Through the perspective of differential equations, the report "Rocket Science Unveiled" explores the amazing invention of rocket propulsion. In order to study, comprehend, and forecast the behavior of rocket engines, differential equations are essential. In order to better understand and analyze this intricate anomaly, the report aims to investigate the underlying mathematics of rocket propulsion and how differential equations work. We apply the differential equation to clarify the fuel consumption and thrust generation rates. In addition, we utilize Newton's rule of motion to explain the relationship among thrust, mass, and acceleration. Working on this study allowed us to discover the anticipated outcome for both position location and spacecraft position determination. For iterative operations, we used Euler's approach because the analytical calculation of differential equations is complicated, we used Euler's method for iterative operations. Knowing the rocket's initial or previous value allows us to locate or establish its placements with ease.

This study focused on the interplay of control levers and organizational learning as well as the impact of Management Control Systems (MCS) on firm performance in Nepalese Commercial Banks. The study aims to examine the relationships between MCS levers (belief, boundary, diagnostic, interactive) and firm performance and assess the mediating role of organizational learning in this relationship. The study was done using descriptive and causal-comparative design, where a survey was carried out by deriving the responses from the employees of various commercial banks in Kathmandu. The findings of the study highlighted the significant correlations between MCS, organizational learning, and performance, highlighting MCS as a key tool for enhancing performance in the Banking sector. This study acknowledges limitations such as focusing only on Kathmandu and suggests future research to expand geographically and explore other sectors for broader applicability. Keywords: Management Control Systems, Levers of Control, Organizational Learning, Banking Sector.e other sectors for broader applicability.

Differential equations are a fundamental and versatile mathematical tool that finds widespread application across diverse academic disciplines, from physics and biology to economics and engineering. The primary objectives of this report are to demonstrate the application of differential equations in stellar evolution, construct a mathematical model to demonstrate nuclear reactions in a star, and illustrate energy transport within a star. Triangulation was used to prepare this report, with literature studies being the primary method. This study includes several documents and field data analyzed using qualitative research. Through research and observations, two hypothetical case studies illustrate the indispensable application of differential equations in modeling energy transport and nuclear reactions within stars through which the value of luminosity was calculated in a particular star due to both radiative energy transport and convective energy transport while in another star, the helium abundance in the core was estimated to approach a value of 1.195*1077. These differential equations are not only limited to the growth of a lead but also have broader applications that are essential for understanding the chemical composition of the universe and its prolonged evolution. The report also underscores the enduring importance of differential equations in advancing our understanding of the cosmos and their vital role in space exploration and technological innovations.

Finance ,HG1-9999 - Abstract
This study aims to see how insurance products are developed by life insurance companies operating in Sri Lanka, providing products that are acceptable in the markets where they operate. The essence of this paper is to highlight the ability of direct communication between the insured and the insurer through digital transformation and in facilitating direct (premium payment) transactions between the insured and the insurer through their respective banks. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive methods. The research results show that insurance plays a major role in developing life insurance products and is a liaison between the insurer and the insured and in certain cases a facilitator to collect premiums on behalf of the insurer. In this present study, Nickel oxide (NiO) nanoparticles (NPs) have been synthesized using the hydrothermal method and characterized using powder X-ray Diffraction (XRD), UV-vis and Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) spectroscopies, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Energy-Dispersive X-ray (EDX) methods. The result of the characterization indicates that the synthesized sample has a pure cubic phase of NiO with roughly spherical shape morphologies and respective estimated crystallinity and microstrain values of about 78% and 5.1. Test of the photocatalytic activity of the synthesized sample towards the model contaminant dye methylene blue (MB) shows a degradation efficiency of 46% in a period of 2 h under nature sunlight irradiation at natural pH and that the reaction could satisfactorily describe both pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models. So, this synthesis method may potentially be used for the effective elimination of toxic organic pollutants from water and wastewater over prolonged exposure under natural sunlight without adding any oxidant or adjusting the pH of the reaction medium. tio2 ,heterogeneous photocatalysis ,organic pollutants ,toxic heavy metal ion ,wastewater treatment ,Chemical engineering ,TP155-156 - Abstract
The hazardous toxicity of dye materials, even in low concentrations, harms ecological systems. It releases a large number of contaminants into the water, resulting as waste water. Dyes prevent the process of photosynthesis by obstructing light passage, lowers the oxygen levels dissolved in the water. Also, a good number of the dyes and heavy metals are carcinogenic and mutagenic to human beings. Heterogeneous photocatalysis is a promising technology for removing organic, inorganic, and microbial pollutants from water and wastewater. It is preferable to other conventional wastewater treatment approaches due to its benefit, such as low cost, environmental friendliness, ability to proceed at ambient temperature and pressure conditions, and to completely degrade pollutants into environmentally safe products with suitable measures. The titanium oxide (TiO2) is one of the most promising material that has gained enormous importance in the field of energy and environmental applications. The unique physicochemical properties of TiO2 make it one of the best candidates among existing photocatalysts. This review provides an overview of strategies employed to augment its catalytic performance as well as the impact of different operational parameters on the removal proficiency of various organic and inorganic pollutants in water and wastewater treatment.
