Abstract

Industries have been becoming more important to evaluate and reduce energy consumption when designing, operating, and improving manufacturing systems. In our past research, manufacturing system simulation to evaluate productivity and energy consumption concurrently has been proposed and developed for designing, operating, and improving the manufacturing systems. We also proposed a formulation for relationships between lot size and energy consumption per unit of production throughput. However, on our proposed formation, we did not consider the breakdown states in each facilities. In this paper, we propose a formulation concerning relationships between lot size and energy consumption per unit of production throughput considering breakdown states. This proposed formulation is an approach for the theoretical realization of the production conditions that affect a productivity or energy consumption. We investigate the formulation of the relationship between energy consumption and production throughput taking into account breakdown states, and verify it by using our developed simulation. Concerning the investigation, a middle-scale semiconductor manufacturing line which consist of three facilities, a solder printing facility, an IC mounting facility, and a solder reflow facility is simulated. Through the investigation, the relation between lot size and energy consumption per production throughput, production throughput are being understood.

Abstract

Recently, the micro-bubble technologies are applied in a wide field, and grow to the field close to the human lives. Though many methods of micro-bubble generation have been proposed, pressure loss of a venturi tube is less than among others. The studies on micro-bubble generation with venturi tube have ever seen, but the generation mechanism of a micro-bubble is not fully evident. The purpose of this paper is to make the micro-bubble generation mechanism experimentally clear. In conclusion, by inspecting the images of high-speed camera, the water jet occurs on the trailing edge of a bubble when its leading edge arrives at the throat inlet and divides it into two parts in the throat section. Then, passing through the diffuser, outer shapes of the two parts become unstable and break down into micro-bubbles. It is clear that the mechanical conditions of this occurrence are based on the accelerations at a nozzle and a diffuser. Then, the generated bubble size is distributed around a peak of about 200µm.

Abstract

現在まで低毒性や貯蔵性に優れるといったメリットからアンモニウムジニトラミド(ADN) を基剤とした3成分系無溶媒イオン液体の液体推進薬応用が検討されてきた. しかし, イオン液体推進剤は非常に高い断熱火炎温度を持つことから従来の接触的着火では耐久性に問題が有る. そこでエネルギー密度の高さや非接触的なエネルギー入射が可能なレーザーを用いた点火に注目した. 本研究ではイオン液体の特徴である極低揮発性を踏まえ, ADNを基剤とした3成分系無溶媒イオン液体推進剤のパルスレーザー点火の可能性評価を実施した., ADN-based three-component non-solvent ionic liquid has good characteristics, low toxicity and high stability, and is suitable to apply for liquid propellant. On the one hand, its flame temperature is too high. In the case of contact-ignition, for example heater or catalyst, it is easy to break the engine system. From these reason, we focused on the laser ignition. It can achieve high energy density and non-contact energy input. In this study, we evaluated the possibility of combination ADN-based ionic liquid propellant and Laser ignition. 7. Brief Report of Investigation on Mechanism of Faceted Cellular Array Growth (FACET)

Abstract

The microgravity experiment mission FACET (Investigation on Mechanism of Faceted Cellular Array Growth) was carried out under long duration microgravity on the International Space Station (ISS) in 2010. FACET aimed to clarify the mechanism of a faceted cellular array growth by precisely observing the phenomena at the solid/liquid interface. Phenyl salicylate / tertiary butyl alcohol alloy was used as a sample material instead of semiconductors or oxides. The crystal growth processes were visualized in situ using a microscope and an interferometer, especially focusing on changes in temperature and concentration in the sample. The temperature and concentration distributions in the melt during the growth were precisely measured with high spatial resolution. Negative temperature gradient as well as negative concentration gradient ahead of the S/L interface can be expected to be the driving forces of the morphological instability. 8. 根こぶ病抵抗性ヒロシマナ‘CR広島２号’の罹病化

Abstract

ヒロシマナは不結球ハクサイに属する広島県の特産野菜で, 主に漬け物に加工され｢広島菜漬｣として販売される｡２０１０ 年１１月, 広島県庄原市の農家圃場にて, 抵抗性品種として導入された‘ＣＲ 広島２号’に根こぶ病の激しい発生を認めた｡ ２０１０年に当該圃場で採取した根こぶ病菌および‘ＣＲ広島２号’育成時に利用され凍結保存されていた２００３年産同一町内採取根こぶ病菌による‘ ＣＲ広島２号’の感受性検定の結果,その罹病化の原因は本菌病原性の変化にあると考えられた｡Hatakeyama et al. (2004 )に従ったハクサイ品種を用いる病原性検定の結果,２００３年産の根こぶ病菌は‘無双’のみに,２０１０年産は‘無双’および‘隆徳’に病原性を有した｡一方,‘スーパーＣＲ ひろ黄’はいずれにも抵抗性で, 本菌レース４から２への変化が‘ ＣＲ広島２号’罹病化の原因であると結論された｡今後,新レースの動向には細心の注意を払う必要がある｡

application/pdf, アカクローバーとアルファルファを材料として，植物体地上部全体，葉部のみ，茎部のみのサイレージを調製し（以下全体，葉部，茎部と呼ぶ），発酵品質および35日間貯蔵中における乾物， 可溶性炭水化物(WSC)消失率およびへミセルロース，セルロース分解率を測定した. WSCはサイレージ発酵によってアカクローバー，アルファルファでそれぞれ72.8，85.9%消失した.部位別でのWSC消失率はアカクローバーでは葉部より茎部で低く，アルファルファでは逆に葉部より茎部で高かった.へミセルロース分解率はアカクローバー，アルファルファ全体でともに25%程度であった.部位別のへミセルロース分解率は，両草種とも葉部より茎部で高く，アカクローバーでは42.0，アルファルファでは35.9%であった.セルロース分解率はへミセルロース分解率に比べて小きく，5%以下であった.
