Background. In order to understand the research status and hotspots in the field of global synthetic biology, this paper analyzes the gaps and differences between China's synthetic biology research and foreign counterparts. Methods. Using the scientmetric tool CiteSpace, 12040 academic papers with the theme of synthetic biology, which were included in the Web of Science core set database in the past 15 years from 2008 to 2023, were visually analyzed. Results. The study found that: at the country level, the United States continues to lead the research in the field of global synthetic biology, and had obvious advantages and dominant positions. Through the bibliometric analysis of the literature, we found that, Synthetic biologye research focused mostly on the keywords "genome", "models", "proteins", "complex", "cells", and "gene cluster". The fragmentation of China's synthetic biology research network is prominent. Conclusions. On the whole, if China can fully absorband learn from the strategically oriented scientific and technological management experience in the field of synthetic biology from major competing countries such as the United States, give full play to the advantages of the national system, transform and utilize the existing achievements, and at the same time attach importance to emphasis on basic R&D investment and talent base training, expanding orderly participation, will have the opportunity to become a high ground for global synthetic biology and innovation practice in the technology industry in the future.

Scientific research and education is an important part of the three-whole education system, and scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force of national development. Colleges and universities should grasp the scientific concept of scientific and technological innovation, and cultivate college students with innovation ability. Through the construction of “scientific research and education” platform and the close cooperation between enterprises and teachers and students of higher vocational colleges, it can not only improve students ‘cooperation ability, innovation ability and independent learning ability, but also bring theoretical and technical support to local enterprises, playing a positive role in promoting the formation of enterprises’ technological achievements.

This paper analyzed the proportion of industrial land to urban construction land on the basis of available data of China's urban land utilization, study the main factors influencing the proportion of industrial land of China's cities. According to the study results, the proportion of industrial land in most China's cities did not comply with the reference standard of 15%~30%; the solid-state distribution gravity of the current proportion to urban industrial land and the span of agglomeration range were obviously deviated from the standard value scope; the proportion of industrial land showed certain administrative grade, region and scale agglomeration characteristics, and the cities suffering with larger proportion of industrial land in geographical space were mostly distributed within the traditional industrial base and the industrial belt.

The industrial land efficiency of 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province in China was measured and calculated by using three categories of input indicators (land, fixed asset, employed person) and output indicators (output value, profit, pollutant) and by using Super-SBM model. The results showed that the most of industrial land efficiency of every prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province was completely coordinated, the difference in their efficiency values was larger, the variable coefficient of their efficiency was large, and they had obvious two polarization; besides, they showed the decrease progressively from east to west on the spatial distribution and the trend of reducing from periphery to inner.

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the core of national competitiveness has shifted from material elements to talents, systems, and innovation. Ultimately, it is a talent problem, that is, the problem of improving population quality. Only by striving to improve the quality of the population can we leverage our strong advantages in human resources and transform China from a populous country to a human capital powerhouse. Early childhood development and education are important ways and key links to improve population quality. This paper adopts literature research, empirical analysis, and quantitative analysis methods to conduct a comparative analysis of education programs in Eastern and Western countries around the topic of early childhood development education. The results indicate that the early childhood education and care (ECEC) policies and programs in Western countries have similar origins, both aimed at better protecting children, providing early education to children with special needs, and ensuring the social participation of mothers in the labor force. Although there are similarities in the formulation and implementation of program goals and policies, there are significant differences in other aspects. However, China’s early education faces problems such as insufficient local financial support, high costs, unequal access to opportunities, and significant differences in the quality of services. In the future, it is necessary to increase investment in early childhood development education, and the whole society should participate and carry out early childhood development education together.

It is generally believed that early childhood education primarily takes place in early education in-stitutions, where parents receive training to support their child’s education. Additionally, children’s literature is diverse, with a rich history and various genres. However, there is a lack of research regarding the influ-ence of the family environment and children’s literature on early childhood education, particularly in terms of quantifying this impact. To address this gap in knowledge, this study investigates the effects of the family environment and children’s literature on early childhood education. Specifically, the early childhood educa-tion group is divided into two categories: a parental guardianship group and an others guardianship group, depending on the relationship between the person receiving training from the parent school and the child. The study compares the developmental quotient, height, and weight of children in each group. Additionally, three types of children’s literature commonly used in kindergartens (nursery rhymes, children’s films, and picture book stories) are selected to analyze their educational value for children. The results indicate that early education is crucial for children’s physical and mental development, and parents should receive train-ing in different groups based on their role as guardians. Furthermore, children’s literature can enhance chil-dren’s perception of beauty and contribute to their emotional, linguistic, intellectual, and social development.

Sorting of rocks, boulders, and silt/sand-sized particles according to their size is a characteristic feature of debris flow deposits and is an active process during flow which significantly affects the mobility. The degree at which size sorting occurs in debris flows depends on the relative magnitudes of granular processes such as particle size segregation and diffusion. Since debris flows are fluid-saturated phenomena, accurate modelling of size sorting requires the understanding of the influence of fluids on these processes, which have not been systematically studied. Here, we present simulation results and the associated empirical expressions for particle size segregation and diffusion which take into account fluid effects due to buoyant and drag forces. These expressions are developed through scaling analysis of data obtained from coupled granular-fluid simulations of saturated bi-disperse mixtures under simple shear. We further show that using these scaling relationships, an existing segregation-diffusion continuum equation can be extended to model particle sorting in debris flows with various types of fluids.

Debris flows are gravity-driven phenomena common in mountainous regions that are hazardous to downstream facilities. To mitigate the impacts of these disastrous processes, structural countermeasures such as slit dams are constructed in gullies and along mountain slopes. Existing studies on the impact dynamics of debris flows against slit dams typically focus only on the flow characteristics but fail to take the geometry of the structure into account. Here we develop an analytical model, derived from the momentum approach, that allows for the estimation of the runup height and impact load of debris flows on slit dams. The model is validated against discrete element simulations and small-scale flume experiments. It is found that the runup height is controlled by both the Froude number and slit size. The proposed analytical model can predict the runup height well within a certain range of Froude numbers. Results from experiments further reveal that the fontal dynamic pressure is sensitive to the flow properties whereas the peak dynamic pressure is strongly affected by the slit size.

Based on machine learning methods and employing credit big data, this paper explores the idea of constructing a credit risk assessment model for enterprises’ unpaid electricity charges, proposes a system of indicators affecting the risk of unpaid electricity charges, and elaborates on the path of screening key indicators. In this regard, a method for calculating the credit risk score of enterprises’ unpaid electricity charges is given, and suggestions are provided for risk response strategies.

At present, UHV surge arresters have a large number of sections and complex structures. The existing live detection and online monitoring technologies can no longer effectively determine the problem of deterioration of the internal resistance of the arrester. This paper studies the structure, power supply, temperature and humidity measurement and wireless transmission methods of measuring probes that can be placed in the arrester for a long time. By measuring the temperature, humidity and current data of each node, and sending it to the background wirelessly, it is more effective to judge the UHV Internal defects of the arrester. The method of internally measuring the temperature and humidity of the arrester node can improve the diagnostic ability of the internal defect and defect location of the UHV arrester, and realize the effective identification and location of the internal fault of the UHV arrester.
