To clarify the mutual relations and structure attributes of safety management capability elements of dangerous goods transportation for aviation logistics enterprises, safety management capability analysis method coupled by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and DEMATEL is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the conceptual model of safety management capability of dangerous goods transportation for aviation logistics enterprises which takes into account of emergence was established based on existing researches of safety management capability, and the composition elements were confirmed. Secondly, for the defects of traditional DEMATEL method, AHP-based and improved DEMATEL method was constructed. Finally, importance judgment matrix of factors influencing safety management capability of dangerous goods transportation for aviation logistics enterprises was gained through questionnaire inquiry. Meanwhile, the mutual relations of capability factors were confirmed through the centrality and reasons. The research result shows that, the method can be used to analyze safety management capability of dangerous goods transportation for aviation logistics enterprises and construct the structural model.

With the development of computer technology and Internet technology, more and more energy saving monitoring and management platform systems have been established. The energy saving monitoring and management platform has incomparable advantages in automation and real-time performance compared with traditional manual management. After a long time of operation, the energy saving monitoring and management platform has accumulated a lot of data. Due to various reasons, there is a lack of data in the process of collecting energy consumption, which affects the overall operation effect of the system. Based on the operation of an energy saving monitoring and management platform in a university in north China, this paper analyzes the data of building power consumption accumulated in recent years. This paper selects the typical metering branch data, establishes the exponential smoothing model, predicts the daily power consumption and analyzes the prediction results compared with the actual value to verify the effect of the prediction model. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the data prediction of energy conservation supervision platform of other universities.

A method combined curvature mode difference and wavelet transformation was used to determine the damage location of space gird structure. This method considered the curvature mode difference of pre and post damage as the wavelet transform analysis signal. Moreover, these signals were analyzed by wavelet transform using wavelet function db3. As the wavelet transform coefficient occur sudden change, the damage locations of links will be obtained. In this paper, square pyramid space grid structure, orthogonal space truss structure, three way latticed grid and honeycomb triangular pyramid grid structure will be analyzed using this method to identify single damage and multi-damage location. The solutions from numerical simulations show that this method can take effective identification of single damage location and multi-damage location of square pyramid space grid structure by the first mode condition. And this method has versatility to detect damages from different space grid structures.

Today the use of acoustic countermeasure equipment has become the main means in submarine defense torpedo operation. Combination of acoustic countermeasure equipments are used during the operation so that we can amplify the countermeasure effect. Based on the subject of the acoustic countermeasure equipments’ combined use, this paper analyses the interference between these soft kill countermeasure equipments including gas curtain, acoustic decoy and acoustic interferometer, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the different combined use of acoustic countermeasure equipments.
