The present paper focuses on the undergraduate preparation of future teachers in the context of reading literacy. The paper consists of a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic concepts closely related to the topic, including undergraduate preparation of future teachers, reading literacy, etc. The empirical part describes an analysis of the current study programs at the Faculty of Education, Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic. The objective of the present paper was to analyse the study programs and perform a comparison with expiring study programs aimed at reading literacy. The authors performed a qualitative research study to answer whether undergraduate preparation of future teachers at Palacký University Olomouc in the context of reading literacy is sufficient and if study plans of educational programs reflect the requirements of pedagogical practice. The research was performed using document analysis. Secondary document analysis refers to data already collected (Donnellan, Lucas, 2013). According to Hendl (2005), the purpose of qualitative analysis is non-numerical data organisation in order to reveal topics, regularity, relationships, and quality. In this context, the term non-numeric applies not only to the data but also to data handling. According to the preliminary research, a relatively large proportion of future teachers lack practical teacher training aimed at subject-specific didactics, which is also based on reading literacy. Due to the ongoing pandemic in COVID-19, it was necessary to respond to the methods and forms of work to develop reading literacy through distance learning. The authors of the present paper believed it was essential to analyse the study programs in the context of reading literacy and answer the question of whether undergraduate preparation of future teachers is sufficient and if study plans of educational programs reflect the requirements of pedagogical practice in terms of reading literacy, using the content mentioned above analysis of documents. It followed from the results of the research investigation that the study plans of the educational programmes reflect the requirements of educational practice. Even though we have described the facts in the contribution, we believe that the reading literacy development issue is paid sufficient attention to based on the analysis of study plans in teaching for the 1st stage of primary school. Although the term “reading literacy” is mentioned in the curricular documents FEP PE only marginally, in the study plans for future primary school teachers, the term “reading literacy” appears in several disciplines. It is undoubtedly debatable to what extent the above disciplines will respond to reading literacy development in students. Judging by the content of the plans, their purpose is to provide future teachers with the competencies that support the development of reading literacy in primary school children following pre-literacy in pre-primary education. The disciplines are purely of a didactic focus because they appear in the third grade of study and higher grades after the students have completed relevant theoretical preparation.

Especially relevant at the present time is the study of the impact of the global crisis – a pandemic caused by the infection COVID-19 on the countries and the world's sustainable development. The consequences of the popular trend of globalization, a certain closedness of the principles of capitalization, and, of course, the impact of the global crisis caused by COVID-19 were investigated in the scientific work. The study aims to confirm the transformation of sustainable development trends and the transition from worldwide globalization to national capitalization of the agricultural entrepreneurship potential in the modern conditions of the global crisis of Covid-19. The goal will be achieved by tasks through accounting and analytical support and mathematical analysis of the quadratic correlation and regression dependence of the integrated indicator of sustainable development. Research methodology consist of analysis and collection of economic, environmental, and social data of agriculture in European countries. At this stage, the most significant indicators of six countries were selected: Ukraine, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Belarus. Index analysis was used for formation of an integral indicator – a sustainable development index. Also Microsoft Excel tools were used. An index analysis of the main indicators of sustainable development is provided in the paper. On the basis of the integrated index of sustainable development of agriculture, a trend line was built and a forecast of the vector of globalization/capitalization was made. An upward forecast of the integrated index of agriculture sustainable development, which indicates a continuous process of globalization was proved in the paper. This pattern corresponds to Belarus and Romania and was proved by the basis of imperial studies. The calculation and forecast of the transition from global globalization to national capitalization as a result of the impact of the pandemic and quarantine were presented in the scientific work too. This pattern is inherent in Hungary, Germany, Poland and Ukraine.

The notion of a delusion occupies a central place in psychotherapy. The presence of delusional thinking in a patient is often regarded as indicative of psychosis. And yet, the nature of a delusion is still widely disputed. The difficulty of defining a delusion has proved so difficult that some prominent authors have declared the task impossible. The aim of this paper is to offer a characterisation of delusional systems of thought. In this paper is argued that delusions, unlike scientific explanations and the explanations generally offered by common sense, fail to minimise that which requires explanation. In the first part of the paper, difficulties with extant accounts will be discussed. In the following parts, the author’s own account of delusional thoughts will be developed and some difficult cases considered. It will be argued that delusions differ from more typical beliefs in the number of things that they leave unexplained. Delusions, unlike those beliefs we typically see as rational, bring about an increase in the number of things requiring explanation.

This paper presents the importance of César Franck's oeuvre through the three periods of his creation, and focuses on the works of his final years, in special on the instrumental and orchestral compositions of the third period. The musical analysis proposes to identify and exemplify a few of the procedures and compositional techniques of César Franck, which define the - on the one hand - the "classical" forms and structure, and - on the other hand - the innovative melodic and harmonic aspects of the musical discourse. This paper presents first of all the importance of the 20th century French composer Pierre Villette, who's instrumental, vocal-instrumental and choral works are relatively unknown even between musicians. Secondly, this writing focuses on the choral music of the composer, presenting the result of the analysis of the two chosen a cappella motets mentioned in the title (written by Villette in two different periods of his creation). The musical analysis proposes to identify and exemplify a few procedures, compositional techniques of Villette, which - on the one hand - do define the structure, the melodic and harmonic aspects of the musical discourse, and - on the other hand - aim to express the religious belief of the composer. Educators in preschool institutions monitor the development and progress of each child, which leads to keeping a dossier for the child (development portfolio). This paper presents an appropriate approach for keeping a dossier of the child in the preschool institution: coordination between preschool and primary education with the aim of achieving an appropriate holistic development of the child. The subject of this research is to study the monitoring of the children's progress. The scientific goal is to analyze the way of monitoring the children's progress and to determine a system of recommendations for the transmission of relevant data from the child's dossier to the primary school. According to the objective, several operational tasks are defined. One of the tasks refers to the study of the ways and forms in which the dossier for monitoring the child's progress is kept in the preschool institutions. In the study we use the following research methods: the theoretical-analytical method for studying the theoretical basis of the research and the analytical-descriptive method to determine the state of the pedagogical reality. The research was conducted using documentary analysis techniques and by interviewing the opinions and attitudes of the educators (who represent the sample), using a list of records and a questionnaire as instruments. Some of the conclusions are: Need for coordination between the pedagogical and psychological facilities of the kindergarten and the primary school; restructuring of the children's records with individual approaches and recommendations, etc.

The paper depicts the evolution (and studies its ground and motivation) of the conception of the method of analytical description of Czeżowski, one of the most important figures of the Lvov-Warsaw School of Philosophy. It portrays Czeżowski as an author, whose voice on relation between theory and experience, as well as language and empirical reality, can be still considered important and significant. Generally speaking, Czeżowski distinguishes between two kinds of methods: the inductive ones and the no inductive, i.e. the method of analytic description. The results of the former are the base of every further scientific activity, from the empirical sciences to philosophy. The method serves, first of all, to define abstract concepts and to precise scientific terms, what allow next to set and to express relations between them. Its application is an indispensable and essential part of process of building every abstract scientific theory. Despite some similarities between Czeżowski’s method and other methods of conceptual analysis, the former is not subjected to the paradox of analysis (what is shown), according to the author of the paper.

The article is devoted to chronological logic and its applications in the analysis of legal reasoning. In Part I of the paper, there is given that time plays an important role in statutory law, in language of the law and in legal language appear many time expressions, and formal logic provides tools to logical analysis of reasoning performed in everyday discourse and in various sciences, also in legal discourse and in legal sciences. There are presented also conditions that temporal systems should satisfy to be used in an analysis of legal reasoning. In Part II of the paper, the origins and the profile of chronological logic are presented. Part III, the last part of the article, presents examples of formalization of some sentences of legal language containing at the time phrase, and of legal reasoning composed of such sentences, by means of symbols occurring in chronological logic. The position presented in the article says that some temporal logic could be used in a logical analysis such legal reasoning that would contain references to time. The main task of chronological logic would be then providing formal language to more precise express statements of legal language containing given time expression (exactly at the time phrase) and to model legal reasoning containing such expression; and also giving tools to evaluate formal correctness of these inferences.

Our paper conducts a contrastive analysis between Albanian and English lexical units in the language of laws using corpora analysis. It fills a literature gap related to Corpus linguistics in order to better comprehend patterns of legal lexicon. We use KWIC Concordance to extract the top frequently words and concordance lines in order to analyse differences and similarities among lexical units in Albanian (Source Language) and English (Target Language) laws, compared to those identified in respective corpora. Additionally, we identify types of errors in translation, difficulties in translating legal texts, and factors that influence translators’ errors in translating certain laws of the Republic of Kosovo from Albanian into English. According to our analysis, both languages have in common the use of the same grammatical patterns such as: conjunctions, prepositions, and the use of the common noun forms. The rest have significant differences in their usage, especially with regards to particles and determiners. Our contrastive approach demonstrates that some of these laws were not originally written in Albanian and then translated into English language, as many articles within these laws lack the appropriate word structure and word order and in some cases are semantically ill-formed in the Source Language. Croatian National Theatre in Mostar is a relatively new cultural institution when compared to other theatrical institutions. Turbulent incidents of newer Bosnian and Herzegovinian history, as well as historical, political and social changes, left their marks on all levels of the city of Mostar. Therefore, the repertoire of this Theatre, since it has been founded in 1994 (and was primarily named as „War Scene“), needs to be critically analyzed not only in relation to the reality of political and national occurrences of that period but also in comparison with theatrological specificities after the World War II. This paper questions the Theatre’s repertoire under those terms from 1993 to 2005.

In 2006 the journal "MEDIZIN – BIBLIOTHEK – INFORMATION" changed from the internet platform of the "Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Medizinisches Bibliothekswesen" (AGMB) to the Open Access platform German Medical Science (GMS). The printed journal version ceased. Thitherto it was sent to all members of the AGMB. The editorial staff made a few arrangements in order to support acceptance and perceptibility of this journal, now issued electronic only. The published papers were included in the database of the Deutsches Bibliothekswesen (DABI) and in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ Content). Furthermore current articles were introduced in MEDINFO, a weblog for medical librarians. The paper compares usage data trends from September 2005 to May 2008 for selected articles.

This paper presents a scientometric analysis of articles from journals indexed in Web of Science (WoS), subject category 'Information Science & Library Science'. The results confirm the Anglo-American dominance in the library and information science literature (included in WoS) which is even stronger if only information science journals are considered. The two major exceptions are the Scandinavian countries and the field of scientometrics. The visibility of Germany and Austria turned out to be relatively low.

Creativity is the focus of research in various areas. The present paper focuses on creativity in music and the role of the teacher in stimulating and developing it in an individual’s musical development. It highlights the importance of evaluating musical ideas, the creative process and final products. The Music Olympiad involves a presentation of competitor’s own compositions. In the research, we analysed the characteristics of the compositions written for and performed at the first three Slovene Music Olympiads.

Johann Pachelbel’s sacred vocal music, especially his works composed for the specific needs of the Nuremberg liturgy, can be considered the apex of his compositional achievements. This paper discusses some background liturgical performance practice issues and analyzes the pieces from the point of view of their structure and style. The appendix contains a catalogue of Pachelbel’s sacred works.
