Max Stirner siempre ha sido considerado un pensador menor en la teoría política moderna. Una de las razones de este olvido se debe tal vez al ataque al vitriolo que Marx y Engels le dirigieron en el largo apartado “San Max” en La Ideología Alemana, donde Stirner es descrito como la quintaesencia del filósofo idealista que ignora las relaciones de fuerza y poder que gobiernan la realidad, reduciéndola a una mera representación de la conciencia. “Contra” Marx y Engels, en este escrito se defenderá la tesis según la cual Stirner, lejos de ignorar los factores materiales de la ideología, desvela la técnica oculta de la nueva gobernabilidad liberal: la transformación del individuo en creyente. Se seguirá entonces el análisis stirneriano del sometimiento ante lo sagrado como condición imprescindible para la dominación. De allí se verá cómo, en la época moderna, lo sagrado se ha reconfigurado bajo la forma de nuevos “espectros” que piden obediencia al individuo. Por último, se explorará la propuesta stirneriana de la insurrección como técnica de emancipación de lo sagrado y de la necesidad psicológica del creer.

The detection of marker chromosomes at prenatal diagnosis raises serious concerns regarding the phenotypic consequences on the fetus. Traditionally the classical approach to the problem relied upon the cytogenetic analysis of the marker chromosome by different banding techniques to ascertain its euchromatic content. This indirect methodology doesn't allow to trace the origin of the marker and to properly narrow the molecular boundaries of the euchromatic region. FISH technology by means of DNA probes regionally localized is a powerful tool to address these issues, allowing to determine the exact origin of the markers and more refined criteria for studying karyotype-phenotype correlations. This facilitates genetic counseling and the decision making for the parents. Here we describe our experience of integrated approach (molecular and classical cytogenetics) in two de novo cases of marker chromosomes (iso 18p and inv dup 15), detected at amniocentesis.

The small bowel double contrast enema was performed in 44 patients with diffuse non-Hodgkin lymphoma. "Secondary" involvement of small bowel is detected in 14 subjects (31.8%), but radiographic features are not specific for the disease. Really, lymphoma and regional enteritis may demonstrate strikingly similar patterns. The signs we have considered are: intraluminal involvement, with narrowing or dilated segments; diffuse or localized polypoid lesions; large extraluminal masses. The roentgenographic pattern of the mucosal folds consists of thick, straight or tortuous folds, with "cogwheel" appearance and moderate dilatation of the lumen.

Radiographs and xerographs of the hands of 35 patients with progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS), as defined by the ARA, were reviewed. Patients with "overlap" syndromes (i.e., mixed connective tissue disease, systemic lupus erythematosus or rheumatoid arthritis) have been excluded. Soft tissue changes included atrophy (hide-bound skin), and dystrophic calcifications, particularly in CREST patients (calcinosis, Raynaud phenomenon, esophageal dysmobility, sclerodactily and telangectasia). The most common bony change is resorption of distal phalanges; diffuse osteoporosis is also frequent; the distal interphalangeal and first carpometacarpal joints involvement appear as a distinctive feature of this erosive arthritis.

100 breast symptomatic patients have been examined with ultrasound, using an automated water-path scanner (Senomatic 3D CGR), and commercial B-mode or real-time scanners. All the patients were also examined with xeromammography. Normal breast patterns, as well as benign and malignant breast lesions, are presented.
