, Since the traditional waterside assessment has been employed from the water environment viewpoint, the sound river basin management was not completed. In this paper, introducing the concept of GES system, benthic organisms, fishes and birds for ecological system and impression of human being for social system are proposed. The sustainability of aquatic creatures and the accumulation impacts of toxic-chemicals in fish bodies are considered through flood chain. The human impression waterside against environment evaluation is formulated. Finally, the Kamo River is applied for verification.
