In recent years, China’s carbon trading market has achieved good emission reduction results but it is not yet perfect. Carbon trading mechanisms are facing huge challenges. Through the analysis of the current industry carbon trading market, the problems existing affecting the process of the carbon emission trading market are deeply discussed, providing a methodology for the regional carbon trading mechanism and the implementation of the national macro carbon emission reduction targets. It puts forward three challenges to carbon trading market cognition, carbon trading subject and carbon emission reduction technology, to contribute to achieving carbon peak, carbon neutralization.

Based on the NPP products of MODIS data, the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of grassland NPP and its response to climatic factors in the vegetation growing season of the main river valleys in the southern slope of Qilian Mountains from 2000 to 2016 were carried out by correlation analysis and spatial interpolation. The research further provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of grassland ecosystems on the southern slope of Qilian Mountain and the rational use of grassland resources along the river. The results show that: (1) With the increasing distance of buffers on both sides of the river, the NPP of grassland in each year shows the characteristics of “single-peak” distribution, which is increased first and then decreased; (2) the NPP of grassland in the main river valley of the southern slope of Qilian Mountain The spatial distribution characteristics show a trend of increasing from northwest to southeast. (3) The spatial distribution of NPP and air temperature in the main river valleys of the southern slope of Qilian Mountains is gradually increasing from northwest to southeast, but the spatial distribution correlation coefficient of NPP and precipitation in the river valley grassland of vegetation growing season basically shows a trendof decreasing from northwest to southeast.

It realizes the three-dimensional prevention and control network of fixed-point monitoring, mobile law enforcement, enterprise self-check and self-report production safety management, and provides strong technical suppor and service for Science and technology maintaining security.

Aiming at the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce industry, this paper attempts to combine the metabolic theory with the improved GM (1,1) power model. The article introduces the traditional GM (1,1) power model to enhance the adaptability of the model to the data series, and at the same time, a new parameter is introduced when constructing the background value, the background value is represented as a linear function of adjacent sequence points, and the form and solution method of the two specific models are given, with the goal of minimizing the average relative error, and the power exponential and new parameters are co-optimized by genetic algorithm. The optimal modeling dimension is determined through model testing, and on this basis, the metabolic GM (1,1,th,p) power model is established, and the model is applied to the prediction of the transaction scale of the fresh e-commerce industry. The results show that the improved GM (1,1) power model can significantly improve the fitting accuracy compared with the original model, and the metabolic GM(1,1,th,p) power model has good performance in the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce.

With the rapid development of DC asynchronous interconnection, in order to ensure the frequency quality, higher requirements are put forward for the primary frequency control of hydropower units. In the high proportion hydropower system, it is difficult for the governor parameters to meet the requirements of primary frequency control and dynamic stability simultaneously. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes a recommended parameter switching method by referring to the Nordic system. The parameter optimization methods before and after switching are proposed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by time domain simulation.

With the increasing of scrap usage in steelmaking processes, the melting of scrap becomes a very important phenomenon that limits the productivity and tap-to-tap time. Ice-water systems have been widely used to study the melting of scrap and alloys. In this study, the melting rate of saturated KCl solution ice spheres in gas-water two-phase plume zone are studied as a function of height of location, gas flowrate, and melt temperature. The results show that the shape of the ice sphere gradually changes firstly from spherical to elliptical, and finally becomes an irregular state. 1) The decreasing of the distance between the ice sphere and the bottom plugs, 2) the increasing of the gas flowrate, 3) the slightly increasing of bath temperature will all benefits the melting rate of ice spheres.
