The effect of grinding time on the properties of low-temperature rice husk ash was experimentally studied, and the feasibility of using rice husk ash instead of silica fume to prepare concrete was studied by comparison with silica fume. The results showed that the best grinding time of rice husk ash is 50 minutes, the concrete with similar properties can be prepared by replacing silica fume with super-fine rice husk ash, and the same enhancement effect can be achieved when replacing silica fume with more than 5%, and the performance was consistent.

Human reliability is one of the most important factors that make effects in nuclear power plant(NPP) operation. In advanced digital NPP main control room with high levels of automation, the systematic operation which require a sufficient mental workload to address those undesired events has become a critical challenge for operators. The aim of this research is to identify the operator’s reliability by developing a resilience model. In this work, a seven-stage technique framework is proposed, which includes the skeleton of theoretical analysis, experimental design and hardware setting to how to establish the model for NPP operator in a downsize main control room cabin. The resilience model for operators’ reliability via assessing their basic skill tasks performance and evaluating their cognitive workload in the framework hence can be used for assessing the level of training of the new employed operators as well as human reliability in other critical process industries.

The Xiadian active fault is one of the most important seismological faults in the vicinity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. This paper mainly focuses on the geochemical characteristics of the fault to unveil and evaluate its activity. Via the application of soil gaseous radon measurement, a detailed field study at Qixinzhuang segment of Xiadian fault is proposed. Based on all the radon impulse value we acquired of 3 profiles in the study area. We plotted the radon impulse trend chart of 3 profiles, analyzed anomaly distribution of soil gaseous radon and discussed the scale and activity of the Xiadian fault. The radon multiple-peaks anomaly of Qixinzhaung segemnt demonstrates the hidden faults underground exist.

The substations are important parts of modern electrical grids. In this sense, it is necessary to enhance the management efficiency and robustness of the substations. The one-key sequence control technology system could simultaneously control several subsystems and make use of their functions to automatically operate the substations. In this study, three subsystems, i.e., monitoring subsystems, error analysis subsystem, and decision support subsystem are designed in the one-key sequence control technology system. All the background information from the substations is monitored, checked, detected to find the potential threats. The decision support subsystem provides suggestive ways to handle these problems. Therefore, through the reasonable use of the one-key sequence control technology, the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the substations can be enhanced. With the development of artificial intelligence technologies, the one-key sequence control technology system can be further improved with more powerful functions.

The substations are important parts of modern electrical grids. In this sense, it is necessary to detect the anomaly and problems in it. In this paper, we study on the information detection in substations based on traditional anomaly detection algorithms. The data flow from the background information is represented by feature vectors. And those from the historical data are used to build the background references. Afterward, the feature vector of the input data flow is examined using the anomaly detection algorithm. Based on the results, the anomaly in the background information in the substations can be found and located. Then, some high-precision identification algorithms can be further employed to recognition the type of the problems. In this way, the problems occurred in the substations can be found and solved in time.

An efficient H-plane mutual coupling reduction method is introduced for very closely placed dual-element microstrip antennas operating at 2.4GHz. A simple coplanar waveguide (CPW) structure is introduced in the ground, energy from one element is guided to another element, artificially generating new kind of mutual coupling current. By optimizing size of CPW structure to achieve purpose that new mutual coupling current cancel out with original existing mutual coupling. More than 36dB isolation (|S21|) is achieved with dual-element broadside array that distance is less than 0.024 λ0 (λ0 is free space wavelength).
