This paper describes how an interactive computing system is currently being utilized at the Indian Hill location of Bell Laboratories. The system is based upon an IBM product called TSS/36O. However, this system has been modified and augmented by our installation over the past five years to adopt to our user requirements as well as to reflect some of our philosophy on computer system design. Numerous hardware and software changes have been made in the base IBM product during the process. The paper will also attempt to relateour work on the TSS/36O system to other work in progress at Bell Laboratories in interactive computing.

The Institute for Reactormaterials and the Central Institute for Reactorexperiments of the Kernforschungsanlage Jülich GmbH (Nuclear Research Center Jülich Western Germany ) organised a meeting on February 26. 1973 in collaboration with Siemens AG, the Gesellschaft für Kernforschung Karlsruhe and the Centre d'Etude de 1'Energie Nucléaire Mol (Belgium). Session was hold at the KFA main audience hall of the central library. Purpose of this meeting was the official presentation of the ,"Development project for GCFR-Fuel-Element Irradiations in the He-Loop-Mol". Beside the numerous interested participants of KFA also guests from the Federal Ministry of Research and Technology, CEN-Mol, GfK-Karlsruhe, Siemens AG - Erlangen, GGA-E-Zürich and GBRA-Brussels were present. Invitations were dispatched by the KFA management. Guests were welcomed and program was inaugurated by Prof. Beckurts. The importance, the aim, the planning, the extend and the technical conception of these GCFR-Fuel-Element Irradiations were presented in 14 different lectures. The speakers were the actual responsables or experts of the collaborating partners KFA, SAG, CEN and GfK. All presented papers at the meeting are joined in this conference publication.
