Supply chain technology requires various components to develop digital technology that supports organizational performance in achieving an efficient supply chain. Development of supply chain technology through a process of scientific evolution as effort to create sustainable supply chain. Qualitative approach is expressed through analysis for the concept of supply chain technology through bibliometric analysis. The collection of scientific journals published in 2019-2023 period becomes data obtained from database that supports literature analysis. Results state that there are several derivatives of supply chain concept including green supply chain, supply chain resilience, supply chain ambidexterity, supply chain flexibility, supply chain agility, low carbon supply chain, circular supply chain and sustainable supply chain. However, the novelty of concepts that support technology in supply chain development includes things technology, artificial intelligence, advanced technology and big data analytics. For this reason, it is important to follow up the new concepts found in subsequent studies along with technological developments that encourage supply chain performance improvements.

Dans une course acharnée à la conquête de nouveaux marchés et à plus de compétitivité, l’innovation et la création de valeur dans des sphères organisée de proximité dépendent, de plus en plus, d’un ensemble de biens immatériels complémentaires, qui ne se limitent pas à la Recherche et Développement mais comprennent également, le capital humain, la qualité de la gouvernance ainsi que les nouvelles structures organisationnelles et informationnelles. Dans les pays développés (États-Unis, Japon, Royaume-Uni, Suède...), l’investissement dans ces biens immatériels progresse et supplante celui dans le capital physique (machines et équipements). De même, les politiques environnementales, culturelles prennent de plus en plus d’importance et suscitent discutions et débats.En analysant les composantes essentielles du capital immatériel, à savoir, la marque territoire, la bonne gouvernance, l’organisation, les ressources humaines et l’intelligence économique nous allons mettre en évidence leur impact sur la compétitivité du territoire.

Traditionnellement, les ressources humaines et le marketing étaient considérés comme deux sphères d'activités bien distinctes ne présentant aucune synergie entre elles. Depuis quelques années, la situation a évolué et le marketing est devenu un instrument essentiel de la gestion des ressources humaines. Cette contribution a pour objet d’examiner les pratiques MRHet la responsabilité socialedes entreprises touristiques marocaines au niveau desrégions de Fès-Boulemane, Chaouia-Ouardigha et du Grand Casablanca.Ainsi, nous avons mené une enquête auprès de 25 entreprises touristiques (hôtels, maisons d’hôtes et restaurants), marocaines et étrangères implantées au Maroc.De l’étude empirique réalisée, nous avons dégagé trois principales conclusions: i) le marketing des ressources humaines demeure largement méconnu par les responsables des entreprises enquêtées; ii) ce sont surtout les grandes entreprises hôtelières, notamment les filiales de multinationales, qui ont des pratiques développées en matière de marketing des ressources humaines; iii) la quasi-totalité des entreprises enquêtées sont conscientes de l’importance du personnel dans la quête de compétitivité et ont des pratiques ressources humaines socialement responsables

Upper extremity deep vein thrombosis (UEDVT) is rare, especially after benign trauma. We report the case of a 31-year-old male nurse with UEDVT after elbow trauma with no fracture. This occupational accident caused thrombosis of basilica vein extended to humeral and axillary veins, collateral circulation in the arm and the right cervical and axillary regions. Thrombophilic tests and assessment of malignant tumor were negative. Treatment by low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) then by vitamin K antagonists was conducted and evaluation by Doppler ultrasonography realized 18 months after trauma showed recanalization of basilica and humeral veins and thrombosis of axillary and subclavian veins. Management of occupational activity was prescribed including eviction of heavy loads handling and repetitive gestures of upper limbs.

The cases of children being trapped and suffocated in unattended vehicle keep increasing even though the awareness campaign on the safety of children in non-moving vehicle were carried out by government. Various methods were introduced by researchers to overcome this issue but yet to be effective. Among them were the usage of capacitive sensor, microwave sensor, pressure sensor and image sensor where most of the techniques or systems were applied on the child’s seat to detect the presence of baby or infant. Thus, this research is carried out to provide a comprehensive and effective detection system to detect the presence of children including infant in unattended vehicle by using the combination of human physiological signals (voice and body odor) detectors with the temperature and motion sensors. Here, once the proposed system recognizes any signals that generated from voice, odor, motion and temperature detectors in vehicle’s cabin, the system then will provide effective feedback system by sending short message to the parents first. If no response received in the specified allocation time, the system then will activate the vehicle’s horn system. Finally, the system will lower down the vehicle’s window to release the toxic gas and reduce the cabin temperature. The system is in prototyping stage where every design component was evaluated individually. Besides, the overall system was successfully tested where the detection and feedback system follow the instruction given by the microcontroller.

In traditional Moroccan society vectors of communication were descending, emanating from the Sultan authority, or ascending, from the tribal or fraternal substratum. It was once these forms of communication were exhausted or depleted, that other modes of expression, sometimes violent, came to pass. In a general way, in spite of the many flaws that continue to persist in the modernization of the Moroccan State, we can none-the-less affirm that the process of democratization has gained force in the last several years. The integration of larger portions of society into the management of public affairs and the recruitment of new elites have had the effect of reinforcing the internal cohesion of the system and of reducing the mutual attitudes of incomprehension and suspicion. Will democracy manage to establish the rules of a veritable political communication and overthrow the system laced with the remnants of its traditional heritage ?

Acute pancreatitis in children is rare and is characterized by clinical, biological, and etiological polymorphism. We report the case of a 6-year-old child who underwent surgery for intestinal obstruction. The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis was made after the surgical exploration. Initial laboratory tests showed hyperlipasemia and mild hypertriglyceridemia. After 2 weeks of hospitalization, we found severe hypertriglyceridemia, which was considered the cause of acute pancreatitis. Based on a review of the literature, we emphasize the importance of considering acute pancreatitis in the diagnosis of abdominal pain in children. Hypertriglyceridemia is one of its rare causes and must be detected because specific treatments are needed. Blood triglyceride concentration in the initial phase can be misleading and the assay should be repeated after the acute episode., (Copyright © 2012 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.)
