To effectively guide power manufacturers in the medium and long-term market and green certificate market trading behavior. This paper firstly constructs the model of power manufacturers' participation in the green certificate market and the model of participating in the medium and long-term market of power, and establishes the coupling constraint of power manufacturers' participation in the power market and the green certificate market. Secondly, considering the speculative behavior of power manufacturers and using conditional value-at-risk to depict the profit risk of electricity generation due to the uncertainty of market price, the optimal comprehensive benefit considering the annual expected profit and risk of power manufacturers is taken as the decision-making objective, and the joint decision-making model of power manufacturers participating in the green certificate market and the medium and long term power market is established. It is helpful for power manufacturers to make trading decisions in medium and longterm market and green certificate market.

In the process of green power trading, green power reflects the value of electricity energy and green environment, and green certificates aim to reduce the pressure of new energy subsidies and guide the concept of green electricity consumption. In order to promote the integration of new energy through market-oriented mechanisms, ensure the basic income of new energy projects, reflect the environmental value of green electricity, promote the sustainable development of the new energy industry, and meet the needs of users for green electricity at the same time, this paper constructs a blockchain-based green electricity environmental value authentication and circulation method by using the characteristics of blockchain centralization, distributed ledger, consensus mechanism, and smart contract.

The active peptide (molecular weight < 3500 Da) of the enzymatic hydrolysis from Rana debris is used as a raw material of glycosylation. The peptide can be affected by environmental factors, such as pH and temperature, which can destroy structural and functional properties, so the peptide is usually modified by glycosylation. To investigate the effects of glycosylation on the antioxidant activity of Rana Debris Collagen Peptide (RDCP), glycosylated compounds were prepared using different ratios of RDCP and xylose or glucose by the Maillard reaction. The results indicated that the peptide-xylose compound (PXC) showed higher antioxidant activity than the peptide-glucose compound (PGC), and RDCP and xylose heated at a ratio of 1:4 showed good antioxidant properties. The correlation between the glycosylation degree and antioxidant activity was strong. These results indicated that glycosylation can enhance the antioxidant activity of RDCP. Such glycosylated products can be used in the field of food research.
