Enterprises are facing both new opportunities and severe challenges in a complex market environment. Improving forecast accuracy is key to improving your bottom line. This paper takes the practice process of Lenovo Group as a case study to explore the construction mechanism of enterprise forecasting ability. This paper finds the establishment of database management, the adoption of general forecasting methods, and the application of multi-level demand collaborative forecasting technology. All of them are conducive to reducing the forecast error rate. This paper analyzes Lenovo Group's efforts to improve the problems of data islands and data breakpoints in the past. It innovates some ways and methods. Not only provides a reference for other enterprises to improve but also reduces the bullwhip effect. They are making the resource utilization of the supply chain more sufficient, and being more conducive to the sustainable development of the supply chain. The research conclusions of this paper have certain references and enlightenments for enterprises to improve the accuracy of forecasting.

Digital photography has impacted the visual truth in terms of image operation technology. The paper analyzes the performance of image manipulation in digital photography, and asserts that the operation image’s resolution of visual truth can be described by three aspects: the fact deviation, the reconstruction of the situation, the trust crisis, the filter survival, the second reprint, and the value change. Consequently, there are three visual ethical problems associated with the manipulation of images by technology, the siege of images on people, and distortions of social order caused by the manipulation of images by technology. Thus, it is suggested that visual ethics be reconstructed from three perspectives: reconstructing the dominant role of human beings in the digital era, returning to the original significance of visual images, and constructing multiple visual structures.

The term “process” in translation refers to the dynamic meaning of translation, which can be divided into special translation and general translation. Special translation process refers to the process of the translator’s conversion of the specific text, which is, the process of the translator’s conversion from the original text to the final target text. The translator’s understanding and re-expression are the two basic steps in this process. Special translation process is not only a simple process of languages conversion, but also involves the process of text selection, text research, text understanding and interpretation, text generation and text acceptance.

In this paper, thermosetting fluorine-containing polyurethane (S-FPU) was synthesized through a novel method with two-step process and its surface properties was studied. Firstly, fluorine-containing epoxy compound (FO) was obtained by epichlorohydrin (ECH) and tetrafluoropropanol (TFP). Further, the fluorinated polyether polyols (FPO) was synthesized by cationic copolymerization of tetrahydrofuran (THF) with the FO, the fluorine was located on the side chains of the FPO and the molecular weight of FPO was controllable, besides, the molecular weight distribution of FPO was narrow. Finally, the S-FPU was prepared by FPO as soft segment, MDI as a hard segment and TEA as chain extender. The influence of fluorine enrichment on the surface properties of S-FPU was studied by controlling curing temperature, curing time and structure of FPO. In addition, the surface fluorine content of S-FPU and the surface hydrophobicity were studied in detail. The results showed that with the curing temperature decreased, the surface fluorine content of S-FPU increased, and when the curing time was more than 10 hours, the fluorine element did not migrate to the surface. What’s more, with the molecular weight of FPO increased, the surface fluorine content of S-FPU increased.
