The purpose of this study is to make clear the realities of blood hemoglobin concentration in female students of junior high and high school with Astrim. The subjects were comprised of 260 female students belonging to one junior high and high school and 33 of their mothers. The investigation was carried out from April to May 2009. The item under investigation was blood hemoglobin concentration, which was measured through using the near-infrared spectroscopic imaging method.The main findings were as follows: 1) The blood hemoglobin concentrations were 13.1±1.5g/dl for junior high school students, and 12.4±1.4g/dl for high school students. Measurement of hemoglobin (Hb) concentrations was performed using the noninvasive peripheral blood vessel monitoring device with the near-infrared spectroscopic imaging method. The percent coefficient of variation (CV) for the within-run precision of this method ranged from 0.85 to 8.1%. The CV for the within-day variation of this method ranged from 2.66 to 8.38%. When compared this method with the conventional automated analyzer of blood cells, these two assay methods were significantly correlated. The results of this study suggest that this method could be a useful screening test for Hb concentrations. It could be widely used as not only medical application but application in a healthy care field.

鉄欠乏に関する指標として,採血により血中ヘモグロビン値が測定されている。しかし,採血しないで測定できれば侵襲による負担がないことや簡便性など利点も多い。非侵襲的に血中ヘモグロビン値の測定が可能とされるアストリムを用いて測定の信頼性について検討した。また,今後,栄養や運動などに関する研究にアストリムを使用することを目的とし,集団における血中ヘモグロビン平均値の推定への有効性などについて基礎的な検討をおこなった。成人57名を対象にアストリムを用いて非侵襲的に血中ヘモグロビン値を測定し,採血による血液生化学検査から得られた血中ヘモグロビン値と比較した。その結果,この集団のアストリムによる測定平均値と採血による測定平均値は近い値を示して有意な差はなく(p>0.1),男性,女性の各集団においても同様に,それぞれ近い値を示し有意な差はなかった(p>0.1)。成人57名の各人におけるアストリムによる測定値と採血による測定値の差は0.15±0.93g/dlであった。アストリムと採血による各測定値の相関性を調べた結果,強い正の相関(r=0.72, p

X線装置測定において,非接続計測器は管電圧や曝射時間等を高電圧回路に接続することなく簡便に測定できる。しかし,管電流の測定は非接続では困難であった。今回クランプ管電流計の適用により,非接続X線管電流測定が直接測定法に匹敵する精度で測定できた。この結果,非接続計測器の組合せにより管電圧,管電流,曝射時間の測定が可能となった。, Concerning the measurement of X-ray equipment, the non-invasive type instrument can easily measure X-ray tube voltage and exposure time without connecting it to the high tension circuit, but the measurement of X-ray tube current by this method is very difficult.This time, by applying a clamp type tube current meter, we enabled the measurement of X-ray tube current by means of the non-invasive method, and confirmed that the accuracy corresponded to the direct measurement method.As a result, we were able to measure X-ray tube voltage, tube current and exposure time by using the non-invasive type instrument and clamp type tube current meter together.
