Following in the footsteps of his colleagues and friends of OBĖRIU, Oleinikov created a personal style of poetry and is considered a versatile author who worked as a poet, journalist, and children’s writer. Furthermore, he dedicated himself to cinema and theatre and developed a passion for mathematics, science and philosophy. This article consists of a concise overview of Oleinikov’s biography and poetry with special focus on a selection of poems dedicated to women. The aim of this article is to draw attention to his epigrams, toasts, and poems in which the author pretends to be a desperate lover or a vain suitor, wearing one of his most famous masks, the heartbreaker, in an ironic and comical treatment of romantic love.

The international nature of ICOMOS' actions in the context of knowledge and preservation, brings with it the contact between material productions of civilities far from each other both in time and space, the in-depth study of each one of these, the knowledge and assimilation of a wide spectrum of material cultures, techniques of building, images. This multicultural approach, since its very beginning, went along with a large debate over the theme of veracity, which is central in the Carta di Venezia, but interpreted in multiple ways over the years and in multiple places, leading to the development of a sort of worldwide catalogue of techniques and forms in which the human heritage is built. Without it, recovery and conservation operations would be unimaginable or, at best, vague or tempering, since they would not be carried according to techniques and methods proper of the artefacts. In this way it is built a net of relationships between local heritages that influences not only the culture of conservation but also its evolution, the major expression of which is the formation of the World Heritage List. In Italy, black pine has been largely used in reforestation projects in the past. Most of these reforestations are characterized by a high instability, vulnerability, and a limited resistance to atmospheric agents. In this situation, it is crucial to define silvicultural interventions able to increase the ecological stability of black pine stands and at the same time to guarantee the economic sustainability of the wood products obtained. Thinning in black pine forests can provide wood material for energy use. The main aim of the present study was to investigate the economic sustainability of a local wood-energy supply chain applying three different forest management options. The case study was Monte Morello forest, a degraded black pine forest located in Central Italy. The results show that the long-term economic sustainability of the wood-energy supply chain is ensured only when the use of bio-fuel is characterized by high energy efficiency. In addition, the results show that public contributions are fundamental to ensure that silvicultural interventions are realized with a positive economic balance and that to surmount this situation many loggings companies are organizing. Finally, the results highlighted the importance of the quantities of thermal energy sold to ensure the economic and environmental efficiency of the wood-energy supply chain.

L’autore analizza l’origine e il significato dell’espressione ‘Etica della Differenza Sessuale’ (EDS); contestualizzandola nel paradigma del ‘Pensiero della Differenza Sessuale’ (PDS), del quale vengono evidenziate potenzialità e aporie emerse nel dibattito interno al femminismo. Vengono poi illustrate e valutate alcune possibili interpretazioni di tale etica sviluppatesi nel contesto filosofico italiano. L’autore propone un confronto critico con altri modelli, ad esempio le teorie queer, cercando di far emergere come il pensiero della differenza sessuale si apra alla destabilizzazione prodotta dall’emergere di nuovi soggetti (gay e lesbiche, transessuali, intersessuali) e le relative conoscenze scientifiche. Viene quindi proposto l’aggiornamento al plurale ‘Etica delle Differenze Sessuali’ elencando quali possano essere le assunzioni metodologiche, contenutistiche (tra cui l’elaborazione di un modello relazionale in tutte le discipline scientifiche) e le declinazioni disciplinari (anche in ambito psicoanalitico) di un’etica così definita. Con un riferimento concreto alla discussione sulla cosiddetta ‘ideologia gender’, nella quale i protagonisti hanno spesso mostrato una certa difficoltà a implementare un’etica delle differenze.

In recent years several antibodies against citrullinated peptides (ACPAs) have been identified in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and their pathogenic, diagnostic and prognostic significance is under intense investigation. Among ACPAs, those targeting citrullinated alpha enolase (anti-CEP1) have been identified in RA but data about their ability to predict the development of erosive disease are conflicting. Furthermore, no data are currently available concerning their possible association with extra-articular manifestations (EAMs) in RA. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence and significance of anti-CEP1 from a prognostic point of view. In this pilot study we confirmed that anti-CEP1 Abs are associated with higher prevalence of bone erosions, but we also provided the first evidence of an association between anti-CEP1 Abs and RA interstitial lung disease (ILD). These results provide the basis to investigate the association between anti-CEP1 Abs and EAMs in larger cohorts of RA patients to possibly confirm its role as biomarker for RA-ILD.

Rethinking and valuing the Eucharist's polyvalence of meanings that we can find in Tradition (as sacrament of healing, nourishment, and perfection), the article shows that there are no biblical-theological reasons to deny the access to Eucharistic communion in the liturgical celebration to a baptized person, in whatever irregular situation he or she may be. In the light of the theology of mercy and Jesus' ways of action, such doctrinal updating allows for a more harmonious and inclusive resolution of some pastoral issues, while safeguarding the systematic reason for the sacrament in relation to penance. The management of water resources, especially drinking water, is no longer the responsibility of single municipal councils or groups of councils because European Union, national and regional legislation created and appointed authorities and bodies for this purpose. Faced with a strategic problem such as the management of water resources, local government in Tuscany has the task of defining planning strategies in line with Regional law no. 65/2014. This study is part of research aimed at defining water management at province level in the framework of regional planning. The study area includes the whole Province of Siena, where we evaluated surface- and ground- water resources, during preparation of the land management plan (territorial coordination plan) of the province, with special attention to aquifers that the Regional government considers significant (Relevant Groundwater Bodies and therefore strategic for the Province. We compared the groundwater resources with the overall demand for water in the Province in order to assess the sustainability of activities determining that demand; we also evaluated the danger level and risk of contamination, defining the corresponding vulnerabilities for the whole Province. The vulnerabilities were matched with a series of rules aimed at regulating land use so as to minimise the risk of polluting groundwater.

The aim of the study is to estimate the pension costs incurred for patients with musculoskeletal disorders (MDs) and specifi cally with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in Italy between 2009 and 2012. We analyzed the database of the Italian National Social Security Institute (Istituto Nazionale Previdenza Sociale i.e. INPS) to estimate the total costs of three types of social security benefi ts granted to patients with MDs, RA and AS: disability benefi ts (for people with reduced working ability), disability pensions (for people who cannot qualify as workers) and incapacity pensions (for people without working ability). We developed a probabilistic model with a Monte Carlo simulation to estimate the total costs for each type of benefi t associated with MDs, RA and AS. We also estimated the productivity loss resulting from RA in 2013. From 2009 to 2012 about 393 thousand treatments were paid for a total of approximately €2.7 billion. The annual number of treatments was on average 98 thousand and cost in total €674 million per year. In particular, the total pension burden was about €99 million for RA and €26 million for AS. The productivity loss for AR in 2013 was equal to €707,425,191 due to 9,174,221 working days lost. Our study is the fi rst to estimate the burden of social security pensions for MDs based on data of both approved claims and benefi ts paid by the national security system. From 2009 to 2012, in Italy, the highest indirect costs were associated with disability pensions (54% of the total indirect cost), followed by disability benefi ts (44.1% of cost) and incapacity pensions (1.8% of cost). In conclusion, MDs are chronic and highly debilitating diseases with a strong female predominance and very signifi cant economic and social costs that are set to increase due to the aging of the population.

Il rapporto tra fede e ragione è la questione meta-teologica per eccellenza. L’autore si propone dunque d’indagare se il modello oggi prevalente di “ragione umile” – basato su fallibilismo e umiltà epistemica – sia il più adeguato per esprimere le verità teologiche, anche alla luce del dibattito interno al teismo contemporaneo (teologia razionale). Per rispondere a questa domanda è necessario esaminare lo statuto epistemologico della verità umana e della verità di fede, per poter elaborare un metodo comune alle discipline scientifiche, filosofiche e teologiche, capace di trovare un equilibrio tra fideismo e positivismo teologico. Dopo una breve panoramica storica dei rapporti tra fede e ragione nel pensiero occidentale (con particolare attenzione alla dottrina dei praeambula fidei), l’articolo cercherà di mostrare come, nel paradigma della verità relazionale e del fallibilismo sia necessario integrare il problema delle fonti, dell’autorità, del concetto di ispirazione e della nozione di “rivelazione”, giacché contraddistinguono la teologia rispetto alla filosofia. Si mostrerà infine come la dimensione comunitaria e della scelta (appello alla libertà) siano connaturate alla teologia intesa come fede critica, la cui peculiarità è di collocarsi senza nostalgie nel mezzo tra fideismo, razionalismo e un certo relativismo. Dal percorso emergerà infine la proposta di una nuova cristeologia.

Le istanze sociali avanzate dalle persone LGBT+, seguite alla presa di consapevolezza scientifica e culturale delle loro identità, si sono via via tradotte in una serie di istanze teologiche che la comunità ecclesiale si trova oggi (con un certo ritardo) a dover ridiscutere, anche alla luce dei riconoscimenti giuridici e della visibilità di persone e coppie LGBT+ nelle parrocchie. L’articolo mostra quali siano i nodi fondamentali di tali “istanze” e alcune possibili via d’uscita proposte nella letteratura recente. Tra questi nodi si possono elencare: una nuova interpretazione della Bibbia e della tradizione, il personalismo, l’inscindibilità dei fini procreativo e unitivo, la legge morale naturale, un’antropologia “adeguata” e la correlativa teologia dell’«unità duale», la benedizione delle coppie omosessuali, il rapporto chiesa-mondo e il discernimento dei «segni dei tempi». This paper is a survey of a few previous works of the authors with other new results. We introduce a special decomposition of a finite group [semigroup] and determine its main properties. From such a decomposition one can construct, for a special class of finite groups, a set-matrix representation. The group D_4 has such a representation. Several theorems were already obtained on groups with s-m representation.

La famiglia, in una prospettiva psico-sociale, si può considerare sfidata in senso epistemico: essa per la sua natura si confronta con i contesti, con i cambiamenti, con la capacità di adattarsi ad eventi di vita differenziati e molteplici. La famiglia può essere considerata come un "progetto" che si trasforma per unificare situazioni diverse e talvolta contraddittorie, andando a delineare "percorsi" familiari sempre più differenziati e difficili da prevedere. Tali percorsi possono dipendere da eventi di vita non scelti, di cui si subiscono tutte le conseguenze e le sofferenze, oppure da eventi fortemente voluti che aprono a possibili felicità o infelicità. Lo scenario che l’autrice delinea comprende le variegate strategie del vivere insieme in cui sempre più si declina il familiare; accanto ad una società e ad un amore "liquidi", infatti, anche la famiglia non sembra più in grado di conservare la propria forma. La costruzione dei suoi confini e dei significati che assume, attraverso l’attuale molteplicità delle forme familiari, cui ciascuno di noi può partecipare anche contemporaneamente, rappresenta la sfida principale legata alla capacità di ciascuno di costruire e mantenere dei legami.
