Perpustakaan memiliki sistem informasi untuk mempermudah manajemen sirkulasi buku. Sistem informasi biasanya hanya menghasilkan laporan harian, mingguan atau bahkan bulanan saja. Data mining adalah suatu cara dalam menemukan pengetahuan baru pada basis data dari suatu sistem informasi. Data mining mampu mengurai basis data untuk melakukan ekstraksi pengetahuan yang tidak ditemukan sebelumnya oleh sistem informasi. Asosiasi merupakan salah satu metode data mining yang bisa dipakai untuk menggali suatu pengetahuan baru. Teknik asosiasi memiliki berbagai algoritma yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam membentuk kombinasi produk, salah satunya adalah menggunakan algoritma apriori. Apriori berjalan dengan melakukan pendekatan dengan iterasi berulang pada basis data, dimana k-itemset dipakai membentuk (k+1)-itemset selanjutnya. Aturan asosiasi dimulai dengan penyiapan basis data serta setting nilai batas support dan confidence. Apriori melakukan scaning basis data secara berulang untuk membuat kombinasi dan mencatat kemunculannya pada semua transaksi. Frequent itemset atau kombinasi yang paling sering muncul diambil dari itemset yang total kemuculannya lebih besar atau sama dengan ambang nilai support yang ditentukan. Data yang dipakai pada riset ini adalah sampel 100 data peminjaman dari basis data sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. Terdapat 42 judul buku yang memenuhi minimum support, berhasil dibentuk 40 aturan asosiasi yang sesuai memenuhi minimum confidence. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan tersebut diatas maka dapat dilihat bahwa algoritma apriori dapat menemukan frequent itemset tersembunyi dari data peminjaman buku yang digunakan untuk membentuk aturan asosiasi. Aturan asosiasi yang dihasilkan bisa dipakai mendukung keputusan penataan buku yang baik guna meningkatkan minat baca anggota perpustakaan.

Intense competition and the digital ecosystem have hampered the growth of Binoh's typical pottery MSMEs. Based on problems, the Binoh Pottery MSMEs in Ubung Kaja Village can reach the digital world and a broader market through training and the application of digital-based business. Thus, MSME entrepreneurs can market and promote products through digital channels. Through a series of planned activities, this community service activity aims to provide education on the application of digital business to the Pottery MSMEs in Binoh Village. By using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, the activities are divided into four major stages, namely initial initiation and planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. Based on the results of observations and evaluations, it is known that the response of MSMEs actors is very positive to the education provided. MSMEs actors view digital marketing as having an important role to help their businesses survive. It is hoped that in the next stage the government will take an active role in developing Binoh typical pottery MSMEs, Ubung Kaja Village. Not only as a form of effort to move the people's economic sector but also as an effort to maintain pottery as traditional Balinese art.

Upaya pemeliharaan jalan, terutama jalan nasional memiliki kompleksitas yang tinggi karena melibatkan banyak tenaga kerja, biaya, peralatan dan waktu yang cukup panjang. Kecepatan penanganan diperlukan karena seringkali upaya perbaikan kerusakan dapat mengganggu lalu lintas disekitar dalam waktu yang lama. Selain itu untuk mengetahui teknik perbaikan yang akan digunakan, instansi terkait harus melakukan koordinasi terlebih dahulu sehingga seringkali upaya penangan pemeliharaan jaringan jalan nasional membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Sistem pakar diagnosa kerusakan jalan merupakan salah satu alternatif pengembangan sistem cerdas untuk memberikan diagnosa awal kerusakan jalan. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar mendeteksi kerusakan jalan memakai teknik forward chaining dalam melakukan deteksi awal kerusakan jalan. Teknik forward chaining diawali dengan menelusuri ciri yang sesuai dari respon pengguna sampai ditemukan kesimpulan jenis kerusakan jalan yang tepat. Berdasarkan hasil riset, sistem pakar ini telah berhasil diimplementasikan secara terbatas pada perkerasan jalan lentur. Sistem ini juga dapat memberikan deteksi awal tentang jenis kerusakan jalan sehingga dapat digunakan menjadi alternatif saran ahli dalam model perbaikan perkerasan lentur.

Tangerang City Government is trying to ready a smart city to provide convenience in all respects, one of which is the communication technology currently being used is the Tangerang LIVE application. Indirectly this can create good branding for the Tangerang City government. The Tangerang LIVE application has not been running as it should be, so the purpose of this research is to use this application to answer the needs and desires of the people of Tangerang City. This research was conducted with quantitative methods; this method can be answered the study's purpose. Like what the government runs this smart city through this application, the population is around Tangerang City. The study results found that smart city branding influences communication technology in the Tangerang Live application. Public services and delivery of information developed through digital communication by the Tangerang City Government are more integrated, monitored, effective, and efficient for the community

Cyberbullying in cyberspace involves a variety of behavioral risks, including bullying and provoking hostility on the internet. This study aims to determine the involvement of children at a young age on social media as victims of cyberbullying cases, as well as the role of the government in efforts to reduce cases of victims of abuse on social media so that it will decrease. The method used in this study uses qualitative research in the form of literature review with systematic mapping study techniques using secondary data such as reports and documents related to research. The results of this study indicate that the factors of social support are very influential for children because the origin of sexual violence or sexual harassment on social media is from the closest people doing social activities with children and how the family practices good parenting, monitoring how children get along with people. another, household harmony is very influential on children.

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bentuk bantuan pemerintah Indonesia terhadap pengungsi dari negara konflik yang sedang membanjiri Ibukota, khususnya di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat, dalam perspektif hak asasi manusia. Pengungsi merasa tidak aman di negaranya sendiri dan meminta perlindungan ke negara lain, dengan konteks mencari penyelesaian masalah yang permanen. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan kajian pustaka yang berbentuk secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah menyikapinya dengan memberikan solusi berupa bantuan kemanusiaan dan prinsip kedaruratan. Dengan itu, berakhir pada pemberian rekomendasi yang bersifat final dan mengikat, sesuai dengan regulasi yang telah ditetapkan.

Soybean in Indonesia is grown in diverse agro-ecological environments. The performance of soybean yield often varies due to significant genotype × environment interaction (GEI), therefore the yield stability of performance is an important consideration in the breeding program. The aim of the research was to exploring the GEI pattern and yield stability of soybean promising lines in the tropics using GGE (Genotype and Genotype by Environment Interaction) biplot method. A total of 16 soybean promising lines were evaluated in ten environments during 2016 growing season. The experiment was arranged in a randomized completely block design with four replicates. The analysis of variance revealed that environments (E) explained the highest percentage of variation (51.45%), meanwhile the genotypes (G) and genotype × environment interactions (GEI) contributed for 3.24%, and 14.59% of the total variation, respectively. Seed yield of 16 soybean promising lines ranged from 2.41 to 2.83 t.ha-1 with an average of 2.74 t.ha-1. Joint effects of genotype and interaction (G+GE) which was partitioned using GGE biplot analysis showed that the first two components were significant, explaining 60.88% (37.89% PC1 and 22.98% PC2) of the GGE sum of squares. Indonesia can be divided into at least four putative mega environments for soybean production. The GGE biplot identified G10 as high yielding and stable promising line, thus recommended to be developed in multi-environment in tropical regions of Indonesia.

In Indonesia, cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp) is widely cultivated in the dry climate area. Famers used the seeds from previous plants or traditional markets. The aims of the study were to determine the effect of seed position in the pods on seed viability and to study the seed and seedling characteristics regarding the genetic variation and seed position. The cowpea used in this study was from 18 Indonesian local varieties. Twenty-five matured pods were randomly detached from each variety. Each pod was divided into three parts, i.e. the lower third (base), the middle third, and the upper third (tip). The seeds of each part were germinated using sand media to evaluate their viability. Each local variety has different response to the percentage of seed viability in each seed position in the pod. The highest abnormal germination occurred in the seed from lower part of the pod, followed by seed in the middle of the pod and the tip of the pod. The variation of seed viability in pods was more determined by genetic differences in local varieties. The average seed viability from three parts of the pods was highest for seeds originated from local varieties of Lumajang and Sampang. Therefore, it is recommended that the seeds of both local varieties can be mixed to be used for optimum cowpea cultivation.

One of the constraints impeding soybean production in the tropics is yield losses due to the damage by pod feeding insects. The research objective was to identify the resistance of soybean genotypes to the pod feeders. The existence of the pod feeding insects was evaluated on 24 soybean genotypes planted in Ngawi (Indonesia) in 2016. The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with two environmental conditions. The first environmental condition was plants controlled by insecticide during plant growth, and the second condition was plants controlled by insecticide only up to 45 days after planting (dap). The pod feeding insects included pod sucking bug (Riptortus linearis), pod borer (Etiella zinckenella), and podworm (Helicoverpa sp.). The damage intensity of pod sucking bug at 45 dap of controlled environment reached 60.24%, meanwhile the damage intensity of pod borer and podworm were 46.08% and 3.85%, respectively. This indicates that the natural population of pod sucking bug is relatively high and dominant. Of 24 soybean genotypes tested, NSP-16-2-8 was consistently resistant on environments with and without insecticide application, whereas NSP-16-1-4 was consistently resistant to the pod borer attack. Those genotypes were potential to be used as source of genes for pod feeding insects’ resistance in the breeding program.

Yam bean is legume with tuberous root originated from the semiarid tropics of Central America, and has been widely spread in several regions in Indonesia. Research on characterization of tuber yam bean was conducted in Kendalpayak Research Station (Malang, Indonesia) from May to October 2016. A total of 73 local yam bean cultivars originated from eight provinces were characterized based on their tuber characteristics. The sensory evaluation was also conducted to evaluate the tuber sweetness, fiber intensity, and texture crunchiness. The average tuber weight was 455.2 g/plant, with the average tuber length and width were 10.78 cm and 8.17 cm, respectively. The ratio of tuber length and width was 1.42, indicates that yam bean tuber in Indonesia tend to be in spherical shape. The average tuber water content was 83.87% (wet basis), showed that the water content was quite high. Based on cluster analysis, 74 local cultivars of yam bean were grouped into five clusters. The tuber weight varied among cultivars and become the distinguishing factor between local cultivars. Local variety of yam beans in Indonesia tend to have sweet taste and crunchy texture. So far, the study on characterization of tuber diversity in Indonesian local cultivar of yam bean is still limited. Thus, these results provide important information to optimize the tuber yam utilization as industrial raw materials.

Pod sucking bug, Riptortus linearis, is the most damaging soybean pest in Indonesia. A total of 24 soybean genotypes was identified for their resistance to pod sucking bug. The objective of the study was to classifying the resistance of some soybean genotypes against pod sucking pests. The research was conducted during the second dry season (July - October) 2016 in Ngale Research Station, East Java, Indonesia. The experimental design was arranged in randomized block design with five times repetition and two types of environment (full crop protection and controlled until 50 days of planting/dap). The resistance to pod sucking bug was evaluated based on seed damage, pod damage, and seed weight. The grouping of resistance was by using Chiang & Talekar’s method (1980). A very high natural population of pod sucking bug was recorded in the research area as seen from the average number of damaged pod in full protection environment (L1) and insecticide control until 50 dap (L2), i.e. 41.45% and 60.16%, respectively. Genotype of G511H/Anj//Anj-2-8 was consistently resistant to pod sucking bug in L1 as well as L2. This genotype also had early days to maturity (78 days) and large seed size (15.57 g/100 seed), thus potentially to be developed in tropical area of Indonesia. The availability of genotype with such characteristics is in accordance with farmers’ preference and also important to minimize yield losses.

Pembelajaran Fisika yang di terapkan di SMA Warga Surakarta belum mengarahkan siswa pada pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan proses dan cenderung teacher centered. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menyusun modul elektronik pembelajaran Fisika berbasis keterampilan proses sains, serta menguji efektivitas modul terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D). Model penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model penelitian 4D Thiagarajan. Modul Fisika dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains dengan langkah: mengamati, merumuskan masalah, merumuskan hipotesis, mengidentifikasi variabel, melakukan eksperimen, menganalisis data, menyimpulkan dan mengomunikasikan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, lembar validasi, lembar observasi dan soal pretest&post test. Analisis hasil angket, kelayakan modul dan hasil observasi dianalisis dengan diskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan skor kriteria. Analisis kemampuan berpikir kritis diuji dengan program SPSS dengan uji parametrik sampel berpasangan, sedangkan motivasi belajar dianalisis menggunakan uji non parametrik Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) modul elektronik telah dikembangkan dengan mengintegrasikan keterampilan proses sains untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar siswa. 2) Modul elektronik Fisika berbasis keterampilan proses sains memenuhi kriteria sangat baik, dilihat dari hasil validasi materi, media, validasi praktisi pendidikan dan teman sejawat, dengan nilai rata-rata 3,80 lebih besar dari nilai minimum kelayakan 3,78. 3) efektivitas modul berbasis keterampilan proses sains didapatkan nilai N-gain dari uji coba besar 0,67 pada kelas sampel dan 0,59 pada kelas kontrol yang dikategorikan ˝sedang˝. 4) Implementasi modul elektronik Fisika berbasis keterampilan proses sains ini dinilai efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,027 lebih rendah dari taraf signifikansi α =0,05, hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar kelas sampel dan kelas kontrol. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan modul Fisika berbasis keterampilan proses sains lebih baik dari pembelajaran konvensional

A yield loss caused by pod shattering is one of the obstacles to the improvement of soybean productivity in tropical areas. The aim of this study was to identify the resistance of soybean genotypes to pod shattering as affected by agronomical and morphological characters. The field study was conducted in Malang, Indonesia, using 150 soybean genotypes. Data were collected on agronomical traits, the percentage of pod shattering, and pod morphological traits. Identification for shattering resistance was done as per oven dry method. Percentage of pod shattering was ranged from 0 % up to 100 % shattering with a mean of 58.11 %. Pod shattering was found to be negatively correlated with a number of pod per plant, the thickness of the pod, and Y/Z (seed weight and pod weight ratio). The Identification obtained 66 very highly susceptible genotypes, 19 susceptible genotypes, 19 moderate genotypes, 38 resistant genotypes, and 8 very resistant genotypes. Two of eight very resistant genotypes (G511H/Anj//Anj///Anj////Anj-6-11 and G511H/Anj//Anj///Anj////Anj-5-4) have high yield, medium maturity day and large seed size. Those lines could be used as gene donor for soybean varietal improvement for shattering resistance, and recommended to propose as new improved soybean varieties resistant to pod shattering in Indonesia.

Soybean pod damaged by pod sucking bug (Riptortus linearis) is one of the constraint within soybean yield improvement in Indonesia. The research aimed was to identify the resistance of soybean genotypes to pod sucking pest. The experiment was conducted in Iletri’s screen house from March to June 2015. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Completely Block Design using 10 soybean genotypes with three replicates. The soybean resistance was evaluated using no-choice test. Data collected on number of pod/plant, number of seed/plant, seed weight per plant, number of attacked pod/plant, and number of attacked seed/plant. The result showed that the lowest percentage both of pod and seed damage was G511H/Anjasmoro//Anjasmoro-2-8, that was 25.83 % and 19.12 %, respectively. Based on the value of the percentage of seed damage, there were five susceptible genotypes, three moderately resistant, and two resistant genotypes. Based on the value of the percentage of pod damage, showed four susceptible genotypes, five moderately resistant, and a resistant genotype. G511H/Anjasmoro//Anjasmoro-2-8 was the only resistant genotype, and it could be used as a genetic source in the improvement of soybean resistance to pod sucking bug.How to CiteKrisnawati, A., Bayu, M. Algoritma apriori menggunakan pendekatan iteratif dimana k-itemset digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi (k+1)-itemset. Calon (k+1)-itemset yang mengandung frekuensi subset yang jarang muncul atau dibawah threshold akan dipangkas dan tidak dipakai menentukan aturan asosiasi. Aturan asosiasi berbentuk if antecedent then consequent. Implementasi algoritma apriori didahului dengan persiapan database transaksi serta penentuan batas minimum support dan confidence. Algoritma apriori akan menemukan kombinasi dengan cara iterasi yaitu scaning database berulang-ulang, memasangkan satu item dengan item lainnya dan mencatat jumlah kemunculan kombinasi dalam keseluruhan transaksi. Frequent itemset ditentukan dengan memilih itemset yang nilai kemuculannya diatas atau sama dengan nilai minimum support dan kemudian menjadi calon aturan asosiasi. Persentase nilai support dan confidence dari masing-masing calon aturan asosiasi kemudian dihitung. Aturan asosiasi yang berlaku dipilih dari yang memenuhi syarat minimum support dan confidence. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa algoritma apriori cocok diimplementasikan untuk mencari frequent itemset pada keranjang belanja. Aturan asosiasi yang dibentuk dari frequent itemset tersebut dapat dipakai sebagai pendukung keputusan dalam penjualan.

Phenotypic identification of soybean lines against armyworm pest resistance (Spodoptera litura F). This research consisted of two parts which aimed to find out the intensity of damage to the leaves and the influence of soybean on the biological aspect of armyworms. The materials tested were Shr/W-C-60, Aochi/Wil-60, 9837/K-D-8-185, 9837/K-D-3-185-95, W/9837-D- 6-220, 9837/K-D-3-185-82, 9837/W-D-5-211, GI, G100H breeding lines and Wilis varieties. The research was conducted at a Balitkabi screenhouse in February 2011, using randomized block design and each treatment was replicated three times. The planting media were plastic pots (diameter 18 cm) filled with earth, two seeds per pot were planted and intensively raised. When the plants were 27 days old after planting, at each replication consisting of 10 materials, they were covered with gauze cages (2 x 2 x 2 m). Then the plants in each pot was infested with 10 instar I armyworm larvae. The other part of research was carried out in Balitkabi Breeding Improvement Laboratory. For testing purposes, there was a need for a third nodal leaf of soybean aged 27 days after planting in each tested material. The research used a completely randomized design each treatment was replicated three times. One nodal leaf in each material was placed in a petri dish 15 cm in diameter, which was coated with moist filter paper, and this was later called treatment. Each treatment was infested with one instar I armyworm larva. The result of research indicated that an assessment of soybean resistance to armyworms could be made from the density of the trichome and/or the length of the trichome on the leaves. The G100H breeding line was found to be resilient with its characteristics of having dense trichome (25/4 mm2) and long trichome (1.1 mm).

Data hasil uji karakteristik fisik dan kimia dendeng dianalisis dengan analisis variansi pola faktorial 2 x 2. Perbedaan rerata pada interaksi diuji dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test. Baja AISI 1340 termasuk baja paduan rendah dengan komposisi karbon 0.38-0.43% dan Mangan 1,78%. Baja ini digunakan untuk komponen kereta api Friction Wedge yang memiliki standar kekerasan minimal 300 BHN. Untuk menambah kekerasan, salah satu cara yang digunakan adalah heat treatment. Pada penelitian ini variasi yang digunakan adalah media pendingin air, oli SAE 20W, PVA 20% dan pendinginan udara pada tempertaur austenitisasi 8400C dan waktu tahan 20 menit. Kekerasan yang dihasilkan oleh media pendingin air adalah 556,6 BHN, sedangkan quench oli dan polimer 461,8 BHN dan 416 BHN. Pada pendinginan udara dihasilkan kekerasan dibawah 300 BHN. Perbedaan media pendingin berpengaruh terhadap struktur mikro yang terbentuk. Pada pendinginan dengan media air dan oli diperoleh struktur martensit dengan bentuk kristal BCT. Sedangkan pada pendinginan udara terbentuk struktur ferrit dan perlit dengan bentuk kristal BCC. Selain berpengaruh pada sifat mekanik dan struktur mikronya, variasi media pendingin juga memberikan efek terhadap sifat termalnya dan berpengaruh terhadap elongation pada temperatur maksimum kerja. Dari hasil uji TMA, performa paling baik pada temperatur 300oC dihasilkan pada pendinginan quench oli SAE 20W, dengan pertambahan panjang sebesar 0,65%.

This study examines the effect of performance appraisal, work motivation, and discipline on promotion at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Kertapati Palembang. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Kertapati Palembang with a total of 159 employees. Sampling was carried out using the probability sampling method, and then a sample of 62 employees who will be the respondents was generated. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. This research uses analysis techniques of validity test, reliability test, classic assumpton test, simple regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing which consists of F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The results of this study concluded that partial and simultaneous assessment of work performance, motivation, and work discipline had a significant effect on promotion at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Kertapati Palembang. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises/UMKM are one of the main pillars of economic fundamentals that contribute positively to the Indonesian economic ecosystem. However, the high role of UMKM in the Indonesian economy is still hindered by the large number of UMKM in the informal sector, making it difficult to upgrade. The purpose of this community services activity is to increase the empowerement of UMKM actors through mentoring activities by vocational college collaborated with KADIN Malang City and Jawa Timur province and BUMDes in Malang Regency. The UMKM mentoring method is carried out with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, training and assignments, as well as direct output-based assistance. The results of PkM activities show that UMKM assistance from lecturers as well as students provides solutions to partner problems related to aspects of management, legality, capital, and UMKM resilience strategies, as well as increasing independence, adding knowledge and business skills improvement

This study aims to determine the effect of Rewards on Employee Performance through Loyalty to PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi Palembang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi Palembang, totaling 103 employees. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques in this study employed validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing, and path analysis techniques using the SPSS 22 Windows program. The results of the discussion show that the first research hypothesis test proved that Rewards have a direct effect on Employee Performance, the second research hypothesis test proved that Rewards have a direct effect on Loyalty, the third hypothesis test proved that there is a direct significant effect of Loyalty on Employee Performance, and the fourth hypothesis test proved that indirectly Rewards for Employee Performance have a significant influence on Loyalty. Community service activities have a central role in supporting sustainable economic growth, especially in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector. UMKM processing wood-based crafts, as an integral part of local cultural diversity, face significant energy challenges in sustainable development. In order to overcome this obstacle, this community service activity focuses on implementing a Hybrid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) that is integrated with a lathe for UMKM processing wood-based crafts. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide sustainable solutions for UMKM in terms of reliable energy, while supporting the development of environmentally friendly technologies. The methodology applied includes an initial survey of energy needs, design and installation of the Hybrid PLTS system, lathe operator training, and continuous performance monitoring. This activity involves collaboration with UMKM owners and the local village government to ensure the implementation of solutions that are relevant to real needs and conditions. The results of this activity show that the implementation of Hybrid PLTS integrated with lathes has a significant positive impact on production efficiency and product quality for UMKM. These activities make a real contribution to sustainable economic development at the local level. The results can be used as a model for similar developments in other UMKM sectors. The law mandates public services that implement its principles. Digitalization and innovation of the service processes are necessary in today's digital era. There are still many public reports on digital services in general, and there are still many private universities in Kalimantan that have category C/Good/Unaccredited, indicating that the process of digitization and service innovation in higher education services in Kalimantan has challenges that are not easy. This research aims to reveal how the efforts of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region XI in improving the quality of higher education services in Kalimantan Island and to find out the success factors and inhibiting factors in this effort. The method in this research is qualitative, with interviews and observations as primary data, while secondary data uses documentation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use triangulation with data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification stages. The results showed that 1) There are five service digitization innovations intended for stakeholders or service users that continue to be developed to accommodate all types of services in accordance with service standards, 2) Service process innovation is carried out by changing the process flow in service standards from 12.4 days to 7.5 days, 3) The main supporting factors are digital leadership and human resources, 4) The main inhibiting factors are commitment and digital literacy. This shows that efforts are needed that must be supported by all aspects of an organization to carry out sustainable digitalization and service innovation.

Education creates reliable and competitive people resources, which determines a nation's success. Scholarship policies have a substantial impact on the growth of a nation, particularly in terms of enhancing the quality of human resources and access to quality education. Open access to education can help establish an improved education system. The Excellence Scholarships Program is part of the Indonesian government's goal to produce trustworthy and competitive human resources. This research used a qualitative descriptive methodology by tracing official government documents associated with the Excellence Scholarships program. This report analyzes the 2019-2020 implementation and impact of Indonesia's main scholarship program. This study examined program implementation using descriptive-qualitative research. According to the findings of this study, 2025 undergraduates won scholarships in the last two years. The procedures and aid distribution of the Excellence scholarship program are effective because they adhere to the predetermined flow and conditions, however, future improvements are required for the implementation of these scholarship programs: first, improving the principle of equal distribution of scholarship recipients to combat inequality, particularly in eastern Indonesia; and second, providing equal opportunities. This research also suggests further research could look into how the excellence scholarships program enhances scholarship recipients' quality of life and human resources.

In this increasingly modern era, it requires teacher professionals to be able to cultivate varied learning models in each subject so that students are not saturated while following the existing learning process. This study aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes through a word square learning model at SMA Negeri 11 Pangkep. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were class XI students totaling 33 students. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use analytical descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1) The percentage of student activity increased each cycle. Where in the first cycle student activity is in the less active category and increases in cycle II in the very active category, 2) The completeness of student learning outcomes increases every cycle. Where in cycle I it was 33% with an average learning outcome of 66.9 and increased in cycle II by 81% with an average learning outcome of 85.7. Thus, the conclusion is that the application of the word square learning model can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of economics subjects for class XI students of SMA Negeri 11 Pangkep.

The design of this research Net profit in financial statements is one of the company's performances to get more value from investors. Net profit is also one of the tools to measure the income and costs of a company. cash flow statements aim to report both inflows and cash outflows. The cash flow statement also provides information on receipts and payments during a given period, the variable cash flows used, namely cash flow from operating activities, cash flows from investment activities and cash flows from financing activities. Share price is fickle or fluctuating all the time. In order to be trusted by the wearer or investor, it is necessary for auditors to bridge the needs of report users and financial report providers. The role of auditors is very important in bridging between the interests of investors and the interests of the company as a user and provider of financial statements. Research methods used in this the findings in this study are known that each variable X has a direct and significant effect on variables Y and Z. Variable Z is the quality of auditors in this study is not an intervening variable or mediator in the relationship X to Y.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to (1) analyze the student training process at BBPVP Serang in improving student competence, (2) identify and analyze the factors that cause BBPVP Serang not to be optimal in increasing student competence, (3) formulate and analyze the efforts of BBPVP Serang in improving competence of prospective workers, (4) analyze the implications of the BBPVP Serang student competency improvement program on students' personal resilience. In this study, the theories used are role theory, human capital theory, competency theory, and human development theory.This research approach is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The informants in the study were 26 people consisting of the Head, Staff of BBPVP Serang, Instructors, Students, Alumni and Alumni Users of BBPVP Serang. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate (1) BBPVP Serang carrying out the training process has fulfilled the function of the management/training system according to Permenakertrans No. 8/ 2014, (2) Factors that cause BBPVP Serang not to be optimal: Mismatch of BBPVP Serang training with industry needs, Input from training participants who heterogeneous educational background and age, as well as student personality factors, especially from local communities who have low interest and motivation to work; (3) Efforts of BBPVP Serang to overcome obstacles, namely the Synergy of BBPVP Serang with alumni users, more optimal OJT programs, and student competency certification; (4) The improvement of student competence has been proven to have implications for the formation of students' personal resilience, with indicators of students having competence (hardskills & softskills), certification of work competence, having a permanent job and having a fixed income. Recommendations from the results of the research: (1) The role of BBPVP Serang needs to be increased in its training capacity, (2) Central Government and Regional Government of Banten Province need to make regulations that encourage active industrial participation in improving vocational training for the surrounding community, (3) Selection of trainees must be more selective in looking for participants who have a high interest in learning, and are interested in finding work and work anywhere after completing the training, (4) It is necessary to group/mapping the trainees according to their educational background, interest/motivation to learn, and the age of the trainees, and (5) BBPVP Serang has reactivated the Serang BBPVP training alumni network through the Serang BBPVP tracer study.
