Evaluation of the education quality in Indonesia, especially in Vocational High Schools (VHS), carried out through the Presidential Instruction 2016. The implementation of these instructions is not easy because of the different characteristics of each region both geographically and socio-culturally. This study aims to analyze related to the mapping of the characteristics of the quality of vocational education from 34 provinces in Indonesia. The methods used are correspondence analysis, biplot analysis, and cluster analysis which are multivariate statistical analysis methods. The correspondence analysis results show that there are differences in the characteristics of the quality of vocational education from each province based on school accreditation. The biplot analysis show that Teacher Quality is greatest diversity variable compared to other variables. In addition, the provinces of Aceh, East Nusa Tenggara, West Sulawesi and Central Kalimantan have a quality score below the average and are dominated by non-accredited VHSs based on the results of the analysis. The k-means cluster analysis with 4 optimal clusters gives the result that cluster 2 is the cluster with the best quality value while cluster 4 is the cluster with the lowest quality value. Three analytical concluded that provinces with very good quality scores such as DKI Jakarta, Bali and DI Yogyakarta can be used as pilot provinces for other provinces. Meanwhile, provinces with VHS quality scores below the provincial average as a whole should receive attention in order to further improve the quality of their VHSs

High yield potential (more than 8 ton ha-1), resistant to pest and disease, adaptive to specific or broad environment and good palatability are among rice traits preferred by farmers and consumers. In order to develop such superior rice, yield testing at different agro-climates for some promising lines bred is necessary. This study aimed to examine selected rice genotypes in two different environments, namely Indramayu (9m asl) and Jatinangor (752m asl) and to obtain environment factors affecting the plant trait variation. The experiment was conducted during dry season with fifteen F5 genotypes, arranged in an augmented design. Based on Least Significant Increase (LSI), genotypes showing better performance than checks were SP87-1-1 on number of productive tillers and total grain weight, SP73-3-1 on panicle length, total grain weight, and weight of 1000 grains. Meanwhile, SP46-4-1 and SP87-4-1 showed better number of filled grains than checks in Indramayu. There was no genotype performing higher number of empty grains than that of the checks. Based on the Principal Component Analysis (PCA), altitude contributed to high variation of plant traits. SP87-1-1 and SP73-3-1 are recommended to be grown in medium and lowland ecosystems because they have high productivity in both environments.

Soybean in Indonesia is grown in diverse agro-ecological environments. The performance of soybean yield often varies due to significant genotype × environment interaction (GEI), therefore the yield stability of performance is an important consideration in the breeding program. The aim of the research was to exploring the GEI pattern and yield stability of soybean promising lines in the tropics using GGE (Genotype and Genotype by Environment Interaction) biplot method. A total of 16 soybean promising lines were evaluated in ten environments during 2016 growing season. The experiment was arranged in a randomized completely block design with four replicates. The analysis of variance revealed that environments (E) explained the highest percentage of variation (51.45%), meanwhile the genotypes (G) and genotype × environment interactions (GEI) contributed for 3.24%, and 14.59% of the total variation, respectively. Seed yield of 16 soybean promising lines ranged from 2.41 to 2.83 t.ha-1 with an average of 2.74 t.ha-1. Joint effects of genotype and interaction (G+GE) which was partitioned using GGE biplot analysis showed that the first two components were significant, explaining 60.88% (37.89% PC1 and 22.98% PC2) of the GGE sum of squares. Indonesia can be divided into at least four putative mega environments for soybean production. The GGE biplot identified G10 as high yielding and stable promising line, thus recommended to be developed in multi-environment in tropical regions of Indonesia.

In this research bootstrap methods are used to determine the points inference of biplot figures on the analysis of AMMI. If the environmental factors are assumed to be random factors, then Mixed AMMI is used as a model of analysis. In the analysis of the stabilit, the main components score interaction used are KUI1 and KUI2. The purpose of this study is to determine the Biplot figures based on two scores these are KUI with the greatest diversity of Mixed AMMI models and the points inference by using the bootstrap method. The stable genotypes obtained from biplot AMMI2 are G1, G5, and G6. Based on points inference of each genotype, G1 and G5 can be regarded as the most stable genotype. This is because the distribution of G1 and G5 are the closest to the center point (0,0) and both of them have a small radius.

Education is one of the important aspect of society life which have served to increase the quality of life. School is one place to obtain formal education. Currently, there are many schools in the city of Denpasar as the increasing number of students compared with the past. Various advantages and strengths of these schools are often used as a material consideration by parents whose children will continue their school to senior high school level. The information regarding the comparison between schools will be able to assist parents in choosing schools for their children. This study aims to analyze the relative posisition among senior high school in Denpasar, especially among state high school and private high school. Based on the analysis of biplot using eleven variables. The analysis results obtained five groups of objects with specific variables within each group.

Isotonic beverages is a drink that has a composition and the same osmotic pressure of body fluids. One of isotonic fluid and electrolyte replacement for the missing body. The main properties caused by consuming isotonic drinks, among others, to restore power after the move which can be exhausting. Denpasar City community largely has activities/jobs that drain a lot of energy. This condition is asufficient condition for both the isotonic beverage market and have many opportunities to promote its products to the city of Denpasar. Therefore, in this study wanted to know the competition some isotonic drinks brands with a range of variables examined in this case represented the city of Denpasar with Multidimensional Scaling Analysis and using Biplot Analysis of the perceptual mapping.

Provenance trials is one of planting test activities aimed at finding the best provenance in a certain area of forest plantations. The best provenances can be used for establishing the seed sources in the location. The objective of this research was to identify the character or trait performed in every provenance of A. mangium to the observed variable and to see the relation between variables in order to find the potential provenances that can be developed as seed sources. Provenance trials stand as an object for this research was planted in 1995 in Parung Panjang Forest Research Area with Completely Random Block Design. The spacing in planting between trees was 3 metres located at 3 blocks. Number of provenances to be observed were 15 provenance. In every provenance was taken 5 trees sample randomly that equal to 75 trees in each block as representave of every provenance. Totally the sample trees was 225 trees from the 3 blocks. The variables to be observed in this research were tree height (X1), clear bole (X2), tree diameter (X3), tree volume (X4), stem form (X5), branching system (X6), dan bentuk tajuk (X7). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biplot dan korespondensi.
