Lately, in Romanian health care system there are several issues and debates about the importance of vaccines at the infants. Because of some rumors from USA, about the risks of vaccines (there were unproved cases which claimed that the vaccines would have induce autism to children) for infants less than 12 months old, the whole Europe, and also Romania, opened a dispute around these vaccines. In every healthcare system a key element is represented by quality. This means that everything in the interior of a hospital or clinic must have certain quality standards assured by the Healthcare Ministry, in order to provide the best quality for the patients.In other words, the concept of quality can be seen as a characteristic or property that each health care system must have. In our article we will focus on what attributes must have a qualitative healthcare system and how these attributes should influence the decision of infants’ vaccination.

Starting from the basic concept of territorial capital (all economic, cultural, environmental and social assets that ensure the potential development of the characterized area, i.e. the region), in the context of the development of business ecosystems, in relation to the new Sustainable Development Goals, and in view of the focus on a more sensitiv e cultural approach, the paper describes these concepts, and their possible connection to regional growth.

Homer’s “Odyssey”, viewed as a relevant literary source for Archaic Greece, has led to the development of different research domains through the medium of hermeneutics or text interpretation. One of these directions regards the reconstitution of social aspects pertaining to the Archaic Greek world. Given that Odysseus’ adventures unfold beyond the borders of the world known by the hero, Greek identity can only be rendered by exclusion, the exclusion of the Other: the reverse of the reprehensible deeds or aspects of the Other comes to define the real, or at least desirable, characteristics of the one operating the exclusion.

In the context of the economic crisis, CEE strategic location factors play an important role for regional companies which adapt and change their logistic services by developing new scenarios for the shipping industry in order to obtain a better position on the global market. In addition to a favourable geographical location CEE has several other important arguments, like sufficient harbours for developing container terminals to launch extensive container transport transit. The most important recent trends in logistics are shown, as well as the framework of the EU maritime transport.

The study of corporate governance requires not only the knowledge of economic, financial, managerial and sociological mechanisms and norms, but it must also incorporate an ethical dimension, while remaining aware of the demands of various stakeholders. The interest towards good governance practice is very present in the company laws of many countries. Based on a research consisting of a critical and comparative perspective, the present contribution is dominated by qualitative and mixed methods. In conclusion, it can be said that a market-oriented corporate governance model, though not part of the European Union’s convergence process, may very well respond to the increasing importance of investors’ rights and to the gradual evolution of corporate responsibilities, beyond the national context, with the aim of ensuring market liberalization.
