This research investigates the relevance of development in the city and town of Probolinggo through a quantitative and qualitative approach using development risk analysis. Development risk analysis is used to prove the assumption that the level of social development risk in an area can reflect the level of sustainable development. This research was conducted in Probolinggo City, East Java as one of the areas where development in the fields of tourism, business, and economy is being promoted. The data collection method is carried out by conducting a survey whose results are analyzed to produce the level of development and risk in the development and risk index measure. The research results show that the lower the risk of developing a city in Probolinggo City, the greater the sustainable development achievements in Probolinggo City. These findings can make a significant contribution to the development of regional development policies. The implications of this research can be the basis for developing more effective development strategies by considering social risk factors as the main indicators. This research concludes that the level of economic, social, and ecological risk from the implementation of development in the city of Probolinggo is very low.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi microlearning sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif dalam pengembangan bahan ajar berdasarkan studi yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2010-2024. Microlearning menampilkan informasi dalam fragmen kecil dan telah digunakan secara luas di berbagai bidang untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman peserta didik. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review untuk mengetahui potensi microlearning sebagai bahan utama pembelajaran bahan ajar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berbagai penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas microlearning dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku di bidang perawatan kesehatan, pendidikan bahasa, dan bisnis. Keberhasilan microlearning dikaitkan dengan karakteristiknya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dewasa, memanfaatkan platform digital, serta mendorong personalisasi dan pembelajaran mandiri. Meski demikian, efektivitas microlearning perlu dievaluasi sesuai konteks penerapannya. Tantangan dalam merancang microlearning meliputi perlunya fokus pada satu kompetensi utama, aktivasi pengetahuan awal, asesmen yang memberikan umpan balik, pengorganisasian konten, serta penyajian konten secara ringkas dan padat. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menilai efektivitas microlearning dalam konteks beragam dan penerapannya untuk kompetensi kompleks. Institusi pendidikan perlu mempertimbangkan penerapan microlearning dalam pengembangan bahan ajar dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip desain yang dipaparkan. Dengan pertimbangan matang, microlearning berpotensi menjadi solusi pembelajaran yang efektif dan mudah diakses di era digital.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning organizations simultaneously on work performance through employee stress at Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Corporation. Research sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely, the sample is carried out with the requirements set by the researcher totaling 1,370 employees from various work departments, both at the center and at the branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Smart PLS. The results of the study are known how important work performance is as a critical indicator of success for both employees and the company, the importance of understanding stress from concept to application, especially related to how to manage stress, as well as the implementation of work engagement and learning organizations as concepts that affect work performance with stress as a mediator.

This study was carried out to investigate Internet browsing and Web 2.0 competencies as correlate of effective management of institutional repository by Librarians in federal universities in South-South, Nigeria. Utilizing a correlational design, the study answered three questions and tested three hypotheses. The cohort of 242 Librarians from seven federal universities—115 academic and 127 non-academic—constituted the study's population. A stratified total census sampling approach was deployed to include all 242 librarians. Data gathering utilized two questionnaires: the "Librarian Internet Browsing and Web 2.0 Competencies Questionnaire (LIBWCQ)" and the "Effective Management of Institutional Repositories Questionnaire (EMIRQ)". Both tools were validated for face and content by experts and yielded Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of 0.75 and 0.77, respectively. Mean scores addressed the research questions, while regression analysis tested the hypotheses at a significance level of 0.05. Results indicated a 52% joint correlation between the Librarians' web competencies and effective management of repositories, notably in activities like social media engagement and collaboration with faculty and students using the digital space. The study concluded and recommended that Librarians should bolster their digital skills through professional development initiatives, such as workshops, webinars, and conferences, focusing on digital management and Web 2.0 tool application to keep up-to-date with technological advancements and best practices in management of institutional repository.

This study examines the effect of different drying processes on the quality characteristics of arabica coffee in Karot Village, Langke Rembong Subdistrict, Manggarai Regency. Employing an experimental design with a two-factor analysis of variance, the research evaluates three drying methods: Before Drying Process, Sun Drying Process, and Drying Process With Coffee Drying House. Results indicate that sun-drying coffee with a coffee drying house yields coffee with lower moisture content, acidity, and caffeine value compared to alternative drying techniques. The research contributes to enhancing the quality of coffee exports from Karot Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency. Notably, this study marks a significant original contribution to the area, representing the first such investigation conducted in this locality.

Malaria is a disease transmitted through mosquitoes; malaria is still one of the endemic diseases in Eastern Indonesia. This study aims to determine the factors that affect malaria status. The independent variables used were region, gender, insect repellent, sowing larvicide powder, draining the bathtub, and mosquito nets. The data comes from the Basic Health Research Report (Riskesdas) 2018. The analysis method used is binomial regression / binary logistics. Based on research states that together all independent variables have a significant effect on a person's malaria status. Partially, the chances of rural status, male sex, not using insect repellent, not using larvicide powder, not draining bathtubs, and not wearing mosquito nets are greater than other categories of malaria status. Therefore, self-awareness of individuals and communities is needed in striving for cleanliness and personal health

The Regional Competitiveness Index (RCI) is one of the essential indicators to measure the ability of a region to compete with other regions in the economic, social, and environmental fields. Increasing regional competitiveness is one of the goals desired by every local government to encourage economic growth and community welfare. This study aims of the research to find out the relationship between the Regional Competitiveness Index (RCI) and socioeconomic macroeconomic variables such as the growth of Gross Regional Domestik Bruto (GRDP), Human Development Index (HDI), Foreign Investment, Domestic Investment, Regional Income and poverty rates in Indonesia in 2022 in Indonesia. The data used are publication data from the National Innovation Research Agency (BRIN) and the Statistic Indonesia (BPS) in 2022. The analysis model used is the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM) model with SmartPLS software. The results showed that RCI significantly positively affected HDI, GRDP growth, Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, and Regional Income. On the other hand, RCI significantly negatively affects the percentage of poor people. A comprehensive and targeted policy is needed so that the Regional Saiang Power Index continues to increase. In addition, supervision is needed related to programs that have been running related to regional competitiveness

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of government assistance programs to strengthen the work culture of vocational schools in West Java in 2020. This research was evaluation research using a goal-oriented evaluation model by Raplh W. Tyler, which used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Respondents used as data sources were school principals or teachers in charge of the assistance program, with a sample of 10 SMK in West Java. This research data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the evaluation of this evaluation research were (1) Schools could apply work culture in the learning process and practice according to competency skills and aligned with the needs of the world of work (2) Students gained understanding and ability to apply work culture from the world of work. The conclusion from this research is that the beneficiaries of the assistance program have carried out all the program components properly.

The study assesses the roles, duties, and responsibilities of the auditor that led to the so-called audit expectation gap in Nigeria with a focus on the capital market. The objective of the studies is to assess if indeed audit expectation gap in Nigeria exists. The study uses the chi-square distribution to ascertain the argument. It was observed that the collapse of many companies across the world was occasioned by corporate governance failure as most financial statements prepared by these firms were satisfied okay by the auditors but yet the companies later went underground thereby resulting in the audit expectation gap argument. Among other things, the study recommends that the relevant professional bodies should collaborate with auditors and educate the users of financial statements to understand the duties and responsibilities of the auditor towards narrowing it performance gap. Also, audited financial statements should be presented manner that people can read and understand the reports. This study aims to determine the macro socio-economic factors that affect the Happiness Index in Indonesia. The data used comes from the publications of BPS-Statistics Indonesia. The data used is panel data with a research period of 2014, 2017, and 2021 according to the publication time of the Happiness Index. The analysis model used is panel data regression analysis. Of the three panel models tested Common, Fixed, and Random), the fixed effects model was the best. The classical assumption test was carried out on the selected model. The result was that there were violations of the heteroscedastic and autocorrelation assumptions. Because it violates assumptions, the selected fixed effect model is transformed into the white cross-section GLS model. The results obtained, Simultaneously, all independent variables can influence the happiness index with a coefficient of 95 percent. The Gini ratio, the poor, and the open unemployment rate have a significant negative effect on the poverty index. In contrast, HDI, per capita/month expenditure, and economic growth positively impact the happiness index. A comprehensive policy is needed so that the level of happiness of the Indonesianpeople continues to increase.

Kualitas soal pilihan ganda yang digunakan dalam proses pengukuran merupakan hal yang penting dalam rangkaian proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Dasar. Kualitas empirik dapat diketahui melalui proses analisis setelah soal tersebut dikerjakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas empirik Soal Penilaian Tengah Semester gasal tahun 2022 mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah Dasar Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dokumen sebagai data yang dikumpulkan berupa soal PTS Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan juga lembar jawaban peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan software TAP. Analisis dengan bantuan software TAP untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaran dan daya beda setiap butir soal. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa; 1) Tingkat kesukaran soal PTS mata pelajaran PJOK di 5 Sekolah Dasar Kota Yogyakarta dengan kategori mudah sejumlah 36 soal dengan persentase sebesar 48%, kategori sedang sejumlah 27 soal dengan persentase 36%, dan kategori sulit sejumlah 12 dengan persentase sebesar 16%, 2) Tingkat daya beda soal PTS mata pelajaran PJOK di 5 Sekolah Dasar Kota Yogyakarta dengan kategori sangat baik sebanyak 29 soal dengan persentase sebesar 38, 67%, soal baik sebanyak 5 soal dengan persentase sebesar 6,67%, soal perlu revisi sebanyak 10 soal dengan persentase 13,33%, dan soal tidak baik sejumlah 31 soal dengan persentase sebesar 41.33%. Guru pendidikan jasmani hendaknya menyajikan soal yang memenuhi kriteria yang baik dan layak digunakan berdasarkan analisis empirik, baik tingkat kesukaran dan daya beda soal.

The increase in the number of computer viruses can be modeled with a mathematical model of the spread of SEIR type of diseases with immunity probability. This study aims to model the pattern of the spread of computer viruses. The method used in this research is the analytical method with the probability of mathematical immunity. ABSTRAK Integrasi pembangkit listrik energi baru terbarukan ke jaringan listrik yang sudah ada dapat menyebabkan kenaikan arus gangguan, mengakibatkan peralatan proteksi yang ada tidak mampu untuk menangulanginya. Hal ini tentunya dapat menyebabkan kerusakan peralatan-peralatan listrik yang dilewati arus gangguan tersebut dan dapat mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam sistem penyaluran daya listrik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan studi penggunaan peralatan superconducting fault current limiter/SFCL untuk membatasi arus gangguan yang timbul pada jaringan tenaga listrik. Dengan cara memanfaatkan impedansi yang dimiliki oleh SFCL untuk menggerakan mechanical switch (fast switch) sehingga arus gangguan akan melewati current limiting reactor yang terhubung paralel dengan superconductor yang dapat bekerja kurang dari setengah siklus setelah terjadinya ganggun. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan beberapa skenario yaitu: 1. sistem tanpa integrasi pembangkit listrik energi baru terbarukan; 2. sistem dengan integrasi pembangkit listrik energi baru terbarukan; 3. sistem dengan integrasi pembangkit listrik energi baru terbarukan dan superconducting fault current limiter. Hasil pengujian skenario 3 menunjukan adanya penurunan arus gangguan yang semula sebesar I = 1,007 kA menjadi I = 0,278 kA dan nilai tegangan sistem yang semula turun sebesar Vrms = 0,856 pu naik menjadi Vrms = 0,96 pu. ABSTRACT The integration of new and renewable energy power plants into existing power grids can cause an increase in fault currents, rendering existing protective equipment unable to cope. This of course can result in damage to electrical equipment through which the disturbance current passes and can result in failure in the electrical power distribution system. This research will conduct a study on the use of superconducting fault current limiter equipment to limit the fault currents that appear in the power grid, by utilizing a very high impedance to drive the mechanical switch (fast switch) so that the fault current will pass through the current limiting reactor which is connected parallel to the superconductor. which can work for less than half a cycle after the disturbance. System testing is carried out with several scenarios, namely: 1. systems without integration of new renewable energy power plants, 2. systems with integration of new renewable energy power plants, 3. systems with integration of new renewable energy power plants and superconducting fault current limiter. The test results of scenario 3 showed a decrease in the fault current by the original I = 1,007 kA to I = 0.278 kA and the value of the system voltage that originally decreased by Vrms = 0.856 pu rose to Vrms = 0.96 pu

Abstrak PDAM Kabupaten Kupang dalam mengelola pelayanan air bersih kepada masyarakat Kota Kupang menghadapi tantangan dalam pelayanannya. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM adalah menyangkut tarif air minum. PDAM dalam menetapkan tarif selalu mengacu pada peraturan perundangan yang berlaku dengan pertimbangan tarif yang ada dapat memberikan keuntungan setelah biaya operasional dan pengembalian investasi. PDAM tidak pernah melakukan survey untuk mengetahui tingkat kesediaan konsumen dalam membayar tarif air minum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai Willingness To Pay (WTP) pelanggan air bersih golongan rumah tangga di Kota Kupang dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi WTP pelanggan air bersih golongan rumah tangga di Kota Kupang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kombinasi antara Area Sampling dan Proportionate Random Samplingdengan 250 responden. Metode valuasi kontingensi digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai WTP pelanggan air bersih. Nilai WTP pelanggan (individu) per bulan dalam membayar air bersih sebesar Rp. 145.489,46 sedangkan nilai total WTP untuk seluruh pelanggan PDAM Kabupaten Kupang golongan rumah tangga A (Rp 20.846 konsumen) per tahun sebesar Rp 36.394.479.684,00. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap WTP adalah tingkat pendapatan dan jumlah pemakaian air. Abstract PDAM Kabupaten Kupang to manage clean water service always face challenges in its service. One of the problems that PDAM often faces is the tariff of drinking water. The PDAM in determining the tariff always refers to the prevailing law and regulation with the consideration of the existing tariff can give profit after the operational cost and the return of investment. PDAM has never conducted a survey to find out how much the willingness of consumers in paying drinking water rates. This study aims to estimate the value of Willingness To Pay (WTP) of household clean water subscribers in Kupang City and to analyze the factors that significantly affect the WTP of household clean water subscribers in Kupang City. The research method used is descriptive survey method and sampling technique using a combination of sampling area and proportionate random sampling with 250 respondents. Contingency valuation method is used to know the value of PAP of clean water customer. WTP value of customer (individual) per month in paying clean water Rp. 145,489.46 while the total value of WTP for all customers of PDAM Kabupaten Kupang household class A (20,846 consumers) per year amounted to 36.394.479.684,00. Factors that have significant effect on the PAP are the level of income and the amount of water consumption.

Penelitian ini mengkaji pokok pokok permasalahan sesuai dengan ruang lingkup dan identifikasi masalah melalui Pendekatan Yuridis Normatif dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif analitis. Perlindungan hukum adalah upaya untuk menaungi hak asasi manusia yang telah dirugikan serta memberikan rasa aman kepada saksi dan/atau korban. Melalui pemberian restitusi, kompensasi, pelayanan medis dan bantuan hukum adalah merupakan perlindungan hukum korban kejahatan yang terjadi dalam lingkup masyarakat. Bentuk perlindungan hukum pelayanan medis di Rumah Sakit Umum terhadap pasien dalam hal perlindungan pasien, berhubungan dengan tindakan medis, tenaga kesehatan akan menyampaikan pemahaman terhadap pasien terlebih dahulu. Pelaksanaan penerapan pelayanan medis di Rumah Sakit Umum berdasarkan hukum positif yang telah diterapkan di Rumah Sakit dalam memenuhi hak hak pasien tersebut yang dilakukan dengan penuh komitmen dan sesuai tugas dan fungsi pada umum nya dalam mengayomi masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengkaji sejauh mana perlindungan hukum terhadap pasien dalam pelayanan medis serta pelaksanaan medis beerdasarkan hukum positif tersebut dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum.

In distribution activities, travel time is influenced by several factors, such as vehicle conditions, traffic conditions and road conditions. Uncertain traffic conditions cause the travel time can not be defined with certainty (uncertain). If several variables are in a uncertain condition then a deterministic approach is not appropriate. Fuzzy approach, can be used to overcome uncertainty conditions. In this study, the optimal route for chicken egg delivery using the fuzzy Multiobjective Cyclical Inventory Routing Problem (FMOCIRP) model with time and cost is expressed by triangular fuzzy numbers. Model completion using Winqsb software. An optimal shipping route is obtained with a total cost of Rp 114,000 and a total delivery time of 132 minutes. The first optimal delivery route is distributor, retailer 1, retailer 2, retailer 3 and back to the distributor. The second route is distributor, retailer 5, retailer 4 and back to the distributor.

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain data empirically about the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (SLM) program in elementary schools in Tangerang City and Regency, Banten Indonesia. It discusses how far the SLM program has been implemented and what obstacles have been experienced in implementing it in the level of elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research located at SDN Jurumudi 2, SDN Gempol Sari, SDN Sudimara Timur 5, SDN Ciakar, dan SDS Mutiara Hati Tangerang. Subjects were principals, teachers and students. The research instruments used are interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SLM program in elementary schools in Kota and Kabupaten Tangerang is merely at the habituation stage. Therefore, the implementation of the SLM program in primary schools needs to be improved through comprehensive and sustainable socialization and assistance in order to achieve the objectives of the SLM program. Introduction. Breast cancer is the most prominent cancer and causing death in women. Treatment of breast cancer requires immunohistochemistry (IHC) to determine prognostic and predictive and imaging tests to determine staging. However, currently in Indonesia only 17 hospital can conduct IHC test. RSUD Kota Bogor like other Type B Hospital have no IHC test facilities. To fullfil that test, it’s important to refer patient to referal hospital. Because of limitation there are patients who did not do IHC test and continued get anthracycline chemotherapy. The objective of this research is to find out immunohistochemistry profile of breast cancer patients who received anthracycline-based chemotherapy in RSUD Kota Bogor. Methods. A descriptive retrospective study by collecting the breast cancer patients medical records was done since January 2014 to December 2017 in RSUD Kota Bogor. Results. Total of 174 subjects were include in this study which consist of 84 subjects (48%) with IHC test and 90 subjects (52%) without IHC test. The immunohistochemistry profile of breast cancer patients who received anthracycline-based chemotherapy since January 2014 to December 2017 in RSUD Kota Bogor were luminal type (64%), HER2-enriched (18%), and TNBC (18%). Conclusion. Luminal type is the most molecular subtypes in breast cancer patients who received anthracycline-based chemotherapy in RSUD Kota Bogor. However, because of limitation, since January 2014 to December 2017 only 48% of breast cancer patient that get anthracyclin chemotherapy who got IHC test in RSUD Kota Bogor.

Yulis’s home industry is one of the Small and Medium Bussiness (UKM) on Palembang city. Yulis’s home industry produces bolu kukus, kue lapis, kue pare, kumbu kacang, srikaya, and wajik. Most of cakes that will be produced by Yuli is still based on the cake sale on the last day, so that the profit is still not optimal condition. This research aims to create preemptive priority additive approach to Fuzzy Goal Programming Probabilistic (PFGP) model with Pareto distribution for maximize profits, minimize the production of perishable cake, and maximize best sellers cake. The results are obtained maximum profit is Rp. 8.488.569 on a week , the amount of perishable cake is 1,295 pieces on a week, and optimal production for best seller cake as much as 8,489 pieces on a week.

Leucocytozoonosis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menyebabkan kerugian yang besar dalam industri peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan intensitas infeksi Leucocytozoon sp. pada ayam buras di Bukit Jimbaran, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan berupa darah dari 100 ekor ayam buras yang berasal dari Bukit Jimbaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa pembuatan preparat ulas darah tipis dengan pewarnaan Giemsa 10% dan pemeriksaan secara mikroskopis. Parameter yang diukur adalah ada tidaknya Leucocytozoon sp. pada preparat ulas darah tipis dan menghitung jumlah Leucocytozoon sp. pada sampel yang positif per 100 sel darah merah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan prevalensi infeksi Leucocytozoon sp. dianalisis menggunakan analisis Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 31% sampel terinfeksi Leucocytozoon sp. dengan intensitas infeksi 1 – 3 parasit per 100 sel darah merah. Jenis kelamin tidak berhubungan dengan prevalensi infeksi Leucocytozoon sp. pada ayam buras.

The Direct-Instruction model which is still widely used in the learning of software modeling in higher education places more emphasis on classroom interactions initiated by the teacher. Generally, it only involves a small portion of student-to-student interaction. The direct learning systems that depend on the reflection ability of instructors only provide few opportunities for students to be actively involved in the learning process. Thus, it is different from software modeling which emphasizes Student-Centered Learning. Consequently, learning becomes ineffective and students cannot reach the minimum competency standard stated in the learning design. This paper proposes a Problem-Based Learning model that is integrated in software modeling learning at three segments: Curriculum segment, emphasizing the use of problems as the starting point of student learning; group segment, emphasizing collaboration systems (group discussion-based-learning); and student segment, stressing the Student-Directed Learning (SDL) system. The effectiveness test results show that the application of the PBL model in 3 segments (Curriculum, Individual, Group) in the learning design of Software Modeling, is effective in increasing the level of student mastery of a particular topic.

Two clones of N1 gene derived from isolate A/Dk/Tangerang/Bbalitvet-ACIAR-TE11/2007 (H5N1) exhibit single mismatch of amino acid sequence at position 242 that is threonine and methionine for the clone #3 and #5, respectively. In order to evaluate the effect of the amino acid substitution, these clones were inserted into two different expression vectors that are pEGFP-C1 and pcDNA-3.3 TOPO® TA cloning. Subsequently, the respective recombinant clones were transfected into eukaryotic cells, including CEF, RK13 and VERO using Lipofectamine ‘plus’ reagent. As a result, the clone #3 retaining atypical sequence showed lower expression level rather than the clone #15 in both vectors and all type of cells. The 3D conformational modelling revealed that the mutation occurs in the inner part of glycoprotein embedded within envelope or matrix. Therefore, the missense mutation seems has no effect on the antigenic properties of neuraminidase but this substitution by any means causes lethal mutagenesis in the individual gene expression by reducing level of protein transcript.

Two clones of N1 gene derived from isolate A/Dk/Tangerang/Bbalitvet-ACIAR-TE11/2007 (H5N1) exhibit single mismatch of amino acid sequence at position 242 that is threonine and methionine for the clone #3 and #5, respectively. In order to evaluate the effect of the amino acid substitution, these clones were inserted into two different expression vectors that are pEGFP-C1 and pcDNA-3.3 TOPO® TA cloning. Subsequently, the respective recombinant clones were transfected into eukaryotic cells, including CEF, RK13 and VERO using Lipofectamine ‘plus’ reagent. As a result, the clone #3 retaining atypical sequence showed lower expression level rather than the clone #15 in both vectors and all type of cells. The 3D conformational modelling revealed that the mutation occurs in the inner part of glycoprotein embedded within envelope or matrix. Therefore, the missense mutation seems has no effect on the antigenic properties of neuraminidase but this substitution by any means causes lethal mutagenesis in the individual gene expression by reducing level of protein transcript.

Karaginan adalah koloid hidrofilik yang diperlukan secara komersial dan materialnya terdapat dalam beberapa spesies rumput laut merah (Rhodophyta) termasuk didalamnya Kappaphycus alvarezii. Karaginan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku untuk industri farmasi, kosmetik, makanan, pembentuk gel, bahan pengikat, bahan pengemulsi dan bahan penstabil. Kualitas karaginan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, satu di antaranya adalah umur panen dari rumput laut, yang berkaitan dengan lokasi dan parameter lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan satu faktor utama yaitu umur panen dengan 4 taraf, yaitu 40, 45, 50, dan 55 hari. Data hasil pengamatan diolah dengan analisis ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda Duncan. Karaginan terbaik yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah yang diekstrak dari rumput laut dengan umur panen 50 hari. Karakteristik fisiko-kimia yang dihasilkan dari karaginan terbaik yaitu kekuatan gel 330 g/cm2, viskositas 30,73 cP, titik jendal 33,20oC, titik leleh 43,50oC, derajat putih 38,36%, kadar air 10,86%, kadar abu 22,76%, kadar abu tidak larut asam 0,88%, dan kadar sulfat 27,43%.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect Employee Organizational Commitment at the Human Resources Development Training Center-BPPK Ministry of Finance. The method used in this research is quantitative method with data analysis methods including validity test, reliability test and SmartPLS analysis. While the data collection method in this study used a questionnaire involving all staff of the PSDM-BPPK Ministry of Finance Education and Training. The results of this study prove that retention management has not had a significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment, but has a significant effect on organizational commitment and employee satisfaction as a mediating / intervening variable. Employee satisfaction itself has a direct and significant effect on employee organizational commitment.

Saat ini pemerintah mewajibkan seluruh siswa, bahkan mahasiswa untuk belajar jarak jauh (daring) yang dilakukan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu bentuk upaya mencegah penularan Covid-19 agar pendidikan di Indonesia dapat terus berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Perlunya penguasaann teknologi perlu dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dan dosen yang mana dalam hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiwa terlebih dosen yang biasanya kurang memahami teknologi terlebih dosen-dosen yang sudah berusia lanjut. Adanya pembelajaran secara online mengharuskan mahasiwa maupun mahasiswi mengumpulkan tugas secara online pula hal ini tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa presentsi dilakukan secara virtual. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara secara langsung dimana dengan menanyakan pertanyaan kepada para mahasiswa terkait presentasi secara online. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa proses perkuliahan daring berjalan cukup baik. Beberapa kendala diantaranya banyak menghabiskan kuota serta jaringan internet lemah. Proses perkuliahan masih perlu untuk terus dioptimalkan dan perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi demi perbaikan perkuliahan daring pada periode berikutnya.

Fasilitas kesehatan merupakan hal yang paling dasar dari kesehtan untuk membantu masyarakat memperoleh layanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan data dari kementrian kesehatan di tahun 2017, fasilitas kesehatan di provinsi indonesia, terdapat 34 provinsi yang menjadi objek penelitian. Two Step Cluster (TSC) adalah metode yang dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah skala pengukuran yang berbeda dalam hal ini bertipe kontinu dan kategorik. Dalam penelitian ini TSC digunakan untuk mengelompokkan provinsi di indonesia berdasarkan fasilitas kesehatan. Hasil dari TSC didapatkan 3 pengelompokkan yaitu Kelompok 1 memiliki 4 provinsi dengan frekuensi jumlah klinik, jumlah dokter umum, jumlah bidan, keberadaan tenaga terapi fisik dan keberadaan teknisi medis. Kelompok 2 memiliki 12 provinsi, dimana untuk frekuensi terapi fisik tidak ada provinsi yang tidak mempunyai tenaga terapi fisik, dan 12 provinsi yang mempunyai tenaga terapi fisik sedangkan untuk frekuensi teknisi medis tidak ada provinsi yang tidak mempunyai tenaga teknisi medis dan 12 provinsi yang mempunyai tenaga teknisi medis. Sedangkan Kelompok 3 memiliki 18 provinsi dengan frekuensi jumlah puskesmas, jumlah klinik, jumlah dokter umum, jumlah tenaga kefarmasian, keberadaan tenaga terapi fisik dan keberadaan teknisi medis.

Penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD) telah menjadi penyakit endemik di kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Angka kejadian DBD merupakan data diskrit (count) yang mengikuti distribusi Poisson. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan pengaruh iklim terhadap angka kejadian DBD menggunakan metode regresi Poisson. Masalah overdispersi sering ditemukan dalam regresi poisson, dimana nilai ekspektasi tidak sama dengan nilai variannya seperti yang disyaratkan dalam regresi poisson. Selanjutnya untuk menangani masalah overdispersi yang terjadi pada regresi poisson dilakukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan beberapa model regresi lain yaitu model Regresi Negative Binomial, Zero-Truncated Poisson dan Zero-Truncated Negative Binomial. Model terpilih dengan kriteria terbaik adalah Negative Binomial. Pada Negative Binomial hanya peubah rataan kelembapan per tahun yang memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap jumlah penderita penyakit DBD di Kota Bogor pada tahun 2013-2019 pada taraf nyata 5%. Peubah rataan suhu rata-rata dan peubah jumlah curah hujan memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap jumlah penderita penyakit DBD di Kota Bogor pada taraf nyata 15%.

This study seeks (1) to explore local government strategies in selecting personnel for strategic positions; (2) studying the role of the RPA (Regional Personnel Agency) in carrying out the Decency and Appropriateness Test of personnel applying for the "Position Auction"; (3) studying the role of the Sekwilda in conducting the fit and proper test; (4) searching for the fit and proper test models according to local characteristics. The agenda for improving Indonesia's public sector becomes a necessity if it is linked to developments and current demands, such as good governance, professionalism, transparency, accountability, ethical and moral enforcement in the delivery of public services (Milakovich and Gordon, 2007 in Nurprojo, 2014). The improvement of the Indonesian bureaucracy through the enactment of the State Civil Apparatus Law is expected to be able to realize a better Indonesian bureaucracy through the performance of professional civil servants based on competence and competition by establishing a merit system in State Civil Apparatus management. This study uses a qualitative paradigm by relying on researchers as data collectors through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. In-depth interviews were conducted with local elites (Head of the Regional Personnel Agency, Staff of the Regional Personnel Agency, Members of the Regional People's Representative Council, Members of the Selection Committee, Non-Governmental Organizations, the media and intellectuals) who were concerned with local governance. This is done to determine the implementation of the propriety test and due diligence in the context of filling strategic positions in the regions.

Paul's historical aspects relating to his background in life and education since childhood have had a great impact on Paul's theological mindset and concepts before and after his conversion. Pauline scholars gave much attention to early education in Tarsus and in Jerusalem which later made Saul a respected rabbi Pharisee. The Apostle Paul, formerly known as Saul of Tarsus, grew up in a Hellenistic environment and used Greek, which was commonly used in the Roman empire. His Hellenistic and Jewish background of life and education became the main emphasis in this article. Saul was radically changed by God after his conversion on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:4); however, this article focuses on Paul’s childhood and education in detail in order to understand the Hellenistic and Judaic influence in his theology

ABSTRAK Sungai Cisangkuy merupakan bagian dari anak sungai Citarum Hulu yang terdapat di kawasan Cekungan Bandung, yang melewati wilayah administrasi Kabupaten Bandung. Aktivitas manusia seperti kegiatan pertanian mempengaruhi kualitas air yaitu berpotensi memberikan beban pencemaran BOD, TSS, Total N dan Total P di Sungai Cisangkuy. Penelitian tentang beban pencemaran dilakukan karena tidak tersedianya informasi mengenai daya tampung beban pencemaran dari sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah beban pencemaran yang masuk ke Sungai Cisangkuy, sehingga melalui penelitian ini akan diketahui besaran beban pencemaran yang masuk ke Sungai Cisangkuy khususnya dari sektor pertanian. Analisis kualitas air dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode indeks pencemaran. Perhitungan potensi beban pencemaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan faktor emisi. Beban pencemaran eksisting kemudian dibandingkan dengan beban pencemaran maksimum yang digunakan sebagai baku mutu daya tampung beban pencemaran sungai. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa trend pencemaran sungai Cisangkuy cenderung meningkat dari tahun 2012-2015. Indeks Pencemaran Sungai Cisangkuy masuk dalam kategori Cemar Sedang dengan nilai 7,07, dan beban pencemaran total dari sektor pertanian bernilai 1,55 ton/hari. Kata kunci: Cisangkuy, Indeks Pencemaran, Pertanian, Beban Pencemaran ABSTRACT Cisangkuy River is part of the upstream Citarum tributary in the area of Bandung Basin, which passes the administrative area of Bandung regency. Human activities such as agricultural activities affect the quality of water that potentially provide pollution load BOD, TSS, Total N and Total P in the Cisangkuy River. Research on pollution load is needed because the inavailability of information about pollution load capacity from agriculture sector. This study aims to determine the amount of pollution load being discharged into the Cisangkuy River from agricultural sector. Water quality analysis is done by using pollution index method. Calculation of potential pollution load is done by using the emission factor approach. Existing pollution loads are then compared with the maximum pollution loads used as the quality standard of river pollution load capacity. The results show that pollution of the river Cisangkuy tends to increase from the year 2012-2015. The Cisangkuy River Pollution Index is categorized as 7.07, and the total pollution load from the agricultural sector is 1.55 tons / day.
