Batman and its surroundings have a great potential for tourism with its natural beauties and civilizations that it has hosted as long as the historical process. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), which is a part of the strategic management process, has used as an important tool in the evaluation of tourism businesses, cities, regions, countries as well as in the evaluation of the businesses. In the study, Batman tourism has been examined in terms of tourism potential as both supply and demand. After the examining, a SWOT analysis concerning Batman tourism has been constructed on this examining. The aim of the study is to evaluate the Batman tourism based on supply and demand and to reveal its development. Thus, it is aimed to contribute Batman tourism. Secondary data sources were used in the study. As a result of the study, Batman has natural and cultural supply sources but limited artificial (man-made) touristic resources. In addition, it is also true that there are problems with the transformation of Batman's tourism potential into a touristic product.

The population blamed the architecture because until then it was assumed that the causes of tuberculosis were dust and dirt hidden behind ornaments and textiles. Even after 1882, when Robert Koch had provided evidence of the tuberculosis bacterium, the prejudices against the apartments in the houses of the period of promoterism remained. Fear and disgust of tuberculosis as a metropolitan disease was one of the reasons for the re-evaluation of architecture. Since the TBC mainly affected the young age group (21-30 years) relevant to the respective social structure of a country, great importance was attached to the fight against this disease. The measures taken to combat TBC were reflected in the architecture in a sustainable way and led to a new language of forms. This was particularly noticeable in the construction of sanatoriums and hospitals. With my diploma thesis I would like to illustrate the strong influence of tuberculosis on the European architecture of the interwar period. The main focus here is on the construction of sanatoriums and tuberculosis hospitals, which changed greatly in their architectural language and were also very important for the later development of architecture. On the basis of selected examples, which have crystallized through literature research as „perfect examples“, I would like to analyze the differences to earlier sanatoriums and hospitals at the turn of the century and emphasize the essential architectural elements, which were characteristic for the new formal language of this building typology.

Gleichzeitig bleibt die Motivation der Patient*innen erhalten Context / Objective / Question: Due to the high risk of developing secondary diseases of diabetes mellitus type 2, an active lifestyle is essential for those affected. Physical training can make an important contribution to reducing cardiovascular and metabolic risks. The frequency of complications in type 2 diabetes patients is so high that the compliance of those affected and the success in terms of physical training without supervision are ques-tioned. The aim of this thesis is to investigate and compare the different effects of outpa-tient physiotherapeutic training with and without supervision in type 2 diabetics. This com-parison is based on the parameters HbA1c, LDL-cholesterol value and BMI, which are cor-related with the metabolic and cardiovascular risks. Main result: The central question is answered on the basis of researched studies from the electronic databases PEDro and PubMed. Both interventions have a positive effect on the reduction of the HbA1c value and do not show significant differences between each other. The BMI, on the other hand, can be influenced better during training with supervision, alt-hough the difference between the interventions is also not significant. There is no clear dif-ference in the reduction of LDL-cholesterol between the interventions. It has been proven that a high training frequency and duration has a positive effect on these training results. It also shows that the dropout rate is significantly higher when training without supervision. Conclusion: Both training under the supervision of a physiotherapist and training without supervision reduces the metabolic and cardiovascular risk. It should be noted that training without supervision does not allow the monitoring of the observance and correct execution of the training. This leads to a lower motivation and compliance of the patients. The ad-vantage of supervision by a physiotherapist is that the quality and adherence of the training can be guaranteed and the motivation of the patients is maintained

Today Alevism is study subject more about working with faith, culture and politics. When the direction of faith is taken into consideration, apart from a certain number of researches and studies, there is little to be studied about the religious structures of Alevi. In these studies, some elements of the religious structures of Alevi were examined more than the architectural typologies. On the other hand, it is necessary to examine the religious structures of Alevi which is located in different regions of Anatolia and which has different architectural features, and to gain literature. This is more important for understanding the belief of Alevism based on verbal communication and for shaping newly built the religious structures. For this reason, two different places of worship in Kargın and Meseli (Ankara-Çubuk) settlements were handled in this study. These two structures have been chosen as examples because they are both of different dates - they are a material continuity - and they reflect the architectures of rural areas. Within the context of the study, these two architectural features were examined one by one. Again, the architectural characteristics of these constructions are evaluated in relation to both the religious structures of Bektashi and Alevi. It is understood that these two structures reflect the traditional architecture, have common plans and are shaped with ritual focus.

- Abstract
The validity of the standard model of physics, even in extreme environments, can be tested by high precision measurements of values that are predicted by theory. For a single 28Si13+ ion, stored for several months in a Penning trap, the magnetic moment of the electron bound to the nucleus was measured to 11 digits precision, confirming the corresponding calculations. This constitutes to date the most stringent test of quantum electrodynamics of bound states.

Abstract Background Coccidiosis is a major contributor to losses in poultry production. With emerging constraints on the use of in-feed prophylactic anticoccidial drugs and the relatively high costs of effective vaccines, there are commercial incentives to breed chickens with greater resistance to this important production disease. To identify phenotypic biomarkers that are associated with the production impacts of coccidiosis, and to assess their covariance and heritability, 942 Cobb500 commercial broilers were subjected to a defined challenge with Eimeria tenella (Houghton). Three traits were measured: weight gain (WG) during the period of infection, caecal lesion score (CLS) post mortem, and the level of a serum biomarker of intestinal inflammation, i.e. circulating interleukin 10 (IL-10), measured at the height of the infection. Results Phenotypic analysis of the challenged chicken cohort revealed a significant positive correlation between CLS and IL-10, with significant negative correlations of both these traits with WG. Eigenanalysis of phenotypic covariances between measured traits revealed three distinct eigenvectors. Trait weightings of the first eigenvector, (EV1, eigenvalue = 59%), were biologically interpreted as representing a response of birds that were susceptible to infection, with low WG, high CLS and high IL-10. Similarly, the second eigenvector represented infection resilience/resistance (EV2, 22%; high WG, low CLS and high IL-10), and the third eigenvector tolerance (EV3, 19%; high WG, high CLS and low IL-10), respectively. Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) identified two SNPs that were associated with WG at the suggestive level. Conclusions Eigenanalysis separated the phenotypic impact of a defined challenge with E. tenella on WG, caecal inflammation/pathology, and production of IL-10 into three major eigenvectors, indicating that the susceptibility-resistance axis is not a single continuous quantitative trait. The SNPs identified by the GWAS for body weight were located in close proximity to two genes that are involved in innate immunity (FAM96B and RRAD).
