国立研究開発法人日本原子力研究開発機構東濃地科学センターでは、高レベル放射性廃棄物の地層処分技術に関する研究開発のうち、深地層の科学的研究(地層科学研究)の一環として、結晶質岩(花崗岩)を対象とした超深地層研究所計画を平成8年度から進めてきた。令和2年度以降においては、瑞浪超深地層研究所の坑道の埋め戻しや環境モニタリング調査等を含めたその後の進め方について定めた「令和2年度以降の超深地層研究所計画」に基づき瑞浪超深地層研究所の坑道埋め戻し等事業を行っている。本工事記録は、瑞浪超深地層研究所の坑道埋め戻し等事業における坑道埋め戻し及び原状回復業務に関する工事概要、工程、工事実績、安全及び主な出来事に関する記録等を取りまとめたものである。工事実績については、令和2年5月16日着工から令和4年1月16日竣工までの工事完了部分について主に記載した。, Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) at Tono Geoscience Center has been conducting the Mizunami Underground Research Laboratory (MIU) Project to enhance the reliability of geological disposal technologies through investigations of the deep geological environment in the crystalline rock (granite) at Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, central Japan since fiscal year 1996. Backfilling and restoration works in the MIU site have been being conducted based on "the MIU Project from FY2020 onwards" which is defined the way forward of backfilling and restoration works and environmental monitoring investigations in the MIU site, since fiscal year 2020. This report summarizes the outline, process, and achievements of the construction and the safety patrol of the backfilling and restoration works in the MIU site performed from May 16, 2020 to January 16, 2022.

日本原子力研究開発機構東濃地科学センターは,同センターが進める瑞浪超深地層研究所の坑道埋め戻し等事業において,瑞浪超深地層研究所の坑道の埋め戻しに伴い瑞浪超深地層研究所用地周辺の環境への影響の有無を確認することを目的とした環境モニタリング調査を実施している。本報告書は,2020年度,2021年度の環境モニタリング調査のうち瑞浪超深地層研究所用地周辺の環境影響調査(研究所用地周辺の井戸における地下水位調査,研究所用地周辺河川流量測定,研究所からの排出水,湧水および狭間川の水質分析,研究所用地周辺騒音・振動調査,研究所用地周辺土壌調査)に関する記録を取りまとめたものである。, The Tono Geoscience Center of Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) has been conducting the environmental monitoring investigation to confirm the environmental impacts associated with the backfilling of shafts and tunnels at the Mizunami Underground Research Laboratory (MIU). This report summarizes the results of environmental impact investigations conducted as part of the environmental monitoring investigation around the MIU Site from FY2020 to FY2021, which include groundwater level measurement in wells, river flow rate measurement, water analysis of Hazama river, noise and vibration surveys, and soil survey.

近年、価値創造の重要性がさまざまな領域で強調されているが、そのための一般的な教育プログラムはまだ開発されていない。これには、価値の概念が抽象的で把握しにくいことと、価値の範囲が極めて広く多様なことに大きな原因がある。神戸大学バリュースクールでは、この問題に対して、価値の概念を「価値創造スクエア」に落とし込んで操作可能としたうえで、価値創造を価値創発と価値設計の 2 つのプロセスに分けて、価値創造教育に取り組んでいる。本稿では、バリュースクールでの活動をもとにしながら、価値創造教育の意義と実践について考察する。価値創造は、個人の経験に根差す活動であるため、価値創造教育も個人の経験に基礎をおき、それを育成する教育でなければならない。そのためには、学生の経験の質を高め、学生同士や学生と教員さらには社会との間で価値の共創が起こるような場の設計が求められる。このような価値創造教育を通じて、個人の価値創造能力が高められるならば、価値に対する俯瞰力が身に付き、社会の民主化がより進むことが期待され、それが新しい価値創造やイノベーションを育む土壌になる。

日本原子力研究開発機構(以下、原子力機構)では、東濃地科学センターと青森研究開発センターに、それぞれJAEA-AMS-TONO及びJAEA-AMS-MUTSU(以下、それぞれTONO及びMUTSU)という二つの加速器質量分析施設がある。本書では、TONO及びMUTSUで共通した測定技術である炭素同位体測定について、両施設の特徴を紹介するとともに、炭素同位体比標準試料を測定した比較試験の結果を報告する。両施設とも、原子力機構内による内部利用のほか、原子力機構の施設供用利用制度により大学や他の研究機関等による外部利用が行われている。近年、加速器質量分析装置(Accelerator Mass Spectrometer 以下、AMS)による炭素同位体測定の需要の拡大に伴い、両施設を併用する、あるいは将来的に併用を検討するという動向が見られる。しかしながら、両施設には、メーカー、装置駆動方式が異なるAMSが設置されている。両施設のAMSは、特に加速器へのイオン入射方式が異なることから、バックグラウンドの低さなど、測定性能に差がある。また、解析法も両施設の主な研究分野に合わせた方法が使われている。そのため、一つの研究課題で両施設を利用する場合には、その施設の特徴をよく理解し、利点を生かした使い分けや解析法の統一が必要となる。本書は、両施設をこれから使用する人が検討する際の参考として、両施設の装置、試料調製法、解析方法、比較試験結果に基づいた測定性能などを取りまとめたものである。, Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) has two facilities of accelerator mass spectrometry, JAEA-AMS-TONO and JAEA-AMS-MUTSU at Tono Geoscience Center and Aomori Research and Development Center, respectively. In this report, characteristics of each facility and results of standard samples in the inner-comparison test of carbon isotope measurement will be described. Both facilities have been used for research by not only JAEA's staff but also researchers who belong to universities and other institutes on the shared use program of JAEA facilities. Recently, researchers trend to use both facilities with the expansion of demand for the carbon isotope measurement by using the accelerator mass spectrometer (AMS). However, each facility has a spectrometer made by a different manufacturer and equipped with different mechanical components. There is a difference in each ability to the carbon isotope measurement such as background level. This is, for example, due to different ion injection system adapted at each spectrometer. Further, each facility uses a different analytical method adjusted to each main research field. When a researcher uses both facilities, the researcher understands more about the characteristics and need to make a suitable choice of a facility for samples and the analytical method. The report presents a detailed information of characteristics of the spectrometer, sample preparation method and analytical method, and of ability of the measurement based on the inner-comparison test.

AimThe purpose of this study was to clarify the satisfaction of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) installation recommendation standards at the NICU facilities in a prefecture, which provided a way to study measures to improve sound and light environment of the NICU.MethodsWe conducted a survey to observe the sound pressure and illuminance of NICUs at five facilities. The measures were recorded for 1 minute around the baby and for 7 days around the NICU center. The study was approved by Mie University Medical Research Ethics Review Board (approval number 3113)Results1. The sound pressure level of all NICUs in the prefecture was over the AAP's recommended standards: 1 hour Leq was 45 dB , 1 hour L10 was 50 dB or less, and Lmax was 65 dB or less. Using a temporal occlusion paradigm, the present study examined the anticipation of baseball catchers in a situation where they were required to give directions to teammates on play. Collegiate baseball catchers and fielders (n = 10 in each group) watched a series of video images, recorded from the catcher’s viewpoint, showing a simulated sacrifice bunt to the pitcher with no outs and a runner at first base. Each video image was occluded at 0 ms (T1), 370 ms (T2), 730 ms (T3), or 1100 ms (T4) after the moment of bat-ball impact. After viewing each occluded video image, the participants verbally answered whether the ball thrown by the pitcher would reach the second baseman before the runner touched second base (i.e., when the runner would be out), or whether the runner would touch second base before the ball thrown by the pitcher reached the second baseman (i.e., when the runner would be safe). The results indicated that the catchers showed higher anticipation accuracy and signal detection sensitivity than the fielders. Also, there was no difference in the effect of temporal occlusion between the catchers and the fielders. These results suggest that catchers have better anticipation ability resulting from higher signal detection sensitivity, compared with fielders from the early stage, by making use of the information available about the ball, the pitcher, and the runner. Furthermore, it was evident that anticipation accuracy was particularly increased for trials in which the runner would be considered out at second base, and that the judgment bias for selection of first base became smaller in the time period immediately after bat-ball impact (i.e., from T1 to T2). These findings suggest that the time period immediately after bat-ball impact includes information that can be used to reduce the tendency for avoiding the risk of a losing score resulting from erroneous judgment.

経済格差の広がりは世界的な問題である。企業会計は付加価値をステークホルダーへ分配するための重要な制度であるにもかかわらず、それぞれのステークホルダーへの分配額が明示されない構造になっており、会計制度が不平等を固定化し強化する傾向を有している。このような企業会計の限界を明らかにするために、まず、世界の全上場企業の財務ビッグデータを抽出後、前処理し、データ解析環境に読み込んだ。次に、そのデータを要約・可視化することによって、探索的に解析し、世界の企業の付加価値分配の傾向的な動きや地域ごとの特徴などを明らかにした。その結果、ヨーロッパ諸国は労働者への分配が比較的安定しているが、アメリカやアジア諸国では、相対的に資本に対する分配が高く、増加傾向にあり、経済格差が強化される傾向が示された。このような企業会計の問題を克服する対処の一つとして、個別企業レベルの付加価値情報を明示するように会計制度を改善する必要がある。

The present study aimed to clarify the types and situations of play which are difficult for referees to judge by reviewing the results of video challenge system introduced in volleyball competition. The data analyzed were all the challenge requested from 76 matches in volleyball competition in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. The success rate of challenges was calculated from the number of successful challenges divided by the number of challenges for each type of play. As results, the following findings were obtained: 1) The total number of challenges was 400 times, the number of successful challenges (i.e., the number of errors in referee's judgment) was 163 times, and the success rate of challenges was 40.8%. There was no difference in these variables between men’s and women’s competitions. 2) The number of successful challenges and the success rate of challenges for the blocker’s ball contact were higher than those for the other types of play, suggesting that it is one of the most difficult judgments for volleyball referees to determine the contact between the blocker and the ball. 3) Regarding the judgment on the ball contact of the blocker, the frequency of judgment corrected from no touch to touch was larger than that corrected from no touch to touch. Regarding the judgment on ball in/out, the frequency of judgment corrected from ball out to ball in was larger than that corrected from ball in to ball out. The present study revealed the types and situations of play which are likely to be erroneously judged in volleyball competition for the first time. These findings would be useful for improving the technique of referees from the viewpoint of using visual information and for the future application of video challenge system in volleyball.

2017年12月14日、15日に日本原子力研究開発機構東濃地科学センターにより第20回AMSシンポジウムを開催した。シンポジウム参加者は2日間で計75名であり、AMS(加速器質量分析)装置が導入されている各研究施設の現状、技術開発成果や応用研究等について計32件の研究発表が行われた。全国のAMS施設に所属する研究者や技術者、地球科学や環境科学等を専門とする研究者、及びAMSの技術開発に関連する企業の方により、最新の成果について活発な情報・意見交換が行われた。本報告集は、これらの発表内容をまとめたものである。, This proceedings issue includes the presentation contents of the 20th Japanese Symposium on Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (JAMS-20). The JAMS-20 was held by Tono Geoscience Center, Japan Atomic Energy Agency, on December 14-15th, 2017. The number of participants was seventy five during two days. On the Symposium, thirty two presentations were made for facility status reports, analytical developments and application techniques.

本報告書は平成29年7月6日$\sim$7日で実施した、第30回「タンデム加速器及びその周辺技術の研究会」の発表内容をまとめたものである。本研究会は日本原子力研究開発機構東濃地科学センターが主催し、全国各地の静電加速器施設関係者及びビーム利用研究者、また企業関係者等の計97名の参加があった。研究会の目的は、静電加速器に携わる技術者と研究者が情報交換を通して、加速器技術や関連研究の発展に資することであり、講演とポスター発表により、加速器施設の現状、技術開発、応用研究等について33件の発表が行われた。, The 30th Meeting of Tandem Accelerators and their Associated Technologies was held on July 6 and 7, 2017 at Tono Geoscience Center of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency. This meeting involved the participation of 97 persons from universities, research institutes and companies which have tandem accelerators and/or electrostatic accelerators. The purpose of the meeting is to contribute to research and development of accelerator technology through exchange of information among the engineers and the researchers who are interested in a tandem accelerator or an electrostatic accelerator. The meeting consisted of oral and poster sessions, and there were 33 presentations which contained about the current status of tandem accelerator facilities, technical developments and research using accelerators, etc. This proceedings summarizes the contents of the presentations at the meeting.

Cosmogenic 10Be is produced by nuclear spallation in the atmosphere and falls to Earth's surface. 10Be is a useful geological tracer for determining soil age and surface erosion rate. Recently, it is reported that denudation rate can be calculated using the ratio of meteoric-10Be and 9Be in river sediments. The purpose of this study is to apply this approach to some Japanese rivers with smaller watersheds. 10Be/9Be ratios of eight bed-sediments in rivers flowing to Lake Biwa and three lake surface sediments were measured. Denudation rates (t/km2/yr) calculated from 10Be/9Be of river sediments ranged from 50 to 1179 t/km2/yr. The rates were low in rivers flowing through plane, while high in rivers flowing down mountainous area. This trend coincides with the denudation rate calculated from the standard deviation of altitude per unit area. Precipitation rates around each river showed a positive relationship with the denudation rate estimated from 10Be/9Be of river bed-sediments. The results indicate that 10Be concentration in river bed-sediments can be used as an indicator of precipitation and surface erosion of the catchment area., 琵琶湖に流入する河川および琵琶湖湖底の表層堆積物の10Be および 9Be 濃度の分析を行ない、河床堆積物の10Be/9Be から河川流域母岩の浸食速度を求めた。 堆積物試料はバルクで分解し、10BeはAMS、9BeはICP-MS により測定した。10Be!9Be から計算された河川流域母岩の浸食速度は、 流域 が山岳地帯であるほど大きく、 平野部では小さい値となった。 この傾向は、高度分散量から求められた浸食速度と調和的であった。 また、河床堆積物の10Be/9Be から求められた浸食速度は河川周辺の降水量と正の相関が見られた。これらの結果から、河川堆積物の10Be 濃度は集水域の降水量および風化浸食状態を考えるうえで一つの指標にできることが明らかになった。一方、試料の粒径分布とXRD 分析から、粒径が際立って小さい試料は10Be 濃度が高く、10Be/9Be を浸食速度の指標とす るには粒径を揃えて議論する必要がある。, 名古屋大学宇宙地球環境研究所年代測定研究部シンポジウム報告

本計画書は、高レベル放射性廃棄物の地層処分技術に関する研究開発のうち、深地層の科学的研究の一環として実施している地質環境の長期安定性に関する研究について、第3期中長期目標期間(平成27年度$\sim$平成33年度)における平成29年度の研究開発計画である。本計画の策定にあたっては、これまでの研究開発の成果のほか、関係研究機関の動向や大学等で行われている最新の研究成果、実施主体や規制機関のニーズ等を考慮した。これらの実施にあたっては、(1)調査技術の開発・体系化、(2)長期予測・影響評価モデルの開発、(3)年代測定技術の開発の三つの枠組みで研究開発を推進していく。, This report is a plan of research and development (R\&D) on geosphere stability for long-term isolation of high-level radioactive waste (HLW) in Japan Atomic Energy Agency, in fiscal year 2017. The objectives and contents in fiscal year 2017 are described in detail based on the outline of 7 years plan (fiscal years 2015-2021). Background of this research is clarified with the necessity and the significance for site investigation and safety assessment, and the past progress in this report. In addition, the plan framework is structured into the following categories: (1) Development and systematization of investigation techniques, (2) Development of models for long-term estimation and effective assessment, (3) Development of dating techniques.

公正価値はFASBおよびIASBの積極的な推進によって，財務報告の測定基礎としての地位を確立した。しかし，公正価値の「公正」が何を意味するのかについては，会計基準においても，会計専門家の議論の中でも十分に検討されてこなかった。むしろ，「公正」の本来の意味を問わないまま，公正価値会計は普及してきたのである。しかし，「公正」とは会計用語ではなく，社会を構成する規範のひとつであるから，会計の範囲を超えて検討する必要がある。本稿では，ロールズの正義論を一つの基準として，公正価値会計における「公正」概念がどのように解釈されるべきかを考察し，会計の新しい可能性を探求する。

予算超過・予算外支出に関する議会の事後承諾の規定(第六四条第二項) を持つ大日本帝国憲法の下では、「責任支出」とも呼ばれた、国庫剰余金その他を財源とする予算超過・予算外支出(「剰余金支出」) が行われた。本稿は、大正初期の「剰余金支出」問題を題材に、憲法の運用をめぐって内閣と議会との間に如何なる論理が展開されていたのかを描くものである。内閣と議会は、「剰余金支出」について、憲法上の根拠を棚上げすることで国政の円滑な運営に不可欠な処置として支出を認めつつも、支出への疑義を残すことで議会の予算審議の完全な形骸化を抑制するという、曖昧さを秘めた解釈を志向していた。さらに「剰余金支出」は、緊急勅令(憲法第八条) や緊急財政処分(第七〇条) などの「臨時」・「緊急」対策を代替する役割を期待されており、「剰余金支出」をめぐって内閣は、議会との関係のみならず、それらの審議を行う枢密院の解釈と意向を踏まえる必要もあったのである。, Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Empire of Japan (Any and all expenditures overpassing the appropriations set forth in the Titles and Paragraphs of the Budget, or that are not provided for in the Budget, shall subsequently require the approbation of the Imperial Diet.) stipulates that the consent of the Imperial Diet is necessary when a budget overrun or expenditure not provided for in the budget occurs. The Reserve Fund (Article 69) covers these expenditures. Furthermore, when a budget overrun or expenditures in excess of the budget exceeded the fixed amount of the Reserve Fund, "surplus expenditure, " or "expenditure on the responsibility of the cabinet" as addressed in the Constitution, was often covered from the surplus of the national treasury. This article, with a focus on the second Okuma cabinet, explores arguments exchanged between the Cabinet and Diet regarding surplus expenditure as well as how "urgent" and "extraordinary" circumstances and surplus expenditures were interpreted during the early Taisho period. The Constitution of the Empire of Japan stipulated emergency ordinances (Article 8) and emergency financial actions (Article 70) as "urgent" and "extraordinary" measures, but their scope of application was limited. Surplus expenditure was proposed as a more feasible "urgent" and "extraordinary" measure. The Diet questioned the expenditure from the start, but interpreting it as an "expenditure on the responsibility of the cabinet" and thus allowing questions of constitutionality to be evaded eventually became popular. This rather ambiguous interpretation permitted the expenditure as indispensible in terms of the smooth operation of the government and also prevented the Diet's budgetary discussions from losing all substance, and maintaining doubt about the constitutionality of the expenditure it thereby satisfied two contradictory demands. In addition, the mutual understanding between the Cabinet, which would restrict the expenditure to the minimum, and the Diet, which would approve the expenditure, was necessary to preserve this ambiguity. This tacit agreement on surplus expenditure and its interpretation was derived from the changing relationship between the Cabinet and Diet over time, or perhaps may have served as the foundation for the two parties to establish a relationship itself. The interpretation of the budget between the Cabinet and the Diet required an equilibrium that sometimes went beyond theories. This subject of surplus expenditure was actively debated during the second Okuma cabinet. Heated debate within and outside of the Diet reflected domestic political conditions at the time, including alternating Cabinets and changes in the relationship between the Cabinet and Diet and power within the Diet The second k Okuma cabinet, which was already faced with economic challenges arising from World War I, made the decision to implement a surplus expenditure in line with criticism from the Privy Council regarding interpretation of the "urgent" and "extraordinary" clauses. This event confirms the fact that regulation on surplus expenditure required synchronization with the interpretation of the "urgent" and "extraordinary" clauses in addition to dealing with the problem by increasing the reserve fund. Furthermore, one can also note that the second Okuma cabinet's surplus expenditure were seen as having the character of "economic-policy spending" as in that for rice market regulation and protection of the silk reeling industry, which also sparked criticism for being arbitrary. These expenditures were sought as an alternative method functioning as an surplus expenditure scheme that was based on the unanticipated interpretation of Article 8 and Article 70 by the Privy Council. However, when approval of the expenditure was submitted after the fact to the Diet, the majority of the House of Representatives had no other choice but to accept it as members of the ruling party, but the House of Peers and others within and outside of the Diet criticized the action. Thus, questioning of surplus expenditures became more evident and the need to change the constitutional interpretation through mitigation of the application of Article 8 and Article 70 arose. The second Okuma cabinet failed to modify its interpretation, however, and could not formulate a new alternative to surplus expenditure in order to respond to "urgent" and "extraordinary" circumstances. They were consequently forced to considerably delay establishment of immediate "economic policies" whose necessity was expected to increase. The interpretation of "expenditure on the responsibility of the cabinet" is not perfectly logical in the context of "constitutionalism." But the continuity and the stability of the interpretation held by the Cabinet and the Diet was emphasized, In the Early Taisho Period, the fact that the policies of the Cabinet and the expectations of the political parties underwent great strain as they at times undermined the ideals of constitutionalism and the parliamentarianism, by which the two were also bound, arose as a incipient and practical issue.

We have started a Radiocarbon lntercomparison on Chemical Experiments, Water series (RICE-W) program to examine whether carbon isotopic fractionation and carbon contamination occur or not on 14C analysis of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) in water by different sample preparation and storage methods. Eight water samples of four kinds (surface seawater, ground water, hot spring water, and sodium bicarbonate solution) have already analyzed by six AMS laboratories in Japan, and the results obtained are gradually being published. Here, we report the progress of RICE-W program briefly, and then give consideration to the result using the precipitation method, by which DIC is precipitated into SrCO3 or BaCO3, and then oxidized with H3PO4 to extract CO2., 我々は、研究機関による前処理法の違い等による水試料中の溶存無機炭素(DIC)の14C分析値のばらつきを比較・検討するため、水試料の14C比較プログラム(RICE-W: Radiocarbon Intercomparison onChemical Experiments，Water series)を立ち上げた。まず、予備的に採取したDIC濃度・塩濃度の異なる水試料(表層海水、温泉水、地下水、NaHC03水溶液)を6機関に配布し、各機関それぞれの化学前処理法によってDIC-14C分析を実施し、現在、得られた結果をもとに、RICE-Wプログラムの本格的始動に向けての基礎検証を行いつつある。本稿においては、RICE-Wプログラムの実施状況を簡単にまとめ、特に沈殿法(SrCl2やBaCl2を添加して炭酸塩を生成させた後、リン酸を添加してCO2を発生させる方法)による結果についてまとめた。その結果、塩濃度の高い水試料に沈殿法を用いた場合、沈殿剤(SrCl2、BaCl2)、pH調整剤(NH3、NaOH) によっては、沈殿が生成しにくい場合や、沈殿が生成しても炭素回収率が低い場合、そして現代炭素による汚染を受ける可能性があることが明らかとなり、沈殿法の最適な統一基準を設定する必要性が提示された。, 名古屋大学年代測定総合研究センターシンポジウム報告

震災等の災害が発生した際に，避難所に必要な物資が届かないという声がよく聴かれる。2016年4月に発生した熊本地震でも，多量の物資が県の指定場所に届いていたが，末端の避難所の一部には届かない，また必要な物資とのミスマッチの発生が見られた。本研究は，2016年に発生した熊本地震の末端避難所で起きた事例を聴取して，震災発生時の避難所における支援物資の供給改善と運営の課題の2点について取り上げた。支援物資の供給については，避難所で住民が求めている物資の品目と数量を把握して，発注から配布までが円滑に行える避難所の組織運営を研究課題とした。そこで，支援物資の供給を受ける避難所の運営及び入所者支援の課題を，１）初期から少し安定する時期までの時間経過から明らかになった課題，２）避難所における課題，３）学生と社会人の行動から見た課題の3つに分けて把握した。把握した課題から，避難所の運営には行政職員以外の入所者等の協力を得ることも検討する必要があると分かった。避難所で避難住民の共感を得て行動できる人材を活用するマネジメント・コントロールの要諦を明らかにした。想定される課題の中で，避難住民への気遣いは重要な要素となると考えられたため，避難所運営の防災教育教材「さすけなぶる」の活用も取り上げた。また，当初から有効な組織運営を行うには，発災以前から周辺住民との情報共有や信頼関係構築することが望ましいため，住民基本台帳をベースにした被災者支援システムについても聴取を行い，１つの有効な手段として付記している。

CRM（コーズ・リレイテッド・マーケティング 以下CRM）を活用して，災害復興支援を目的とした寄付金を集める研究を進めるうえで，寄付つき商品の購入者の意識を調査した。寄付つき商品を販売して，購入者に対してアンケート調査を実施するにあたり，タビオ株式会社（以下タビオ）に協力を依頼した。調査方法は，タビオの実店舗ブランド「靴下屋」とネット販売の店舗ブランド「ショセット」で，1足につき納品額の10％の寄付金が付いた「くまもんデザインのソックス」を期間限定で販売した。販売期間は，2016年10月1日～12月31日で，ソックスの販売価格は，税込で972円，756 円，648円の3タイプである。寄付金はタビオの負担である。靴下屋・ショセット用に各4品番を用意し，各品番に４色の品揃えがあるため，計16種類の ソックスを135店舗と通販で販売した。販売終了後に，寄付金つきソックスを購入したタビオの会員カード顧客に，直接メールを送ってアンケートを依頼して 回答を返信してもらう方法で実施した。アンケートは，平成29年2月7日にメール送信し，回収期間を平成29年2月7日～2月25日として77件の回答を 得た。アンケート回答への協力と言う意味で、回答者にはタビオのポイントを1500提供した。アンケート調査の目的は，寄付金つき商品を購入するような「社会に貢献する消費（倫理的消費）」をすることの評価，寄付金つき商品を消費者が支持 する割合を明らかにすることである。調査項目としては，寄付つき商品を含む倫理的消費に関する消費者意識や支持，経験なども質問した。結果として，ソックスのように日常的に購入しない商品でも，一定の購入者層が期待でき，かつ繰り返してCRMを実施しても購入につながることが明らかになった。
