この論文はE3ME（Energy-environment-economy model at global level）モデルに関するレビュー論文である．E3MEモデルは不均衡マクロ計量経済モデルであり，大規模連立方程式体系で構成される．技術的変化もE3MEモデル内で考慮される．この論文はこのモデルに関する優れた先行文献をできる限り取り上げ，E3MEモデルがどうやってシナリオを設定し，エネルギー，経済効果と環境分析に使用されているかを理解できるようにする．既存の知識を整理したうえで，新たな見解の形成に寄与することで，E3MEモデルの研究の発展に貢献することを目的とする．

Around 1922, Akutagawa's views on art changed dramatically because of his experiences in China. As a result, he showed a tendency to negate his own conventional art style. His criticism of Chinoiserie and of the elitism of connoisseur's taste for its disregard of Naniwabushi are good examples of this. However, few previous studies have linked the influence of his travel to China to works that are not related to China, especially criticism of the connoisseur of fine arts. This article focuses on Akutagawa's changes in the middleperiod (1921-1924) and positions his criticism of the connoisseur's taste as a response to the reality of proletarian masses. By focusing on Akutagawa's term 'sublime vulgarity' (荘厳なる俗悪), I argue that Akutagawa attempted to deconstruct the dichotomy between vulgar and conventional art, and he did so to explore new artistic possibilities. Furthermore, this study argues that later in his career, Akutagawa removed the idea of vulgarity from the concept of 'sublime v ulgarity,' and used the idea of sublimity to point toward a form of proletarian literature. Additionally, by examining the term 'sublime vulgarity' critically from the angles of work analysis and Naniwabushi studies, this article tries to show that Akutagawa had a limited understanding of the proletarian society. This article's main conclusion is that the barely compatible combination of the realistic forces of proletarian masses and his classical view of art are the key features of Akutagawa's middle-period literature.

text, 紀要論文 / Departmental Bulletin Paper, 本研究ではネットいじめ発生の要因を究明するため、宇都宮大学においてアンケート調査を実施した。結論として、ネットいじめはリアルのいじめと比較した時、インターネットの特性（①匿名性、②顔の見えない文字だけの非対面性、③同時性と遍在性）の影響を受けている事、またリアルの人間関係の変化の影響（①階層的関係、②島宇宙化、③自己の多様化）双方の影響が見いだされることが証明された。

In the 2000s, English-Medium Instruction (EMI) in non-English countries developed worldwide. Japan is one of these countries and the number of English-based students who cannot utilize Japanese language increased. Some of the Japanese universities offer dormitories for international students, who can gradually get used to learning the Japanese way of life after they arrive in Japan. Some of the universities also offer cultural exchange programs for EMI students. However, due to the COVID-19, the situation has changed.

少子高齢化が急激に進んでいる中国において、近年、高齢認知症者の認知症ケアの必要性が顕在化し、高齢者介護施設での対応が強く求められている。しかし、中国では、高齢者介護施設での認知症ケアに関しては緒に就いたばかりで、調査研究も少ない。そこで、本研究では、中国･長春市の高齢者施設における、介護職員の認知症ケアに関する現状や実態を明らかにし、今後高齢者施設における、認知症ケアのあり方に関して重要な基盤研究となることを目的としてアンケート調査を実施した。その結果：①長春市において、認知症ケア専門施設の数は260ケ所の民営高齢者施設のうち、認知症高齢者を受け入れる高齢者施設がわずか10ケ所であった。②長春市においては、8割以上の介護職員が40、50代の低学歴の女性であった。介護職員の素質が全体的に低いレベルにとどまり、専門的な認知症ケア人材が不足している実態が明らかにされた。③長春市においては、約半分の介護職員が資格を持っていないのが現状であった。④8割以上の介護職員の認知症ケア実務歴は5年以内であった。これらは、介護職員の社会地位が低く、低賃金などの課題を抱え、介護職定着性の確保が非常に困難であるという現状が浮き彫りにされた。⑤中高年の介護経験年数が5年以内の介護職員、特に1年未満の介護職員が認知症ケア研修で得た知識が有効であった。⑥長春市の高齢者施設の介護職員は認知症の知識･理解が低いレベルにとどまっていたが、認知症ケアの価値への肯定感や認知症ケアの関心が非常に高かった。調査結果から、認知症高齢者を受け入れる施設の整備、認知症ケア人材育成及び認知症ケア研修体制整備の重要性などが示唆された。

認知症高齢者の増加とともに、認知症高齢者の介護問題も日々深刻化している。その中でも特に、自宅で生活している認知症高齢者の介護問題は喫緊の課題である。また、認知症高齢者本人の在宅生活の継続について、本人への支援だけでなく、家族介護者への支援も重要と考えられる。本研究は、認知症高齢者の在宅介護の3事例を取り上げて、認知症高齢者が在宅生活の継続を実現するための課題について明らかにすることを目的とした。その結果: ①心身負担、②家族介護者、特に男性介護者への支援の不足、③社会支援の不足、以上3点が、認知症高齢者の継続的な在宅生活維持に影響を与えることを明らかにした。その結果を踏まえ、今後、認知症高齢者の自宅生活を実現するには、①家族介護者特に、男性介護者への支援の強化、②経済的困難を抱える認知症家族への支援の強化、③社会支援の充実という3項目が重要であることを示唆した。

Currently, there is fierce competition in the higher education sector in China. This condition is called an “examination war.” Examination education aimed at university entrance exams emphasizes intellectual education and neglects the development of basic knowledge, methods, abilities, values, etc. In this paper, I first introduce the origins of examination education, namely the Imperial Examination and examine the problems from a historical perspective. Next, I discuss the transition and alteration of the Chinese examination culture and trace the process of the creation of examination education. Then, by considering both the history and current situation of the hierarchical society, I explain why examination education has continued for many years. Finally, I analyze the causes that promote the trend of examination education from the perspectives of the cultural values of Confucianism, Dayitong and the educational values of parents and schools.

The section entitled “Sakuzennzi” in Makuranosousi describes the prosperity of Tyuukannpaku’ s family. Tyuuguu returned from the royal palace to Nizyounomiya on February 21, the fifth year of syouryaku, when the Buddhist service was held at Jisonji Temple. Nizyounomiya is the actual residence of Mititaka at the season of buddhist activities at the Jisonji Temple, as documented in journals such as Nihonnkiryaku and Syouyuuki. The location of the Nizyounomiya can be roughly inferred from these resources. However, the annotated version of Makuranosousi follows the propositions by Tuoda Humie, Hagitaniboku and Masudasigeo that Tyuuguu is equal to 二条北宫. Investigations indicate Isida Zyouzi's claim needs further discussion although it is not widely accepted. This paper reexamines the location of Nizyounomiya and that of the Yisyuu Mansion, mentioned in the papers by Masuda and Tunoda, and clarifies the exact location of Mititaka's mansion.

現在、中国社会は、世界規模のリスクのみならず、固有のリスクへの対応に迫られる複雑な時期に突入しているがゆえに、中国国内においてもリスク研究が重要視されてきた。しかし、本研究において、実証的な調査研究を支える理論研究を精査した結果、中国固有の社会・文化的コンテクストから論考する研究が少ないことが明らかとなった。一方で、圧縮された近代化や社会主義体制における市場経済化など中国独自の発展プロセスは、他国を参照しにくい特徴があるため、中国のリスク研究を整理しつつ、その固有の理論の発展を構想する必要性が浮上してきた。本稿では、多分野において展開される中国におけるリスク研究を概観した上で、とりわけ社会・文化的に構築される側面に依拠するリスクの捉え方の変容及びリスクが発生する背景の固有性を考察した。その結果、リスクの成因や特徴等を分析するといった社会の構造分析からリスクの多元的認知分析へと変化していることが明らかとなり、中でも、社会管理における政府の位置づけという中国固有の特徴との関連性が見出された。以上を踏まえ、今後の中国におけるリスク研究やガバナンス等に対する示唆を提示した。, Nowadays, it is often pointed out that Chinese society is entering a complex period of time when it is necessary to deal with not only global risks but also unique risks to China, so risk researches in China have be emphasized. However, in this research, it found when examining the theoretical studies that to support empirical research, there are few studies that are discussed from the socio-cultural context of China. Since China’s unique development process, such as compressed modernization and market economy in a socialist system, has characteristics that is difficult to refer to other countries, it has become necessary to organize its own risk researches and consider its own theoretical development. This paper gives an overview of China’s risk researches in multiple fields, and especially analyzes the transformation in the understanding of socio-culturally constructed risks and its unique backgrounds. As a result, it has become clear that the social structure analysis has be transformed into the multidimensional cognitive analysis of risk. And the relationship with the unique characteristic of China, which is the position of the government in social management, was found. Based on the above, suggestions for future risk research or risk governance could be presented.

日本国内において障害のある外国人児童生徒は，年々増加傾向にあるが，具体的な教育的支援の研究が多く存在するとはいいがたい。本研究では，筆者らの多国籍の児童生徒が在籍する学校教育の研究経験や知見に基づき，障害のある外国人児童生徒の支援について，考察を行うことを目的とした。まず，外国人留学生から見た障害のある外国人児童生徒の支援に関する意見では，各障害特性への支援以外に母国語や文化的背景を意識した工夫点があげられた。次に各国の教育的支援では，多国籍を意識した支援枠組が構築されていた。障害のある外国人児童生徒を支援するにあたっては，社会から孤立させないための関わりが重要であり，母国語での対応ができるような体制の整備や実態に応じて多様な学習形態をとることができるような柔軟な支援のあり方が求められており，学校や関係機関，地域との関係形成の重要性も示唆された。, There is an increase in the number of foreign students with disabilities in Japan every year, but little study has been done to concrete educational support. The purpose of this study is to examine the support for foreign students with disabilities based on our research experience and knowledge in the scene of school education. First, from the perspective of international students, their opinions on the support for foreign students with disabilities pointed out that in addition to support for each disability characteristic, there were some ideas that were conscious of their mother tongue and cultural background. Next, in the educational support of each country, a support framework that was conscious of multinational was constructed. In supporting foreign students with disabilities, it is important to be involved in keeping them from being isolated from society, and it is necessary to establish a flexible support system that allows them to respond in their native language and to introduce various learning styles according to each situation. It was suggested that the importance of forming relationships with schools, related organizations, and the community.

日本帝国主義は当初から満州移民事業を重視し、開拓移民として有望なのは、青・少年（若者）と考えていた。開拓農業移民政策にかかわり、満蒙開拓と青少年義勇軍の募集や送り込みなどの政策に関する事実が明らかにされている。満州の広報や宣伝に関する研究は放送、ラジオ、新聞を対象としてきたが、雑誌、絵本、漫画またポスターなどの多様なビジュアルメディアも、当時の庶民生活の隅々に深く関わっていた。また、色は人の感情や認識にも深く関わり、事物の識別やコミュニケーションにも大きく役立っているため、色彩ビジュアルメディアの重要性を否定する事はできない。 筆者らは正確な結果を導くために、配色スケールの適用という研究方法を導入した。その結果を用い、満州における青・少年向けビジュアルメディアと移民政策との関係を検討する。テキスト分析では、それらに記載された記事の内容について質的および量的な分析を行った。 ビジュアルメディアは検閲の影響を受けながら、移民国策を宣伝するための手段として次第に強硬になっていったことがわかった。また、王道楽土と共存共栄を明瞭に宣伝したことも判明した。その結果、青少年が満州を支援する気運も高まっていたと推測できる。

As part of the development of the economy, one child policy was carried out from 1978. It has had a profound impact on Chinese society. For example, it controlled the rapid population growth, opened the sex attitudes, and protected the environment as well as almost all kinds of conception methods were used generally. But the Chinese government started the three-child policy to alleviate the problem of the ageing population since 2021. It will have a bad influence on female workers and the protection of their work opportunities if the society does not support flexible child-rearing policies. Family makes the society stable. And the culture of having children is still the main trend in China. But condom prevalence remains low. And the number of AIDS patients and PLHA is still on the rise. It is essential to implement the comprehensive education in China. The LGBT group also needs to form families. It is hoped that the comprehensive sexuality education will increase social tolerance.

In China, various problems have emerged in the promotion of “Quality-oriented education” because of the conventional view of education as “Examination-oriented education.” In this background, many people are seeking an ideal school, true education, and ways to overcome this crisis. It is important for educators to have strong, novel ideas and theories of educational methods in order to overcome problematic situations and realize rich and true education. During the process of recognizing the necessity and importance of ideas and theories in education and investigating the history of education, I am strongly attracted to the education method and theory suggested by Rudolf Steiner (1865-1925), as well as some educators. This school, that practices the curriculum suggested by Steiner's deep and broad ideas, is known as Free Waldorf School or Rudolf Steiner School (in China, it is called “Waldorf” (HuaDeFu)) by many people. China's first Waldorf School, Chengdu Waldorf School, was founded in September 2004. Since then, practitioners at the School have sought to get it approved by the government, and in 2006 they received a formal approval for kindergarten. (In 2012, approval was received for primary education). This paper examines the direction of development of Waldorf education in China through a survey of four graduates and principals of the Chengdu Waldorf School.

本研究では,実際にマラソン大会に参加したランナーへの調査から,大会参加費の受容範囲を明らかにすることを目的とした. 近年,宿泊を伴ってマラソン大会に参加するランナーが増加している状況を鑑みて,本研究では宿泊を伴って大会に参加するスポーツツーリストと開催地域参加者の参加費に対する内的参照価格の違いについても検証を行った. 価格感度測定法を用いて受容価格帯を算出した結果,参加者に許容される価格の範囲は7,267円から10,438円であった.また,スポーツツーリストと開催地域参加者それぞれの受容価格帯も算出したが,大きな差は見られなかった.今回実施した調査の結果から,マラソン大会に参加するランナーはすでに与えられた情報をもとに,参加費に関する内的参照価格を形成していることがわかる., This study clarified the perception of runners' entry fees through a survey of runners who participated in a marathon event in the backdrop of sports tourism. Regarding the runners' perception of the entry fee for the marathon event, the acceptable price range was calculated using the price sensitivity measurement method. The range of prices allowed for participants was 7,267 yen to 10,438 yen. We also calculated the acceptance price range for sports tourists and local participants. However, there was no significant difference. The survey results showed that runners participating in marathons form an internal reference price for the entry fee based on the available information., 原著(Original paper)

本稿は、大阪ビジネスパーク地区（以下OBP地区とする）を事例として、ビジネスエリアの再活性化に資するエリアマネジメントのあり方を検討する。OBP地区は、1986年に「まち開き」を迎えたビジネスエリアであり、民間のまちづくり団体によって整備されたビジネスエリアとして我が国において先駆的な事例として知られている。しかし、近年、梅田をはじめとする近隣の新興ビジネスエリアとの競争において劣勢に立たされ、OBP地区のエリアマネジメントを担う大阪ビジネスパーク協議会（以下OBP協議会とする）では同地区の相対的な魅力の低下が問題視され、再活性化が喫緊の課題になっている。しかしながら、こうしたエリアの再活性化という課題はOBP地区に特有のものではない。再活性化はあらゆるエリアマネジメント団体が直面する共通の課題であり、OBP地区はそれが最初期の事例であるがゆえにこの課題を先取りしている。本稿はシステム思考などのフレームワークを活用しながらOBP地区の現状を分析し、課題の解決案を示す。そしてこのOBP地区の事例から、ビジネスエリアを再活性化させるための一般的な知見を得ることを目指すものである。, No matter how attractive a business area is, over time the building will age and lose its competitiveness against emerging business areas. In order to revitalize the area, it is necessary to create new value in the area by utilizing the resources possessed by the area and collaborating with various stakeholders. This paper is aimed to examine the ideal way of area management that contributes to the revitalization of the business area, by using the Osaka Business Park (OBP) area as an example. As research methods, literature reviews, material collection and an interview with the OBP Council and the Takenaka Corporation, who is one of developers of the OBP district, were conducted. Based on these findings, systems thinking framework was used to identify the fundamental issues that need to be resolved in order to promote the revitalization of the OBP district, and then a solution would be proposed. As a result, it can be seen as a fundamental issue that the current OBP Council has not established collaborative relationships among stakeholders. With that in mind, this paper submitted a solution to build a new learning center in the OBP and examined the possibility of forming collaborative relationships in this district.

本稿は、近代日本の対中宣伝と紛争について、日本人が中国で経営していた漢字新聞を手掛かりに解明を試みるものである。行論では、満洲を舞台とした日系漢字紙である『盛京時報』の筆禍事件を中心に、それをめぐる経緯と日中交渉を明らかにし、日中関係への影響と歴史的意義を示した。『盛京時報』は一九二七年六月に北伐戦争中の奉天軍戦況に関する記事を掲載したことで、中国官憲に購読を禁止された。元より新聞業界の騒ぎに過ぎなかった同件は、在奉天総領事吉田茂の対中強硬策の一環として利用され、｢満蒙懸案｣の一つに取り上げられ、日中間の外交問題に発展した。が、世論を煽ることで中国側から譲歩を引き出し、日中問題を早期に解決するという本来の目的とは逆に、中国官憲の反感を買い、日中交渉をさらに難航させた。, The emergence of modern Chinese newspapers began with those operated by foreigners in China, with the Japanese operating the largest number of Chinese-language newspapers and having the greatest influence. Among these newspapers was the Shengching Shihpao 盛京時報, a Chinese-language newspaper established in Manchuria after the Russo-Japanese War. Subsidized by the Japanese government, the newspaper had a large circulation and widespread influence in China at that time, which also led to many disputes.In addressing the broad theme of incendiary writing and propaganda by Japanese-owned Chinese-language newspapers, this paper takes a calamitous incident sparked by the Shengching Shihpao in 1927 as an example, details its context, and examines the process of diplomatic negotiation between Japan and China. Meanwhile, it uses this incident to explore the topic of Japanese-owned Chinese newspapers' propaganda in China and their incendiary writing. This paper first makes an overview and categorization of the Japanese-owned Chinese newspapers' incendiary writings and clarifies the place of the incident caused by the Shengching Shihpao in 1927. Secondly, it considers the original cause of this incident by searching in the archives of Fengtian clique in the Liaoning provincial archives and the original news published by the Shengching Shihpao. Finally, the whole process of negotiations between Japan and China regarding this incident is clarified based on extant documents from the Japanese Foreign Ministry. Calamitous incidents sparked by writings in Japanese-owned Chinese newspapers can be roughly divided into two categories: one type was spontaneous boycotts initiated by the Chinese people, and the second was a top-down subscription ban issued by the Chinese government. The calamitous incident caused by the Shengching Shihpao in 1927 was an example of the latter type. In June 1927, the Shengching Shihpao was banned from subscription and distribution until the end of January of 1928 by the Chinese government for publishing a war telegram about the Fengtian Army 奉天軍in the Northern Expeditionary War, which the government regarded as untrue. During the period of sanctions, the newspaper led by its chief writer Kikuchi Teiji 菊池貞二continuously published editorials critical of the Fengtian clique and Chang Tso-lin 張作霖(this event was so called "the Manchuria incident of the pen" by Japanese). Because this was precisely the period of negotiations between Japan and China over the Manchuria issue, it was used by Japanese consul general Yoshida Shigeru in Mukden to implement his tough policy towards China. It then ceased to be only a serious issue for the press, but also developed into a diplomatic issue between Japan and China, which drew attention widely both domestically and overseas. Because Japanese-owned Chinese-language newspapers in modern China usually played a political role of propagandizing for Japan and criticizing China, it was not unusual for calamitous incidents caused by writings in their pages to arise. Underlying these calamitous incidents sparked by the Japanese-owned Chinese newspapers was not only the political rivalry between China and Japan, but also the psychological resistance of the Chinese to the newspapers, whose very existence was seen as "an unwanted favor." It can be said that in the case of the Shengching Shihpao, the use of a Japanese-owned Chinese newspaper in hopes of smoothing over issues between Japan and China by manipulating public opinion may not only have been ineffective but also counterproductive, making the uncertain Japan- China relations even worse.

本研究は，奈良マラソン 2019 参加ランナーを対象にアンケート調査を実施し，都市型市民マラソンに参加するランナーの消費行動を明らかにすることを目的とした．具体的には，参加ランナーの個人属性やランニング実施状況，大会参加状況，宿泊，大会運営に対する評価，奈良マラソンの評価と再参加意図などを明らかにするとともに，ランナーが大会への参加を検討するにあたり感じた制約やその制約を解消するためにどのような行動を取っているかについての質問を行った．本研究の結果として，回答者の約 3 割が宿泊を伴って参加していることが明らかとなった．また，多くのランナーがマラソン大会に参加するために日頃から時間のマネジメントや金銭的マネジメント，スキルの獲得といった取り組みを行っていることが明らかとなった., We conducted a questionnaire survey for runners participating in the Nara Marathon 2019, and aimed to clarify the consumption behavior of runners participating in urban marathons. Specifically, we clarified the personal attributes of the runners, consumer behavior associated with participating in marathon events such as running activities and tourism activities, evaluation of Nara marathon, and intention to re-participation. We also asked the runners about constraints when they felt in considering participation in the marathon event, negotiations on what kind of efforts they usually take to participate in the marathon event. As a result of this study, about 30% of the respondents participated in the marathon event with accommodation.
