- Abstract
The development of mobile devices and the growing diffusion of the Apps changes the way of access to the online contents and a new way of living in relationship with the environment. Mobile Internet will create a closer relationship between the physical space (hometown, city) and the space of flows (digital informations exchanged on-line). These transformations are expanding more and more because of the development of social media, whose success lies in their ability to create a community. If it is true that the revolution that led to the Internet is you put irrelevant geographical distances, today mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) through geolocation services (such as Foursquare) put the center of the space where the user is located physically. The decision to include in your marketing strategy geolocation services has the aim to create a solid loyalty between the Library and its users. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
