La présente recherche vise à analyser le contenu et la structure des représentations sociales que les élèves construisent à propos de l’orientation scolaire et professionnelle (OSP). L’échantillon d’étude est composé de 145 répondants. La technique d’échantillonnage est celle de tout-venant appliqué uniquement aux élèves ayant fait un autre lycée sans succès. L’outil ayant servi à la collecte de données est le questionnaire des évocations. Les données ont été traitées à l’aide des logiciels EVOC 2005 et EXCEL 2013 et l’interprétation psychologique des résultats, la théorie des représentations sociales de J.-C. Abric (2003). Les résultats montrent trois éléments prioritaires dans leurs évocations dont la fréquence et le rang sont respectivement Métier (61 ; 2,656), Filière (51 ; 2,098), Désir (14 ; 2,071). Ces trois évocations renvoient respectivement à l’objectif des élèves, celui d’exercer un travail (métier) au terme de leur formation ou en s’engageant dans les études (filière) avec une forte envie (désir) de parvenir à cette réalisation.

The seaweed processing industry generates cellulose-rich solid residues. Cellulose, a natural polymer, exhibits advantageous physical properties when employed as a scaffold or filler in specific matrices. Enzymes used in biotechnology encounter challenges related to their performance, influenced by both the surrounding environment and the release process. The objective of this study is to convert cellulose obtained from the solid residue of seaweed processing into microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) through hydrochloric acid hydrolysis. The MFC will then be incorporated into an alginate-based hydrogel matrix to serve as a carrier for the papain enzyme. The characterization results indicate that the presence of MFC derived from the solid residue of the seaweed industry at concentrations of 0.5% and 1% significantly affects the swelling behavior of the hydrogel compared to the hydrogel without MFC. The spectrophotometric analysis revealed that the incorporation of 0.5% MFC exhibited greater enzyme immobilization capabilities in comparison to other treatments. The study’s findings support the utilization of cellulose derived from solid residues in the seaweed processing industry, highlighting its potential for diverse applications.

Every year, millions of tons of trash find their way into the rivers and streams around our country, contaminating the water and endangering the all those whose lives depend on it. A significant portion of the rubbish is floating, insoluble material, which is more hazardous since it creates a barrier between air and water. The design of an ocean cleaner is suggested in order to remove garbage from the sea or to create a cleaner atmosphere. This floating rubbish can be taken out of the water's surface by this system. The system uses a conveyor belt-style arrangement that is powered by an electric motor. The conveyor belt continuously goes upward, collecting trash along the way thanks to spike arrangements. After that, a trash collection tank is supplied, where the same are momentarily stored. An advantage of this type of device is that it may be made to float, allowing it to move on the water's surface and continuously gather floating rubbish. On the roof, we can also employ solar power cells to supply electricity. The river cleaning system may eventually include a rubbish level indicator assembly.

The authors of the article consider the sustainable development of the housing stock of a large city from the standpoint of four factors: increasing the energy efficiency of buildings under construction and renovation; overhaul of apartment buildings, taking into account the requirements for their energy efficiency; the choice between construction and reconstruction according to the resource costs criterion; management of the housing stock resource supply based on the requirements for comfortable living of owners and improving the quality of services provided in the field of housing and utilities infrastructure (hereinafter HUI). According to the authors, it is necessary to use energy-saving modern building materials, products and structures and to assess the life cycle of buildings when choosing organizational and technical solutions for the demolition or reconstruction of buildings for the sustainable development of the housing stock.

Lo scopo del presente articolo non è quello di fornire un’analisi precisa della vita a Napoli dopo poco più di un decennio di storia unitaria, bensì quello di fornire una testimonianza fuori dagli schemi su alcuni aspetti della città partenopea e sull’Italia in generale. Attraverso la testimonianza di un’attrice francese, Marie Colombier (1841-1910)1, in tournée a Napoli nella seconda metà degli anni ’70 dell’Ottocento, cercheremo di capire quanto dello stereotipo comunemente condiviso sul nostro paese e quanto, invece, di reale si possa congiungere in uno sguardo “straniero”.
