目的は脳神経外科・救急部病床を中心とする混合病棟の夜間騒音の実態を明らかにすることである。方法は,2 か月間,患者60 人への夜間騒音についての質問紙(アノイアンス調査)と夜間の騒音源と発生時間の記録,さらに期間中の1 か月間,21 時～翌朝6 時に騒音計を病棟内の2 か所に設置し,継続的な騒音測定を行った。その結果,看護師が騒音源と考える事柄の夜間騒音は看護室前より病棟つきあたりが有意に小さかった。アノイアンスは全体的に低めであったが,その中では「トイレの流水音」,「他の患者の物音」,「他の患者の声」の順で高かった。「他の患者の物音」では看護室に近い部屋より奥部屋の方が高かった。騒音源全項目で経験回数が多い患者は少ない患者よりアノイアンスが高かった。改善策として,夜間ワゴンの使用を控えること,トイレや汚物室の使用方法の検討,履物や早朝の活動等に関して患者協力を得る必要があると考えられた。

The environmental standards for noise annoyance are set on the basis of exposure-response relation between noise level and degree of response for various noises. The authors have continued the joint study to achieve the followings with ICBEN (International Commission on Biological Effect of Noise) Team6 (Community Response to Noise) since 1993. The aim to this study is to facilitate the comparison of the result. So, we set guideline to the mentioned items in our report in order to construct the international standardized noise annoyance scale and make a comparative study of them. In this paper, the date of survey that authors collected up to now showed the possibility of realization to clear the relationship between adverbs and to have a quantitative understanding of the relation. As the conclusion, we found the image of adverbs that was transformed to be mapping in 1 - dimensional space by MDS is the most simple and effective inspection method to study about the factor of the kansei and resembling nature to modifiers.

騒音のうるささに関して種々の言語間で比較可能な尺度を構成することを目的として、ICBEN Team 6が提案する方法に従って日本の4地域の20代から60代以上の年齢層にわたる1,102名の被験者を対象として、騒音のうるささの程度表現語に関する実験を行った。その結果を基に「非常に」、「だいぶ」、「多少」、「それほど...ない」、「まったく...ない」が5段階尺度の言葉として選ばれた。これらの言葉の評価は、「多少」に年齢層による違いが見られるものの、他の言葉は年齢層間、地域間で比較したところ差が小さく、騒音に関する社会調査で使う言葉として適切であることが判明した。一方、これまで評価尺度の上位の言葉としてよく使われてきた「かなり」や「きわめて」の評価は男女間、年齢層間、地域間ともに差が大きかった。

ICBEN Team 6が提案する方法に従って種々の言語間で比較可能な騒音のうるささに関する5段階の尺度(「非常に」、「だいぶ」、「多少」、「それほど...ない」、「まったく...ない」)を構成した。この実験に用いた21の言葉や尺度に選ばれた五つの言葉が普段人々が騒音のうるささの程度を表すのによく使うかどうかを調査し、これらの言葉は人々がよく使うことを確認した。また、ICBEN Team 6が提案している騒音のうるささに関する英語の質問文とほぼ等価な日本語の質問文を作成した。その際、英語の質問文の翻訳・逆翻訳に関する調査結果及びうるささの概念に関する既往の研究結果を基に、英語の“bothers, disturbs or annoys”に相当する日本語として「悩まされる、あるいは、じゃまされる、うるさいと感じる」を当てることにした。

世界各地で行われる騒音に関する社会調査のデータを精度よく比較するためには、異種の言語間で比較可能な騒音のうるささに関する尺度が必要である。筆者らはICBEN Team 6が計画した国際共同研究の一環として、我が国の4地域で20代から60代以上の1,102名の人々を対象として、騒音のうるささに関する日本語の5段階の尺度を構成した。騒音のうるささの程度を表す21個の言葉を選び、どの言葉が最小のうるささから最大まで等間隔に並んでいるか、どの言葉が尺度カテゴリに好んで選ばれるか、更に評価のばらつきが小さいかを検討し、異種の言語間で比較可能な騒音のうるささに関する尺度の言葉として「非常に」、「だいぶ」、「多少」、「それほど...ない」、「まったく...ない」を選んだ。

A social survey on community response to road traffic noise was carried out at sites with and without noise barriers along Kyushu Highway. The reduction of general annoyance and activity interference by the noise barriers were found while the distributions ofresponses regarding the demographic parameters were almost the same at both sites. By applying path analysis to the social response and noise data, the effect of TV/radio disturbance on annoyance is found stronger at the sites with noise barriers, while the effects of LAeq and sensitivity to noise are larger the sites without noise barriers. This suggests that the listening effect is increased because of visually concealing the noise source at the site with barriers and that the attitude toward the source is emphasized as the respondents directly saw the source．

4～7段階の4種類の不快感尺度を有する4種類のアンケート票を作成して、鉄道騒音に関する社会調査を行った。4種類のアンケート票は調査対象者を抽出した順に配布したため、どの尺度の回答者グループも均質であった。騒音の暴露量と不快感反応との関係を尺度段階間で比較した結果、％、very annoyedのような反応割合は上位から取ったカテゴリ範囲のすぐ下のカテゴリに割り当てられた言葉の影響を強く受けることが判明した。このことは異なる調査結果を比較する際に、それぞれの評価尺度にどのような言葉が割り当てられているかが非常に重要であることを示している。

Multivariate analysis such as Hayashi's quantification method and a path analysis was applied to the data of the social surveys on community response to road traffic noise carried out in Hokkaido and Kyushu. Discussion was focused on the degree of contribution of various factors to annoy-ance, the quantification of the effects of non−physical factors, the structure of annoyance and the cross−regional differences. It shows the importance of not only physical factors but also non-physical factors such as evaluation of natural environment and sensitivity to noise. TV/radio disturbance and awakening strongly affect annoyance directly, whereas Leq does so indirectly. The window type has little effect on the community response to road traffic noise.

本研究の目的は,発達障害児を統合保育・教育する上で保育士・幼稚園教諭がどのような難しさを感じているのかを明らかにし,発達障害児の地域生活を支援するためには作業療法士としてどのような援助が可能であるかを検討することである。A市11か所の保育園・幼稚園の保育士・幼稚園教諭31名に対して,統合保育・教育の状況と保育・教育する上での不安や困りごとに関するアンケートを実施した。その結果,保育士・幼稚園教諭は『集団適応』と『不適切な行動』に関することで困り感を持っており,これらは保育士・幼稚園教諭が,発達障害児個人の発達や生活に配慮しつつも,集団へのスムーズな適応を妨げる特徴に対して困っているものと考えられた。従って,作業療法士は保育士・幼稚園教諭から集団場面での発達障害児の様子についての情報を収集するとともに,治療的立場から発達障害児の特徴や具体的な集団適応の方法を伝えることが重要であると考えられた。, The aim of the present study was to clarify what difficulties nursery and kindergarten teachers felt in integrative child-care and education of a developmentally disabled children, and to examine what assistance could be extended as an occupational therapist to assist their daily lives in a local community. We conducted a questionnaire survey on the current states and the anxiety and annoyance in integrative child-care and education for 31 nursery and kindergarten teachers in 11 nursery schools and kindergartens situated in the city A. As a result, it was found that nursery and kindergarten teachers had the feelings of annoyance related to the ""group adaptation"" and the ""inappropriate behavior"", which wasconsidered to be an annoyance toward the characteristic behavior hindering a smooth adaptation to a group, despite paying their due consideration to the development and life of developmentally disabled children. Therefore, it was suggested that it is important to gather the information on how the disabled children behave in their group activities from nursery and kindergarten teachers, and at the same time to advise them on the characteristics of such a disabled children as well as the concrete way for a group adaptation from an occupational therapeutic point of view.
