Many Indonesian spelling errors occur in research papers published to the public, closely related to academics in all institutions such as research institutions, government, schools, and universities. The spelling errors usually writing punctuation, writing letters, writing words, writing words originating from foreign or regional languages (uptake words), using affixed words, and writing ineffective sentences. The mistakes made by the academics then become a cycle in the academic environment. They usually provide guidance for writing an undergraduate thesis, thesis, dissertations to students, or the other forms of documents and scientific papers. Therefore, the research proposed the application to facilitate all authors of scientific papers in producing quality scientific works based on the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling published by the Agency for Development and Language Development. The application is named KEBI 1.0 Checker (Indonesian Spelling Error 1.0 Checker), a web-based application with a built-in algorithm to detect and correct Indonesian Spelling in scientific papers. The experiment result shows that the application has given the best accuracy performance to correct the non-standard words, and typographical errors reached 100% and 55,52%, respectively. The application also has been detected 209 meaningless words. The application processing time is relatively low, the average time needed to correct non-standard words is 0.016 seconds, and typo words are 14.58 seconds. KEBI 1.0 Checker is helpful for the end-user in academics but needs to improve the vocabulary of the large corpus in various fields of science for correcting typo words.

This paper presents a low-cost and disposable paper based microfluidic analysis system for point-of-care diagnostics. Detection is achieved by using a colorimetric or visual indicator. Immobilized specific reagent or enzymes designed for the parameter under consideration act as capture molecules on the surface of the detection zone. The sensor is integrated into a microfluidic system made of paper (cellulose). An additional component of the analysis system is a capillary unit which is used to introduce the analyte to the detection zone. For this purpose well- defined, millimeter-sized channel, comprising hydrophobic polymer bounded onto hydrophilic paper was created. Then the detection zone was coated with a sensitive reagent layer as a sensor region. The paper based microfluidics also called lab on paper, has been fabricated using screen printing technology as the basis for low-cost, disposable, portable and technically simple fabrication for mass production. Microfluidics in paper make it feasible to run single, dual or even multiple clinical analyses on one strip of paper while still using only small volumes of a single sample. The capability of lab on paper for detection of importance clinical analyte protein in urine, saliva and blood samples has been demonstrate successfully. Lab on paper as a diagnostic system is small, disposable, and easy to use and requires no external equipment, reagents, or power sources. This kind of diagnostic system is attractive for use in developing countries, in the field, or as a low-cost alternative to more-advanced technologies already used in clinical diagnostics. Rabies is a zoonotic disease. Rabies protection level detection was performed using antibody titration. Blood sampling activities in the field require special handling to avoid blood lysis, the sample delivery requires a cold chain with a stable temperature. Alternative method forwhole blood sample delivery using filter paper were carried out on 48 samples from susceptible animals (dogs and cats) transpored through the Soekarno Hatta Agricultural Quarantine Center. This study was designed to investigate the feasibility of filter paper sampling of blood at temperature of 26 °C to detect of rabies antibodies using indirect method of ELISA. The results of statistical analysis of Randomized Block Design and Tukey's test showed that the antibody titres of whole blood extracted from filter paper diluted in the PBS T 100 μl were equivalent to antibody titres of serum. Assesment of filter paper capability has sensitivity and specificity as much as 96% and 76%, positive predictive value of 67%, negative predictive value of 94% and reliability level of filter paper were 0.5 is moderate category. This indicates that the filter paper can be used as an alternative method of blood transport medium for rabies ELISA test.

Sebuah karya tulis ilmiah yang berisi karya inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran sangat diperlukan oleh guru-guru sebagai syarat kenaikan pangkat dalam pengembangan profesi mereka, termasuk guru-guru SMA/sederajat di Kabupaten Bintan. Namun, pada umumnya mereka mengalami kendala dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah disebabkan kesulitan dalam mencari sumber referensi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian, keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam TIK, dan kesulitan dalam mengolah kalimat agar tidak terdeteksi sebagai kegiatan plagiasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini agar para guru SMA/sederajat di Kabupaten Bintan dapat membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang sesuai kaedah penulisan yang baik dan bebas plagiasi dengan bantuan manajemen referensi Mendeley. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dalam bentuk workshop/pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan projek. Kegiatan dilakukan selama dua hari dalam bentuk workshop dan dua hari dalam bentuk tugas mandiri. However, in general, they experience difficulties in making scientific papers due to difficulties in finding reference sources that are relevant to the research topic, limited knowledge in ICT, and difficulty in processing sentences so as not to be detected as plagiarism activities. The purpose of this activity is for high school / equivalent teachers in Bintan Regency to be able to make scientific papers in accordance with good writing methods and to be free of plagiarism with the help of Mendeley's reference management. The implementation of this activity is in the form of workshops/training using lecture, discussion, question and answer, and project methods. The activity was carried out for two days in the form of a workshop and two days in the form of an independent assignment. This community service activity was considered successful because 80% of the participants experienced an increase in knowledge about Mendeley's reference management and were able to apply it in the form of plagiarism-free scientific papers.

Organic waste has high COD and BOD content, so it is dangerous if disposed of directly into the environment. Organic waste processing, such as waste from livestock manure and liquid tofu waste, requires a process that can reduce COD and BOD levels as well as produce valuable products. Anaerobic digestion method is the proper process to convert complex compounds in waste into simpler compounds with methanogenic bacteria into a renewable energy product, namely biogas. On the other hand, the anaerobic digestion process can reduce COD and BOD levels in the biogas formation process. This study uses raw materials such as cow manure and chicken manure, and liquid tofu waste. The variables that produced the largest biogas were those with a ratio of 70% cow dung, 15% chicken manure, and 15% tofu liquid waste with a total of 3,251.5 mL. Then, the COD and BOD levels decreased significantly with more than 98% COD removal, and more than 95% BOD removal in all variables at the end of the anaerobic digestion process.

Indonesia is a large rice producing country where from these activities it produces waste in the form of rice husk. Rice husk cannot be degraded by itself due to the lignin content contained in the rice husk. Therefore, treatment is carried out to destroy the lignin content and use it as alternative energy in the form of biogas. The study was conducted at a laboratory scale at room temperature, preliminary treatment using 3% NaOH under the SSAD conditions of 27.5% TS and then biogas production was measured once every two days for 90 days. Furthermore, the results of biogas production were observed between biogas with NaOH and without NaOH and carried out a study of the kinetics. The result is that biogas production with NaOH is higher, reaching 59.2 mL/grTS whereas without NaOH at 14.7 mL/grTS. The results of kinetic studies using mathematical modeling through the Gompertz equation, the variable with NaOH is known to have a maximum biogas production of 63.9 mL/grTS, a daily biogas production rate of 0.97 mL/grTS.day and the initial formation of biogas significantly on the 8th day.

This study aims to determine the ability of compilation of bentonite and activated carbon made from coal as adsorbents for adsorption of the parameters of the rubber industry wastewater. The test results found that the levels of BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) 805 ppm, COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) 1415 ppm, Ammonia 12.5 ppm, TSS 340 ppm, pH 6.6. The process of activation of bentonite using HCL 0.1 M. then stirred for 1 hour at a speed of 200rpm then filtered the resulting residue is heated to a temperature of 110oC for 3 hours. Activation of activated carbon is carried out using 0.2 M H3PO4 and then soaked for 24 hours, then washed with distilled water until the pH approaches neutral, dried in an oven at 150oC. The best contact time for bentonite and activated carbon compilation from coal is 0.1 gram (1: 1). With 250 ml of rubber industry, liquid waste is 60 minutes with a BOD absorption efficiency of 99.75% and COD of 98.72%. The best compilation of bentonite and activated carbon from coal in the adsorption of BOD & COD is in the compilation ratio (1: 1) with an efficiency of 99.75% BOD absorption and 98.72% COD.

Fossil fuels are a non-renewable energy source and their existence will be depleted. An alternative is needed that can reduce fossil fuels by using biomass. Biomass waste in the form of bagasse and coconut shell can be used as an alternative fuel in the form of biobriquette. This study aims to analyze the quality value of briquettes from the proximate test of the composition of bagasse and coconut shell produced with briquette quality standards that refer to SNI 01-6235-2000 about wood charcoal briquettes. The variables in this study consisted of five variables. The variables in this study were mass ratio coconut shells to bagasse were 90%: 10%, 80%: 20%, 70%; 30%, 60%: 40% and 50%: 50% respectively. The results of the test of water content, ash content, and volatile matter of the best quality briquettes of five variables were 90% coconut shell and 10% bagasse.

Current issues of energy sector in Indonesia can be summarized as depletion of fossil energy reserves which is dominated by fuel oil and coal. Oil production continues to decline and the increase in oil fuels demand lead to increase imports of crude oil and oil fuels. To use lignocellulosic biomass waste has become a major alternative to replace fossil fuels and chemical feedstocks production. In 2015, total rice production in South Kalimantan reached 2,140,276 ton and rice straws were abundant waste which could be utilized as raw material for bioethanol production. Pretreatment process of lignocellulose is a crucial step to remove lignin because of the complex chemical cross-linking between chemical components. Delignification of lignin can increase the accessibility and digestibility of enzymatic, and help to promote enzymatic hydrolysis. Nowadays, pretreatment process with green chemistry method is continuesly developed by researcher to reduce the production costs and thus avoid adverse effects on human and the environment. This article disscussed about green methods for pretreatment of lignocellulosic material using deep eutectic solvent (DES) to increase second-generation bioethanol production in South Kalimantan.

The second generation of bioethanol derived from various cellulosic biomass materials is one of the latest renewable energy as the alternative of fossil fuel. The cellulosic waste based wood and non-wood materials are the most abundant natural resource on the earth, renewable, and inexpensive. Currently, second generation bioethanol development is still not optimally done due to various obstacles, especially the pretreatment process to eliminate lignin, influencing the conversion process of cellulose into reducing sugar. Hydrothermal method is one of lignocellulose pretreatments, which is widely developed because this method is relatively cheap and environmentally friendly with the utilization of water-based solvent. Hydrothermal methods performed at high temperature and pressure in a relatively short time are able to deconstruct the lignocellulose structure that enables cellulase enzymes to access cellulose for hydrolysis. This study discussed about the development of hydrothermal method for lignocellulose pretreatment process to increase production of second-generation bioethanol. Some aspects studied in this research were structural change, chemical composition, lignocellulosic crystallinity before and after hydrothermal processes, and hydrothermal effect on the production of reducing sugars. Hydrothermal method could be used and developed as an efficient and cheap method as the first treatment of lignocellulose waste in attempt to increase the production of bioethanol.

Bioethanol is ethanol derived from plants that contain cellulose such as cassava, corn and sugar cane. The use of bioethanol aims to overcome the scarcity of fuel and reduce the use of fossil oil ingredients in Indonesia. The introduction of alternative energy is optimized by mixing fossil fuels with bioethanol. Therefore, the use of bioethanol as a renewable fuel is very good if because pure bioethanol has a high octane value of 118. Besides, bioethanol is also able to reduce the amount of carbon monoxide (CO) emissions, decrease Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) and hydrocarbon emissions compared to ordinary gasoline fuel. In this research, a mixture of Pertamax and Bioethanol with a mixture of variations, among others: pure Pertamax (E0), Pertamax mixture and bioethanol 5% (E5), bioethanol 10% (E10), and bioethanol 15% (E15). The fuel testing was carried out at the Environmental Service Laboratory using a 4-stroke Yamaha motorcycle brand. Mixing bioethanol as a fuel can reduce exhaust emissions from the combustion of motorcycle fuel 4 steps in all tests. The best test results obtained on the composition of the E10 fuel mixture with CO levels of 2.06%, CO2 levels of 6.96% and HC of 75 ppm. Energi memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembangunan yang pada akhirnya untuk mencapai tujuan sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan untuk serta merupakan pendukung bagi kegiatan ekonomi nasional. Sumber energi terbarukan yang berasal dari pemanfaatan biogas limbah cair kelapa sawit dapat menghasilkan energi listrik yang saat ini banyak bergantung pada generator diesel dengan biaya yang mahal.Limbah cair kelapa sawit (Palm Oil Mill Effluent atau POME) adalah limbah cair yang berminyak dan tidak beracun, berasal dari proses pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit, namun limbah cair tersebut dapat menyebabkan bencana lingkungan apabila tidak dimanfaatkan dan dibuang di kolam terbuka karena akan melepaskan sejumlah besar gas metana dan gas berbahaya lainnya ke udara yang menyebabkan terjadinya emisi gas rumah kaca. Tingginya kandungan Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) sebesar 50.000-70.000 mg/l dalam limbah cair kelapa sawit memberikan potensi untuk dapat di konversi menjadi listrik dengan menangkap biogas (gas metana) yang dihasilkan melalui serangkaian tahapan proses pemurnian. Di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur terdapat 36 Pabrik Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit yang total kapasitas pabriknya adalah sebesar 2.115 TBS/jam, menghasilkan limbah cair sebesar 1.269 ton limbah cari/jam dan mampu menghasilkan 42.300 m3 biogas. ABSTRACT Energy has an important role in the development process and ultimately to achieve the objectives of social, economic and environment for as well as an environmental support for national economic activity. Renewable energy source derived from wastewater biogas utilization of oil palm can produce electrical energy which is currently heavily dependent on diesel generators at a cost that mahal.Limbah liquid palm oil (Palm Oil Mill Effluent, or POME) is the wastewater that is greasy and non-toxic, derived from the processing of palm oil, but the liquid waste could cause environmental disaster if not used and disposed of in open ponds because it will release large amounts of methane and other harmful gases into the air that cause greenhouse gas emissions. The high content of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) of 50000-70000 mg / l in the liquid waste palm oil provides the potential to be converted into electricity by capturing the biogas (methane gas) produced through a series of stages of the purification process. In East Kotawaringin there are 36 palm oil processing factory that total factory capacity is of 2,115 TBS / hour, producing 1,269 tons of liquid waste wastewater / h and is capable of producing 42,300 m3 of biogas. The existence of cooking oil which is mixed with dangerous material is very difficult to be detected by human olfactory system yet can be detected by sophisticated equipment. However, the equipment is very expensive and require an expert to operate it. Static system of electronic nose based on unselected gas sensor array has been built for classifying pure cooking oil’s odour and mixed cooking oil’s odour. Sensor array consist of sensor MQ-9, TGS-2600, MQ-2, TGS-2620, and TGS-822 along with a heat exchanger system that can reduce the temperature of sample’s odour. The sample chamber and sensor chamber are made from stainless steel with cylinder shape. The system tested by boiling the sample consist of each pure cooking oil form both palm and coconut oil with its mixture such as used lubricant, candle, and diesel fuel up to 300 0 C to realese its odour. After the odour has been detected by electronic nose the next step is to classifying the data with PCA method. The result show that the response of sensor’s output is stable and the output of score plot from each pure cooking oil’s data from both palm and coconut oil can be well-classified from the mixed cooking oil.

Energy consumption in Indonesia is quite high, almost 96% is supplied from fossil fuel ( crude oil 48%, gases 18%, and coal 30%). From the total of energy consumption, it can be seen that almost 50% is gasoline. Thus, it is necessary to attain a certain aim in saving fossil fuel consumption. One of the ways is the utilization of zeolite and coal fly ash mixture as engine air filter. The mixture of zeolite and coal fly ash have a specific ability to trap nitrogen gases and water vapor in air, so that only oxygen enters the combustion chamber. Thus, the combustion process reaches the optimal condition and engine performance works better. Before applying, zeolite and fly ash were mixed with the comparisons of zeolite 0% : fly ash 100%, zeolite 25% : fly ash 75%, zeolite 50% : fly ash 50%, zeolite 75% : fly ash 25%, and zeolite 100% : fly ash 0%. The mixture of zeolite and fly ash was made in the form of pellet and activated physically within the temperature of 100 ºC (naturally), 150 ºC, 175 ºC, 200 ºC, and 225 ºC. Wheres various mass filter used were 50% (13,75 grams), 75% (20,62 grams) and 100% (27,50 grams). The pellets were arranged resemble a filter and place on the case of engine air filter. The purpose of this testing is to find out the effect of temperature activation and the filter mass variations 82 TURBO p-ISSN: 2301-6663, e-ISSN: 2447-250X Vol. 7 No. 1. 2018 as well as the composition of zeolite and fly ash mixture toward the performance of four step gasoline engine in acceleration testing. The best acceleration achieved is 12,61% (2,41 seconds faster ) taken from the test using filter of Z50:F50 mixture, with mass variation of 100% within temperature of 225 °C. Hyacinth is a plant that can be utilized for the manufacture of various types of handicrafts, such as bags, sandals, souvenirs, and other furniture that has high art. In the process of making hyacinth crafts, it is considered in the process of drying. During this time, the hyacinth drying process still using conventional methods, which use solar energy which is dependent on weather conditions. Conventional drying methods relatively need long time, ie 7-10 days. So, that was designed hyacinth dryer that is not dependent on the weather and can be controlled with temperature sensors and weight sensor depend its set point. Hyacinth dryers use heater, blower and air circulation fan. The controller of the drying machine is Microcontroller ATMega 16 with PI Controll methods Tuning Controller Chien Regulator I with Kp = 4,55 and Ki = 0,3 and Tuning Controller Chien Servo I Kp = 2,65 and Ki = 0,156. Hyacinth drying with a dryer need time shorter than using the conventional drying method, ie 12 hours with stabil temperature 60ᵒC . With this dryer can dry 30 stems of hyacinth with initial weight 500g become dry hyacinth with weight ± 60g. Depends on the result of laboratory test, hyacint with dryer produce fiber content, water content, and ash content that good enough.

Investigative reporting, as the result of recent journalism development, becomes a new benchmark in journalism practice. To learn more about investigative journalism, one can learn from Ida Tarbell, a legend of investigative journalism, and his works. Tarbell began his journalism practice by doing preliminary research over hundreds of documents. This phase was called paper trail. Tarbell used combination of data gathering methods to gaining in depth and perspective on his issue. In order to enliven his story, Tarbell utilized narrative technique to tell his story. In recent times, Tarbell reportage become a model of basic investigative journalism. As pointed out in this article, data was dig through a series of phases: (1) surface facts; (2) repertorial enterprise; dan (3) interpretation and analysis. Based on this basic procedures, Paul N. Williams described 11 steps of investigative reporting, started from conception to publication and follow-up stories. The key of success in writing investigative reporting is probing and digging, attentively, intensively.

The aim of this paper is to examine the role of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) in economic development and trade in Indonesia. This research is motivated by the fact that there is still limited financing to economic development in Indonesia as well as trade financing. The research based on a qualitative methodology using the data from scientific journals and paper in the field of Cash Waqf, including CWLS. The results cash waqf in several countries has been used for beneficiaries. Especially for CWLS, it consists of 2 types, namely wakaf sukuk and retail waqf sukuk. For waqf sukuk, the proceeds of the waqf have been channelled to finance the construction of the retina center and glaucoma center at the hospital. Meanwhile, retail waqf sukuk are used by each nazir to finance the program. This research shows that CWLS is proven to play a role in economic development, particularly infrastructure. The infrastructure that has been built is in the health sector. CWLS can also be an alternative source of funds with low-cost of fund which in turn enables the Eximbank/ECA to extend trade financing to the cooperative with competitive price. However, there are some action need to be taken, i.e (i) conduct socialization regarding CWLS to improve public awareness and enlarge the wakif base and (ii) issue DSN regulations regarding CWLS. This article discusses the enforceability of Article 9 of Law No. 42 of 1999 on Fiduciary Guarantee that allows the use of receivables as debt collateral in business practices in Indonesia. Receivables bound by fiduciary collateral is deemed as a special collateral— in the context of civil law, a special collateral will be prioritized in case the debtor does not voluntarily make when due. In business practices, long-term receivables will be established following an agreement between a debtor and a third party, and the receivables that the debtor is entitled to receive from the third party will be provided as collateral to secure the debtor’s obligations under his loan agreement with the creditor. The issue discussed in this paper is the fact that although theoretically special collateral in the form of receivables should be able to increase the creditor’s assurance of getting repaid, in practice long-term receivables put higher risk on the creditor instead. As comparison, this paper uses the accounts receivables fiduciary in the United Kingdom. The Writing Method used in this paper is the normative juridical approach with a focus on conducting juridical studies regarding the creditors' risk in the use of receivables, specifically long-term debt collateral. This paper shows that receivables that are used as collateral in fiduciary agreements actually put the greatest risk on the creditor; especially if the agreement between the debtor and the third party stipulates that in case the debtor fails to fulfil his obligations, all receivables that he is supposed to receive from the third party will be aborted and become non-existent.

The Goal-Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) is one approach that is widely used for the early stages of software development. This method continues to develop in the last three decades. In this paper, a literature study is conducted to determine the GORE state of the art. The study begins with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted to determine the research trend in the last five years. This study reviewed 126 papers published from 2016 to 2020. The research continues with the author's search for scientific articles about GORE. There are 26 authors who actively publish GORE research results. Twenty-six authors were grouped into seven groups based on their relation or co-authoring scientific articles. An in-depth study of each group resulted in a holistic mapping of GORE research. Based on the analysis, it is known that most research focuses on improving GORE for an automated and reliable RE process, developing new models/frameworks/methods originating from GORE, and implementing GORE for the RE process. This paper contributes to a holistic mapping of the GORE approach. Through this study, it is known the various studies that are being carried out and research opportunities to increase automation in the entire RE process.

This paper questions how to respond to the publication of political dreams in relation to efforts to reduce radicalism in Indonesia according to Sadd al-Dzari'ah's study. This research is qualitative in nature and its presentation uses descriptive analysis method. Publication of dreams is a common thing in society, moreover dreams that are disseminated are good dreams. However, sometimes the publication of a dream, according to people who experience it, is suitable for public consumption, on the other hand it may have an impact on the emergence of radicalism in a country. An example that recently occurred was the dream of Haikal Hassan who met Rasulullah SAW regarding the shooting of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) laskar by the police in Mega Mendung, West Java. The publication of this dream seemed to have political nuances and caused turmoil among the FPI, because in this dream Rasullullah SAW seemed to blame the police for handling the FPI laskar and on the contrary defending the FPI laskar who was killed. This paper concludes that the act of publishing dreams which was previously immutable is not permitted if the publication creates a radicalism movement that may threaten the integrity of the country. In the study of siyasah syar'iyyah, security and public order (maslahah) is a very important part of state politics. Therefore, according to Sadd al-Dzari'ah's study, the legal position of publishing dreams, which has so far been converting, can become haram if it causes harm to a country.

As robots' use increases in every sector of human life, the demand for cheap and efficient robots has also enlarged. The use of two or more simple robot is preferable to the use of one sophisticated robot. The agriculture industry can benefit from installing a robot, from seeding to the packaging of the product. A precise analysis is required for the installation of two collaborative robots. This paper discusses the motion control analysis of two collaborative arms robots in the fruit packaging system. The study begins with the relative motion analysis between two robots, starting with kinematics modeling, image processing for object detection, and the Fuzzy Logic Controller's design to show the relationship between the robot inputs and outputs. The analysis is carried out using SCILAB, open-source software for numerical computing engineering. This paper is intended as the initial analysis of the feasibility of the real experimental system.

A preliminary study showed that most health workers in primary health care (PHC) claimed that they need a refreshing course because of their lack of updated knowledge and skill. This study enrolled 27 primary healthcare workers recruited from the PHC. The intervention used were classic lectures and workshops. The knowledge was evaluated using a paper-based test and practice, while the skill was evaluated using a practice test. Multiple questions (pre-test and post-test) based on current emergency management for pediatric were used for paper-based evaluation. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to confirm the subject's perspective on the intervention. As a devout Muslim, of course, investment choices must be appropriate and in accordance with the concept of Islam. The difference between conventional Islamic investment lies in the benefits given. The advantages of Islamic investment are in the form of profit sharing, while the conventional concept is interest. In the teachings of Islam, interest is haram, because it does not recognize value for money. In the view of Islam, money will not developed by itself but must go through productive and ruleful efforts. The purpose of making this paper is to discuss the advantages and risks in Islamic investment. This paper uses a literature review approach that comes from journals, books, the internet, and other sources. The results show that the advantages of Islamic investment are riba-free, minimal risk, Islamic management, halal and promoting social activities. Meanwhile, the risks that may be faced by investors are the risk of losing capital, the risk of uncertainty of return, and the difficulty of selling investment products. From the results, it was found that currently Islamic investment products are favored by non-Muslims alike. The concept of profit sharing is considered more profitable than interest. It can be concluded that Islamic rules can now be accepted by various groups of people in the world.

this paper investigates the effect of adoption of IFRS-based convergent accounting standard on accounting quality using Indonesia data. Besides, this study also determines the role of corporate governance as moderating variable between adoption of IFRS-based convergent accounting standard and accounting quality. Forty-seven companies from period of 2008 to 2017 participated in this study. Moderated regression analysis (MRA) is used to analyse the data. the result show that there is negative relationship between adoption of IFRS-based convergent accounting standard and accounting quality. In addition, the corporate governance is failed to play as moderating variable between adoption of IFRS-based convergent accounting standard and accounting quality. Out of four control variables employed in this study, only three variables (company size, age and profitability) consistently effect on accounting quality in three models. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed detail in this paper. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak adopsi standar akuntansi keuangan hasil konvergensi dengan International Financial Accounting Standard (IFRS) terhadap kualitas akuntansi dengan menggunakan data perusahaan Indonesia. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menganalisis peran implementasi Tata Kelola korporasi sebagai variable moderasi antara adopsi standar akuntansi keuangan dan kualitas akuntansi. Empat puluh tujuah perusahaan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan data keuangan yang berasal dari laporan tahunan dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Analisa regresi moderasi (moderated regression analysis) digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisa data dengan menggunakan pirantik lunak GRETL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adopsi IFRS di standar akuntansi keuangan Indonesia berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas akuntansi. Namun, tata kelola korporasi gagal memoderasi hubungan antara adopsi IFRS dan kualitas akuntansi. Dari empat variable control yang digunakan dalam studi ini, hanya tiga variable yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas akuntansi yaitu ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Implikasi teori dan praktis dibahas mendalam dalam artikel.

COVID-19 affects significant human activity around the globe, including Bitcoin prices. The Bitcoin price is well known for its volatility, so it is not a big shocker when the panic-selling occurs during the pandemic. However, the mechanism to cope with these breakouts, especially the bearish one, is contentious. The experts give numerous pieces of advice with different conclusions in the end. It is also the same with Machine Learning. Various kernels show different results regarding how the price will move. It depends on the window size, how the data is being preprocessed, and the algorithm used. This paper inspects the best combination that various machine learning can offer with a linear approach to navigate the price prediction based on its depth interval, window size until the algorithms themselves. This paper also proposed a new approach to seeing the prediction range called s-steps ahead prediction using a linear model. The result shows that simple machine learning can herd 99.715% profit even during the bearish breakout.

Baitul Maal wat Tamwil has two directions, namely managing business and social affairs. The basic problem for BMT is that the management of social funds in BMT has not been maximized. This is indicated by the distribution of charity social funds. Based on these problems, this paper intends to explore how the implementation and role of BMT social finance in growing financial inclusion?. The method used is a qualitative type and descriptive approach. The results of this paper are first, the implementation of social finance are source of fund’s social finance management and distribution. Source of fund’s social finance are in the form of zakat, infaq, social funds, and distribution of social finance are social assistance, scholarship and qardul hasan financing. Second, the role of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Pahlawan Tulungagung's social finance role in fostering financial inclusion, among others in the form of Qardh al-Hasan financing and other direct assistance. Direct assistance has no impact on savings opportunities. The role of social finance in growing financial inclusion in the BMT Podo Joyo Blitar includes, among others, the financing of Qardh al-Hasan and assistance for orphans in the form of savings accounts as well as from assistance for widows.

This paper discusses the implementation of the method of educational pluralism in the learning of Islamic education at SMPN 4 Negara and SMAN 1 Negara in Jembrana-Bali. The paper focuses on exploring the learning methods used in the learning of Islamic religious education subjects in creating an interaction and integration between students who are Hindu and Muslim so that it leads to peaceful practices in the educational environment. Sources of data obtained through unstructured observation and interviews during November 2018 to March 2019. Writing using the theory of peace education proposed by John Dewey (1859-1952). Writing shows that the learning process of Islamic religious education with the method of pluralism can shape the character of students , both Hindus and Muslims are humanist, tolerant and inclusive. This paper also shows that to shape the character and character of students in Jembrana and to foster an understanding of diversity, is through the methods of contribution, enrichment, and decision-making and social action proposed by Allison Cumming-McCann. Thus the interaction of Hindu and Muslim students in Jembrana leads to the process of association, integration, complementation and sublimation. Every technology and media carries its message for users and brings change in human life, including e-journal publishing. The practice of modernization in the e-journals publishing by OJS also has an impact on changing the journal appearance and the publishing process, starts from the manuscript submission by the author, editorial, and peer-reviewed, to journal publishing by the editor. Printed journals that are formed of paper sheets and have limited information access are different from e-journals that are formed of digital files and information access is not limited (online). The government policies regarding the OJS existence and function as one of the standard e-journal publishing platforms in Indonesia and the accreditation requirements of national scientific journals, also have an impacted on the behavior and culture-changing of the users (writers, editors, reviewers, proofreaders) and enhancing the scholarly communication culture. OJS as technology or media has become a mediation for its users and has even been institutionalized by the government, and this phenomenon has become one of mediation in journal publishing. This paper aims to find out the mediation of government policies related to the issuance of e-journals using OJS in Indonesia. The study data is descriptive-qualitative, with the source of literature study data and the best practice knowledge of the author. This study shows that government policies related to the use of OJS for e-journal publishing in Indonesia effect on changes in the appearance and process of journal publishing, changes in user behavior and culture, and improvement in scholarly communication culture.Setiap teknologi dan media membawa pesan tersendiri bagi pengguna dan membawa perubahan dalam kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam penerbitan e-journal. Praktik modernisasi dalam penerbitan e-journal dengan OJS juga berdampak pada perubahan tampilan jurnal dan proses penerbitan, yang dimulai dari penyerahan naskah oleh penulis, editorial dan peer-review naskah, hingga penerbitan jurnal oleh editor. Jurnal cetak yang hanya berupa lembar kertas dan akses informasinya terbatas berbeda dengan e-journal yang berbentuk file digital dan akses informasinya tidak terbatas (online). Kebijakan pemerintah terhadap eksitensi dan fungsi aplikasi OJS sebagai salah satu platform standar penerbitan e-journal di Indonesia dan persyaratan akreditasi jurnal ilmiah nasional, juga berdampak pada perubahan perilaku dan kultur penggunanya (penulis, editor, reviewer, proofreader) serta peningkatan budaya komunikasi ilmiah. OJS sebagai teknologi atau media sudah menjadi mediasi bagi penggunanya dan bahkan sudah dilembagakan oleh pemerintah, dan fenomena tersebut menjadi salah satu mediatisasi dalam penerbitan jurnal. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mediatisasi kebijakan pemerintah terkait penerbitan e-journal menggunakan OJS di Indonesia. Data kajian bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif, dengan sumber data studi literatur dan pengetahuan best practice penulis. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah terkait penggunaan OJS untuk penerbitan e-journal di Indonesia berpengaruh terhadap perubahan tampilan dan proses penerbitan jurnal, perubahan perilaku dan kultur pengguna, dan peningkatan budaya komunikasi ilmiah.

The author studies 1 Thessalonians 2: 7-12 about teacher qualifications. This study departs from the writer's anxiety about the condition of the teacher. The method used by the author is qualitative. The method used to trace the actual state of the object of research. The study used is exegese. Exegese tries to understand the text from various aspects. Based on the study conducted by the author in this paper, there are two important things that need to be learned, namely hospitality in love. And the example of struggle is an example for many people. Teaching is a very important task in Paul's ministry. Paul gave an example of how to work hard in work as a teacher, providing holistic service. This paper is a teacher qualification study that touches on nature that must be possessed by a teacher.

Form sheet is an instrument to collect someone’s information and in most cases it is used in a registration or submission process. The challenge being faced by physical form sheet (e.g. paper) is how to convert its content into digital form. As a part of study of computer vision, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) recently utilized to identify hand-written character by learning pattern characteristics of an object. In this research, OCR is implemented to facilitate the conversion of paper-based form sheet's content to be stored properly into digital storage. In order to recognize the character's pattern, this research develops training and testing method in a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) environment. There are 262.924 images of hand-written character sample and 29 paper-based form sheets from SDN 01 Gumilir Cilacap that implemented in this research. The form sheets also contain various sample of human-based hand-written character. From the early experiment, this research results 92% of accuracy and 23% of loss. However, as the model is implemented to the real form sheets, it obtains average accuracy value of 63%. It is caused by several factors that related to character's morphological feature. From the conducted research, it is expected that conversion of hand-written form sheets become effortless., Lembar formulir merupakan salah satu media dalam mengumpulkan informasi seseorang dan umum digunakan pada proses registrasi/pendaftaran. Penggunaan media ini cukup mudah, namun hambatan yang kerap dihadapi dari penggunaan lembar formulir berbentuk fisik (misal: kertas) adalah pemindahan konten ke dalam bentuk digital. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) merupakan salah satu segmen dalam disiplin ilmu pengolahan citra yang dapat melakukan pengenalan karakter tulisan dengan mempelajari pola karakteristik suatu objek. Pada penelitian ini, OCR diimplementasikan pada keras library untuk memfasilitasi konversi konten tulisan tangan yang ada di sebuah kertas formulir sehingga dapat disimpan ke dalam media penyimpanan digital. Dalam pola pengenalan karakter, dikembangkan model pelatihan dan pengujian dengan menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah 262.924 karakter sampel tulisan tangan dalam bentuk citra dan 29 sampel kertas formulir dari SDN 01 Gumilir Cilacap. Model dengan akurasi tertinggi memperoleh nilai 92% dan loss sebesar 23%. Sedangkan, pada hasil pengujian menggunakan 29 formulir didapatkan nilai akurasi rata-rata sebesar 63%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang berkaitan dengan faktor morfologi dari citra tiap karakter huruf. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses dokumentasi informasi dari lembar formulir tulisan tangan ke dalam media penyimpanan digital.

This paper aims to find out the digital Malay manuscript as a source of studies in the field of Islamic education. Malay manuscript is one of the nation's documents written manually using Arabic-Malay characters and in Malay. This means that the Malay manuscript is a stroke of the local genius of the nation and is an intellectual icon of the people of his day. But along with advances in technology, the Malay manuscript also experienced development through this technology by means of digitalization. In terms of methodology, this paper is a study of historical and cultural heritage involving Malay manuscript, so this study uses descriptive qualitative methods that are linked to analysis and interpretation and finally focuses on content analysis. At the end of the study it was found that in addition to the Quran and Hadith which are the sources of Islamic education studies, it turns out that the digital Malay manuscript can be used as the next source, because the Malay manuscript is a legacy of cultural heritage that is loaded with noble values of life such as social, political, religious, educational, culture, economics, language, literature and so on. Therefore, digital Malay manuscript is an ICT-based innovation that can be used as a source of study of Islamic education. Digital Malay manuscripts are very easy to obtain because in various places where Malay manuscripts have been digitalized, scientists can use them. In addition, digital Malay manuscripts can be accessed through the internet with various sites.

This paper describes the design of a helical antenna at GPS upper L band frequency. Helical antennas are widely used in airborne and space borne applications to receive GNSS signals. One major concern in reception of GNSS signals is their susceptibility to jamming signals. To address this problem a novel antenna design is proposed in this paper. The proposed design provides lower side lobe levels than conventional helical antennas, without compromising efficiency of the antenna. The lower side lobe levels are the key feature in making the antenna less susceptible to jamming signals. Moreover, despite being smaller than classically designed helical antennas this design can handle relatively more power. To achieve these results the key parameters of helical antennas, namely, dimensions and shape of helix antenna i.e. height, radius, number of turns, thickness as well as pitch angle were optimized. In addition, the ground effect was used to supplement the desired results. Detailed simulation results using CST Microwave Studio software have been computed. These results are then compared with the results for standard helical antenna to validate and verify the advantage of using the proposed design.

This paper proposes Accurate Noise Source Detection System using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) Method. Noise or sound intensity is usually measured in decibels (dB). In an educational environment the recommended noise index limit is 55 dB. It means that noise louder than that limit is prohibited. While a loud noise in a campus area occurred, it will be troublesome for the authorities to deal with the matter. This paper proposes a noise source detection system that can locate the position of the noise source. This system used Df analog V2 voice sensor for detecting the loud noise intensity. A microcontroller with WiFi capabilities will allow the system to communicate with an Internet of Things (IoT) platform that can perform a learning method to detect the location of the loud noise source. KNN method is used as the learning method. The result shows a user is able to get a warning related to the noise that occurs in an area at once. The precision position of the noise source can be detected with 70% average accuracy rate

Data integrity in high speed data transmission process is a major requerment that can not be ignored. High speed data transmission is prone to data errors. CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) is a mechanism that is often used as a detector errors in data transmission and storage process. When CRC is implemented using embedded software or processor, CRC requires many clock cycles. If CRC Generator implemented in special dedicated hardware, computational time reduced so that it can be met the high speed system communication requirement. This paper propose the design and implementation of CRC generator on FPGA that capable to minimaze computational time. The method is to reduce calculation latency by separating the coefficients of certain digits and calculating directly the result of polinomial key modulo. CRC Generator in this paper was implemented on Xilinx Spartan®-6 Series (XC6LX16-CS324). The modeling results have succeeded to finish computation on 1 clock cycle. Hardware eficiency is achieved 0.38 Gbps/Slice, while the throughput is 3,758 Gbps.

Latar belakang: Suriah merupakan wilayah endemik Cutaneous Leishmaniasis dengan kasus infeksi yang terburuk di dunia. Akibat perang saudara dan terorisme, infeksi penyakit Cutaneous Leishmaniasis atas rakyat Suriah menjadi tidak terkendali dengan kasus sebesar 58.156 di tahun 2011, 71.996 di tahun 2013, dan 50.972 kasus di tahun 2015. Konflik berkepanjangan mendorong dislokasi rakyat Suriah ke negara-negara di sekitarnya, salah satunya Lebanon. Catatan kasus Cutaneous Leishmaniasis di Lebanon selalu baik dalam jangka tahun 2006 hingga 2015 (selalu di bawah 7 kasus). Namun akibat dislokasi rakyat Suriah ke Lebanon, menimbulkan peningkatan imported case Cutaneous Leishmaniasis yang terus meningkat dari 1.033 kasus di tahun 2013 menjadi 1.393 di tahun 2015. Sejak tahun 2006, Indonesia mengirim Kontingen Garuda untuk misi perdamaian di perbatasan Lebanon-Israel. Dengan meningkatnya risiko infeksi Cutaneous Leishmaniasis di Lebanon, belum adanya gambaran berapa lama konflik di Suriah akan berakhir, dan belum jelasnya kapan misi perdamaian Indonesia di Lebanon akan selesai, risiko infeksi Leishmaniasis atas prajurit TNI semakin tinggi. Tujuan paper ini adalah memberikan masukan bagaimana Kontingen Garuda di Lebanon memperkecil risiko infeksi Cutaneous Leishmaniasis . Metode: Paper ini disusun dengan teknik studi literatur ( literature review ) mengenai praktik pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi Leishmaniasis menggunakan teknik Miles, Huberman dan Saldana (2014) yaitu data condensation , data display , dan conclusion drawing . Hasil: Vaksin penyakit Leishmaniasis belum ditemukan dan obat-obatan untuk penyembuhannya yang tersedia saat ini masih memiliki toksisitas tinggi. Mencegah gigitan lalat pasir dengan alat pelindung diri, rekayasa lingkungan untuk penurunan populasi lalat pasir dan hewan inang, serta mengkarantina dan memulihkan inang manusia adalah cara paling efektif untuk mengontrol risiko infeksi Leishmaniasis . Simpulan: Mencegah gigitan lalat pasir adalah cara terbaik dalam memperkecil risiko infeksi Leishmaniasis . Pemberantasan vektor dan inang, serta penggunaan alat pelindung diri adalah langkah yang perlu diambil Kontingen Garuda untuk memperkecil risiko infeksi Leishmaniasis . ABSTRACT Title: The Urgency to Prevent and Control the Risk of Leishmaniasis Infection on the Garuda Contingent in Lebanon Background : Syria is an endemic region of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis with the worst infection case in the world. Fueled by civil war and terrorism, Cutaneous Leishmaniasis infection ravage the country with 58.156 cases in 2011, 71.996 cases in 2013, and 50.972 cases in 2015. The prolonged conflict force the dislocations of Syrians to neighbouring countries such as Lebanon. Cutaneous Leishmaniasis case in Lebanon is relatively low but as the refugee from Syria entering the border, the imported case of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis increases. As Indonesia keep sending Garuda Contingent to Lebanon for peacekeeping mission since 2006, this caused a worry that the troops may infected with Leishmaniasis. The aim of this paper is to give inputs about how to suppress the risk of infection between Garuda Contingent in Lebanon. Methods: literature review from journals about Leishmaniasis prevention and control using Miles , Huberman, and Saldana’s ( 201 4) analytical technique of data condensation , data display, and conclusion drawing. Results: Vaccine for Leishmaniasis is yet to be found and the medicines for the treatment is still have high toxicity. Preventing the sandfly bites by using self protective measures/equipment, environmental engineering to reduce Leishmaniasis reservoir and vector, quarantine the infected human and curing the victim are the most effective way to control the risk of Leishmaniasis infeections. Conclusion: Preventing sandfly bite is the best way to suppress the risk of Leishmaniasis infection. Vector and reservoir control, and the use self protective measures and equipment is necessary to lower the Leishmaniasis infection risks to Garuda Contingent.

Democratic government in the world today rely on electronic voting as the foremost means of providing credible, transparent and fair elections for the electorate. There is a need for developed electronic voting systems to be security enhanced to ensure the authenticity of the developed system. Traditional paper balloting systems suffer from vote tampering, multiple voting and illegal voting by unregistered voters. They are also, susceptible to under aged voting due to the difficulty in authenticating the identity of prospective voters. Manual collation and publication of vote results also leads to slow response times and inaccuracies in published results. This research paper proposes a system to combat the current challenges through the development of a fingerprint biometric authentication system for secure electronic voting machines. It uses a fingerprint biometric sensor, integrated via Python to verify users of the system. The inclusion of biometrics improves the security features of the system. The secure voting system is built using PHP and easy to use Graphical User Interface was designed using HTML and CSS. Users are required to interact with the machine via a 7” touchscreen interface. From the results, it shows that the developed machine has a minimum response time of 0.6 seconds for specific operation, an FAR of 2%, FRR of 10% and overall system accuracy of 94%. The developed machine is able to combat the challenges of authentication of users, thereby guaranteeing the transparency, credibility, integrity and vote authenticity of the elections.

These days cyber-attack is a serious criminal offense and it is a hot debated issue moreover. A man-in-the-middle-attack is a kind of cyberattack where an unapproved outsider enters into an online correspondence between two users, remains escaped the two parties. The malware that is in the middle-attack often monitors and changes individual/classified information that was just realized by the two users. A man-in-the-middle-attack as a protocol is subjected to an outsider inside the system, which can access, read and change secret information without keeping any tress of manipulation. This issue is intense, and most of the cryptographic systems without having a decent authentication security are threatened to be hacked by the malware named ‘men-in-the-middle-attack’ (MITM/MIM). This paper essentially includes the view of understanding the term of ‘men-in-the-middle-attack’; the current work is mainly emphasized to accumulate related data/information in a single article so that it can be a reference to conduct research further on this topic at college/undergraduate level. This paper likewise audits most cited research and survey articles on ‘man-in-the-middle-attack’ recorded on 'Google Scholar'. Global food production tended to increase, meanwhile consumption under production. In Indonesia, production is under consumption. It is anomaly by global situation and world condition. Government policy is tariff, export, and import. Export food influenced by price food commodity is not stable, meanwhile food import tended to increase because by national food consumption increasing demand. Government policy and expert proposition to modern society, need Expert System is increasing rapidly. In Artificial Intelligence, Expert System is a computer system that emulates the decision making ability of a human expert. There are two reasoning strategies in Expert System: Forward Chaining and Backward Chaining. The aim of this paper is to identify which reasoning strategy system (Forward Chaining). This paper focus on the concept of knowledge representation in Artificial Intelligence and implementing of Forward Chaining on Food Affordability. Food Affordability used to planning of food in the future. Finally, Inference using Forward Chaining on Food Affordability, the result it is good and can be used to planning and policy on national food.

This paper will discuss the initial public offering (IPO) for startup companies. Case study of PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa Go-Jek. The discussion in this paper will emphasize startups and their comparison with IPOs in ordinary companies (Case Study PT Jasa Armada Indonesia, Tbk) and other startup companies, namely PT Kioson Commercial Indonesia, Tbk) in 2017. A qualitative approach with normative descriptive and benchmark method is used to analyze the problem mention above. This research finds that in general, public regulations and general guidance in Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and other related regulations sufficient to meet the requirements of going public for public companies. But with the development of startup companies in Indonesia, especially PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (Go-Jek), planning to conduct an initial public offering encourages the government to immediately make decisions on the initial public offering process rules so that these arrangements will not only reach ordinary companies with the number of assets large but also able to reach start-up companies to contribute to the development of the national economy.

This paper aimed to describe women and children marginalization in coal mining companies in East Kalimantan. Coal mining activities which is expected to support the national income of Indonesia, in fact, don�t give benefits to all parties, especially women and children. Local communities around the mining area are only obtained the environmental damage caused by the mining companies (in this case the mine excavation holes). This paper is expected to contribute in describing the impact of privatization by the government through ecofeminism lens.

This paper proposes fire alarm system by implementing Naive Bayes Method for increasing smoke classifier accuracy on Internet of Things (IoT) environment. Fire disasters in the building of houses are a serious threat to the occupants of the house that have a hazard to the safety factor as well as causing material and non-material damages. In an effort to prevent the occurrence of fire disaster, fire alarm system that can serve as an early warning system are required. In this paper, fire alarm system that implementing Naive Bayes classification has been impelemented . Naive Bayes classification method is chosen because it has the modeling and good accuracy results in data training set. The system works by us ing sensor data that is processed and analyzed by applying N aive B ayes classification to generate prediction value of fire threat level along with smoke source. The smoke source was divided into five types of smoke intended for the classification process. Some experiments have been done for concept proving. The results show the use of N aive B ayes classification method on classification process has an accuracy rate range of 88% to 91%. This result could be acceptable for classification accuracy.

Data transmission system in IoT applications such as telemonitoring, using cable or wireless, requires a robust data transmission method. In this paper, a room condition telemonitoring application has been made where all data are read from raspberry pi, and sent to a pc server every minute using LAN and Wifi media, then update to a webserver. The data are sent using the method proposed in this paper which using the UDP mechanism with several improvements. Experiments have been done using LAN and Wifi, and it is found that the data can be received perfectly, although there are interferences from communication media. The average processing time on a raspberry pi is 19 ms, while the average processing time on the pc server is 5 us. In addition, the average processing speed of the transmission data from raspberry pi to a pc server until ack is received by raspberry pi using LAN media is 0.04 second, while using Wifi media is 0.08 seconds. Based on the experiments, it was found that the proposed method was successfully implemented in the room condition telemonitoring.

There are two factors that cause a disease, called Congenital and Acquired. Congenital refers to a disease a person is born with, while Acquired refers to a disease acquired after a person was born such as infection, trauma, and neoplasm. The infected person will sometimes require information on the disease before going to the doctor or a hospital. Such information may be found from a system which receives input on the symptoms and gives a clear information on the corresponding disease. This may be achieved via a system of experts, in which the expert refers to an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist. Such information is hoped to provide a solution on the disease. The system of ENT specialists designed and research in this paper used the certainty factor method. The method will overcome the uncertainty in decision making depending on the symptoms described by the user. This paper is successfully applied certainty factor method used as an instrument of decision making in the system of ENT specialists. The system is web-based, enabling the user to access and choose the symptoms of the disease as well as acquiring information on ENT diseases easly.

ASSISTANCE OF SCIENTIFIC WRITING PUBLICATION FOR TEACHERS IN SDN 5 KARANGBENER OF BAE SUBDISTRICT, KUDUS. Based on observations in one elementary school in SDN 5 Karangbener, Bae subdistric, Kudus found that for the last 5 years teachers in elementary school have not done publication of scientific papers. Teacher assumes that in compiling scientific papers and publishing them is difficult. In addition, the lack of creative ideas and innovation of teachers in preparing scientific work is also one of the things complained by some teachers in SDN 5 Karangbener. This is because the lack of information for teachers in the preparation of scientific papers and publications of scientific papers. With the accompaniment of the publication of this scientific work will help teachers develop their ability in preparing scientific work and to publish the findings of teachers as implementers of the government education system widely. This mentoring activity is expected to create scientific tradition and culture for teachers through the preparation of scientific works and publications of teachers' scientific works.

This paper is a development of research conducted by the Center for National Security Studies (Puskamnas) Bhayangkara University of Jakarta on a map of global terrorism obtained from coverage of 56 (fifty six) online mass media in the world throughout the year 2017. Mass mediation of terrorism is a critical effort and a reflective way in trying to understand the practice and the articulation of the terrorism discourse in the world, especially on how the media enters and enlivens the practice of terrorism concept. This paper shows that the social construction of terrorism tends to be influenced by the Western mass media. In the construction of the mass media, the notion of terrorism today is the product of the discourse of the Western mass media. The dominance of the Western mass mediation terrorism resulted in the construction of terrorism discourse associated with the movement of Islamism and Communism. The mass mediation of terrorism demonstrates by Israeli atrocities against Palestinians tend to disregard aas acts of state terrorism. Threfore, the implication of state-centrist terrorism in counter terrorism policies are more oriented towards national security than human security.

This paper describes the implementation of OCTAVE Allegro method to evaluate several aspects related to information security risks of the information technology applied in a health institution. The evaluation was conducted at RSUD XYZ and referred to five impact areas: reputation and customer confidence, finance, productivity, security and health, and also penalties and punishment. The results show that the impact area of reputation and customer confidence has the highest risk assessment result among other areas. The overall result and discussion presented in this paper certainly does not violate the code of ethics for RSUD XYZ., Paper ini membahas mengenai penerapan metode OCTAVE Allegro untuk melakukan evaluasi risiko-risiko keamanan informasi pada instansi kesehatan yang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi. Evaluasi dilakukan pada RSUD XYZ dan merujuk pada lima area yaitu: reputasi dan kepercayaan pelanggan, finansial, produktivitas, keamanan dan kesehatan, serta denda dan penalti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi dan kepercayaan pelanggan memberikan hasil penilaian risiko paling tinggi. Keseluruhan penyajian dan pembahasan yang ada dalam penelitian ini dipastikan tidak melanggar kode etik bagi RSUD XYZ.
