Crisis management principles that have been in place and proven for decades by commercial companies and corporations, tested at great expense, apply equally to all non-commercial entities, governmental, religious, political, as well as to individuals. There is no deviation from them, as crises in today’s world are determined by the media, not the entity or institution itself. Every crisis can become an opportunity for change, strengthening, improvement, purification and even victory. The condition is a professional approach to the problem. A crisis can also be the beginning of the end, a failure. The biggest enemy of success in this situation is lack of knowledge how to act properly, mistakes in communication and management of resources. However, avoiding responsibility, hiding facts, manipulating information, being too quick and inconsiderate, resorting to falsehood, hypocrisy, and calculated behaviour will not facilitate success either. The article will analyse the institutional actions of the Catholic Church in Poland for the protection of children and adolescents in the context of the classical principles of crisis management applied in a crisis.

Contemporary theologians apply the historic notion of loci theologici also to media and film. Films that show the Church in a critical way are also theologically significant. Therefore, one should be aware of the appearance of documentaries and feature films, which raise the issue of sexual abuse against the youngest (paedophilia) also in the Church. The article presents the most important films, produced since the end of the 20th century, whose authors present the crime of paedophilia, its victims, the mechanisms leading to its concealment and silence not only in the Church, but also in the media and society. Films about paedophilia, which are a recognisable voice of victims in the public space, a cry for truth and justice, can also be useful tools for media education.

The article presents the up-to-date problem of child maltreatment and insists upon the idea that, most frequently, we return to justice to solve the cases of abuse and not to the specialists in human problems - psychologists, sociologists, social workers, psychiatrists. The paper analyses the characteristics of the abusing parents and those of the abused children. Also, it describes the main types of paedophiles and their modus operandi. It is reopening to debate a proposal from 60s of the Romanian criminologist V.V. Stanciu regarding the necessity of a crime prevention code. Some of his ideas are very fruitful for the todays searching of the prevention measures of the degradation of the social contexts that generate violence and moral decadence. The study was carried out within the National Plan of Research, Development and Innovation PNII, the "Ideas" Program, the project named: "Domestic abuse on children and their social protection. Multidisciplinary victimization study".

Abstract: In France, sex offenders can be condemned to a therapeutic injunction, instead of or after an imprisonment period. In order to reinforce the prevention and punishment of sexual offences, the condemnation law (June 17, 1998) obliges a sexual convict to submit to surveillance and assistances measures and, in some cases, to mandatory medical care (a treating physician, psychiatrist or psychologist, and a coordinating physician, the intermediary between medicine and the courts). The aim of this research was to assess the therapeutic injunction functioning (n = 16) and to identify the obstacles in coordinating medical and judicial professionals. Therefore, we conducted a local survey that involved in-person interviews with medical (treating physicians and coordinating physicians) and judicial (sentencing judge) professionals in charge of the 16 sex offenders (non incestuous paedophiles) condemned to a therapeutic injunction. The treating physicians and the coordinating physicians were very different in their settings and in their understanding of the therapeutic injunction procedure. Health and judicial professionals criticized the lack of interactions between professionals, but not the therapeutic injunction itself. This work highlighted the necessity of (1) a better coordination between health and justice professionals, (2) the creation of a treatment and assessment centre for sex offenders. Abstract: The article primarily proposes a discussion on a clinical and psychopathological level concerning the bond between the child victim and the sexual attacker. We wonder about the influence which the adult of pedophilic structure establishes on his victim like the becoming of the latter. We will note that the repercussions in the deferred action of the traumatism plural and are differed in time. It is starting from a simple and paradigmatic clinical situation at the same time that we will release the tension fields of our reflexion. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

Sexual violence against minors is diverse and is subject to different criminal qualifications. Health professionals, and clinicians in general, may get to know certain perpetrators in order to assess, guide and/or treat them. This can be complicated if these professionals are not aware of the reality of the situations mentioned. Psychologists and a psychiatrist testify to the clinical condition of people sentenced to socio-judicial supervision with court-ordered therapy. Despite the extension of the indication of the programme, this complex supervision often concerns the perpetrators of intra and/or extra familial sexual abuse. Preventing reoffending through the global treatment of the patient is a major concern both for the doctor-coordinators as well as the doctor and psychologists delivering the therapy., (Copyright © 2017.
