Objective: To investigate the establishment and biological characteristics of Kidney Yin Deficiency (KYD) and Kidney Yang Deficiency (KYD) models in Specific Pathogen Free (SPF)-grade Kunming mice. Methods: Seventy-two SPF-grade Kunming mice were randomly divided into KYD, KYD, and blank control groups. The KYD group received subcutaneous injections of hydrocortisone at 50 mg/kg for 5 days, while the KYD group received 25 mg/kg for 10 days. Various physiological parameters were measured after modeling. Results: Compared to the control group, the KYD and KYD groups showed significant differences in body weight gain, food intake, urine volume, cold water swimming time, grasping irritability, active grid crossings, epididymal sperm count, and active sperm count (P < 0.05). The KYD group had higher isolation-induced aggression scores (P < 0.05), while the KYD group had lower rectal and tail temperatures (P < 0.05). Compared to the KYD group, the KYD group had higher tail and rectal temperatures and increased active grid crossings (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The hydrocortisone-induced KYD and KYD models in mice exhibited corresponding symptoms and biological characteristics, reflecting the features of these syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study provides a foundation for further research on Kidney deficiency models.

Electromagnetic coupling treatment (EMCT) is a new method to regulate material properties. To investigate the effect of EMCT on the plasticity of the Al-Cu-Mg alloy, a software simulation calculation was carried out, and then the alloy was treated with an electromagnetic field, and its mechanical properties were tested at room temperature. The simulation results reveal that the sample generates a plastic strain of 6.88*103 ppm, potentially enhancing its tensile properties. The experimental findings indicate that EMCT did not have a substantial impact on the strength and hardness of the aluminum alloy. However, it did result in a 16.9% increase in the sample’s plasticity and a 5.6% drop in the elastic modulus

【Purpose】Urban green spaces mitigate carbon emissions, boost carbon sinks, and address environmental risks. Analyzing their types, carbon stocks, and key tree species' sequestration capacity aids in improving green space management. This advances the "Carbon Peak, Carbon Neutral" strategy, guiding greening industry development and robust ecosystem construction.【Method】A systematic survey was conducted at representative urban green space sites, establishing observation plots to study species composition and woody plant populations. The carbon sequestration capacity of major tree species was evaluated considering baseline carbon stock and a latitude correction parameter.【Result】The total carbon stock in Suqian's urban green spaces stands at 136,285.47 tons, with regional green spaces contributing the most, followed by parks and protective green spaces, while subsidiaries account for the least. Analysis reveals that the arbor layer is the primary carbon pool, surpassing soil, shrub, and herb layers. Notably, different arbor species exhibit significant variations in carbon sink capacity. There is an obvious difference in the carbon sink capacity of different tree species, and among the 30 major tree species in Suqian City, there is an obvious difference in the carbon sink capacity of different tree species, and there is an obvious difference in the carbon sink capacity of different tree species，Populus adenopoda, Populus × canadensis, Cedrus deodara, Triadica sebifera, Celtis julianae, Celtis sinensis, Liquidambar formosana, Malus spectabilis, Ligustrum lucidum, Acer buergerianum, Osmanthus fragrans, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Ginkgo bilobaet al. Additionally, attention should be given to tree configuration and species selection, prioritizing locally adapted, high-carbon sequestration trees while considering landscape aesthetics and biodiversity conservation, for efficient urban green space management.

To minimize grain fleet operational costs, we employ a route optimization approach that considers bunker costs. A mixed-integer programming model is created, factoring in the unique features of bulk grain shipping and varying oil prices at bunker ports. The goal is to optimize the fleet’s transportation route, with decision variables encompassing bunker port selection, bunker volume, and ship navigation path. Using a dry bulk cargo company’s grain transport fleet as a case study, the Gurobi solver validates the model’s effectiveness. Results reveal that, excluding the loading port, the grain fleet can select low oil price ports along the route for bunkering. Optimal cost reduction is achieved by choosing multiple bunker ports and increasing bunker quantity. Additionally, the model harmonizes port charges with bunker costs, refining the grain fleet’s transportation route and effectively managing operational expenses.

With the trend of global economic integration and the improvement of logistics, transportation, and storage technology, regional restrictions on the sales of fresh agricultural products have gradually decreased. At the same time, due to traffic accidents, natural disasters, and other factors, the possibility of interruption in the transportation supply chain of fresh agricultural products has been increased. This article examines a three-level fresh supply chain with the possibility of transportation interruption. The Stackelberg method is used to solve the equilibrium solution, and the results under centralized and decentralized models are analyzed. We found that the increase in the probability and duration of transportation interruptions actually leads to less investment by distributors in cold chain services, resulting in increased profits for retailers and decreased profits for distributors and manufacturers.

The essay outlines the accounting standards for activity-based carbon neutrality, focusing on large-scale events and offering practical examples of carbon emission reduction measures during the preparation, execution, and conclusion phases of activities. Additionally, it introduces carbon offsetting methods such as carbon quotas and carbon credits. The article also presents a specific case study of the “Six-Five Environment Day National Event” held in Liaoning Province, which successfully achieved carbon neutrality through various initiatives. Overall, the essay encourages further investigation into activity-based carbon neutrality to enhance overall carbon reduction efforts.

The construction of Marine Ranching is a safe, efficient, and sustainable way to achieve marine environmental protection and biological resource utilization. In recent years, the construction of Marine Ranching in coastal provinces in China has developed rapidly, but due to the late start, the ability to guarantee ecological security is weak. In this paper, Pseudosciaena crocea was selected as typical aquaculture species in Marine Ranching of the East China Sea, by integrating the experimental data from former studies effect of temperature on the Specific Growth Rate of this aquaculture species was evaluated via performing quadratic regression fitting, the results reveal that the optimum temperature ranges for Pseudosciaena crocea are 25.3– 30.7°C, the preferred range is 18.9–25.3°C, the unsuitable temperature ranges were lower than 18.9°C and higher than 30.7°C. Further, based on the aquaculture specifications, commodity specifications , and aquaculture cycle, the Specific Growth Rate to be achieved by the aquaculture species is determined, and the corresponding temperature threshold and graded evaluation were obtained, finally, the suitable water temperature distribution area of the Pseudosciaena crocea was evaluated based on the hydrological data observed in the East China Sea during 2020–2021.

For the surface defects of aluminum profiles, there are problems of multi-scale, small object and irregular shape. This paper proposes a defects detection algorithm based on improved feature pyramid. This method compresses and saves the feature information extracted by the backbone networks, and calculates the similarity between deep and shallow features, so as to alleviate the phenomenon of loss of feature information and weakening of feature expression ability, thereby solving the problem of multi-scale and small object. At the same time, deformable convolution is introduced to enhance the feature extraction ability of the model and alleviate the detection problems caused by irregularly shaped defects. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, Faster R-CNN was used as the basic detection algorithm to conduct ablation experiments, and compared with the classical detection algorithm, the accuracy rate was as high as 72.8%. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a good performance on the task of aluminum profile defects detection, and is superior to the comparative detection algorithms.

With the transition of the economic system of colleges and universities, the reform of the financial system and the continuous change of the financial management environment, the financial management is facing the challenge of informatization, knowledge and networking, which require colleges and universities to reform the original financial management system and innovate the concept, content and mode of financial management to adapt to the changes of colleges and universities in the new stage. Taking China University of Geosciences (Beijing) as an example, this paper analyses the necessity of financial management reform and innovation, and puts forward several suggestions for reform and innovation of financial management, so as to continuously improve the financial management level of higher universities under the double-class construction background.

This paper discusses the effects of land degradation assessment based on the index of net primary productivity (NPP), rain use efficiency of vegetation (RUE) and relative rain use efficiency of vegetation(rRUE). The results show that the land degradation evaluation method based on the correlation coefficient of NPP with time and the annual average and annual maximum of rRUE can comprehensively reflect the status of land productivity. It plays a good role in indicating the effect of land degradation, and is more conducive to remote sensing quantitative evaluation and rapid monitoring of large-scale land degradation.

It is difficult to accurately measure the parameters of solid particles in the experiment of the gas-solid fluidized bed. The numerical simulation plays an important role to accurately describe flow characteristics in the fluidized bed. Combined with the research work of the research group, this paper analyzes the application of numerical simulation of fluidized bed from the aspects of gas-solid coupling algorithm, drag model, flow characteristics, and reaction characteristics based on the previous studies. The specificity improvement of the gas-solid coupling algorithm and the regional application of the drag model is the trend of the recent development of numerical simulation. Previous studies mainly focus on the gas-solid two-phase flow field characteristics in the traditional fluidized bed, but few on the complex flow characteristics such as gas-solid reverse flow and the coupling with reaction characteristics. It is of great significance for designing a novel fluidized bed reactor to realize gas-solid continuous reaction to establish and improve the numerical simulation method of gas-solid non-catalytic reaction.

This article analyzes the relevant conditions of China’s coal resources based on the 2020 World Energy Statistical Yearbook published by BP, and estimates the peak coal resources based on the Hubbert Peak Model, expounding the need for coal companies to develop green development and coal companies Develop a practical and feasible path for green development, and contribute to the green transformation and development of Chinese coal enterprises. The optimization path is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the government needs to increase policy support, enterprises actively improve the level of green development, and strengthen the team building of high-quality employees.

Distributed control is widely used in AC microgrids to maintain frequency and voltage stability and internal power balance. However, distributed control need realizes information interaction through communication network, which makes microgrid vulnerable to network attack. A distributed control strategy based on consensus theory is proposed in this paper to enhance the resilience of microgrid to attack. An attack detection and localization method is designed for the false data injection attack. The Artstein’s transformation is introduced to process the delay data and the performance of controller under delay can be enhanced. An isolated island AC microgrid model was built in Simulink platform for simulation to verify the performance of the controller. The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the control strategy against false data injection attack and time delay.

The source region of the Yellow River is facing with problems of local ecosystem degradation and reduction of water conservation function, and the ecological environment in the source region of the Yellow River is fragile. Mining development is one of the key factors affecting the ecological environment in the source region of the Yellow River. Based on the high-resolution remote sensing satellite data of 2015 and 2018, this paper carried out the monitoring of the current situation and dynamic changes of the mine environment in the source region. The results show that the main mine environmental problems, caused by mining development, in the source region are land excavation and land occupation, and the growth rate is pretty fast. At present, the recovery rate of mines is low, only 25.24%. According to the present situation of mining environment, regional physical geography and other factors, the mine damaged land in the source region of the Yellow River is divided into three types: the natural restoration areas, the general restoration areas and the key restoration areas. The ecological restoration of mines in the source region should adhere to the strategy of taking measures according to local conditions, and offer specific ecological restoration proposals for each type of areas. The ecological restoration of mines in the source region should focus on water conservation, strengthen the restoration of stocking mine damaged land, study the permitting mechanism of mining activities, and reinforce the function of regional ecological protection.

Main road alignment exerts an influence on handling stability of a runaway vehicle to a certain extent, as rational designs of the main road alignment play an important role in ensuring that a runaway vehicle enters a truck escape ramp safely. Firstly, forces acting on the runaway vehicle on the main road are analysed, and the minimum curve radius value and the corresponding approach angle that can prevent lateral rollover and lateral slip are discussed. Secondly, a simulation software, TruckSim, is used to establish a simulation model of the runaway vehicle and the road, wherein the minimum curve radius value and the corresponding approach angle that can prevent lateral rollover and slip are taken as input parameters of the road model. Finally, the established simulation model of the vehicle and road is used to simulate the influence that three types of main road alignment, i.e. a straight line, a right curve and a left curve, respectively have on the handling stability of the runaway vehicle entering a truck escape ramp.

Poly (MSt-MMA) nanosphere as foam stabilizing agent was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The three phase foam was prepared with Disodium 4-Dodecyl-2,4′-Oxydiben Zenesulfonate (DOZS) as foaming agent, Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide (HPAM) and synthesized poly (MSt-MMA) nanospheres as the mixed foam stabilizing agents. It had outstanding foaming performance and foam stability. The optimal three phase foam system consisting of 0.12 wt% HPAM, 0.04 wt% poly (MSt-MMA) nanospheres and 0.12 wt% DOZS by orthogonal experiment, had high apparent viscosity, which showed that three components had a very good synergistic effect. The three phase foam’s temperature tolerance and salt tolerance were researched in laboratory tests. Flooding oil experiment showed that the average displacement efficiency of three phase foam system was 16.1 wt% in single core experiments and 21.7 wt% in double core experiments. Resistance coefficient of low permeability core was more than those of high permeability core, but their residual resistance coefficients were small. The results of core experiment and pilot test indicated that the three phase foam had good profile control ability and generated low damage to the low permeability layer for extra-low permeability reservoirs. Three phase foam flooding has great prospects for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) in extra-low permeability reservoirs.

This paper presents a robust adaptive nonlinear dynamic inversion control approach for the longitudinal dynamics of an air-breathing hypersonic vehicle. The proposed approach adopts a fast adaptation law using high-gain learning rate, while a low-pass filter is synthesized with the modified adaptive scheme to filter out the high-frequency content of the estimates. This modified high-gain adaptive scheme achieves a good transient process and a nice robust property with respect to parameter uncertainties, without exciting high-frequency oscillations. Based on input-output linearization, the nonlinear hypersonic dynamics are transformed into equivalent linear systems. Therefore, the pole placement technique is applied to design the baseline nonlinear dynamic inversion controller. Finally, the simulation results of the modified adaptive nonlinear dynamic inversion control law demonstrate the proposed control approach provides robust tracking of reference trajectories.

Aiming at signal de-noising of fault diagnosis, we need obtain fault signal of high signal to noise ratio with multi-wavelets which need little prior knowledge and are uninfluenced by waveform matching. Here, this paper determines the wavelet basis through contrast experiment, and the decomposition level is confirmed by the principles of making noise fraction from details and making low energy from general picture, threshold is ensured by the method of midpoint optimization. The simulation shows that this method can enhance signal to noise ratio obviously.

Exactly extracting the stable feature of high resolution SAR image as well as matching it are two critical steps for the Antomatic regiestation systems. It is suggested that the Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) algorithm can be applied in the optical image registration systems and four representative experiments were performed to test its validity. It is found that SIFT can accurately register the high resolution SAR images than the traditional Harris in applicability and precision.

Process innovation is very significant for an enterprise to lower cost, improve product quality and win competitive advantage. In order to inspire designers to realize innovation design, this paper has proposed a concept of process innovation design regarding Web process case base system model. To be specific, it constructs system mainline through the realization of technique and application flow, determines system architecture by combining process case base and cognition method and establishes links among principles, innovation approaches and process cases on this basis. The process case prototype system is established under the model of browser/server, and 5 kinds of search models, i.e. processing methods, processing focus, design depth, innovation approaches and user-defined model are integrated. This paper has demonstrated case base backstage realization and management methods, showcased system interface and demonstrated its effectiveness in process design based on actual cases.

Finite element simulations have been conducted to investigate the heat distribution between the particles from contact resistance and current density during the Micro-forming Fields Activated Sintering Technology (Micro-FAST). Results of effect for the arrangement modes of powder particles (Series connection and parallel connection) showed that the electro-heat focusing could be attributed to the remarkable difference of contact resistance between the particles.
