In this paper, by quantifying the value of public transportation travel benefits of ordinary travel groups, economically disadvantaged groups, and physiologically disadvantaged groups, this paper establishes a public transportation travel benefit evaluation index system, uses a questionnaire survey method to collect index data within Beijing, and establishes a TOPSIS model. Based on the travel benefit values of the three groups, the benefit compensation for disadvantaged traffic groups is considered, benefit compensation factors are introduced, the degree of equalization is evaluated based on the Wilson entropy model, and the level of equalization among public transportation service groups in Beijing is empirically studied to find out an important indicator that restricts the level of equalization.

The reduction of noise and vibration are very important in the design of hydrofoils. The current study focuses on establishing a theoretical and numerical model to investigate fluid-structure interaction caused by elastic hydrofoils in a pulsating flow. A fully coupled three dimensional boundary element method (BEM) and finite element method (FEM) code is applied to analyze the hydrodynamic performance. The numerical results show that the peak frequencies of the support reactions are related to the natural frequency of the hydrofoil. The natural frequencies and support reaction amplitudes are reduced significantly by including the fluid-structure coupling.

Under the background of “Internet +”education, Internet teaching has become a teaching way to leverage the teaching reform and promote the development of students. It is found that there are significant differences in the development of teachers in the eastern, central and western regions, and teachers in primary and primary schools teachers’ Internet teaching are the best. It need to improve the infrastructure, to carry out related training, selecting pilot schools, further enhance the level of national basic education teachers Internet teaching development.

Microplastics is one category of plastics with relatively small diameter and is considered as the common ingredient of waste accumulation zone in oceans. However, since countless plastic products are emitted into oceans annually as waste all around the world, pollution caused by them is severe and the resulting problems have attracted attention globally, while current policies and cooperation around the globe for tackling microplastics pollution still need to be improved. To deal with microplatics-related problems in the ocean, our review first discussed the toxicity of microplastics based on previous research related to marine microplastics, which was caused by the plastics themselves and their leaching substances with impacts on marine creatures and human body along the food chain. After summarizing some measures that have been already performed, we suggested that the authority should take more actions to mitigate those problems resulted from microplastics, pay more attention on researching, and encourage citizens to offer their proposals. By finally analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different handling methods, as well as physical, chemical, and biological treatment technologies on oceanic microplastic issues, our work provided experience on disposing microplastics waste under various actual situations with an example for more holistic waste treatment.

The three-dimensional design of power grid infrastructures needs to consider their adjacent urban facilities, including industrial and civil buildings and tunnels, roads, pipelines, and etc. Therefore, in order to realize the integration of the three-dimensional design model of the power grid and the BIM model of those urban infrastructures, this paper attempts to establish the information model classification and coding method to unify the representation methodology of concepts and technologies of multi-industry infrastructures. The developed data format conversion method and data lightweighting method can be utilized to better integrate the three-dimensional design results of the power grid project with the BIM data of the urban infrastructures, and then these digitalized results of the multi-industry facilities can be used to improve the life-cycle management of the power grid engineering projects.

The intrusion of a metal object into a wireless charging system could cause safety issues, such as temperature rise and even combustion. This paper proposes a double-layer symmetric sensing coil design for metal object detection (MOD) of wireless electric vehicle charging to prevent the detection blind area. First, the magnetic effect and the eddy current effect of a metal object in high-frequency magnetic fields are analyzed. Second, the principle of the proposed double-layer symmetric sensing coils is detailed. Finally, the finite element simulation is implemented in order to test the performance of the proposed sensing coil design. The simulation results show that the proposed double-layer symmetric sensing coils can effectively detect the presence and position of the metal object simultaneously.

We dissected 72 upper limbs of fresh cadavers and found 17 cases of the Martin-Gruber anastomosis. The incidence was 23.6%. They can be classified into 5 types. Type I (n = 5, 29.4%): Communication between the anterior interosseous and the ulnar nerves. Type II (n = 3, 17.6%): Communication between the median and the ulnar nerves. Type III (n = 3, 17.6%): Communication between the muscular branches of the flexor digitorum profundus muscle (FDP). Type IV (n = 3, 17.6%): Communication between the anterior interosseous and the ulnar nerves, the muscular branches of the flexor digitorum profundus muscle (FDP) originated from the connection. Type V (n = 3, 17.6%): The anastomotic branch originated from the median nerve and joined the ulnar at two different points as well as connecting with the ulnar branch of the FDP. Through histologic examination, we found the number and size of nerve fascicles which every connection contained to be very different. In one case of type II only one single nerve fascicle was found. We propose the hypothesis that the different amounts of nerve fascicles innervate different amounts of intrinsic hand musculature. The communication which contained one single nerve fascicle only innervate the first dorsal interosseous muscle (FDI).
