In the process of transformation of supervision of competitive state-owned enterprises, the problems that there is a blind spot in the supervision object, the lack of joint forces of the supervisory bodies, the lack of links in the supervision process, and the difficulty in appraising the supervision results have appeared in the supervision of competitive state-owned enterprises. Based on the above issues, this paper designs on the supervision of competitive state-owned enterprises,including coordinating supervision objects through governance supervision and assessment, linking supervisory entities through function coordination and achievement sharing, linking the supervision process through information supervision and platform cooperation and implementing supervision results through risk control and evidence inspection.

Fault components in the fault path and the non-fault path differ due to the unbalanced distribution of positive, negative and zero-sequence components in the line in the case of a single-phase earth fault in the power distribution network. Therefore, this paper proposes an improved fault section location algorithm based on phase current, which obtains the fault component current by the subtraction of currents before and after the fault and the fundamental wave amplitude of the corresponding current through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Meanwhile, considering that the fault section location cannot be completed accurately with the amplitude relationship alone, the Minkowski distance calculation formula is introduced to strengthen the difference between the fault path and the non-fault path, and the relationship between the calculation results of different sections and the threshold is compared by threshold setting to complete the section location. This paper proposes the specific fault section location process and criteria and verifies the feasibility of the algorithm through simulation experiment.

The chloride ions diffusion in concrete is an important problem inducing the corrosion of reinforcement under marine environment. Based on a parallel transmission model, the diffusion coefficient of chloride ions in ITZ was determined. Thereafter, the measured parameters of ITZ were integrated into a numerical model to simulate the chloride ions diffusion and the reliability of the model was verified by comparing the numerical simulation with the surface scanning results collected from the electron microprobe. The test results show that if the concrete is taken as a threephase composites, the numerical model can reflect the real transmission process of chloride ion more accurately.

Concrete is a multiphase composite material, in which the mortar, aggregate and interfacial transition zone (ITZ) have important influence on the chloride ions transport. In this research, the thickness ITZ was measured and the concentration distribution of chloride ions in concrete was obtained through electron microprobe analysis. The experiment results that the thickness of ITZ follows a normal distribution and the size of aggregate shows no clear influence on the thickness of ITZ.

At the present stage, China’s economy is at a critical stage of transformation and development, and supply chain finance has also entered a deep stage of development. In order to promote supply chain finance to get rid of hollowing out and other traps, it is necessary to improve the way of financial information service. Some characteristics of blockchain technology are consistent with the development of supply chain finance, which can improve the industry’s ability to control risks related to supply chain finance to a certain extent, and make supply chain finance better serve the real economy.On the basis of previous basic research, this paper creatively puts forward how to use blockchain to solve the problems existing in supply chain finance, and discusses in detail the obstacles to the popularization of blockchain technology in the field of supply chain finance, thus providing some schemes for realizing the application of blockchain in the field of supply chain finance.
