy such as wind energy, biomass energy, and solar energy. Solar energy has special benefits, thus solar energy harvesting technologies including solar cells, luminescent solar concentrators, photocatalysis have been studied widely. It is meaningful to study the working principle of those technologies. For the special properties of ZnSe, different kinds of nanostructure of it have been used for solar energy harvesting. Among them, since quantum qot structure has some specific characters, the application of it for solar energy harvesting are worthwhile to mention. This study aims to introduce solar cells, luminescent solar concentrators, photocatalysis technologies and the applications of ZnSe quantum dots for them. It found that ZnSe quantum dots enhanced the behavior of Si nanowire solar cells. Besides, the outstanding performance of luminescent solar concentrators based on InP/ZnSe quantum dots is partly own to ZnSe shell structure. Moreover, some quantum dots including ZnSe shell structure behave good photocatalytic H2 evolution performances. At the same time, the nanostructures of the quantum dots mentioned are shown.

The urban road traffic safety situation significantly influences the city’s development pace and residents’ lives. Therefore, focusing on urban roads as the research subject leads to two types of hazards as secondary indicators. The first type of hazard, being the energy carrier, determines the severity of accident consequences, while the second type determines the probability of accidents occurring. By selecting 12 corresponding three-level indicators for hazard assessment and establishing a matter element model, an example analysis was conducted. MATLAB was employed along with AHP-entropy weight method to determine weight values and evaluate levels using the matter element model. Improvement suggestions are also proposed.”

Large-scale coal mining activities lead to the destruction of underground aquifer, surface subsidence and the reduction of cultivated land, which seriously threatens the safety of local ecological environment, land resources and water resources. Luxi coal base Heze mining area, for example, the analysis of coal mining activities and land resources, ecological environment, the contradiction between water resources protection and its causes, and put forward preventive measures, to help alleviate the lower Yellow River coal mining and land resources, ecological environment, water resources protection, to realize luxi mining area and the lower Yellow River ecological environment protection and high quality development is of great significance.

Meanwhile, they systematically analyzed the CPA examination systems in various countries from four dimensions: examination organization, examination threshold, examination cycle and examination subjects, explored the similarities and differences of CPA examination systems in the world's mainstream countries, and summarized the common problems and the advantages that can be used for reference, which has practical significance for the design and update of the CPA examination system in China. At the same time, it provides reference significance for improving the professional quality of accounting personnel and accelerating the pace of changing the functions of accounting personnel.

In this paper, in view of the scope of coal mining subsidence, the magnitude of subsidence deformation and the impact on buildings (structures), InSAR technology is selected for monitoring, time series analysis method combined with D-InSAR method for processing, and Sentinel- 1 Satellite IW data and RADARSAT-2 satellite XF data have been monitored for four years in the mining-affected area and its surrounding areas. The results show that there are obvious subsidence ranges on the surface of the current mining area and the unstable settlement area. The Shen District has been in a stable state in recent years, and the time sequence analysis for more than 3 years has verified the high accuracy and reliability of the monitoring results. The analysis of the monitoring results shows that the InSAR technology can be used for mining subsidence monitoring, especially when determining the subsidence boundary and whether it is stable or not, it has its technical superiority.

In coal mining, as the mining depth increases, a complex mechanical environment of “high ground stress”, “high ground temperature”, “high karst water pressure”, and “mining disturbance”, namely “three highs and one disturbance” appears. Many roadways have the characteristics of soft rock roadways with large deformation, large ground pressure, difficult support, and high support cost, which brings severe challenges to the safe and efficient production of coal mines. Therefore, it is very important to explore the support technology and support parameters of deep soft rock roadways. In this paper, numerical simulation is used to study the influence of different prestress on the displacement, axial force and vertical stress of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the joint support of deep soft rock roadway. The results show that in the simulation of prestressing 20KN, 40KN, 60KN, and supporting method of bolt and anchor cable combined support, the comprehensive support effect of 60KN prestressed bolt + anchor cable is the best.

Hydrological disasters have become one of the most serious problems facing regional green development. In order to develop a method suitable for comprehensive assessment of urban hydrological disasters, this paper takes Urumqi, China as the research object, and proposes a conceptual framework. Urumqi is an urban area in the northwest of China, and it is often devastated by hydrological disasters. In combination with urban geographic data and the mathematical calculation model of Urumqi, China, the urban hydrological disasters analysis model of Urumqi is established by using the spatial analysis technology of the Geographic Information System according to the risk index of hydrological disaster. Considering the various related factors, like the hazard risk, vulnerability and exposure of disaster, and disaster environment, the risk assessment framework of hydrological disasters in Urumqi is finally designed. In addition, the framework provides a reference for relevant government agencies to develop disaster prevention and mitigation policies.

In recent years, emergencies, including natural disasters and other public disasters, have seriously threatened the lives and property security of people all over the world. In order to save more people’s lives and reduce the losses caused by disasters, many researchers have carried out intensive study on the distribution of emergency supplies. This paper first studies Location-Routing Problem(LRP) of alternative logistics centers and material demand points, and constructs a multi-objective integer programming model based on the actual situation. The model consists of two objectives: (1) the minimum total transportation time; (2) the maximum total emergency material satisfaction. Then an algorithm is introduced to solve the above model: NSGA-II. Finally, the emergency materials distribution in Hubei Province is taken as an example to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the above method and the models.

This study provides a good application prospect for Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes.

In recent years, the number and volume of public buildings have been increasing sharply, which has led to an increase in the working capacity of HVAC systems in public buildings. This paper analyzes and tests a heat recovery unit in an office building in Sichuan Province, China. The fresh air input temperature, the fresh air output temperature and the exhaust air temperature of the heat recovery unit in January in 2018 are analyzed. The positive and negative benefits are calculated, and thus the energy saved by the system during the test is obtained.

Dahuofang reservoir is one of the most important drinking water sources in Liaoning province, China. Dynamics of total phosphorus (TP) concentration, flux and related retention processes in this reservoir are very important to the water quality management and drinking water safety. Based on the monitoring data of meteorology, hydrology, water quality and sediment from the main stations during 1992-2017, this paper analysed the TP fluxes in the different boundaries and the stocking process in both the overlying water and the active surface sediment layer using the mass balance method. This study revealed the TP accumulation variation in the overlying water and the surface sediment layer and the controlling mechanism of TP concentration in overlying water under different hydrological conditions. The results showed that the combination of flood and dry hydrological rhythms is important to maintain the dynamic balance of TP in the reservoir. Based on these results, to reduce the TP retention rate and accumulated TP in the active surface sediment layer, we put forward suggestions on environmental optimization operations during the early days of large flood and subsequent small flood season by opening the deep flood discharging holes of the reservoir and lowering upstream water level. These results provide an improved understanding and new eyesight of the nutrient control of large reservoirs in the north China.

During the past decade, a number of high temperature superconducting (HTS) transformer prototypes have been designed, and the majority of them are full-core transformers and air-core transformers. However, in this study, we proposed a new type of HTS transformer, where the iron core is different in that the limbs and connecting yokes are absent. To investigate the performance of this type of HTS transformer, we design and fabricate a single-phase HTS partial core transformer prototype using the secondary generation (2G) HTS GdBCO wires. The iron core is at room temperature, and the windings are immersed in liquid Nitrogen. The structures of primary and secondary windings are three layers connected in series and nine double pancakes connected in parallel, respectively. Fundamental characteristics are obtained by standard short-circuit, no-load and load tests in liquid Nitrogen temperature of 77 K. In addition, an equivalent circuit of the HTS transformer is proposed to analyze the characteristic of the transformer. The calculated values based on the equivalent circuit are consistent with that of experiment. The detailed results about the design of the HTS partial-core transformer, the experiment, and the equivalent circuit are presented and discussed in this study.

This article from the perspective of LBS service privacy security, mainly studies the LBS location privacy protection scheme based on cipher text search, in LBS service location privacy and search information privacy issues, focus on to design the scheme, based on the cryptography in LBS service privacy protection issues in the process, this paper fully and secret cipher text search characteristics, design a new privacy protection of LBS service model, and expounds the system structure and working principle of model, defines the security properties of the privacy protection model and security model, Under the specific security assumptions, the new location privacy protection scheme based on lbspp-bse (LBS location privacy protection based on searchable encryption) is implemented.

To solve the cycle shifting problem caused by double-parameter shifting schedule on the rough road, it is need to recognize rough road and then take corresponding control strategy. Firstly, vehicle longitunal dynamic on rough road is analyzed, which verified the possibility using longitudinal acceleration to recognize rough road. Then longitudinal acceleration expressions on the rough road are analyzed, which proves the turbine speed change rate is effective on rough road recognition, and time domain analysis of turbine speed change rate is done. With the above analysis, a method combined with frequency of turbine speed change rate passing through the limits and receding horizon is used to recognize rough road. Finally, the fixed method of shift schedule on rough road is proposed based on the above passing through frequency, and control strategy of automatic transmission under the condition of road recognition is also given. Road experiments show that road roughness is effectively recognized and cycle shifting problem can be effectively solved.

Results of experimental studies of heat-and-mass transfer and hydrodynamic processes at distillation on a regular packing are presented. The mixture of freons R114–R21 at the pressure of 0.3 MPa was used as a working mixture. The mixture was separated on the Mellapak 350Y structured packing with the diameter of 0.9 m under the conditions of complete reflux (L/V = 1) at different packing heights. A specially designed liquid distributor with a possibility to change the density and pattern of drip points was used to irrigate the packing. The experimental data on the efficiency of mixture separation (height of transfer unit HTU) and distribution of the local flow rate density over the column cross-section were compared. It is shown that an increase in the height of the structured packing from 2.1 m to 4.0 m leads to a significant decrease in the efficiency of mixture separation in the distillation column.

An airport surface multilateration system based on the time difference of arrival (TDOA) positioning principle establishes equations to calculate the position of target through utilizing the TDOA of targets’ answering signals to the ground receiving stations. The fault with any ground receiving station will result in a significant measuring error of signal’s arrival time and have a lethal impact on the accuracy of positioning. A method for rapid judgment of station fault based on the smoothing filtering and judgment of deviation statistics is proposed. The target location will be firstly estimated through smoothing filtering of data, thus it is allowed to calculate the deviation of measuring position and the estimated position. When the deviation exceeds a certain threshold, it indicates that there is a large increase in the errors of single stations; then, the TDOA of each station can be calculated based on the estimated position, and the deviation can be calculated through comparison with the actually measured value of TDOA. For the stations with large deviation of TDOA as indicated by statistics, the station with the most deviations of large TDOA will be the station with problems. A simulation experiment for an airport indicates that the method can rapidly and effectively judge the faulty station.

Introduction: The aim of this work was to present the contribution of the endoscopy in the management of esophageal dilatation for caustic esophageal stenosis (CES). Methods: This was a descriptive and prospective study in the thoracic surgery department at the Hospital of Mali. A total of 46 cases of CES is recorded and divided into 4 groups according to the topography of the esophageal lesions. For the different methods of dilatation the number of performed endoscopic support was determined to understand the contribution of endoscopic means in the success of dilatation for CES. The outcome, complications and mortality in the two methods were compared. Results: Fibroscopy was used in 41.30% of patients with Savary Guillard dilators and in 47.82% of patients with Lerut dilators. Video laryngoscopy was used in 58.69% of patients who underwent dilatation with Lerut dilators. The passage of the guide wire was performed in 39.13% under video laryngoscopy and 58.68% under fibroscopy. In comparison of the two methods, there is a significant difference in the occurrence of complications (p = 0.04075), general anesthesia (p = 0.02287), accessibility (p = 0.04805) and mortality (p = 0.00402). Conclusion: The CES is a serious disease and under evaluated in Mali. The endoscopies contribute significantly to the success of esophageal dilatation for caustic stenosis in the different methods we used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Modern enterprise management strives to become effective and pragmatic, usually, KPI is the most essential key indicator for the enterprise examination department. However, because the supporting and bearing roles of KPI for different departments are different, no a rather scientific quantification for the weight between them is available, unbalanced examination weights between indicators and departments usually exists. Here, it is with balanced score card to breakdown enterprise’s key tasks, card the performance indicators supporting enterprise’s key tasks, and utilize AHP and QFD method to dynamically establish a standard for measuring each department’s indicators so as to provide a basis for enterprise’s scientific examination.

In this letter, we address the problem of wideband sources localization in the near field of the sensor array. It is shown that the spatial sampling rate can be considered as a function of temporal frequency so that wideband sources can be represented in the spatial frequency domain. A computationally efficient localization method is then developed based on the Toeplitz matrices constructed from the frequency-dependent cross-correlation between sensors. This allows us to resolve near field sources with quite a few numbers of sensors. Indeed, the sources can be located with fewer sensors. Finally, the simulation results are presented to validate the performance of the proposed method.

Esophageal foreign bodies are a frequent reason for consultation in the Pediatric Emergency Department. However, they can occur at all ages. This study aims to highlight the clinical, paraclinical and therapeutic features of esophageal foreign bodies management at the Hospital in Mali. We conducted a prospective study of all cases of ingestion of foreign bodies between January 2011 and December 2014. A total of 36 patients underwent endoscopic or surgical treatment. The average age was 6 years (with a range from 14 months to 62 years). They mainly affected male patients with a sex ratio of 1.75. Foreign bodies were blocked in the cricopharyngeal shrinkage in 69.45% of cases, 22.22% of whom had subsequent aortic shrinkage. The average time of foreign body removal was 7.30 hours. Rigid fibroscopy allowed the removal of the foreign body in 88.89% of cases. Thoracotomy allowed the removal of the foreign body in 5.55%. Esophageal foreign bodies can occur at all ages but they are more frequent among children. Endoscopic removal is the gold standard treatment but surgical removal of a blocked esophageal foreign body, although rare, is the last resort, due to the nature of the foreign body and to the occurrence of complications. The best way to reduce accidents is prevention.

Aims: To evaluate the midterm results of myotomy for achalasia by thoracotomy procedure with the introduction of anti-reflux system by diaphragmatic flap., Patients and Methods: This was a prospective study involved 21 patients (14 women and 7 men) operated for idiopathic megaesophagus during a period of 3 years. All the patients were operated by thoracotomy procedure. An anti-reflux system was performed using a diaphragmatic flap over the entire length of the myotomy., Results: The mean age was 32 years (range 16 and 68 years). After the surgery we have seen a complete disappearance of dysphagia in 21 patients (100 %) (p <0.001) and a significant weight regain.
