In order to solve the stable walking and tracking of the bionic mammalian four-legged mechanical dog, the paper introduces the mechanical structure and robot control, adopts the tandem rod structure and the new vision processing algorithm, and realizes the stable movement of the robot. The recognition and processing technology of track information image is improved, so that the four-legged bionic robot moves forward accurately along the given track, and the tracking function of the four-legged bionic mechanical dog is realized.

The mechanical property of steel reinforced PP ECC columns under reverse cyclic load is investigated and results are presented in this paper. The influence of reinforcement ratio, curing age and volume fraction of PP fiber on load bearing capacity, energy dissipation and stiffness degradation is investigated. The results highlighted the positive contribution of PP ECC to enhance strength and energy dissipation capacity which is important to evaluate the performance of structures subjected to reverse cyclic loads. According to the experimental study on mechanical behavior of steel reinforced PP ECC columns under reverse cyclic loading, the formula of model parameters related to reinforcement ratio are proposed，it is founded that the restoring force model established is of a certain degree of adaptability.

In China, livestock manure emission has resulted in severe pollution to the environment and it is an efficient spreading agent of diseases. For this reason, the biogas has gotten a rapid development in the past few decades. As a kind of renewable and clean energy, many studies have indicated the prospect of biogas to replace fossil fuels in the future. However, the methane industrial production process is unstable due to various factors. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the biogas fermentation efficiency. In this paper, the influences of the raw materials and the total solids (TS) concentration on biogas production characteristics are studied, where the utilization of raw materials can be reflected by the biogas production rate in the results. The results showed the anaerobic fermentation cycle is prolonged and biogas yield increases, but the utilization decreases with TS increases.

Natural products are an indispensable source for drug discovery. The major challenge for exploiting this evolutionary optimized pool of potential lead structures is the fast and reliable recognition of known compounds, i. e. dereplication. This task is essential for the discovery process in high-throughput screening scenarios, since it allows the focus to be placed on novel chemical structures at an early stage. Furthermore, information on identified compounds will help to rationalize observed bioactivities. This article describes an effective, library-supported strategy for the dereplication of crude extracts and pre-fractionated samples, using an HPLC-based multidetector platform and NMR techniques, respectively.
