About supply low nonlinearity or about its irregularity there aren't significative microeconomic studies with the exception of J.M. Grandmont contribution (1985). the neoclassical labour supply low is a well-known result in which non-monotonicity comes from discordance between income effect and substitution effect in leisure demand when wage varies. probably properties and determinants of demand non-linearity, analysed in many recent studies, can be extended to a general good supply low. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the existence, in firm's behaviour, of endogenous causes of prices dynamic evolution. In the paper the role of supply is analysed in a context in which there are rational firms that take production choices (of a durable good) and stock choices. The basic idea is that the consequent supply low's features are possible endogenous causes of an oscillatory prices dynamics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
