本研究では，新潟大学附属長岡校園主催のオンラインによる幼保小連携接続研修会に着目し，研修会としての特徴を明確化した上で，参加者である小学校教員，保育者の学びの内容を明らかにすることを目的とした。本研修は(1)保育と小学校授業，両者についての研修内容から構成されること，(2)研修動画視聴やグループトーク(協議会)を中心に構成されること，(3)多様な校園種や教育施設(保幼こ小中，行政関係者)所属の参加者同士のかかわりがあったこと，の3点が主要な特徴であった。小学校入学直後および幼児期の子どもの学びや育ちの様子や，指導の在り方等について質問し，回答を分析したところ，「子どもの育ちの連続性やそれを踏まえた指導・取り組み」「子ども中心の指導や遊び・環境を通した教育」「相互理解・他校園種理解」「話し合い・情報交換・情報共有」についての学びが比較的多い傾向が示唆された。さらに，文部科学省初等中等教育局教育課程課・幼児教育課(2019)が掲げた「接続をすすめるために必要なこと」3点(①教育の特性を互いに理解すること，②連携，接続体制を作ること，③教職員が意識的に幼小接続に取り組むこと)の促進につながりうる学びの生起が示唆された。本研究のどのような特徴が参加者の学びに関連するかの検討は今後の課題であるが，コロナ禍の工夫の一つとしてなされたオンライン研修会において，連携接続推進のための意識を醸成しうることを示した点は意義深い。

埋伏智歯が本来の位置から遠く離れ，それが下顎枝最上方の筋突起に位置することは非常にまれである．今回われわれは筋突起に埋伏した含歯性嚢胞を伴う智歯の1 例を経験したので報告する． 患者は72歳，男性．2021年5 月に左側耳下腺咬筋部の腫脹と疼痛を自覚し，近在歯科を受診した．症状が悪化傾向であったため，当院を紹介受診した．初診時の口腔外所見では左側耳下腺咬筋部の腫脹，疼痛と重度の開口障害を認めた．口腔内所見では開口障害により視認は困難であったが，左側頬粘膜に浮腫性の腫脹を認めた．画像検査では筋突起内に逆性埋伏智歯とその周囲に嚢胞様透過像を認め，それら周囲の軟組織の肥厚を認めた．血液検査所見では炎症反応を認めた．埋伏智歯ならびに嚢胞様病変への感染と診断し，抗菌薬による消炎を行った．消炎後，全身麻酔下で埋伏智歯抜歯ならびに嚢胞摘出を施行した．病理組織学的診断は含歯性嚢胞が考えられた．現在，術後6 か月を経過しているが，問題なく経過している．, It is extremely rare that impacted third molar teeth move distantly from their original position and are located in the coronoid process. In this case study, an impacted third molar tooth with a dentigerous cyst in the coronoid process is reported. The patient was a 72-year-old man. He noticed swelling and pain in the region of the left parotid-masseteric and visited his regular dentist. He was referred to our hospital because his symptoms gradually worsened. A clinical examination revealed severe swelling and pain in the region of the left parotid-masseteric, trismus, and edematous swelling in the buccal mucosa. A computed tomography scan showed a cyst-like transmission image surrounding the reverse impacted third molar tooth within the c oronoid process. A severe inflammatory response was revealed through a blood examination. An infection to the impacted third molar tooth and cyst-like lesion was diagnosed and treated with antibiotics. After the inflammation reduced, the impacted third molar tooth extraction and cyst enucleation was performed under general anesthesia. A histopathological examination showed a dentigerous cyst. Six months after the operation, the postoperative healing process was positive.

Summary Matsumoto Dental University has been offering lectures on oral implantology to fourth– year dental students since 2007 and a hands–on program since 2019 as part of it’s under graduate program. In order to evaluate the educational effects of oral implantology and identify areas for improvement, 85 fourth–year dental students (59 males and 26 females) in the 2020–2021 academic year and 78 fourth–year dental students (54 males and 24 females) in the 2021–2022academic year were enrolled as subjects, and questionnaires were administered after the hands–on training.The questionnaire surveyed the interest in this program, the level of understanding, and the usefulness of implant treatment for their future. As statistical analysis,anindependent sample t–test was used to examine the questionnaire results of the years at a significance level of 5%.There was no significant difference in any of the items.The level of understanding and interest in content was high in both years.These results suggest that this hands–on program will help teach students oral implantology.

Summary Full–coverage restorations made of titanium have been covered by Japanese health insurance since June 1,2020,considering the sharp rise in the prices of precious metals and presence of metal allergies.We expect clinical applications of titanium restorations to in -crease in the future.However, due to its high melting point and high affinity for oxygen at high temperatures, titanium has not been widely used in prosthetic clinical cases.We reported the actual use of full–coverage metal restorations surveyed from medical records and dental technician slips at Matsumoto Dental University Hospital in 2020.This study aimed to survey it in 2021.Patients who had full–coverage metal restorations placed on their molars from January 4 to December 29,2021 were consecutively enrolled, and data on the type of metal, placement site, and time were recorded. In all, 627 molars received full–coverage metal restorations.A titanium crown (Ti–R)was used in 192 cases, and a 12% Au–Pd–Ag alloy crown (Pd–R) in 435 cases;99 upper and 93 lower teeth, and 92 first,93 second,and seven third molars received Ti–Rs,208 upper and 227 lower teeth,233 first,197 second,and five third molars received Pd–Rs.The number of patients who received Ti–Rs in 2021 was higher than in 2020,suggesting that Ti–Rs will be a widely used for metal allergy–friendly prosthetics in the future.We plan to continue the survey and study the prognosis

Ammonium dinitramide-based ionic liquid propellants (ADN-EILPs) are expected the candidates with high-performance and low toxicity for next-generation chemical thrusters in small satellites. Through past studies, authors have investigated the laser radiant heating ignition of ADN-EILPs to solve technical problems for thruster applications and proposed a thruster concept using ADN-EILPs by utilizing the new propellant supply method as well as such the ignition mechanism. Considering the presence of metal allergies and the sharp rise in the prices of precious metals, full–coverage restorations made of titanium have been covered by Japanese insurance since June 1, 2020. The clinical application of these restorations is expected to increase in the future. However, due to its high melting point and high affinity to oxygen at high temperatures, titanium has not been widely used in prosthetic clinical practice. This study aimed to survey the actual use of full–coverage metal restorations at Matsumoto Dental University Hospital. Patients who had full–coverage metal restorations placed on their molars from June 1 to December 28, 2020, were consecutively enrolled, and data on the type of metal, placement site, and time were recorded. Besides, the dentists who used titanium restorations (Ti–Rs) were given a questionnaire. We asked them to rate their impressions of Ti–Rs in comparison with full–coverage restorations made of Ag–Pd–Cu–Au alloy (Pd–R) in six categories, including occlusal adjustment, polishing, and luting operations. In all, 338 molars received full–coverage metal restorations. Ti–R was used in 33 cases and Pd–R in 305 cases; 14 upper and 19 lower, 12 first molars, 18 second molars, and 3 third molars received Ti–Rs, while 137 upper and 168 lower, 174 first molars, 174 second molars, and 3 third molars received Pd–Rs. Seven dentists responded to the questionnaire survey. Many dentists stated that Ti–R was more challenging to use than Pd–R for occlusal adjustment, polishing, and adjustment time. On the other hand, most of them stated that the luting process was similar for both. Besides, Ti–R was favorably evaluated in terms of metal allergy. The number of patients who received Ti–Rs increased during the study period, suggesting that Ti–Rs will be a commonly used metal allergy–friendly prosthetic in the future. We plan to continue the survey and study the prognosis.

電子メールは古くから用いられているメッセージ交換手段で，依然として世界的に広く利用されている．メールサービスを提供するメールホスティングでは，多数の利用者を同一システムに収容するマルチテナント型によりリソース効率を高め，運用コストを低減している．メールホスティングでは利用可能なグローバルIPアドレス数やメール送信の集中管理のため送信サーバは集約されていることが多いが，大量メール送信や送信先の迷惑メール対策により送信キューの輻輳が発生することで，問題を起こしたテナント以外にも影響が波及し，サービス品質の低下や管理コストの増大をまねいている．本研究では，テナントごとの送信キューの分離と，メール送信の集中管理や送信用グローバルIPアドレスの管理を両立する，メール送信集約用の透過型SMTPプロキシを提案する．また，送信キューの分離によってキュー輻輳時の影響範囲が限定される効果を確認するための予備実験と，透過型SMTPプロキシのプロトタイプ実装について述べる．

The iron-chalcogenide FeSe is argued as a strong candidate superconductor located in the crossover regime between the weakly coupled BCS and the strongly coupled BEC limits. Its extremely small and shallow Fermi pockets, large superconducting gap, and consequently a large Maki parameter suggest that FeSe offers an ideal platform to study a long-sought Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov (FFLO) superconducting state, in which a new pairing (k, -k+q) with nonzero q vector is formed. Here, we present several pieces of evidence for the emergence of a distinct high-field superconducting phase in FeSe. For H || ab, our state-of-the-art high-field thermal transport up to 33 T shows a discontinuous downward jump within the superconducting state, indicating a first-order phase transition to a distinct high-field superconducting phase, which is attributed to an FFLO state.

For the implementation of future space science missions at the father away from Earth, it is necessary to build the technological platforms for performing various challenging missions with high frequency and to mature the technology, and breakthrough of space propulsion technology is especially indispensable. In order to obtain the exploration flexibility by the propulsion control technology of the micro-spacecraft, our research group is working on the development and research of the high-thrust micro-propulsion systems, which is an important technical issue, and objective of this study is the feasibility of the propulsion technologies. In addition, as the platforms of propulsion technology, we propose the various future micro-spacecraft technology demonstration missions and technology demonstration missions of the propulsion system using micro-spacecraft, with hall-effect thruster propulsion system and high-energetic ionic liquid propulsion system as the representative of propulsion technologies. The Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences : Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), Online meeting), Prediction of pressure loss in the injector for rotating detonation engine (RDE) needs to reproduce friction loss, entry loss, and shock wave back-propagation in injectors. This is challenging because calculation cost is high when whole region of RDE is studied. This paper proposes a new prediction method, ''single-element simulation'' to estimate pressure loss in injector with lower computational load. The calculation domain is limited to single-element of injector and its plenum in this method. The time-evolving boundary condition at injector outlet gives the effects of combustion chamber including the detonation propagation. In this paper, the single-element simulations are carried out for the rectangle injector and the chamfered injector for validation of the new method. application/pdf, 要旨 本研究では，幼児を対象に土を使った遊びの実践について，芸術による多様な表現の手段や様式を活用した探究活動であるABRの理論から見ていくことを目的とする。その結果，子どもたちは土とかかわりながら道具を活用し意味や価値を変容させるといった探究と省察を繰り返していた。また，遊びの観察や解釈も発展的視座の生成として組み入れて検討していくなかでABR実践の理論構築に繋がる示唆を得た。

A 69-year-old man visited a local doctor for fever, pain in the left abdomen, and macroscopic hematuria. Computed tomography (CT) revealed hydronephrosis of the left kidney, and he was referred to our hospital. Detailed examinations suggested left-side pyonephrosis due to urothelial cancer, and left-side total nephroureterectomy was performed. Pathological diagnosis was sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma. Sunitinib administration was started postoperatively for para-aortic lymph node metastasis, which disappeared. However, metastasis to the common iliac lymph node and liver appeared newly 11 months later. Nivolumab was started in combination with radiation thepapy for the lymph node metastases. The patient remains in a stable disease state as of 21 months after nivolumab administration.

ディスジャーミノーマの術後経過観察において、腫瘍マーカーや内診による身体診察が推奨される一方、CT検査での全身検索については一定の見解が得られていない。今回、ディスジャーミノーマIA期術後に、CTが診断契機となったディスジャーミノーマIA期の傍大動脈リンパ節への単独再発症例を経験したので報告する。 症例は17歳、未妊。下腹部痛を主訴に来院した。MRIで臍高に達する右卵巣の充実性腫瘍を認めた。血液検査にてLDH、ALP、CA125、β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)は高値を示したが、α-fetoprotein(AFP)は正常値であった。ディスジャーミノーマを疑い、右付属器切除および大網切除を施行した。術前のCTおよび腹腔内検索でリンパ節腫大や播種性病変を認めなかったため、リンパ節生検は省略した。術後病理でディスジャーミノーマIA期と診断され、術後化学療法は行わず、1ヵ月間隔で経過観察した。術後いずれの腫瘍マーカーも陰性化し、身体診察でも異常を認めず経過したが、術後6ヵ月で虫垂炎を発症。その際に撮影されたCTで、偶発的に傍大動脈リンパ節腫大を認めた。腹腔鏡下傍大動脈リンパ節摘出および虫垂切除術を施行し、ディスジャーミノーマの傍大動脈リンパ節への遠隔再発と診断された。術後BEP療法を3コース行い、現在再発なく経過している。 リンパ節郭清および術後補助化学療法が省略されたディスジャーミノーマIA期は再発のリスクが高いことを認識し、CT検査を含む厳重な経過観察が必要であることが示唆された。(著者抄録)

金沢大学総合メディア基盤センター, 近年, 世界では論文や研究データを始めとした研究成果などに対してアクセスを容易にし, データの発信, 共有, 再利用を促すことを目的としたオープンサイエンスと呼ばれる試みが活発になってきているこれに伴って国内でも既存のリポジトリソフトウェアを利用して，論文だけでなく，研究データを対象としたデータリポジトリの構築が行われている．しかし，データリポジトリとして利用することを考えた場合，メタデータを画一化できないことなどから，ユーザが所望したデータにたどりつけないなど，現状では共有，再利用は容易ではない．そこで, 本研究ではこの問題を解決しより利便性を向上させるインターフェースの開発を目的としている. 本インターフェースは, ユーザがより容易にアイテムを共有, 再利用できるよう，アイテムにタグを割り振ることによって，メタデータに欠けているものを補完し管理を行うシステムである., Recent years, an attempt for the purpose of publishing, sharing, reusing data called "Open Science" has become active for easier access to papers and research data. Along with this, in Japan, academic repositories are built at many academic research institutions using a repository system named WEKO. When we consider using WEKO as a data repository, it is not easy for the users to search the data which they wish because metadata are not well standardized in many academic elds. In the present study, we developed a new user interface for the data repository using WEKO3, which is expected to be a mainstream of repository system in the future. This interface is a system that manages items by assigning tags to them, and aims to form collective knowledge by sharing tags among multiple repositories.
