This report introduces the efforts to create a timetable for the TUS liberal arts education curriculum at the Katsushika campus. The timetable was required to (1) allow all first-year students on the Katsushika campus to take the same courses, (2) provide time for upper-year students to take liberal arts education courses, and (3) offer first language courses on a timetable that all students on the Katsushika campus could retake. The guidelines to solve these problems were developed by a working group organized by the Faculty and Institute of Arts and Sciences belonging to the Katsushika Campus. As a result, it was agreed that (1) common time should be provided for all departments so that all firstyear students can take the same courses, (2) compulsory courses should not be placed on the same day and in the same period for "first-year and second-year students" and "second-year and third-year students" (checkerboard schedule), and (3) first-year courses should be offered in all hours on any day of the week, thus forming a checkerboard schedule.

The botanical garden at the Institute of Nature and Environmental Technology at Kanazawa University, has a fresh-water reservoir. Several endangered species such as Hydrocharis dubia have been identified in this reservoir. Flora and vegetation surveys were carried out from October 2021 to May 2022. As a result, 53 vascular plants were described, including 7 which were designated as endangered species in Ishikawa Prefecture. More than half of the water surface of the reservoir was covered with floating-leaf plants (H. dubia), and the presence of submerged plants such as Hydrilla verticillata and Ceratophyllum demersum was confirmed under the water surface. Moreover, some invasive alien species such as Solidago altissima were observed in places where soil was deposited.

We have two purposes in this article. The first is to explore the definition of micromanagement by reviewing research papers and empirical studies. Micromanagement is a commonly used term, but there is no clear definition for the research. Second, we try to understand the concept of excessive control in micromanagement from the fourth hunger of Transactional Analysis （Meredith, 2000）. Since Transactional Analysis is effective to change relationships from the behavioral and cognitive aspects, it will be effective for suggesting strategies for coping with negative side of micromanagement.

Viral edema of carp (VEC) caused by the carp edema virus (CEV) causes economic losses for Japanese koi farms. In this study, we investigated the infectivity and pathogenicity of a domestic CEV isolate (genogroup IIa) in koi carp, common carp and goldfish. The challenge test consisted of 9 groups (n = 15):3 groups each of koi carp, common carp, and goldfish, at 15, 20 and 25℃. These groups were challenged with CEV (3.0×10^3 copies/µL) in duplicate. All koi carp died in the 15 and 20℃ groups, but all survived in the 25℃ group. The surviving koi carp in 25℃ groups showed high PCR positive rates of 66.7 and 73.3%, with VEC histopathological changes observed. For the common carp, 1 and 2 fish died in the 20℃ groups, but no deaths or VEC symptoms were observed in the 15 and 25℃ groups. In all common carp groups, PCR-positive fish were observed along with histopathological changes. For all goldfish groups, no deaths or VEC symptoms were observed. As with the common carp, PCR-positive fish were found in all goldfish groups, yet no VEC histopathological changes were detected. These results demonstrate infectivity of this CEV strain in koi carp, common carp, and goldfish, but low pathogenicity in common carp and goldfish.

Hitotsubashi University / NINJAL, Hitotsubashi University, 会議名: 言語資源ワークショップ2022, 開催地: オンライン, 会期: 2022年8月30日-31日, 主催: 国立国語研究所 言語資源開発センター, 本研究では医学書テキストにおける「たとえる表現」の一端を明らかにする目的で接尾辞「状」に注目し、用法を分析した。調査には医学書5冊（約450万語）のデータを用いた。分析の結果、前接する語には「S、線」など形そのものを表すもの、「粥、海綿」など質的な様子も表す語､「嚢胞、結節」などの部位が変化した形を表す語が多く、後接する語には「血管、結腸」などの体の部位や「陰影、硬化」など病態を表す語が多かった。「状」の後は名詞が最も多いが、3割程度は「の」を介した名詞修飾や「に、と」などを介した動詞修飾用法であった。『現代日本語書き言葉均衡コーパス』の書籍に付与されたNDC情報を用いて比べたところ、「状」は医学において多用される語であることが示唆された。また、同じ「たとえる表現」の接尾辞「様（ヨウ）」と比較した結果、「様」の前には疾患名のような状態全体を表す語が見られ、用法の違いが観察された。

A 77-year-old man complaining of gross hematuria was referred to our hospital for further examination and treatment. The contrast-enhanced computed tomographic (CT) scan revealed a left ureteral tumor, multiple bladder tumors, para-aortic lymph node metastasis, left supraclavicular lymph node metastasis, multiple liver metastases, and multiple lung metastases. Transurethral resection was performed. One of the multiple bladder tumors, located at the bladder neck, was pathologically diagnosed as urothelial carcinoma, pT1, high grade, G2．We diagnosed the patient with metastatic ureteral cancer (T4N2M1, stage IV). We stated gemcitabine, cisplatin (GC) therapy, but stopped after the first course due to gemcitabine drug eruption. We changed the regimen to methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin, and cisplatin (MVAC) therapy and the cycle was completed without complications. However, CT scan showed disease progression. After palliative irradiation of the primary lesion, we administered pembrolizumab. Although he was asymptomatic, we diagnosed him with ocular myasthenia gravis because of a high level of serum anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies and a temporary ptosis in his past history. In spite of the possibility of relapse of myasthenia gravis, treatment with pembrolizumab was continued with his consent since there were no other treatment options. After two courses of pembrolizumab, he was hospitalized due to disease progression and died about three weeks after admission. Myasthenia gravis is a possible immune-related adverse event of pembrolizumab, However, there have been few reports on the successful treatment with this agent in patients with previously diagnosed myasthenia gravis. We report, here, a case of metastatic ureteral carcinoma safely treated with pembrolizumab without relapse of ocular myasthenia gravis.

本稿では医師届出票から作成したパネルデータを用いて，医師による病院離脱の傾向が高まっているのかを検証する．医籍登録時から一定期間継続して病院に従事する医師の比率を病院従事継続率と定義し，男女別かつ医籍登録年コーホート別に病院従事継続率を算出したところ，性別を問わず後年のコーホートほど病院従事継続率が高くなる傾向があることが明らかになった．また，同一のコーホートの医師では，男性の病院従事継続率が女性よりも有意に高く，男性よりも女性が早い段階で病院から離脱していることがわかった．但し，男女計の医師全体でみても病院従事継続率は上昇傾向にあり，女性医師の増加によって医師の病院離脱が早まるという現象は生じていない., In this study, I examine whether there is an increase in the tendency of physicians to quit working at hospitals, using panel data generated from physician notification forms. I define the hospital work continuation rate as the ratio of physicians who continue to work at hospitals for a certain period since their registration and calculate the hospital work continuation rate by year of registration cohort. I find that, for both male and female physicians the continuation rate tends to be higher in later cohorts. The continuation rate for males is significantly higher than that for females in the same cohort of physicians, showing that women quit working at hospitals earlier than men. However, the continuation rate for males and females in total shows an upward trend, indicating that the increase in the number of female physicians does not make physicians quit working at hospitals earlier.

近年量子計算機を取り巻く技術が急速に発展している. ここでは“ユーザー”として, このような発展が場の量子論の数値シミュレーションにどのように役立つかを考える. 場の量子論は様々な物理学における共通言語であるが, 一部の特殊な例を除いて解析的に解くことは難しい. それゆえしばしば数値計算に頼りたくなるが, 現時点では既存の手法では効率的な数値シミュレーションが難しい場面も少なくない. 通常場の量子論の数値シミュレーションでは, ラグランジュ(経路積分)形式の場の量子論に対して格子正則化を行い, 物理量を表す多重積分にモンテカルロ法が適用される. これはボルツマン重みで与えられる確率で場の配位を生成し, 積分を生成サンプルに関する平均によって近似する方法である. しかしながら, ボルツマン重みが正の実数でない場合は, 確率解釈を直接適用することができないため, 何らかの工夫が必要となる. 特に, 被積分関数が激しく振動するような場合は様々な工夫を凝らしても解析が難しいことが知られている(符号問題と呼ばれる). これは物理的には例えばトポロジカルな相互作用や化学ポテンシャルがある場合, 実時間系などにしばしば現れる. 一方ハミルトン(演算子)形式に基づいた数値シミュレーションの場合, 技術的に行う問題は積分ではないため, 符号問題ははじめから存在しない. しかし場の量子論の状態空間は典型的に無限次元であり, 正則化を行った後でも状態空間の次元は“自由度”の増加に対して指数関数的に増大する. そのため非常に大きな次元をもつベクトル空間上で線形代数を行わなくてはならず, 典型的には莫大な計算コストがかかる. しかし量子計算機を用いれば, 少なくとも一部の問題に関しては計算量が劇的に少なくなることが期待されている. 場の量子論を量子計算機に乗せるには, 状態空間が有限次元になるような正則化を行った後に, スピン系に書き換えれば良い. 多くの場合, はじめに時空の内の空間部分に格子正則化が適用される. フェルミオン場の場合はこれだけで状態空間が有限になり, 適当な変換の下でスピン系に書き換えることができる. ボソン場では, 特殊な場合を除いて格子に切ってもなお状態空間は無限次元となっているため, 数値シミュレーションを行うためにはさらなる正則化が必要となる. 本研究において, 我々はチャージqシュウィンガー模型の基底状態を構成し, 様々な物理量の計算を行った. シュウィンガー模型は作用にシータ項と呼ばれるトポロジカル項をもつが, その係数が小さくないときは符号問題により通常のモンテカルロ法による解析が困難なことが知られている. この模型は境界条件をオープンに取りガウス則を用いると, 純粋にフェルミオン場のみをもつ系になり, 比較的容易にスピン系に書き換えることができる. 基底状態の構成には, 断熱近似を量子回路により実装するアルゴリズムを用いた. 現在のところ, 量子計算機の実機では必要な量子ビット数に対して誤りが少ない結果を得るのは難しいので, ここではシミュレータを用いて数値シミュレーションを行った. 最もよく研究されてきたq＝1の場合は, カイラル凝縮と呼ばれる量をシータ項の係数が大きい領域も含めて解析を行い, その連続極限を量子シミュレーションの文脈で初めて取ることに成功した. より一般のqの場合は, 重い荷電粒子の間のポテンシャルを計算した. フェルミオンの質量が小さいときに信用できる解析的な計算から, このポテンシャルの定性的な性質は, 粒子の電荷やシータ項の係数の値に強く依存することが期待されている. シミュレーションにより, このような振る舞いが有限質量でも起きることが分かった., In recent years, technology around quantum computer sounds growing well. Here, as “users” of quantum computers, we discuss how we can apply this development to numerical simulations of quantum field theories. As quantum computer is suitable for Hamilton formalism rather than Lagrange formalism, we do not have infamous sign problem from the beginning in contrast to the conventional Monte Carlo approach. We show recent results on quantum simulations of the charge-q Schwinger model, which is 1+1-dimensional quantum electrodynamics coupled to an electron with electric charge q. It turns out that our approach enables us to explore interesting phenomena coming from non-small θ-term such as negative string tension behavior in potential between charged heavy particles.

現代の社会保障の大きな課題のひとつは，累積的排除を食い止めることである。安定的な住まいや就労等の複合的な支援を必要とする生活困窮者支援のあり方をめぐって伴走型支援が注目されている。伴走型支援は，現代の社会保障に「人格保障」が欠けていることを指摘しているのではないか。つまり，現金給付や現物給付等の支援だけでなく，被支援者につながり続ける「誰か」・人物が求められている。「人格保障」は応答する身体として関わり合う対人関係ないし人格間関係を営むなかで，（相互）人格保障として実現される。伴走型支援の基礎は（相互）人格保障にあると捉えられる。, Companionate support is attracting attention with regard to stable housing, employment, and other forms of support for the needy. It highlights the lack of “personality security” in contemporary social security. In other words, people not only require support such as cash or in-kind transfers, but also “someone” with whom they can stay connected. “Personality security” is realized as (mutual-) personality security in the context of interpersonal relationship in which people interact with each other as responsive bodies. One of the major challenges for contemporary social security is blocking the cumulative exclusion. Companionate support is a new support method serving this purpose. The basis of companionate support is (mutual-) personality security.

ヒトには遺伝子型の異なる4 種に加えて糖鎖による修飾が異なる多数のアルカリ性ホスファターゼ（ALP）アイソザイムが存在するが，骨型ALPのピロリン酸及び小腸型ALPのピリドキサルリン酸を除いて生理的な基質と機能に関しては不明な点が多く，また活性の至適pHがアルカリ性である意味も不明である． ヒト胎盤型ALPの結晶構造解析の結果からヒトのALPには1 サブユニットあたり1 Mg及びCaと2 Znの結合部位の存在が示されたが，ALP活性における各イオンの機能については報告が少ない．そこで，ヒトALPアイソザイムに対する各イオンの作用を比較することにより，アイソザイムによる活性の至適pH及び基質への親和性の相違を明らかにすることを目的に研究を行った．市販のヒト骨型，肝臓型，胎盤型及び小腸型ALPを使用した．基質にはパラニトロフェニルリン酸（pNPP），Na-PPi及びATPを使用し以下の結果を得た．1）pNPPを基質として，4 種類のALP活性はMg，Ca及びZn濃度依存性に増加し，50％活性化濃度はALPの種類にはよらず，Zn，Ca，Mgの順に増加した．Znは低濃度では活性を促進したが，高濃度では逆に抑制し， 2個のZn結合部位の性質は異なることを示唆した．また，各ALP活性の至適pHはALP，基質及びイオンの種類により変化した．2）pNPP 及びNa-PPiを基質として，骨型ALP活性はMg，Ca及びZn濃度依存性に増加したが，濃度依存曲線は基質によって異なった．3）MgとCaあるいはMgとZnを組み合わせて添加することにより骨型ALP活性は相加的に増加した．4）イオン及び基質の種類によらず，骨型ALP活性は阻害剤であるlevamisoleあるいはtetramisoleによって濃度依存的に阻害された．以上の結果はin vitroでは4 種類のALPには Mg，Ca及びZn結合部位が存在し独立してALP活性の促進が可能であること，活性の至適pH及び基質に対する親和性は存在するイオンによって変化しうることを示唆した．In vivoでもALPの生体内での基質は存在する2 価金属イオンの種類と周囲のpHによって変化する可能性がある．, Objectives: One Mg, one Ca, and two Zn binding sites per subunit of the human placenta type alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were detected by analyzing its crystalline structure. It was an ticipated that other human ALPs also contain these ion binding sites, as there are few reports about the function of each of these ions on ALP activity. We examined the affinity of ALP isozymes for Mg, Ca, and Zn. Moreover, we also examined the effects of Mg, Ca, and Zn on the optimum pH for ALP activity and substrate specificity. Methods: We utilized commercial human bone, liver, placenta, an d small intestine type ALP, p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP), and Na-PPi as substrates, and assayed the Pi released from the substrates using the Chifflet method. Results and discussion: 1) The ALP activity of all four isozyme s increased in Mg, Ca, and Zn concentration-dependent manner with pNPP as the substrate. Remarkably, the 50% activated concentrations (K0.5) of each ion did not depend on the type of ALP and increased as the concentration of Zn, Ca, a nd Mg increased. Zn promoted the activity with a low concentration, but decreased it with a higher concentration, suggesting that the first Zn binding site stimulates activity but the second one inhibits it. The optimum pH for ALP activity varied according to the ion present. We observed that Zn, Ca, and Mg binding sites are present in all ALP. 2) The concentration dependency of Mg, Ca, and Zn on the bone ALP activity was examined using pNPP and Na-PPi as substrates. Its activity was promoted by Mg, Ca, and Zn in a concentration dependent manner, but the concentration dependency curve was different between pNPP and Na-PPi, suggesting that the affinity for Mg, Ca, and Zn depends on the substrate. 3) The activity increased remarkably when divalent cations were present in combination with Mg, Ca, and Z n, suggesting that each ion promoted ALP activity independently. 4) The ALP activity in the presence of each ion was inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner by specific ALP inhibitors such as levamisole and tetramisole. Moreover, the inhibition did not depend on the substrate used. 5) Substrate concentration-dependency of ALP activity was measured in the presence of Mg, Ca, and Zn. The K0.5 values were 0.73 mM, 0.57 mM, and 0.53 mM for pNPP with Mg, Ca, and Zn, respectively. The K 0.5 values were 1.8 mM, 0.35 mM, and 0.15 mM for Na-PPi with Mg, Ca, and Zn, respectively. The affinity for the substrate of ALP varied according to the type of substrate but not to the type of ion. Conclusion: Mg, Ca, and Zn possibly promote ALP activity independently. Our results suggest that the affinity for the substrate and the optimum pH could change depending on the ions present. It is possible that the function of ALP changes when divalent cations and a certain substrate is present.

大手前大学学修サポートセンターに対する学生の動向を知り、かつ利用学生への学修効果を調べる目的でアンケート調査を実施することとなった。そのために、まず2021年度春学期にパイロット調査を実施した。本論ではその結果について考察する。なお当該調査を実施するに至った大きな要因に、2021年度からいたみ稲野キャンパスが閉鎖され、同キャンパスに通学していた学生がすべてさくら夙川キャンパスに所属したことが挙げられる。両キャンパスの学生がひとつの場所で学修支援を受けるのは大手前大学にとって初めてのことである。この統合を受けて、学修サポートセンターもまた大きく変容することとなった。これをきっかけとして、変化のあった2021年度を起点に継続的なアンケート調査を開始するべきだという機運が高まったのである。本論では、最初に授業外学修へのサポートの必要性を検証したのち、大手前大学における学修サポートセンターの概要を述べ、パイロット調査の結果について分析する。考察として、学生の動向については、利用回数と考え方や行動の変化に関連があること、また学修における自律性が弱いといった特徴がみえたことが挙げられる。またパイロット調査として、設問の妥当性や今後の課題について有用なデータを得ることができた。

登校が禁止されオンライン上で学習しなければならない状況であったり、教室授業においても近距離で密接・密集しコミュニケーションを行うことができない状況であったりする中で、協働学習をいかにスムーズに実施するのか、といった課題に近年直面している。コラボレーションツールはプロジェクト型の業務を遂行するために開発され発展してきたツールであり、これを協働学習に適用した実践について事例を示す。このような教育へのICT 活用は現在のような活動制限下のみならず、従来通りの自由な学習が可能となった時に有効であるため、今後の展望や可能性についてもまとめる。

高血圧治療ガイドラインでは，診察室血圧（OBP）は1-2分間隔で測定を繰り返し，安定した2回の測定値の平均で評価することとされているが，数多い高血圧患者の実地診療において測定を繰り返すことは難しく，1回の測定で評価される場合も多い．本研究では診察室血圧が高値を呈する高血圧患者において，深呼吸後に測定を繰り返すことによる血圧の変化を検討した． 外来を受診した高血圧患者で，診察室の収縮期血圧（SBP）140 mmHg 以上を呈した160名を対象とした．1回目の測定の後，深呼吸を繰り返し1-2分後に2回目の測定を行い，血圧の変化に関係する因子を検討した． 1回目のOBP は147/84 mmHg であったが，2 回目は136/82 mmHg と平均11/2 mmHg低下し，69％が非高血圧となった．SBPが10 mmHg以上低下したR群（91 名）と10 mmHg 未満のN群（69 名）の比較では，R群の方が血清クレアチニン（sCr）が低く（1.03 vs 1.36 mg/dL, p＝0.018）血中ヘモグロビン（Hb）が高値（13.9 vs 13.1 g/dL, p＝0.012）で，SBP の低下とHb の間には負の相関が認められた（r＝－0.157, p＝0.046）． SBP が140 未満に低下した110例ではしなかった50例に比べ，家庭血圧で夜のSBPが低く，HbやeGFR（62.3 vs 52.1 mL/分/1.73 m2, p＝0.021）が高値で，sCr やアルブミン尿（124 vs 425 mg/gCr, p＝0.025）が低値であった． 外来加療中の高血圧患者で診察室血圧が高値である場合，特に腎機能低下や蛋白尿がなければ，多くは深呼吸を繰り返すことにより正常化するため，治療方針を決める際に考慮するべきであると思われる．, Hypertension treatment guidelines state that office blood pressure should be measured repeatedly at intervals of 1 to 2 minutes and evaluated as the average of two stable measurements. In this study, we examined changes in blood pressure in hypertensive patients with elevated office blood pressure by repeating measurements after deep breathing. One hundred and sixty hypertensive patients who were being treated in the outpatient clinic and presented a systolic blood pressure（SBP）of 140 mmHg or higher in the examination room were included in the study. After the first measurement, a second measurement was taken one to two minutes after repeated deep breathing to examine factors related to blood pressure changes. The first OBP was 147/84 mmHg, but the second was 136/82 mmHg, an average decrease of 11/2 mmHg, and 69％ were non-hypertensive. In a comparison between the group with SBP decrease more than 10 mmHg（91 patients） and the group with SBP decrease less than 10 mmHg（69 patients）, serum creatinine was lower（1.03 vs 1.36 mg/dL, p＝0.018）and blood hemoglobin（Hb）was higher（13.9 vs 13.1 g/dL, p＝0.012）in the decreased group, with a negative correlation between the SBP change and Hb（r＝－0.157, p＝0.046）. Compared to the 50 patients whose SBP were 140 or higher after deep breathing, the 110 patients whose SBP fell below 140 had lower SBP in the evening on home blood pressure, higher Hb, higher estimated glomerular filtration rate（62.3 vs 52.1 mL/min/1.73 m2, p＝ 0.021）, lower serum creatine and lower albuminuria（124 vs 425 mg/gCr, p＝0.025）. In hypertensive outpatients, high office blood pressure is often normalized by repeating deep breath especially in the absence of chronic kidney disease, which should be considered when determining the antihypertensive treatment strategy.

本稿は，2020年11月に経済産業研究所が実施して中小企業を中心に約5千社から回答を得た「新型コロナウイルス感染症下における企業実態調査」に基づき，企業が受けたショック，とった対応，利用した資金繰り支援措置の概要を集計するとともに，支援措置利用企業の属性に関して分析したものである．対象企業の一部が世界金融危機時に行った企業サーベイ調査にも回答していることを利用し，世界金融危機とコロナショックの間の異同にも注目する．得られた主な知見は以下の4点である．（1）多くの企業にとって，コロナショックは販売先企業や消費者への売上・販売の減少が顕在化したものであり，企業は，主に金融機関からの新規借入と休業・従業者の休職で対処した．（2）コロナショック後に資金繰りが「悪化した」企業の割合は世界金融危機時と同程度だが，資金繰りの水準が「悪い」企業の割合は世界金融危機時よりも高く，ショック以前から資金繰りが厳しかった企業が一定割合存在した．（3）多くの支援措置について，コロナショック前の評点が低い企業ほど利用する傾向にあり，特に政府系金融機関による貸出でこうした傾向が強い．（4）金融機関や政府の支援がなければ事業を継続できないゾンビ企業がサンプル企業全体に占める比率が，世界金融危機以降に高まっているかどうかはゾンビ企業の定義に依存するが，コロナショック時において世界金融危機時よりも明確に高まっているとはいえない．ショック前にゾンビと特定された企業が政府による支援措置を利用する比率は非ゾンビ企業よりも高く，その傾向は，世界金融危機時と今回のコロナショック後の期間のいずれにおいても観察される．, This paper provides a detailed account of firms’ behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. We use the “Survey on the Status of Firms under the COVID-19 Pandemic” conducted by the Research Institute of Economy, Trade, and Industry (RIETI) in November 2020, which received responses from about 5,000 companies that are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises. Moreover, this study provides an overview of the damage suffered by firms, the responses they took, and the financial support measures they used. It also examines the attributes of firms that used the support measures. Taking advantage of the fact that some surveyed firms also responded to surveys conducted during the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) in 2009, we also focus on the differences between the GFC and the COVID-19 pandemic. We obtained the following four major findings: (1) Many firms experienced the adverse effect of the pandemic by a decline in sales to customer firms and consumers. Many of them coped with the damage mainly by taking out new loans from financial institutions and by giving a leave of absence to employees. (2) The percentage of firms whose financing conditions worsened during the COVID-19 pandemic was about the same as during the GFC, whereas the percentage of firms whose financing conditions were severe was higher. (3) For many of the support measures, firms with low credit scores before the COVID-19 pandemic tended to use them more frequently than those with high scores. (4) The share of zombie firms that were unable to continue their businesses without support from financial institutions or the government varies wildly across different definitions of zombies. However, the share is not always higher during the COVID-19 pandemic than during the GFC for all the zombie definitions. The share of these zombie firms that used government support measures was higher than that of non-zombies. Alber[1, 2]、高橋-筆者[4, 5]らにより、Banach空間に対しHilbert空間のような直交補空間分解を導入した。これはHilbert空間での直交補空間分解の純粋な拡張で、Banach空間における距離射影と茨木-高橋[6]により導入された一般化非拡大射影との概念を繋ぐものである。この、Banach空間の直交補空間分解の応用例として、近年発表された、故高橋渉名誉教授との共同研究[9]に触れる。

紀要委員会企画, Special Articles, 2022 年４月１日より保健師助産師看護師学校養成所指定規則の一部を改正した省令（厚生労働省，2019）が適応される。本規則の改正では、地域在宅看護の創設、実習単位が見直され、看護師に求められる社会的役割、及び疾病構造の変化に伴う療養生活の場の多様性に合わせた内容が示された。それに伴い、本学看護学部では本学の理念である生命の尊厳と隣人愛の精神を基盤として、2019 年よりカリキュラム改革を推進し検討を継続した。中長期ビジョン検討会、カリキュラム骨子作成委員会を経て、カリキュラム改革委員会が30 回を超える協議を重ね、新たなカリキュラムを申請するに至った。本稿では、新たなカリキュラムに至った経緯とカリキュラム編成の概要について報告する。
