The orographic and natural conditions, together with small towns’ cultural, heritage and industrial conditions, have become the landscape of relationships between spaces where silence, slowing down and acceleration define the urban and human imaginary of these transversal territories. Although very different from each other in terms of topographical location, traditions and cultural and linguistic specificities, it is possible to find constants of criticality and potential. This essay illustrates new readings and settles meanings to initiate a collaborative work in Sicily and Spain along the Trasversale Sicula and in the mining landscape of the Minas de La Reunión in the province of Seville. Here, it is possible to combine material and immaterial imaginaries that find the ideal setting in the rural and industrial small towns to start again from what remains and from the potential given by the generations in comparison.

PALABRAS CLAVE: Corte, retrato, España, Diego Velázquez, Lope de Vega.--The review of the published sources about the Italian painter Francisco Ginete, working in Madrid during the early 17 th century, and about the painter known as Francisco Juanete, working in the service of the Dukes of Medina Sidonia between 1604 and 1638, as well as their confronting, lets to conclude that they were the same person. Consequently, this study offers a first biography about this artists and gathers new and dispersed data that help to define more clearly the figure of a courtesan artist, a close to painters like Velázquez, Vicente Carducho and Angelo Nardi.KEYWORDS: Portrait, court, Spain, Diego Velázquez, Lope de Vega

Geography (General) ,G1-922 - Abstract
The paper is part of a research project carried forward during the past seven years, with the participation of parts of the local community, of students and of professors and more recently with the collaboration of Corporación Sueños Films (and of the «Ojo al Sancocho» film festival promoted by this latter Association); this Association acts as intermediary for the safe access to Localidad 19, Ciudad Bolívar, Bogotá D.C., which is considered unsafe even by the police. Research on the identification of popular habitat has been performed for many years; strategies have been suggested for the implementation of these researches in the development of popular neighborhoods, complemented by the «IAP» process (in English «Research, Action and Participation»), with help from students of architecture and of industrial design and of popular communities. This proposal suggests a strategy for the integrated improvement of habitat incorporating issues of productive residence, of equipment and of public space for informal peripheral neighborhoods, based on the development of a qualitative research performed with participation of students, of experts both from the public and private sectors and of neighborhood communities. This exercise – conceives as an academic contribution to the habitational deficit – has tried to follow the inhabitants of Manitas neighborhood who are involved in the future construction of the Ciudad Bolívar cablecar, so as to give space to future projects and to real «research, action and participation» proposals, incorporating new strategies for social housing based on what is known as Vivienda en Altura Progresiva por Autoconstrucción y Productiva (VAP+A+p, «High-rise, progressive, self-built and productive housing»).

The Plenary of the Congress of Deputies on 18 March 2021 passed the Euthanasia Law (LORE), with 198 in favor and 142 against, presented by the Socialist Parliamentary Group. This law is a significant advance for the recognition of individual rights and, specifically, of personal autonomy, insofar as it recognizes the right of competent persons who are in a situation of «serious and incurable disease» or who suffer from a «serious, chronic and incapacitated condition» to receive medical help, both active and by omission, to die. The proposal contains aspects that may be controversial. However, the law deserves a positive overall assessment. VOX has already announced the presentation of an appeal of unconstitutionality.

Lo stesso discorso si può fare per i principali insediamenti eneolitici., At least from the so-called Late Neolithic (around 4000 BC) a process of differentiation between the settlements begins in Iberian South-east. Changes in settlement pattern were accompanied by an important and progressive increase in social diversification linked to dynamics of differential accumulation of wealth and control of labour force. From the Chalcolithic (3300 BC) some settlements, in particular Los Millares (Santa Fe de Mondújar, Almeria), allow us to observe within them the processes of spatial segregation with different lines of walls, specialized areas and metallurgical workshops, as well as evidence on differential consumption of farming products and exotic and prestigious items. These differences extend to the funeral ritual and are also expressed in the emphasis on territorial control through the dispersion of megaliths and hill-forts. Between the Early and Late Bronze Age (2150- 1350 BC), with the development of the Argar culture, not only the emphasis on territorial control is extended, with the dispersion of well defended settlements placed on high positions, and spatial segregation is more evident not only in political centers such as La Bastida (Totana, Murcia) but also in small villages. In fact, even in small villages, as shown by the analysis of the Castellón Alto (Galera, Granada), a complex urban agglomeration develops with houses with more rooms for different activities, street and water supplies infrastructures and separate areas for the elite, especially in the highest areas (acropolis). The custom of burying the dead under the houses also facilitates the identification of the social level of the inhabitants of each area inside the settlements. Links between the elites help us to assess that this process of urbanization is anyway related to keep only some sites as the ideological and political centers (cities) where main elites reproduce the class system, as can be said also by main Chalcolithic settlements., Al menos desde el denominado Neolítico Tardío (alrededor de 4000 cal AC) en el sudeste de Península Ibérica comienza un proceso de diferenciación entre los asentamientos que acompaña un importante y progresivo proceso de jerarquización social relacionado con dinámica de acumulación diferencial de riqueza y la necesidad de reproducir la situación controlando la fuerza de trabajo.
