中国の改革開放政策以降,多くの外国企業が中国に投資を行っている。本論文は,対中進出の松下の合弁企業における経営について調査研究したものである。両国の体制の違いや中国の経済改革過程の中で,どのような経営が行われているのかに注目した。とくに,(1)雇用,(2)賃金,(3)人材育成,(4)労働組合などに焦点を当てて考察し,分析している。, Since China started the Open-Door policy, many foreign enterprises have expanded into China. In this paper we focus on Matsushita joint enterprise, Japanese Company and analyze the management by interviewing in China. How do they manage the company in the transition of Chinese economic reform in spite of the different systems of the two countries. We focus on (1) employment, (2) pay, (3) personal training and (4) labor union. This paper show the consideration and the analysis.
