Urgensi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada kenyataan bahwa anak usia dini merupakan kelompok yang sangat rentan terhadap berbagai bentuk kekerasan, yang dapat berdampak signifikan pada perkembangan mereka secara keseluruhan. Upaya untuk mencegah kekerasan terhadap anak dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan berbasis seni dan budaya seperti tarian, sehingga m enjadi alat yang efektif bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Tari Aasraya dapat digunakan sebagai alat pendidikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak tentang pencegahan kekerasan, serta bagaimana implementasinya dapat diterapkan secara efektif di RA Addarojah. Kajian ini juga akan meninjau peran guru dan keluarga dalam mendukung pembelajaran ini, serta dampak yang dihasilkan terhadap perkembangan anak-anak yang terlibat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penentuan studi kasus sebagai objek penelitian yang selanjutnya dilakukan proses pengumpulan data seperti observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tari Aasraya sebagai media pembelajaran di RA Addarojah menunjukkan hasil yang positif dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman anak usia dini tentang pencegahan kekerasan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tari Aasraya tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ekspresi seni, tetapi juga sebagai alat edukatif yang efektif dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai anti-kekerasan kepada anak-anak.

Jabatan fungsional penilik adalah tenaga kependidikan sebagai pelaksana teknis fungsional dengan tugas utama melaksanakan pengendalian mutu dan evaluasi dampak program Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), Pendidikan kesetaraan dan keaksaraan serta kursus pada jalur Pendidikan Nonformal dan Informal (PNFI) berkedudukan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota. Keberadaan penilik sangat penting untuk peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), Pendidikan kesetaraan dan keaksaraan serta kursus pada jalur Pendidikan Nonformal dan Informal (PNFI). Penilik dapat membantu guru dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Selain mebantu kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan peran sebagai guru, pemimpin, administrator, supervisor, motivator, pembaharu dan manajer dengan melaksanakan pembimbingan dan memberikan masukan kepada kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap data sejauh mana peranan penilik dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Kotabaru, Karawang. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya peranan penilik yang langsung turun memberikan motivasi, terbukti mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Taman Kanak-Kanak menjadi tempat yang aman, nyaman, bersih, sehat, ramah dan menyenangkan tentu menjadi dambaan bagi semua lembaga pendidikan terutama bagi jenjang PAUD. Sebagai bentuk komitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta melindungi berbagai hak dasar pada anak maka pemerintah melaksanakan suatu program yang di sebut Sekolah Ramah Anak. Perwujudan dari Sekolah Ramah Anak sesungguhnya telah banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak. Salah satunya lembaga TK Islam Al-Azhar BSD yang telah ikut mendeklarasikan diri Sebagai Sekolah Ramah Anak pada. Dalam pelaksanaannya tentu tidak mudah karena diperlukan berbagai upaya dalam mengimplementasikannya terutama dalam memenuhi aspek sarana prasarana yang ramah anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sarana prasarana melalui program sekolah ramah anak yang dilaksanakan oleh sekolah TK Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di TK Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Adapaun yang menjadi sumber informan adalah kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua murid/ komite sekolah dan peserta didik dari kelompok B. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa TK Islam Al-Azhar telah mengimplementasikan aspek sarana prasarana berdasarkan panduan pelaksanaan SRA dari pemerintah. Namun dalam prakteknya masih memerlukan peningkatan kualitas ataupun kuantitas dalam beberapa fasilitas diantaranya: lantai toilet dan ketersediaan hygiene kit, toilet bagi penyandang disabilitas, ketersediaan ruang konseling, ketersediaan ruang kreativitasdan ketersediaan kotak komunikasi.

Marriage in Islam is a method chosen by Allah as a means for his people to multiply and preserve their lives in a natural and lawful manner. Allah swt. reduce Sharia marriage for the purpose of maintaining human dignity in accordance with their dignity as beings who have been glorified with faith, religion and reason. Husband and wife relationships are regulated respectfully based on each person's willingness to carry out a shar'i marriage. Husband and wife relationship is not like the employer's relationship with his laborers, but friendship relationship that is easy to achieve calm (sakinah-mawaddah-warahamah) in domestic life. Islam comes with a set of rules governing the rights and obligations of husband and wife in running a domestic life.

Each couple would not want a divorce, but sometimes there just are not inevitable problems that lead to domestic harmony fall apart and eventually divorced, and one of them is due to the conversion. This study is field research by taking the case from 2009 to 2013 that it have been decided the Gorontalo Religious Court judges. The results showed the issue of conversion is a complicated issue and is very influential in household harmony husband and wife who causes discord and eventual divorce. Conversion are included in the category of unbelievers who sparked a major problem that can not be reconciled, and came to the trial panel of judges decided to divorce. In addition, the conversion brought due to the difficulties set religious status of children, maintenance, education, finance, and about inheritance, community property between husband and wife.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak yang lahir dari perkawinan yang sah secara syariat dan sah menurut Undang-undang adalah: anak yang lahir dari perkawinan yang sah secara syariat dan mengikuti prosedur Pasal 2 ayat 1 dan ayat 2 UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1974. Sedangkan anak yang lahir dari perkawinan yang sah secara syariat dan tidak tercatat adalah anak yang lahir dari perkawinan yang sah secara syariat dan dilakukan di luar prosedur pada pasal 2 ayat 2. Adapun anak yang lahir dari perkawinan yang sah menurut hukum Islam dan tidak tercatat menurut Undang-Undang Perkawinan, tidak masuk dalam kategori anak lahir di luar nikah. Sebab anak yang lahir diluar nikah adalah anak yang lahir dari hubungan antara pria dengan wanita tanpa ada ikatan perkawinan. Menurut pendapat mayoritas ulama, jika anak itu lahir setelah enam bulan dari perkawinan ibu dan bapaknya, maka anak itu dinasabkan kepada bapaknya, jika anak itu dilahirkan sebelum enam bulan, anak itu dinasabkan kepada ibunya saja. Menurut Syafi’i, anak yang lahir di luar nikah akan mempunyai akibat hukum, yaitu: (1) tidak adanya hubungan nasab dengan bapaknya; (2) bapaknya tidak wajib memberikan nafkah kepada anak itu; (3)tidak ada saling mewarisi dengan bapaknya; (4) dan bapak tidak dapat menjadi wali nikah bagi anak di luar nikah bila anak itu perempuan. Selain itu, berdasarkan hukum Islam bila terjadi perkawinan antara suami dan istri secara sah, kemudian istri mengandung, melahirkan anaknya, maka suami dapat mengingkari keberadaan anak itu apabila: (1) Istri melahirkan anak sebelum masa kehamilan; (2) dan melahirkan anak setelah lewat batas maksimal masa kehamilan dari masa perceraian. Adapun berkenaan dengan Putusan MK No. 46/PUU-VIII/2012 dapat dikatakan sudah sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Sebab pengertian di luar nikah dari perkawinan yang tercatat sama pengertiannya dengan anak zina. Namun dalam hukum Islam bukan anak zina selama selama terpenuhi rukun dan syarat nikah secara syar’i. Dengan demikian, putusan MK Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2012 tanggal 17 Februari 2012 yang menyatakan bahwa anak yang lahir dari perkawinan Machica dan Moerdiono tidak dapat disamakan dengan anak yang lahir di luar nikah. Anak itu lahir dari perkawinan yang sah menurut hukum Islam, walaupun tidak tercatat menurut Undang-undang Perkawinan

This paper discusses about learning vocabulary. The vocabulary is an important element of the Arabic language that must be mastered by all students of the Arabic language. But sometimes students feel bored due to difficulty of vocabulary memorization. This problem requires innovation by vocabulary teachers to solve this problem. The researcher found that students in Darul Lughah wal Qur’an College had difficulty memorizing vocabulary, which led the researcher to integrate mnemonic music techniques into vocabulary learning to facilitate the students' memorization of vocabulary. The Mnemonic music came to help them in memorizing the vocabulary easily and with strong memory. The aims of this research are first, to understand how to design teaching materials by using mnemonic music to strengthen vocabularies memorizing, second, to understand the specifications of the teaching materials that developed, and to determine the effectiveness of teaching materials that developed. This research use qualitative and quantitative approach. The method of this research is research and development. The researcher use interview technique, observation technique, questionnaire technique, and test technique to collect the data. The result of this research is that this research is carried out using the ADDIE model according to Dick and Carrey, its mean analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The specifications of the the teaching materials in this research is that they are developed by using mnemonic music technique which is consists of cover, aims of learning, chapters, new vocabularies, and many exercises of vocabularies. This material consist of 24 chapters which is developed by using mnemonic music technique. The result of the product experiment is 10,4>2,80>2,08: t. >ts0,01>0,05 indicates that these developed teaching materials are effective in strengthening vocabulary memorization.

Fossil fuels are still a daily necessity in the world. Human dependence on fossil fuels has created problems related to pollution and energy security. Wind turbines are renewable energy power plants where their use is expected to be an unlimited alternative energy source. This wind turbine research uses a field test study method with a six-blade spiral horizontal axis wind turbine (TASH) type. TASH performance is assessed by measured parameters such as rated voltage, generator output current and torque value; also non-dimensional parameters such as power coefficient, Cp, torque coefficient, Ct and Tip Speed Ratio, TSR values generated due to TASH rotation at every wind speed from 3.0 m/s to 4.5 m/s wind speed. Field test results obtained: Actual power (experimental) = 5.50 Watt and torque value = 10.7 N.m at a wind speed of 4.5 m/s. Cp = 0.0083, Ct = 1.2180, and TSR = 0.0068 at a wind speed of 3.0 m/sThe solidity value obtained based on the calculation results is 1.627 for a 5-blade wind turbine, while for a 6-blade and 8-blade wind turbine, the solidity values are 1.953 and 2,604. As the turbine solidity value increases, the power coefficient will also increase, inversely proportional to the torque coefficient, that as the turbine solidity value increases, the torque coefficient will decrease

The discovery of active compounds such as citronellol, citronellal, and geraniol in citronella grass (Cymbopogon nardus) opens new opportunities for using essential oils derived from this plant. These compounds are well-known for their aromatic properties and various benefits in the derivative product industry. Combining these three compounds presents immense potential for developing high-quality products such as soaps, aromatherapy, and pesticides. Community engagement activities were conducted in Cibarani Village, Lebak Regency, Banten. The fertile land in Cibarani Village is well-suited for cultivating citronella grass (C. nardus). The activities began with outreach and training sessions to educate the local community on the potential of C. nardus essential oil. This initiative aimed to equip the community with adequate knowledge and skills to process C. nardus oil into various derivative products. The derivative products introduced included botanical pesticides for controlling pests in cultivated plants. This information is particularly beneficial for the Mekar Rahayu Farmers Group, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the potential of C. nardus essential oil as a botanical pesticide. It is hoped that the community will be able to produce botanical pesticides for personal use and sale to other farmers, thereby increasing their income. Simultaneously, the team also collected samples of citronella grass from Cibarani Village for distillation. The C. nardus oil obtained was analyzed using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) to identify the dominant compounds. The essential oil produced from citronella grass in Cibarani Village, based on GC-MS results, revealed the main components as geraniol at 25.53% with a retention time of 13.212 minutes, citronellol at 15.71% with a retention time of 12.694 minutes, and citronellal at 17.19% with a retention time of 11.422 minutes.

Speaking skill (maharah kalam) is one of the four main skills that must be mastered by students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program at Islamic universities. The main goal of learning speaking skill is to develop the ability to speak in Arabic fluently, effectively, and accurately. Students are expected to be able to express thoughts, feelings, and information clearly and relevant in a variety of communication contexts. But in reality, there are still students who encounter obstacles in the learning process of speaking skill so that the expected goals are not achieved, as happened to PBA IAIN Ternate students. For this reason, this article discusses the difficulties of students in learning speaking skill at PBA IAIN Ternate with those explored from the results of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, where the data obtained through questionnaires and interviews are processed by library triangulation. The results show that students of the PBA IAIN Ternate study program are still experiencing difficulties in learning speaking skill, from linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. In the linguistic aspect, it can be seen in the difficulty of understanding vocabulary, stringing sentences, and difficulty in capturing information from the interlocutor. Meanwhile, on the non-linguistic side, it can be seen in the students' lack of confidence in communicating. This affects the achievement of the learning goal of speaking skill, which emphasizes communication skills using Arabic.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penguatan nilai-nilai Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) dalam membangun karakter An-Nahdliyah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD) Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Purwokerto. Maka dari itu, Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang mendeskripsikan bagaimana penguatan nilai-nilai aswaja dalam membangun karakter an-nahdliyah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, uraian, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penguatan nilai-nilai Aswaja dalam membangun karakter An-Nahdliyah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Purwokerto dilakukan melalui tujuh langkah strategis yaitu: pemahaman aswaja sebagai landasan karakter, pengintegrasian nilai aswaja dalam kurikulum PIAUD, implementasi nilai aswaja melalui aktivitas keseharian, pembinaan karakter melalui keteladanan, penguatan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan keagamaan, penyusunan modul dan bahan ajar berbasis aswaja, dan penggunaan teknologi dalam penyebaran nilai aswaja. Pemahaman yang mendalam dan implementasi yang konsisten terhadap nilai-nilai Aswaja membantu mahasiswa menjadi individu berkarakter An-Nahdliyah, yang tidak hanya kuat dalam aspek keilmuan dan spiritualitas, tetapi juga memiliki sikap yang inklusif, moderat, dan toleran.

The implementation of the Rome Statute in the domestic sphere of each State party is crucial for achieving its ultimate purpose: to end impunity for perpetrators of heinous international crimes. The present paper aims to appraise various modalities for States to implement the Statute. It applies doctrinal legal research by analyzing the relevant provisions of the Rome Statute and evaluating the practice of selected States. The paper finds that the implementation modality primarily depends on whether the State is a monist or a dualist. Even in the same group of States, the details may vary depending on the constitutional law requirements. Several States enact the implementation legislation before adopting the Statute whereas other States do it only after joining the Statute. While many States adopt a single comprehensive legislation incorporating key obligations of the Statute, other States enact multiple legislation to implement the Statute. Yet some States follow the model law approach. After appraising the modalities, the paper concludes with recommendations for further improvement.

Desa di dataran tinggi, digambarkan oleh Hüsken (1998), sebagai wilayah yang kompetitif, dimana anggota masyarakatnya -petani- saling bersaing satu sama lain. Para petani saling berkompetisi untuk menjadi yang terkuat meski harus mengorbankan yang lain. Situasi ini menempatkan petani menjadi makluk yang sangat rasional, jauh dari anggapan umum roamantisme kehidupan desa yang penuh solidaritas dan saling tolong menolong. Tulisan ini berusaha untuk melihat transformasi ekonomi pedesaan yang belakangan ternyata, tidak hanya berkiblat pada industri pertanian, tapi juga pariwisata. Kami berangkat dari permasalahan, apakah transformasi mata pencaharian di pedesaan, dengan perluasan sektor usaha di desa, mampu mendorong keterlibatan lebih banyak petani, dan sekaligus mengurangi semangat kompetisi yang ada? Sekilas temuan lapangan memperlihatkan bahwa perluasan sektor usaha di desa tidak serta merta memberikan kesempatan bagi petani yang sudah tereksklusi untuk dapat ambil bagian dalam bisnis baru -pariwisata- ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi partisipasi dan wawancara di sebuah desa dataran tinggi, Desa Rejo, yang sedang mengalami transformasi dari sektor pertanian ke sektor pariwisata. Students face several challenges in learning Ilm Badi, including difficulty understanding learning objectives, a lack of comprehension regarding the classification in Ilm Badi materials, insufficient visual stimuli in teaching materials, and challenges in generating new sentences. These issues indicate a mismatch between theoretical understanding and practical language skills. Therefore, this study aims to design teaching materials for Ilm Badi with an innovative thinking approach to stimulate students' writing creativity. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D), integrating the instructional material design procedure by Sa'ud with the ADDIE model. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the innovative thinking approach is relevant in strengthening creative thinking processes in general and supports the teaching of Ilm Badi with a more progressive and contextual approach. The teaching materials produced through detailed design stages involve composing content in Arabic and Indonesian, utilizing additional visualizations, and designing exercises to encourage students' innovative thinking abilities. The teaching materials design process includes collaboration with relevant experts. It undergoes expert assessments, resulting in teaching materials that meet standards for use in Ilm Badi learning, emphasizing innovative thinking. Further studies are necessary to test the designed teaching materials' effectiveness empirically.

The data from Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau in 2020 indicates that Riau Province is poised to benefit from a demographic bonus, with its population predominantly composed of the younger, productive generation. The abundance of young individuals is anticipated to serve as a driving force in enhancing the quality of life for the surrounding communities. The Riau Youth Leader Club (RiyoLC) is an empowerment program aimed at organizing and implementing community empowerment initiatives within Riau. RiyoLC is envisioned as a platform for Riau's youth to exchange ideas, information, and best practices, empowering them to address local challenges and contribute to the advancement of Riau Province. PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PT. PHR) has collaborated with Politeknik Caltex Riau to conduct various capacity-building activities, program development support, and implementation assistance for 34 participants from different regencies and cities within PT. PHR WK Rokan's operational area. The program covered topics such as leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, communication techniques, and presentation skills. As a result, seven community program proposals have been generated, with three of them receiving implementation support from PT PHR

Many students find redox reactions challenging due to educators focusing solely on imparting knowledge without real-world connections. This approach limits critical thinking and reduces students' self-efficacy. To address these issues, fostering creativity and developing interactive learning materials are essential solutions. This research aims to create contextual teaching and learning (CTL) based interactive learning media for redox reactions. This media focuses on validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing students' critical thinking skills and self-efficacy. The research framework employed in this study follows a research and development method with an analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model, with a research subject of 31 students. The results showed that interactive learning media was declared valid by media experts and material experts with an average score of 92.50% (high validity category). Media is very practical based on readability tests, students' responses, teachers' responses and observation sheets average percentage of 85.92%. It is also proven to increase critical thinking skills in high effective category (N-gain 0.81), and increase self-efficacy in moderate category (N-gain 0.65).

Education plays an important role in human behavior to improve the quality of life, so there must be mature thought for the success of education. To produce a good education there needs to be an educational strategy, therefore an educational strategy is very important. This study aimed to reveal the forms of strategies for teaching speaking skills in terms of behavioral theory in the intensive program and reveal the contribution of implementing speaking skills teaching strategies in intensive programs at the Darussalam Banyuwangi Islamic Religion Institute. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach and methodology as a case study in the Arabic Language Education Department. Used for collecting teacher and student interview data in the Intensive Program, classroom and outside classroom observations and documentation. Using interactive data analysis. The method of checking the validity of the data is by triangulation of theory and sources. The results of this study in essence are: (1) The strategies for teaching speaking skills in the perspective of behavioral theory in the intensive program are strategies of repetition and memorization, storytelling strategies, strategies for presenting modern topics, and strategies for creating an artificial Arabic environment. (2) The contribution of implementing speaking skills teaching strategies in the intensive program is the high demand for teaching Arabic and the ease of teaching Arabic, and the Institute has become famous for Arabic.

The needs of humanity, which is the goal of the Shari'a, never end. Maqasid Syari'ah, an approach to Islamic studies, is a benchmark in answering society's problems. Maqasid Syariah is required to continuously transform following developments in conditions and times to realize humanity's problems. This paper discusses the transformation of maqasid al-shari'ah in implementing law for humanity by revealing the following problems: (1) How is the transformation of maqasid al-shari'ah from traditionalism to contemporary? and (2) What are the opportunities for developing the concept of maqasid al-shariah in implementing law for humanity? The research method used in this paper is library research, which is a source of data and information through classic and contemporary books and several journals. Maqasid al-Syari'ah is the goal of the Shari'ah ordained by Allah SWT, namely, to realize the benefit of humans in this world and the hereafter. The benefit goal is included in maslahah daruriyyah, namely hifz al-din, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-aql, hifz al-nasl and hifz al-mal. In subsequent developments, contemporary ulama expanded the area of maqasid al-shari'ah not only to individual reach but also to reach social, environmental, and state areas. Likewise, the maqasid al-shari'ah paradigm has developed from a paradigm of protection and development to a paradigm of development and human rights. The opportunity for maqasid al-shari'ah transformation in implementing the law for humanity is to realize the development of maslahah daruriyyah in several sectors of human life, such as the environment, society, and the state. So that the daruriyah maslahah has been added, namely hifz al-bi'ah, hifz al-ummah and hifz al-daulah.

Rutan Kelas IIB Bangkalan merupakan Rumah Tahanan sebagai tempat tersangka atau terdakwa ditahan selama proses penyidikan, penuntutan, dan pemeriksaan di sidang pengadilan. Rumah Tahanan merupakan unit pelaksana teknis yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Di mana terdapat petugas untuk melayani para tahanan yang disebut dengan Petugas Rutan (Sipir) yang bertugas untuk Memberikan bimbingan, mempersiapkan sarana dan mengelola hasil kerja; Melakukan bimbingan sosial; Melakukan pemeliharaan keamanan dan tata tertib Lembaga Pemasyarakatan; dan Melakukan urusan tata usaha dan rumah tangga. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana cara mewujudkan lembaga pemasyarakatan yang memperhatikan kesejahteraan warga binaannya di Rutan Kelas IIB Bangkalan melalui penegakan Etika Profesi Pegawai LP yang tentunya menjadi tugas serta kewajiban yang harus dipatuhi dan dijalankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan Deskriptif Normatif melalui pendekatan Kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam (in-depht interview) serta terjun langsung ke lapangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat banyak upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh para Sipir demi mewujudkan lembaga pemasyarakatan yang memperhatikan kesejahteraan warga binaannya di Rutan Kelas IIB Bangkalan salah satunya yakni dengan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik terhadap semua warga binaan secara merata sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini berdasarkan rasa puas yang dirasakan oleh seluruh warga binaan terhadap kinerja para pegawai Lembaga Permasyarakatan (Lapas) yang secara maksimum sudah melayani mereka dengan sangat baik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan dengan diterapkannya Etika Profesi dari Sipir dapat menumbuhkan citra terhadap sistem pelayanan di sebuah lembaga pemasyarakatan.

This research aims to create a product in the form of interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline using buffer solution material that is feasible, practical, and effective for improving students' creative thinking skills. The research method used in this development is Research and Development (R&D) with a development model, namely 4D: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline was tested on 34 class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Banjarmasin City students. The research results indicate that interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline has been developed: (1) Worthy in terms of the appropriateness of content, language, visual appearance, audiovisual, and application; (2) Very practical in individual trials and small group trials; (3) Very practical from the students' responses and very good from the teacher's teaching activities; (4) Effective based on the N-gain value of students' creative thinking skills is in the medium category. Interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline in buffer solution material to improve students' creative thinking skills is declared feasible, practical, and effective.

This study aims to determine the effect of the extract of Dayak onions (Eleutherine palmifolia) on the motility, viability, and concentration of spermatozoa in mice (Mus musculus) induced with monosodium glutamate (MSG). This study involved 25 male mice aged 11 weeks and weighing approximately 20 g. The mice were divided into five groups, namely C- (CMC-Na 0.5%), C+ (4 mg/g BW of MSG), T1 (4 mg/g BW of MSG and 30 mg/kg BW of Dayak onion extract), T2 (4 mg/g BW of MSG and 60 mg/kg BW of Dayak onion extract), and T3 (4 mg/g BW of MSG and 120 mg/kg BW of Dayak onion extract). All treatments were administered for 52 days. The results showed no significant differences in the motility and concentration of spermatozoa between the C- (81.50 ± 4.18; 7.21 ± 0.37) and T3 (77 ± 2.74; 7.04 ± 0.13) groups (p < 0.05). In addition, the results showed significant differences in the viability of spermatozoa between the C- (83.30 ± 3.40) and T3 (77.20 ± 4.06) groups. Therefore, it can be concluded that the administration of Dayak onion extracts orally to mice induced with MSG can maintain the motility, viability, and concentration of spermatozoa.

Media berperan sebagai alat bantu dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan memegang peranan penting terhadap pemahaman konsep pelajaran sains. Beragam jenis media pembelajaran memberikan pilihan untuk mendukung pendidikan di bidang sains. Adha dan Akmam (2020) menyatakan penggunaan media pembelajaran visual secara keseluruhan mampu memberikan efek pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi sains. Penelitian ini mengacu pada meta analisis dengan populasi dalam penelitian berupa jurnal ilmiah berskala nasional di Indonesia tentang pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar pada bidang sains. 20 sampel jurnal penelitian quasi eksperimen dianalisis sejak tahun 2018-2023. Media pembelajaran yang paling banyak digunakan adalah media visual sebanyak 15 media (75%). Sebanyak 17 jurnal mengaplikasikan media pembelajaran pada tingkat SMA. Hasil analisis effect size dari sampel menunjukkan rata-rata perolehan nilai yaitu 2,65 atau berada pada kategori besar menunjukkan dampak positif penggunaan media terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

The purpose of this study was to find out how transformational leadership impacts the level of self-efficacy of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using the structural-partial least squares modeling equation (SEM-PLS). The study sample consisted of 130 randomly selected MI teachers. Four main dimensions are used to measure transformational leadership: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. Teachers' self-efficacy is measured based on their confidence in the teacher's ability to overcome difficulty, strength of belief and generality. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher self-efficiency. The dimensions of ideal influence and inspirational motivation are the ones that contribute the most to improving the teacher's self-efficiency. It can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teachers' self-efficiency. Transformational leadership can provide ideal influence and inspirational motivation so that teachers' confidence in their ability to teach, manage the classroom, and interact with students increases.

Pembelajaran dan pembiasaan bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ma’arif Pasawahan Purwakarta diwarnai dengan adanya perbedaan yang menonjol pada kepribadian santri yang introvert dan ekstrovert. Perbedaan tersebut secara langsung atau tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap capaian mereka dalam memperoleh keterampilan berbahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kepribadian santri antara yang introvert dan ekstrovert, kemudian mengetahui dampaknya terhadap pemerolehan bahasa Arab, serta problematika yang dihadapi oleh keduanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan langkah-langkap pengambilan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu santri dengan kepribadian introvert mengalami kendala dalam pemerolehan bahasa Arab disebabkan oleh rasa malu yang sangat tinggi sehingga kesulitan dalam mempraktikkan bahasa Arab secara langsung, hal ini juga dipengaruhi karena kurangnya mereka dalam berinteraksi secara sosial sehingga penguasaan dan pengalaman terhadap kosakata kurang terpenuhi dengan baik. Santri dengan kepribadian ektrovert juga mengalami kendala dalam pemerolehan bahasa, mereka terkendala dengan penguasaan kosakata dan juga pemahaman dan penguasaan terhadap kaidah bahasa Arab.

Introduction: Implementation and regulations governing the protection of traditional knowledge is still considered less effective. The law is expected to be able to overcome various problems that arise related to the protection of traditional knowledge from the community, especially the Kei Islands community on enbal processing knowledge. Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the protection provided by the copyright law on the ownership of a traditional knowledge which in this case is the processing of enbal traditionally done as a staple food in the Kei Islands community. Methods of the Research: The research method used is juridical empirical. Results of the Research: The results obtained are the implementation of the protection provided by the copyright law on the ownership of a traditional knowledge which in this case is the processing of enbal traditionally done as a staple food in the Kei Islands community has actually been regulated in Article 38 of the Copyright Act. However, this protection can be provided if the community continues to maintain traditional processing without the help of modern tools when processing enbal into staple foods.

Analisis getaran pada mesin bor duduk untuk mengetahui berapa nilai getaran yang dihasilkan akibat adanya gerakan pada saat perlakuan berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perilaku getaran pada mesin bor duduk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian exsperimen dengan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali percobaan dengan masing-masing waktu 30 detik pada dua bagian yakni meja dan dudukan bawah bor. Spesimen dalam perobaan ini berjumlah satu yakni baja karbon rendah. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran getaran dengan menggunakan Vibration Meter GM63A yang diukur pada bagian tengah/tempat penempatan baja serta bagian bawah yakni dudukan mesin bor. Dari data dianalisis pengaruh dari putaran mata pahat bor serta pemberian tekanan oleh tangan saat memutar akan menyebabkan kenaikan dan penurunan getaran yang terukur pada vibscaner. Hasil pengujian getaran menunjukkan : bagian tengah (1) untuk 30 detik pertama dengan hasil 02.9 mm/s2, 30 detik kedua 02.6 mm/s2, 30 detik ketiga 02.7 mm/s2. Dan bagian dudukan bawah bor (2) untuk 30 detik pertama dengan hasil 03.4 mm/s2, 30 detik kedua 03.4 mm/s2, dan 30 detik ketiga 03.5 mm/s2 dengan rata-rata untuk bagian 1 yakni 02.7 mm/s2 dan bagian 2 dengan rata-rata 03.4 mm/s2.

The research results show that the Constitutional Court has the responsibility to ensure that the presidential threshold requirements are in accordance with the constitution and the basic principles of democracy. Controversial cases in various countries and the challenges associated with presidential threshold testing demonstrate the complexity and controversy involved in these arrangements.

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengungkap proses penggunaan media torso dalam memantapkan visualisasi kosakata bahasa Arab siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis field research. Data dikumpulkan dari proses observasi non-partisipan, wawancara mendalam kepada Kepala Madrasah, Waka Kurikulum, dan guru Bahasa Arab. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik dari Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Terakhir keabsahan data dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Keberhasilan penelitian ini tentu mampu membuat siswa mudah menghafal dan mengingat kosakata bahasa Arab dari setiap anggota tubuh. Penelitian ini meningkatkan motorik halus (visual) siswa yang didukung dengan adanya pemanfaatan media torso. Hasil penelitian ini juga meyakinkan pemahaman kepada siswa dengan memberikan motivasi agar percaya diri dalam menyampaikan hasil belajarnya, dan agar tidak takut salah, dengan menjelaskan bahwa salah dalam menjawab adalah hal biasa dalam belajar. Kondisi ini harus tetap dipertahankan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran agar tujuan yang diharapkan bisa tercapai.

A community-based tourism (CBT) approach has become an integral part of rural and sustainable tourism development strategies. However, CBT has some constraints on being sustainable due to some internal weaknesses and external concerns, including poor marketing competencies. As a top-down government initiative, Malaysian CBT homestay is blessed with numerous assistance to ensure its survival which in the other hand, creates over-reliance toward other parties. This lack of marketing expertise challenges homestay sustainability. This study examines the importance of community education in marketing activities as a lifelong learning towards sustainable tourism in Malaysia. Qualitative case study is employed to gain an extensive and in-depth explanation on homestay’s marketing implementation and its issues. A semi-structured interview was taken to 9 homestay operators. This study employs a thematic data analysis to investigate the interview results. Research findings show that in majority, the community enjoys the comfort zone provided by government and travel agents, hence encourage the resistance for change. However, a few homestay demonstrates positive respond to involve lifelong learning through community education to support sustainable tourism. More importantly, partnership between various key stakeholders are the utmost important to ensure policy planning and to improve community education quality.

Lemuru (Sardinella lemuru) merupakan salah satu ikan pelagis kecil yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di Pulau Lombok, tidak hanya dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan skala rumah tangga, namun juga dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan baku pada skala industri. Keadaan tersebut menyebabkan tingginya tingkat pemanfaatan ikan lemuru di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Teluk Awang merupakan salah satu sentra penangkapan lemuru di provinsi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kondisi populasi dan status keberlanjutan perikanan lemuru di Teluk Awang berdasarkan kondisi biologi perikanannya. Pengambilan sampel ikan lemuru dilakukan di Teluk Awang selama bulan Juli-Augustus tahun 2022. Sampel ikan (n=306 ekor) diukur panjang dan beratnya. Dari hasil pengamatan diketahui bahwa populasi ikan lemuru memiliki pola pertumbuhan alometrik negatif yang artinya bentuk tubuhnya kurus. Populasi ikan tersebut didominasi lemuru muda dengan ukuran kisaran panjang cagak 6,40-16,20 cm dan berat 3,0-39,0 g. Lemuru yang layak maturasi sebanyak 30%, layak tangkap 30%, dan layak konsumsi 37%. Nilai parameter kelayakan yang berkisar di bawah 50% mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan perikanan lemuru selama bulan Juli-Agustus dapat dikatakan kurang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu informasi dasar bagi pemerintah daerah setempat dalam menyusun kebijakan pengelolaan perikanan lemuru di Provinsi NTB.

Abstract Tourism is an economic sector that continues to grow, and more and more tourism business players are realizing the importance of integrating tourism aspects, including halal aspects, in their operations. This article reviews the concept and application of Halal Supply Chain Management (HSCM) in the tourism business. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method using a literature study approach sourced from relevant documents, magazines, scientific articles, books, and so on. The results of the discussion in this paper are that the application of the halal supply chain management concept requires all parties involved, including tourists, tourism businesses, travel agents, hotel providers, entertainment facility providers, and others, to comply with sharia principles. Sharia principles include avoiding polytheism, immorality, mafsadat, tabdzir and evil. The opportunities and challenges that exist in the implementation of halal tourism need to be studied to achieve maslahat and support the Indonesian Islamic Economic Masterplan. Indonesia's development must be connected to the important role of village empowerment and disaster resilience. Efforts to increase village empowerment and resilience to disasters have been carried out previously, especially in villages in East Rembang. Even so, there has yet to be an evaluation to measure its success. This research aims to evaluate and map village empowerment and resilience using research instruments consisting of aspects, indicators, sub-indicators, and questions regarding disasters in East Rembang. The four main stages of research include instrument development, measurements of empowered and disaster-resilient villages that have been carried out, mapping of measurement results, and based on recommendations. The data collection technique used is a document study with the data collection instrument, namely a document study sheet containing a scale for measuring village empowerment and disaster resilience. The village empowerment scale was developed based on geographic, government, population, social, agricultural, economic, and housing aspects. In contrast, the disaster-resilient village scale consists of six aspects that reflect the value of security from disasters, facilities, and mitigation efforts. This research shows seven categories of villages that are empowered and resilient to disasters. The three villages with the highest level of empowerment are Sluke, Sendangmulyo, and Kragan Villages in Sluke, Sarang, and Kragan Districts, respectively. Meanwhile, the three villages with the highest disaster resilience are Sanetan, Bendo and Langgar Villages, Sluke District.

Pemilu merupakan suatu kegiatan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari suatu negara yang menganut sistem demokrasi. Pemilu merupakan sebuah ajang untuk kepentingan menduduki seluruh lini sektor yang ada. Segala sesuatu dilegalkan dalam pemilu, alhasil makna memanusiakan manusia hanya sebatas konsep. Pemilu mengubah cara pandang terhadap sesuatu menjadi sangat penting dan meniadakan hakikat sebenarnya dari suatu hal. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana pola disrupsi manuver partai untuk mendapatkan hak pilih dari masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi pada pemilu 2024. Berbagai cara dilakukan bahkan dibenarkan untuk mencapai hal yang diinginkan meski tidak bisa dimaafkan. Metode penulisan menggunakan tinjauan literatur dan data akan diperoleh melalui studi literatur dari buku, jurnal, web, dan realita yang berkaitan dengan berita yang relevan dengan tidak meninggalkan unsur permasalahan yang diteliti. Hasil dan analisis dalam tulisan ini menjadi tolak ukur bagaimana suatu kelompok dapat menarik kelompok yang sudah ada. Serta sebagai tindak lanjut dalam menghadapi kontestasi politik di masa depan.

Pesantren adalah Lembaga pendidikan klasik yang masih eksis hingga saat ini. Seiring perkembangan zaman, kini Lembaga pesantren selalu memiliki Lembaga pendidikan formal yakni berupa sekolah atau madrasah. Siswa/santri yang tinggal di pesantren diidentikkan sebagai siswa/santri yang tidak mengenal kemajuan jaman, apalagi mereka tidak diizinkan menggunakan alat komunikasi berupa handphone. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan terkait upaya dan usaha Lembaga pendidikan berbasis pesantren MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim dalam memfasilitasi siswanya agar melek literasi digital untuk keberlangsungan hidup yang seimbang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan berfokus pada literasi digital. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim sebagai madrasah berbasis pesantren memberikan program dan fasilitas agar siswinya memiliki kemampuan literasi digital. Bentuk dari upaya tersebut berupa program-program madrasah seperti pembelajaran berbasis TIK, pendampingan dalam mengelola media sosial dengan bijak, pembinaan skill desain grafis dan foto/videografi.

This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of STEAM–PjBL-based LKPD products. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The developed LKPD was tested on 24 class XI IPA 2 MAN 1 Banjarmasin students. The results showed that the LKPD developed was included in the very valid category in the aspects of content, presentation, language, and design assessment, with an average score of 95.5%. The LKPD that was developed also fulfilled practicality aspects with very practical categories on individual readability tests, small group readability tests, student response questionnaires, and teacher responses, as well as observation sheets on teacher abilities in managing classes. LKPD has also fulfilled the aspect of effectiveness, as seen from the results of the average N-gain percentage of 76%. So that students' creative thinking skills are included in the high category. The results of this study indicate that the product developed, namely the STEAM-PjBL-based LKPD, has met the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.

This article explores the intricate dynamics among Sufi elites in Cibingbin, highlighting the significant tensions within this distinctive group. The Sufi community is deeply divided, engaging in intense debates and frequent confrontations with each other. Central to these disputes are issues surrounding the Nasab dialectics, an ideology associated with the habaib that stresses the concept of voluntarism among the Sufi elite. These internal debates are most intense between the habaib faction, known as Kanzus Sholawat Cibingbin, and the local religious authorities, referred to as Kyai Kampung. As each group digs in and solidifies their doctrinal positions, the struggle for dominance in the public sphere becomes more pronounced. This phenomenon, which aligns with Habermas's theories regarding the legitimacy of power in public spaces, has unexpectedly fueled the momentum of the Laskar Walisongo movement. Despite the apparent weakening of the habaib's defensive stance, both the habaib and the Kyai Kampung have maintained considerable local influence. The ongoing power struggle highlights the complex interplay between belief, influence and control within this segment of the Sufi community. Ultimately, they have made public spaces an arena not just for collective imagery, but also the most vital part of the organisation’s sustainability or spirit.

This study aims to determine the effect of adding probiotics as feed additive Against the height and width of the duodenal villi of the laying chicken in early production. Probiotics can nourish the digestive tract and increase nutrient digestibility so that nutrient intake is met for livestock. Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans as a prophylaxis against bacterial diseases by balancing intestinal microbes, increasing digestibility, and secreting protease, lipase, and amylase enzymes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of probiotics Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans on duodenal histomorphology. Twenty-four layers were randomly divided into 4 groups. The control group was not given probiotics, groups P1, P2, and P3 were given probiotics of 2 ml, 4 ml, and 6 ml. Probiotics were given for 14 days. This development research aims to provide innovations to learning media in Biology learning. The model used in developing this media adopts the Borg & Gall development theory which is cut into 9 steps with a population of students in class XI MIPA. The instruments used are expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and critical thinking essay questions. The results of research in developing android-based virtual practicum media can improve critical thinking skills, become a simulation forum before carrying out activities in the laboratory (pre-lab), and become a solution to the shortage of laboratory facilities. The results of the validation of media experts get an average percentage of 91.66% with very decent criteria, material experts an average of 81.25% with very decent criteria, linguists produce 91.40% with very feasible criteria, and responses the percentage of students is 70.58% with proper criteria. The effectiveness of the media can be seen from the results of the hypothesis which gets Tcount 3.71 > Ttable 2.00, and also the N-Gain value of the experimental class which is greater than the control class, namely the experimental class gets a value of 0.63 while the control class is 0.25.

This study aims to determine the effect of blended learning assisted by Google Classroom and WhatsApp on students' cognitive abilities in solid substance physics lectures. This research is pre-experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was 30 students who were taken with the probability sampling technique. Data collection was done using tests and non-tests. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The analysis showed that students' cognitive abilities reached good criteria, with an average pretest score of 40.13. In contrast, students' cognitive skills on the posttest amounted to 71.17, with an average n-gain of 0.52. The results of student responses to the implementation of blended learning assisted by Google Classroom and WhatsApp, most students gave a positive response; this can be seen from the acquisition of an average percentage value of 73.30%.

Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) is a common condition with increased prevalence among pregnant women and can negatively affect the fetus. According to WHO, a total of 374 million new cases of STI are projected to occur in 2020, including gonorrhea (82 million), syphilis (7.1 million), and trichomoniasis (156 million). Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between the characteristics of vaginal discharge (fluor albus) in pregnant women and STI. The descriptive method was used with a cross-sectional design, and the procedures were conducted in May 2023. The sample population comprised all pregnant women with ANC in Makassar during the study period. Vaginal swabs were obtained from 127 pregnant women who were willing to participate and had vaginal discharge. The results showed that 53 participants reported having physiological flour albus, while 74 had pathological symptoms. Itching and odor were reported to be the most common clinical signs associated with patients' abnormal vaginal discharge, followed by itching, pain, and odor. Furthermore, a significantly high prevalence of the condition was observed among pregnant women aged 20-30 years. Based on the results, the predominant symptom of fluor albus was itching and odor when combined with microorganisms that caused STI. Several pregnant women with clinical complaints also had microorganisms apart from those associated with STI. These results indicated the pressing need to develop additional testing in pregnant women with fluor albus, particularly those with concomitant symptoms.

Ujaran kebencian semakin ramai diperbincangkan melalui unggahan di media sosial. Banyak pengguna internet menyebarkan unggahan yang berisi hinaan, fitnah, hujatan dan ujaran kebencian lainnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketidakjelasan atau ketidaklengkapan undang-undang lengkap harus dijelaskan atau dilengkapi dengan temuan hukum. Terkait dengan tindak pidana ujaran kebencian, meliputi semua tindakan serta upaya seseorang ataupun lebih menyebarkan kebencian atau menghasut seseorang, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Selain itu, upaya penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan ujaran kebencian wajib dilakukan sesuai aturan perundangan yang mengatur kejahatan. Penegakan hukum pidana adalah proses peradilan pidana, diproses peradilan pidana, aparat penegak hukum, baik itu aparat kepolisian, kejaksaan, ataupun hakim, wajib senantiasa memberi perhatian pada tujuan hukum, yakni mengutamakan keadilan, kepentingan, serta jaminan kepastian hukum dengan mengutamakan penemuan hukum.

The East Rembang coast is a potential marine fishery commodity producing area, however the buying and selling transaction system is still carried out traditionally, so the bargaining position is still marginal. The social and economic marginalization experienced by fishermen does not manifest in the form of isolation, but rather manifests in the inability of fishing communities to take part in market economic activities profitably. In fact, now we have entered the era of digital buying and selling transactions, which are more efficient and effective, supported by promising infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to provide outreach & training in the use of online shops to the fishing community. This community service consists of four stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and monitoring. The object of study is fishing communities who have businesses from three sub-districts in East Rembang. The target is that people are expected to be skilled in using the "SIAB-Marketplace" application in running their business. As a result of service activities, there has been an increase in knowledge and skills in using digital smartphone applications and internet access in marketing the products produced as well as an expansion of the product marketing area, so that it can be used by consumers. The advice given in this activity is that further assistance related to digital marketing should be provided, in this case the use of digital platforms in the promotion and sale of various products so that there is an increase in income which has an impact on people's welfare.

This research examines the impact of interruptions in electricity supply on the production of small and medium enterprises in West Sumatra from 2014 to 2021. The data used in the research was obtained from the Ministry of Trade and Industry of West Sumatra, including the production variables, employment, investment, and other variables that influence the production activities. A regression equation connecting production factors and production levels is formulated. Furthermore, another regression equation is also formulated by considering the electricity interruption factor, namely the SAIDI index on production levels. The effect of electrical power interruptions is then evaluated by comparing the two equations. The research results show that the most significant production loss occurred in 2019, 16.07 hours/year, while the most negligible loss occurred in 2015, 6.53 hours/year. Trend data collected during the research period regarding loss conditions and interruption parameters shows that electricity disturbances do not have a linear impact on production losses. The research also shows that electric power does not significantly impact the production activities of small and medium enterprises in West Sumatra.

Getaran adalah osilasi gelombang pada suatu benda, dan jika gaya yang diterapkan pada sistem struktur terlalu besar, dapat menyebabkan masalah atau bahkan kerusakan. Pemeriksaan getaran dapat dilakukan pada mesin atau bagian yang bergerak atau berputar untuk menentukan keadaan mekanis roda gigi atau mesin. Fakta bahwa pengukuran dilakukan tanpa membongkar atau menyebabkan kerusakan pada sistem peralatan adalah salah satu manfaat dari pengukuran getaran tersebut. Objek penelitian ini ialah pada mesin gerinda duduk dimana mesin ini termasuk dalam class I menurut standar ISO 2372. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah menggunakan metode jenis eksperimen, dimana pengukuran dengan 3 variasi ujicoba. Tujuan dan manfaat dalam penelitian ini dialandasi atas untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari standar getaran mesin gerinda duduk di lab PVTM Untirta berdasarkan ISO 2372. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh lebih mengrucut pada level merah tua untuk mesin tersebut termasuk dalam jenis class I yang artinya mesin gerinda duduk dilab PVTM Untirta kurang layak diopersaikan. Sehingga kesimpulannya, direkomdasikan untuk mengganti meja kerja mesin gerinda duduk dengan desain atau rancangan yang khusus memiliki peredam getaran dikarenakan mesin gerinda duduk tersebut masih layak.

Currently, football needs to be supported by critical thinking skills to produce a focused and efficient game. This research aims to implement an inquiry learning model on students' critical thinking skills in football learning materials. The football learning material includes maintaining control, striking, and shooting the ball. The method utilized was an experiment with The Randomized Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The total sample was 70 students divided into two groups: the experimental group of 35 was assigned inquiry model treatment, and the control group of 35 was assigned conventional model treatment. The instrument for measuring critical thinking skills operates an observation sheet whoselevel of validity has been tested. The research results reveal that students' critical thinking skills for the inquiry models are an extremely good category, and conventional models in maintaining ball control are a good category. Students' critical thinking skills for the inquiry model for striking are in the extremely good category, while for the conventional model for striking are in the good category. Students' critical thinking skills for the inquiry model in the aspect of shooting are in the extremely good category, while for the conventional model in the shooting aspect are in the good category.

The introduction of the surrounding natural environment in the surrounding environment can attract the attention or interest of children with the media around them. This study aims to analyze and find out how nature-based learning management with an exploratory approach can increase scientific knowledge in students. The research method in this study uses a qualitative method with a case study type. This research was conducted at the Harapan Insan Kamil Kindergarten institution, located on the coast of Randutatah village, Probolinggo Regency. To get an overview of the object, the researcher made observations at the location and interviewed several components of the school, including the principal, two teachers at Harapan Insan Kamil Kindergarten, and two student guardians. The study results show that the management concept of the surrounding environment exploration approach in increasing scientific knowledge is carried out using program planning, implementation, and evaluation systems. The implications obtained through an exploratory environmental management approach can develop students' scientific knowledge, displayed through imaginative pictures and storytelling. Hence, this research improves students' science, carried out with environmental exploration techniques.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangan E-Pub bahan ajar penelitian tindakan berbasis P-BL (P-BL) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa magister pendidikan jasmani. Tujuan khusus adalah; 1) menjelaskan karakteristik buku “e-pub buku ajar penelitian tindakan berbasis P-BL” yang dikembangkan. 2) dendeskripsikan validitas 3) mendeskripsikan kepraktisan buku. 4) Mendeskripsikan keefektifan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan 4D (define, design, development, disseminate). Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan jasmani yang memprogram matakuliah penelitian tindakan pembelajaran. Instrumen penelitian dikembangkan beradasakan aspek; a) kevalidan produk, b) kepraktisan produk, dan c) kefektifian produk. Teknik analisis data secara deskripstif kuantitatif dan deskripstif kualitatif. Hasil pengembangan pada tahap define dan design mengahsilkan e-pub buku ajar penelitian tindakan berbasis P-BL. Pada tahap development yang terdiri dari tiga tahap pengembangan yaitu: 1) tahap penyusunan draf buku satu, 2) uji validasi pakar menghasil draft buku dua, dan 3) uji coba kelas/ pengguna yang menghasilkan draft buku tiga. Tahap development mengacu pada aspek kevaliadan, kepraktisan dan kefektifan, ketiga aspek tersebut telah terpenuhi dengan sangat valid, praktis dan efektif. Dari tahap pengembangan yang dilakukan menyimpulkan bahwa e-pub buku ajar penelitian tindakan berbasis P-BL telah berhasil dikembangkan dan efektif membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan kemampuan publiaksi ilmiahpada jurnal nasional terakreditasi.

The existence, ecological thinking, and livelihood of local communities are often ignored in the management of peatlands for economic and protection purposes. This research aims to examine the way of life and ecological thinking of peat communities from a sustainable development perspective. The approach used is qualitative and type of case study research. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The research found that the management of the natural resources of the peat ecosystem is the economic foundation of the community in Jambu Baru Village, which is manifested through various economic activities. The management is carried out to avoid the conversion of the peat ecosystem so that the condition of the peat ecosystem in the Jambu Baru Village area is still maintained and 93.69% of them still have high vegetation. Furthermore, the community moved collectively to reject the expansion of oil palm plantation companies targeting peatlands in Jambu Baru Village. Ecological thinking that exists in society is a manifestation of the sustainable development concept, which carries three dimensions of interest, namely ecological sustainability, social development, and economic development. Communities can realize these three dimensions of interest proportionally, and prove that peatlands are not marginal lands. Simply by managing the sources of life provided by the peat ecosystem with a sustainable approach, quality of life and intergenerational justice can be realized. Thus, strengthening the livelihoods of local communities is an approach that must be promoted to realize sustainable peatland management.

Literature has a greater impact on the reader's mind than media, as it activates imagination, visualizes characters, and keeps their actions and behaviors in the reader's mind for longer periods. Famous literary works and authors attract more readers, causing greater effects if not adequately explained. The study, based on the constructivist paradigm, used a phenomenological strategy to show the negative effects of (constant) reading of the violence in Shakespeare's Hamlet, an English play that is one of the most famous literary masterpieces in the world. Participants in this study were educated men and women who had the capacity to comprehend violence in literature. The participants included ten educated individuals with various university degrees, from an associate degree to a doctorate, from different fields of study, and between the ages of 20 and 50. Participants' experiences and feedback were analyzed, and the results demonstrated that violent actions in stories can have great effects on the lives of not only the readers themselves but their families and also the whole society.

The stunting prevalence rate in Pacitan still stands at 22.77 per cent. Of course, this figure is still relatively high, far from the target from WHO, below 20 per cent. This fact has encouraged the Kembang Village, Pacitan Regency community to carry out activities or efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting. First, the form of activities is holding a stunting prevention seminar, where competent speakers such as Ir. Kuriyah, M.M as a representative of PPKB and P3A, then Khuzaini from the Health Office and Yuli Rahmawati Mutiah, M.A from the University Of Warith Al Anbiya. It was second, conducting counselling on stunting in pregnant and lactating women by involving Village Midwives, Posyandu Cadres, and Doctors from Pacitan Health Center. Third, providing balanced and nutritious supplementary food and then distributing the results of processed healthy food to children from the Kembang Village community. The efforts made went well and smoothly. It's due to the support of various parties who participated in the activities' success, especially the people of Kembang Village.
