The low quality of students' understanding of basic concepts in cell biology courses is reflected in the quality of students when explaining these concepts in class. Therefore, there was a need for information regarding student profiles to explain basic concepts of cell biology. This research aimed to describe the student's profile. This quantitative descriptive research involved 41 students from the UMRAH Biology Education Study Program who took the Cell Biology course in the odd semester of 2023-2024. This research used observation sheets to observe explanation skills. Based on the results and discussion obtained, the student profile regarding skills in explaining basic concepts of cell biology is in the less skilled category. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya informasi mengenai profil mahasiswa tentang keterampilan menjelaskan konsep-konsep dasar biologi sel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini melibatkan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi UMRAH yang mengikuti mata kuliah Biologi Sel di semester ganjil 2023-2024 sebanyak 41 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengamati keterampilan menjelaskan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa profil mahasiswa tentang keterampilan menjelaskan konsep-konsep dasar biologi sel berada pada kategori kurang terampil. Abstract College student college is someone who begins to enter early adulthood. At that age, they are solving problems related to work abilities that are relevant to their interests and skills. Because of The pressures that often come to him, disturb his psychological well-being. Circumstances that disturb this well-being can be overcome with gratitude. This study aims to determine the effect of gratitude (gratitude) in Islam on psychological well-being (psychological well-being) in final-year students at UIN Malang and to determine the magnitude of the significance of gratitude (gratitude) in Islam on psychological well-being (psychological well-being) in final-year students in UIN Malang. “This research is quantitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were final-year students who were attending lectures at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The sample used in this study consisted of 12 respondents. The method used in selecting the sample is purposive sampling. Of the 12 research samples, it shows that the higher the gratitude one has, the higher the significance of psychological well-being.” Abstrak Mahasiswa adalah seseorang yang mulai memasuki usia dewasa awal. Pada usia tersebut, mereka sedang menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait dengan kemampuan bekerja yang relevan dengan minat dan keterampilannya. Oleh karena tekanan-tekanan yang seringkali datang kepadanya sehingga membuat kesejahteraan psikologisnya terganggu. Keadaan yang membuat kesejahteraan ini terganggu dapat diatasi dengan rasya syukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara gratitude (kebersyukuran) dalam islam terhadap psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di UIN Malang dan untuk mengetahui besaran signifikasi gratitude (kebersyukuran) dalam islam terhadap “psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di UIN Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengikuti perkuliahan di Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Dari 12 sampel penelitian menunjukan semakin tinggi rasa kebersyukuran yang dimiliki maka signifikasi dari kesejahteraan psikologisnya semakin tinggi.”

Cedera panggul dan acetabular merupakan cedera yang jarang terjadi, terhitung sekitar 3% hingga 8% dari semua cedera. Meskipun angka kematian cedera panggul hanya terbatas pada 1-2%, apabila disertai dengan perdarahan intra-abdominal atau pada intracranial menimbulkan kematian tertinggi yaitu 50%. Kematian akibat cedera panggul terbilang tinggi ketika penanganan awal dan akurat tidak diperhatikan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan mendeteksi tingkat keparahan penderita cedera panggul menggunakan adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). Bertujuan membantu medis dalam memberikan penanganan sesuai dengan tingkat keparahan cedera panggul. Penelitian dengan metode ANFIS untuk mendeteksi keparahan cedera panggul mendapatkan nilai akurasi, presisi, sensitifitas dan F-skor sebesar 100%.

Cocoa pod sucking (Helopeltis spp.) is one of the pests that causes a productivity decrease of cocoa pod in Indonesia. In terms of control, many farmers in Indonesia are still using synthetic insecticides that are not environmentally friendly, so intoxicating yam (Dioscorea hispida Dennts) and tropical whiteweed (Ageratum conyzoides L.) are used as botanical insecticide that are environmentally friendly. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of botanical insecticide that made of intoxicating yam extract, tropical whiteweed extract, and mixed extract of intoxicating yam and tropical whiteweed on the mortality of cocoa pod sucking pests. This research was carried out from November 2020 to February 2021, at the Plant Laboratory II Estate Crop Department, Politeknik Negeri Lampung. The research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of four treatments, namely: P0 (control), P1 (intoxicating yam extract), P2 (tropical whiteweed extract), and P3 (combination of both extracts), which were repeated six times. The highest mortality of cocoa pod sucking pests was found in treatment P1 (72.73%). The mortality of cocoa pod sucking pest was caused by extract of intoxicating yam which contains the active ingredients of saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and cyanide which enter the digestive system of the cocoa pod sucking pest as stomach poisons, resulting in the death of the cocoa pod sucking pest. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that intoxicating yam extract is the most potential as botanical insectiside for cocoa pod sucking pest.

This research aims to analyze customer engagement in mediating the influence of social media marketing on purchase intentions. The approach used in this study is quantitative; the population of this study is all users of Avoskin skincare products in Bandung. Data is analyzed by testing the validity, reliability, and inner model using smartPLS. The results showed a direct influence of social media marketing activities on purchase intentions in Avoskin skincare users in Bandung, and customer engagement can mediate the influence of social media marketing activities on purchase intentions.

The aim of this study was examine the effect of robusta coffee in bali cattle semen. A total of six cattles cement were given four treatments each P0 without adding Robusta coffee extract, P1 was given an additional 5%, P2 10%, and P3 15%. The operation of dust suppressor and dust collector was operating semi-manually by pressing the power button on the local panel during the initial unloading of coal material from the barge or stockpile, where local operators manage several large areas. This research is carried out on the implementation of Automatic Dust Detector for Dust Suppression operational at Paiton Unit 9 power plants with the aim of increasing the efficiency of operator and equipment performance. We use House of Quality (HOQ) as a determinant of the priority scale for technical response to be implemented, namely the addition of an Automatic Dust Detector. The results obtained showed a decrease in the calculation of the dust suppression operating time, i.e. from 5 hour 54 minutes to 5 hour 6 minutes, from 1005,36L/barge to 869,04L/barge for water consumption, and 1L/barge to 0,86L/barge for chemical use. Furthermore, the implementation of the Automatic Dust Detector can significantly increase efficiency at least 15% from operating time difference.

Era industri 4.0 sudah memperlihatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin canggih. Suatu sistem informasi tentunya membutuhkan keamanan yang sangat tinggi, dan juga kemudahan serta efisiensi dalam mengakses sistem tersebut. Pada Perguruan Tinggi sertifikat termasuk ke dalam kategori dokumen yang penting bagi mahasiswa sebagai bukti bahwa mahasiswa telah mengikuti dan menjalani kegiatan akademik. Namun, penerbitan sertifikat melalui sistem CEI (Central Event Information) yang berjalan pada Perguruan Tinggi belum memiliki unsur tingkat keamanan yang cukup aman. Terdapat 2 (dua) permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu verifikasi sertifikat masih konvensional dan keamanan yang rendah. Pada penelitian ini dapat diselesaikan masalah tersebut dengan cara adanya QR code pada sertifikat berbasis digital image processing. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model prototype dan 5 (lima) studi pustaka peneliti mampu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dari pelaksanaan penelitian tersebut diharapkan dengan adanya sistem keamanan sertifikat dengan QR code berbasis digital image processing bagi sistem CEI (Central Event Information) mampu memberikan sistem keamanan yang tinggi dan terhindar dari penggandaan data serta kecurangan yang dilakukan mahasiswa. Serta unsur keamanan untuk mempermudah pendeteksian keaslian informasi kepemilikan sertifikat yang cepat dan akurat.
