In order to study the internal cross-linking mechanism between cellulose and polysaccharides as wet-end additives in papermaking reconstituted tobacco, crystalline cellulose (MCC) was used as the target in this paper, sodium alginate (SA) , pullulan (Pul) , κ-carrageenan (κ-C), carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS), hydroxypropyl chitosan (HPCS) and tamarind polysaccharide (TSP) were selected, the structure and composition of the monomer polysaccharides were determined by dynamic light scattering and ion chromatography, at the same time, the characteristics of the above-mentioned polysaccharides and MCC blend were analyzed, the results showed that SA contained a lot of negative charge, which resulted in weak adhesion and poor adsorption ability in cellulose blend; Pul was the most compact chain conformation, effectively improve the adhesion of cellulose, can be quickly adsorbed on cellulose; κ-C increased the viscosity of MCC blend and could adhere the 30μm size fragments of cellulose CMCS had strong adhesion to cellulose edge; due to the introduction of carboxymethyl group, the hydrophilicity of HPCS and the apparent viscosity of MCC blend increased greatly; the complex branched-chain structure of TSP results in high storage modulus of TSP/cellulose blend, and the amount of TSP adsorbed on cellulose is large and lasts long. Pul, TSP, κ-c, CMCS and TSP could adsorb cellulose well.

Renewable energy power position in the future power system is becoming more and more important because of its huge potential capacity and large potential market demand. Under the background of fossil energy supply crisis and the goal of carbon neutrality, renewable energy is the best substitution of fossil energy to achieve the goal of dual-carbon. The cumulative installed capacity of renewable energy power generation accounted for 45.4% of China in 2021. But its power generation only accounted for 28.9% of the whole country. The development and production capacity of hydropower is limited. The market share of renewable electricity is still very low. By listing the above situation and problems of renewable energy power generation industry in China, this study puts forward the following suggestions. To coordinate the energy supply with the environment protection, accelerate the development of renewable energy power generation industry, firstly, we need to build a multiple energy supply system including the renewable energy generation and a certain scale of thermal power for the sake of the energy supply security; secondly, the production capacity of hydropower is restricted by many conditions, while the potential of the other renewable energy reserves is huge. They are also the focus of future development; thirdly, it is necessary to improve the power consumption of renewable energy by building a high-level power transmission network to support long-distance power transmission, and a new type power generation system including supporting facilities in which renewable energy is at the main position, and using technological innovation and intelligence to solve the problems of grid connection and power consumption.

The world is reducing the use of fossil energy. Reducing carbon emissions will help protect the atmospheric environment. Because geothermal resources are are green, clean and carbon free energy, these are much accounted of by many countries. This paper explains the geological and geophysical characteristics of geothermal resources, summarizes the research of classification and utilization of geothermal resources, and expounds the technical process and difficult problems in the utilization of geothermal resources. It is concluded that if the key problems of geothermal resources utilization are solved, there will be a broad prospect for the utilization of geothermal resources.

The phenol-formaldehyde crosslinker has low reactivity at low temperature, and is not easy to occur crosslinking reaction. In order to solve this problem, a kind of ammonium-promoted phenol-formaldehyde-based gel profile control agent was constructed which has the reactivity at low temperature. The basic formula is 0.30%~0.60%polymer, 0.01%resorcinol, 0.60% phenol-formaldehyde crosslinker and 0.10% ammonium salt. The results showed that the final gelling time was 6 days at 65°C, and the final gelling strength could reach G grade. In response to the problem that the plugging characteristics of ammonium-promoted phenol-formalde-hydebased gel are still unclear, the seepage characteristics of the phenol-formaldehyde-based gel in porous media are revealed by physical simulation of sand-pack. The research shows that the plugging rate of porous media with permeability of 2000 mD reaches 98%, the breakthrough pressure gradient is greater than 1.35 MPa/m.

An investigation of phytoplankton community and water quality for M River was conducted in December 2019.The results showed that 38 species of phytoplankton belonging to 6 phyla and 26 genera were collected. Among them, Bacillariophyta is the richest species, which accounted for 34.21%, followed by Cyanophyta with 26.32% and Chlorophyta with 28.95%. The density of phytoplankton was 63.0*106 inds/L which indicated as eutrophic water body. The highest density was Bacillariophyta, accounting for 51.03%. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H’) varied from 1.34 to 2.24, the Margalef Species diversity index (d) varied from 2.71 to 3.85, and the Pielou evenness index (J) varied from 0.38 to 0.67. According to the integrative analysis results of H’, d and J, M River water quality belongs to oligo-polluted, but individual sites belong to meso-polluted.

Irreversible electroporation (IRE) is an emerging tumour ablation technique, which utilizes non thermoelectric pulse to ablate tumours. Compared with the common tumour treatment methods, e.g., surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, IRE has advantages of short action time, no massive bleeding of tissue during ablation, avoiding heat sink effect, etc. However, the process of IRE will be affected by the distribution of E-field of the tissue. The major factors which affect E-field distribution are parameters of the electrical pulse and characteristics of the tissue, e.g., the conductivity of the tissue. We utilized the finite element analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics 5.4 to calculate the variation in liver tissue conductivity during IRE. In this study, there is a Low-Voltage High-Frequency (LVHF) pulse involves 3500 unipolar and bipolar pulses, and a High-Voltage Low-Frequency (HVLF) pulse involves eight unipolar and bipolar pulses. The results show that the conductivity change of the HVLF pulse is higher than that of the LVHF pulse due to the higher strength of E-field. The most important conclusion is that the LVHF pulse can only change the tissue conductivity near the electrode tip. The HVLF pulse will significantly change the conductivity in the tissue between the electrodes.

The pollution from acid treatment process in the preparation process of hierarchical porous carbons is a substantial challenge for industrial application of supercapacitors (SCs), which necessitates the development of green alternative technologies. In this work, S-doped hierarchical porous carbons (S-HPCs) are prepared from cheap coal tar pitch by a less harmful in situ KHCO3 activation strategy. The sample obtained at 800°C (S-HPC800) possesses 3D framework structure with hierarchical pores, large specific surface area (1485 m2 g-1) and O, S-containing functional groups. Due to these synergistic characteristics, SHPC800 as supercapacitor electrode exhibits high specific capacitance of 246 F g-1 at 0.1 A g-1 with a capacitance retention of 68.3% at 40 A g-1 and excellent cycle stability with 96.7% capacitance retention after 10, 000 charge-discharge cycles. This work provides an environmentally friendly approach to prepare advanced carbon-based electrode materials from industrial by-products for energy storage devices.

The complete mRNA sequence of one tobacco (nicotiana tabacum) gene—guanosine monophosphate (GMP)synthase, was amplified using the rapid amplification of cDNA ends methods. The full-length tobacco GMP synthase gene mRNA was 2,127bp containing a 1,617 bp open reading frame, which encodes a protein of 538 amino acids. Sequence analysis revealed that the GMP synthase of tobacco shares high homology with the GMP synthase of wood tobacco(99%), nicotiana attenuata(99%), nicotiana tomentosiformis(99%), potato(92%), Lycopersicon pennellii(92%), lycopersicon esculentum(92%), capsicum annuum(91%), capsicum chinense(91%) and capsicum baccatum(90%). BLAST analysis within the tobacco high throughout genomic sequences database revealed that this gene has 5 introns and 6 exons. Results also showed that tobacco GMP synthase gene has a closer genetic relationship with the GMP synthase gene of wood tobacco. Tissue expression profile analysis revealed that the tobacco GMP synthase gene was highly expressed in leaf, but moderately expressed in root, flower and stem. Our experiment established the foundation for further research on this tobacco gene.

This paper attempts to introduce the dynamics of electroporation into the single cell model. The main characteristics of the model were described. Results show the generation and rise of pores in a round cell with a radius of 50 μm exposed to 40 kV/m electric field for 1 ms were analysed, so that the transmembrane potential, the number of pores and the membrane conductance could be calculated. Finally, how the model can help explain the experiment is discussed.

On the basis of the “Environmental quality standard for surface water” (GB 3838-2002) in China, eight water quality indexes were measured in M River, including pH, water temperature (T), transparency (SD), dissolved oxygen (DO), chemical needs Oxygen (COD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP). Using the single factor index method, it is concluded that the water pollution of M River is serious and the water quality is beyond Grade V of water environment standard. Moreover some indexes of the water quality meet with the standard level, including COD, NH3-N, TN and TP. The Pearson correlation analysis is conducted between water quality indexes and phytoplankton community parameters. After phytoplankton qualitative and quantitative analysis, the phytoplankton community characteristics in Minxin River were analyzed by Dominance index (Y), Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H’), Margalef Species diversity index (d) and Pielou evenness index (J). 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A synthase (HMGS) is a member of condensing enzymes that catalyze a Claisen-like condensation reaction.The tobacco (nicotiana tabacum) HMGS gene was firstly characterized using the rapid amplification of cDNA ends methods based on one tobacco EST. The full-length tobacco HMGS gene mRNA was 1,773bp containing a 1389 bp open reading frame, which encodes a protein of 462 amino acids. Sequence analysis revealed that the HMGS of tobacco shares high homology with the HMGS of nicotiana tomentosiformis (96%), nicotiana attenuata (95%), Nicotiana sylvestris (95%), nicotiana benthamiana(94%), solanum lycopersicum(94%), solanum tuberosum(93%) and withania somnifera(93%). Results also showed that tobacco HMGS gene has a closer genetic relationship with the HMGS gene of withania somnifera. Tissue expression profile analysis revealed that the tobacco HMGS gene was highly expressed in flower, but moderately expressed in leaf and stem, and weakly expressed in root. Our experiment established the foundation for further research on this tobacco gene.

This paper discusses the evolution track and micro-mechanism of LCFs’ technological innovation capability from the perspective of integration of “Innovation Strategy-Innovation Paradigm-technological Innovation capability(SPT)”. It makes an longitudinal exploratory case of Huawei Company from 1987 to 2018. In this paper, it is found that: first, Huawei’s evolution of technological innovation capability is “Imitation Innovation capability-Primary Secondary Innovation capability - Ripe Secondary Innovation capability - Integrated Innovation capability - Original Innovation capability”. Technology innovation capability can be measured from three dimensions of technical distance, technical efficiency and technical reserves. Second, absorptive capability is the intermediate variable between the interaction of innovation strategy and technological innovation capability. Third, the driving mechanism, regulating mechanism and catalytic mechanism among the integrated evolution model in SPT of LCFs’ are respectively the Knowledge Cycle Mechanism, Knowledge Diversity and Dissipative Structure Theory. The theoretical contribution of this paper is as follows: it provides a new theoretical perspective for the follow-up research, and also provides a theoretical reference for the existing LCFs to get out of the bottleneck of development.

Consumers’ evaluation of cigarette quality directly affects their willingness to repeat purchase. In order to find out the relationship between the consumer evaluation indicator and the quality of cigarette products, to effectively guide the improvement of cigarette manufacturing technology, based on the evaluation standards of the sensory quality of the cigarette industry, the hierarchical structure indicator of attribute elements of cigarette products are established by using the analytic hierarchy process. Through the quantitative investigation of consumers and the investigation of experts, combined with the correlation analysis, the correlation degree between the evaluation indicators of consumers and the design elements of product attributes is verified, and the path is modified and optimized by Shapley value decomposition method. Finally, the transformation path of the internal quality demand of cigarette consumers is completed Build. The establishment of this path can effectively solve the problems of correlation between cigarette sensory quality and cigarette manufacturing technology, as well as the corresponding relationship between cigarette sensory quality and consumer evaluation of cigarette quality indicators. The least square approximation algorithm is often used to predict the data based on historical experience. In this paper, the method is applied to the research of “game analysis and data prediction of the core competence signal of civil engineering employment”, which theoretically verifies the existence of “weak sequence” rational equilibrium in civil engineering employment by means of mathematical reasoning. In addition, the method is applied to the prediction of civil engineering major in one university in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2019 as an example, and the empirical data of employment prove the real existence of the game signal. Finally, according to the method, the research predicts the related data of employment in 2020.

Aiming at the problem that the manipulator cannot grasp the object accurately when the robot changes the position and pose of the object in the process of static grasping, a set of manipulator grasping method research based on vision is proposed. Firstly, a set of camera detection and robot grasping system model is built. Secondly, each coordinate system is created for the grasping system, and the transformation relation between each coordinate system, matrix model and the quantity that needs to be calibrated are introduced in detail. Thirdly, the trajectory function from the image coordinate system to the coordinates of the manipulator is obtained through the direct linear method calibration experiment. Finally, the experimental platform for camera detection and manipulator grasping objects based on xavis was built, and the grasping success rate of the experimental platform was tested. The experimental results show that the grasping error rate of the experimental platform is within the control range. Therefore, the manipulator grasping method based on vision is of reference significance for engineering applications.

High-efficiency formation of personalized stent by additive manufacturing (3D printing) has gained deal of attention and research in interventional and personalized medicine. In this article, the structural characteristics of vascular scaffolds and the application and innovation of additive manufacturing technology in the process of angioplasty are reviewed. In the future, with the continuous maturity of additive manufacturing technology, it is expected to be an important part of interventional precision medicine to manufacture personalized vascular stent.
