Abstract

動誘発性喘息(EIA)に対する鍼治療の効果を検討した.EIAと診断された18名を,ランダムにA群とB群の2群に振り分け,A群を鍼治療期間,次いでwash out期間,その後無治療期間,B群を無治療期間,次いでwash out期間,その後鍼治療期間に設定したランダム化クロスオーバー試験にて観察した.各期間はそれぞれ4週とした.鍼治療は,週2回を4週,計8回行ない,気管支喘息に有効とされている経穴を使用した.評価項目は,運動負荷後の1秒量変化率,呼気NO濃度,末梢血好酸球数,血清ECP,血中IgE RIST,Asthma Control Testで,鍼治療期間と無治療期間の各々の前後に計4回測定した.運動負荷による気道閉塞の指標である運動負荷後の1秒量変化率,気道炎症を反映する呼気NO濃度は,鍼治療群(A群とB群の鍼治療期間)では,無治療群(A群とB群の無治療期間)に比べ,有意に改善した(P
